Not the dearest you can buy but it suits my requirements. Easy to assemble and with the discount that was applied at purchase I consider it quite good value for money.

For this price this is just what I was looking for. Very simple to set up, took me 10mins on my own.
Sturdy enough for me (14 stone) to do dips without any fear of it tipping over.
If I had to say a negative point I would say, eventhough the bench feels strong enough to take my weight and probably atleast 100kg on a bar, the wood used inside the padding could have been a little bit thicker/stronger as it feels far to light IMO.

It is good if you want to do some bench pressing but if your on your own its not ideal unless you stick to light weights the part that holds the bar needs to be wider apart to be more functional.
For the price, it’s a good bench. As others have said, the rest points for a barbell are at exactly the wrong place for comfortable lifting. I can understand why it’s been manufactured like this – these are at exactly the right distance apart to do dips. Ideally there would be two upright sections, one for dips and one for the barbell rest points. Obviously this would add to the price and complexity of the construction. Provided you only lift manageable weights, and don’t go on to exhaustion you can shuffle your hands along the barbell rod to get a comfortable lifting position. Not so great if you intend a really serious workout. As I am new to weight training and just invested in a 30kg barbell which I just discovered I can bench press easily 20 or more times, not an issue for me yet but progressing to much heavier weights would be a problem with this bench
Great for the money and easy to put together, but not the best design or materials
A great compact weight bench if you don’t have a lot of space to store one. The only issues I have are that the fabric stitching and stapling is quite poor in places and the pins are very hard to line up when lifting and lowering the bench. Otherwise good luck finding a bench as good for the money elsewhere.
I’m just returning to weight training after many years absence. Budget everything (vinyl weights etc) to test the water. This was one of the cheapest benches I could find, but was pleasantly surprised at the quality for its price. About one hour to assemble and it’s quite sturdy. Folds flat (upright) for convenient storage. The locking pin that holds the fold down foot at the base of the bench in place has a little movement, so the foot itself sometimes moves slightly. Overall, no quibbles & worth the money.

Great bench
Worth it for the price. Easy to put together. Put a decent weight on it and its sturdy just makesure you test the leg at bottom first to make sure its on the right setting or feels a little unsteady.

Great value for the price.
I bought this weights bench to assist with body pump routines. I do most of my fitness routines at home, bar a weekly circuits class. I have 2 x 20kgs barbell sets and a spin bike. I’m 5’10 and 75 kilos. After reading reviews, I was won over by the generally good opinions….so this my take.
It was delivered on the third day following purchase. Easy to unpack, everything was individually wrapped and labelled. The instructions were ok…mostly visual. BUT, if you spread everything out beforehand, you’ll find that it’s easy to assemble….didn’t need any help. Having said that, a socket spanner is preferable, because the flat spanner supplied is usable but less easy and a bit a fiddle. Once assembled, the entire construction was very sturdy and exhibited zero wobble. Downsides? Well the seat covering is stapled underneath, so will probably show wear and tear sooner rather than later…but nothing that duct-tape won’t keep at bay. And I expect most other similar equipment at this price point will be the same.
NOTE: Don’t overtighten the side bolts on the the uprights.
As with all home constructed items , you will doubtless have to check everything every six months or so and re-tighten if required. Some reviews mentioned that the seat impeded your legs at the dip station, but I don’t have a problem. All in all, great value for money…and perfect for amateur home use. I’m more than happy

Great product, very sturdy and easy to assemble. Would recommend however I’m 5.5 and it’s just the right size for me so wouldn’t recommend if your taller as it’s quite small.
Remarkable Packaging
The bench is good quality and well made, but the packaging is another level of quality. The way the flat pack has been put together is incredible, you will not be missing washers, bolts and spanners as everythig is vacuum sealed onto card boards. The bench is good quality but the packaging and ease of following the instructions to assemble it are really top notch. I would highly recommend.

Weight Bench
The weight bench is easy enough to setup and for a home setup, this is a great one. The rack is adjustable so in a way, it will suit most people using it as well. Build quality is quite good as well for this one and it has a foldable design as well. So when you aren’t using it, you can store it away in the garage and it frees up so much space. There are multiple uses for this one such as a bench press and also dips so I am able to do multiple workouts with this one.

I only bench a max of 60/70k and this is perfect.

A solid home gym bench
Overall this is a very good product. Easy to assemble and so far sturdy in use. The handles to the rear which allow for tricep dips is also a handy addition. I take the point of previous reviews regarding the placement of the bar supports. I use a 6ft bar and like a wide grip so this is fine for me however if you were to use a 5ft or 4ft bar then it may be difficult. Regarding the height of the bench, I’m 5ft 10ins and would say that the bench is situated fine. Overall this would be a very good addition to a home gym.

Small improvements, which would make a big difference: the board extending further back to support the head whilst lifting, for me it’s too far forwards, I’d prefer to lift the bar straight up from my chest at a right angle; rubber/plastic cover in the grooves to hold the barbell because I think that over time the metal on metal will chip my barbell bar; the supports being wider so I can widen my grip on the bar. Other than that, I’m using the bench twice a week and I love it.

It’s not the best but it does its job, there is wobble in using it but it’s pretty cheap.
Also if you’re doing using the dip station, make sure to weigh down the other end.
