For 100 this is a very good deal. It is reasonably sturdy, you will need a 6ft plus barbell to use comfortably. It folds up nicely, so that you can store it away, saving space after use. I am totally happy with it, it is a good little fitness investment. I almost forgot, it was very easy to assemble, took about half an hour, I did it alone. Does not have an incline press capacity, which is fine, because I don’t do incline presses. If you do, you’ll need another bench.

Great as a home gym with limitations
Good quality for a home gym but it won’t pass muster in a commercial gym. It’s study but the bench padding is a bit weak. For 105 what can be expected

Initially thought this bench would be a cheap piece of c#*p but it’s the best bench I’ve ever had. Sturdy no wobble when doing exercises. Dip bars are very strong and can hold my weight 13stone. incline setting is nice feature can unrack the bar nicely without being in awkward position like some benches. Folds up neatly which is ideal when using it in a bedroom like i do. 10/10 Highly recommended would buy again.

Good bench for the price.
Good bench for the price. Needed my own spanner set to assemble, as the supplied one isn’t great. Been using it for a couple of weeks and so far no complaints.

Easy to assemble and very sturdy. Overall very pleased with this bench and would definitely recommend. Only criticism, the bar rest (upright poles) are right where you need to hold the bar, so when you pick it up and put it down you need to make hand adjustment.

Great bench, does the job nicely, but is quite narrow, fine for me, but my other half says it would be better if they were wider.
Sturdy for dips
Great bench but like another reviewer mentioned where the bar sits I’d naturally grip the bar! Therefore because I need to adjust grip before placing bar back I’d be in danger of injuring hand if using higher weights.

Fairly straightforward to assemble with clear instructions provided. Feels sturdy and the dip station is sound. Overall a good design as it folds up to store neatly.

The best thing I’ve bought in years. Solid, well made and perfect for getting stuck into bench press practice while all the gyms are closed. Could not recommend this enough if you want a nice bench with additional dip bars!

Surpisingly well constructed with decent materials. Had expected less quality so was quite surprised. The soft bench part looks a bit less good but overall pretty happy with it. With all the prices for gym stuff through the roof value for money is a bit of subjective thing. But because its well made with decent componentry it may well be worth the 99 quid I had to pay.

It’s a great bench for the price, I’m 6’2 and I just about fit, just! Easy to assemble and fold away. The one thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars is it’s too narrow, my hands on the bar are too far apart, which is not good.

I’ve had this bench for over a day so far and I love it. Don’t let be fooled… this bench is good what what it’s supposed to be which is for exercises. It’s great value for money and looks solid. It took 20 mins to set up.

Exactly what he wanted
My partner loves his new bench. Was trying to find a compact home weight bench and was dismayed at the lack of stock everywhere!! We found this and it is exactly what he wanted with the dip bars (think that is what he called them) Very sturdy and folds/stores away great!
Was also delivered way before the eta too, ordered on a Saturday and arrived Wednesday.

Bench is sturdy enough and I use an Olympic bar with approx 60-70k of weight. The only downside is rack is too narrow meaning you have to lift weight off with a narrow grip…fine if doing manageable weight but awkward if doing heavy. Otherwise it’s actually good value, folds up nicely and quality of bench is very good. Dip bars are a bonus too.

Just received this bench to replace an old Weider bench and was pleasantly surprised that this bench is bigger and better than expected. It probably took me about an hour to assemble and comes with tools but it is very sturdy indeed and folds to save space. I have done some flat/incline barbell bench press on the bench and you can incline the bench as well but it is not a big incline. Lockdown gym purchase and haven’t regretted it, multi functional, sturdy and easy to assemble.
Sturdy, solid bit of kit, seems more so than Ive previously owned. Easy to assemble. Haven’t tried incline yet but regular bench press, and dumbell flys works great. It is bigger than I imagined so check dimensions if you’re tight on space. Price is about 10 more than an alternative option on here but since gym equipment is at a premium during covidvtimes, this was a fast and next best option, so all in all, a good buy. Already feeling a difference.

Obviously good for the chest as well as the arms. but the only main drawback is the width you can’t have your arms further apart when lifting. as for quality the metal seems sturdy and the padded bench at first impression looks a bit cheap looking but as for durability only time will tell. But overall i am happy with product.

So far so good. Easy to assemble but definitely requires two people. Very sturdy bench and reasonably compact. A little wider than I thought and feet a bit longer than my older bench but great value.

Very sturdy and high build quality considering the cheap price. I am 98 KG and it had no problem supporting me and my brother who was 70kg the bench had no issue with him to and we use alot of weights on the bench.

I bought this purely because of the gyms closing due to the pandemic and it is absolutely perfect for home workouts.
Sure, it’s not going to beat an actual gym but for the price and the fact it is foldable for easy storage you get more than your money’s worth.

Couldn’t be happier! It arrived nearly two weeks before estimated delivery date, nicely packaged with no scuffs or marks.
It took around 20 minutes for my partner and I to put it together. It is sturdy and easy to adjust. The dip station is perfect width apart, just be careful not to pinch your hand when lowering the bar back down at the end of a set.
Could quite easily do another two months of lockdown now I have this!!

Very good bench - works for me
I only gave this a 4 star because I’d like the bench to be just a few inches wider, but thats being picky. I’m 6’2″ and 95KG, fairly wide, and the bench just about fits me on if I get in the perfect position, which I always do now after using it for a couple of months. Its very study, was easy to set up, all in all, a great purchase.

I have a home gym at the back of my house that gets a decent amount of use, however my son has recently wanted to join me and so I needed a second bench to sit beside mine that would work nicely in keeping with the rest of the equipement, thus one is plenty sturdy enough for both of us to use (one at a time of course) colours are nice of course but the cover on the padding itself feels reasonably durable, I would leave it in a commercial setting but it’s plenty good enough for home use

This weight bench is by no means a professional gym item, however, it’s ideal for a beginner, with a medium build, who wants to do some general exercise at home. It’s sturdy and easy to assemble. It doesn’t take up much space and can be folded away after use, which is great for storage. I have a 55lbs barbell which this entry-level bench holds well.

Problem with original product but excellent customer service
There was a problem with my product while assembling (an error in the welding caused two parts to not slide together) however I wrote an email and got a response within an hour and the new part was with me in a few days. Alltogether very happy with the complete product. Easy to store and good value for money.
The bench arrived very quickly (next day) and is a good solid bench; not too difficult to put together, and for the money a great bench. However, I was looking for a bench that can be adjusted to an incline position, which I found this bench couldn’t do correctly. There’s 2 hooks for an incline bar to go, but this is nowhere near enough room for my head to go below the barbell. For this reason I will be returning.
The bench in general though can’t be knocked; for the money it’s very good value. Unfortunately incline is a necessity for me, but if you’re only looking to flat bench, this is the bench for you.

Bought this for my Son great piece of equipment, received the next day
Easy to assemble with little to no effort. I would recommend having a second person assist with it however, some parts are tedious to assemble. Overall the build is very solid and can easily hold a number of weight. I use mine daily and only noticed some minor scratching from where the weight is set upon (it has textured grips)
