Bought for teenage son and holds a lot of weight. Sturdy and easy to fold away when not in use
Worth it for the price. Easy to put together. Put a decent weight on it and its sturdy just makesure you test the leg at bottom first to make sure its on the right setting or feels a little unsteady.

I bought this weights bench to assist with body pump routines. I do most of my fitness routines at home, bar a weekly circuits class. I have 2 x 20kgs barbell sets and a spin bike. I’m 5’10 and 75 kilos. After reading reviews, I was won over by the generally good opinions….so this my take.
It was delivered on the third day following purchase. Easy to unpack, everything was individually wrapped and labelled. The instructions were ok…mostly visual. BUT, if you spread everything out beforehand, you’ll find that it’s easy to assemble….didn’t need any help. Having said that, a socket spanner is preferable, because the flat spanner supplied is usable but less easy and a bit a fiddle. Once assembled, the entire construction was very sturdy and exhibited zero wobble. Downsides? Well the seat covering is stapled underneath, so will probably show wear and tear sooner rather than later…but nothing that duct-tape won’t keep at bay. And I expect most other similar equipment at this price point will be the same.
NOTE: Don’t overtighten the side bolts on the the uprights.
As with all home constructed items , you will doubtless have to check everything every six months or so and re-tighten if required. Some reviews mentioned that the seat impeded your legs at the dip station, but I don’t have a problem. All in all, great value for money…and perfect for amateur home use. I’m more than happy

Great product, very sturdy and easy to assemble. Would recommend however I’m 5.5 and it’s just the right size for me so wouldn’t recommend if your taller as it’s quite small.
The bench is good quality and well made, but the packaging is another level of quality. The way the flat pack has been put together is incredible, you will not be missing washers, bolts and spanners as everythig is vacuum sealed onto card boards. The bench is good quality but the packaging and ease of following the instructions to assemble it are really top notch. I would highly recommend.
Great value for money, easy to build, and folds away to save space: a bargain!
The weight bench is easy enough to setup and for a home setup, this is a great one. The rack is adjustable so in a way, it will suit most people using it as well. Build quality is quite good as well for this one and it has a foldable design as well. So when you aren’t using it, you can store it away in the garage and it frees up so much space. There are multiple uses for this one such as a bench press and also dips so I am able to do multiple workouts with this one.
I’m 6′ 4 and 100k and this is plenty strong/sturdy
I only bench a max of 60/70k and this is perfect.

Overall this is a very good product. Easy to assemble and so far sturdy in use. The handles to the rear which allow for tricep dips is also a handy addition. I take the point of previous reviews regarding the placement of the bar supports. I use a 6ft bar and like a wide grip so this is fine for me however if you were to use a 5ft or 4ft bar then it may be difficult. Regarding the height of the bench, I’m 5ft 10ins and would say that the bench is situated fine. Overall this would be a very good addition to a home gym.

Very sturdy , even while doing dips & has comfortable held my BW (72kg) + 90kg (Bar + Plates)
Only reason it hasn’t got 5 stars is due to the decline feature. Not user friendly.
Small improvements, which would make a big difference: the board extending further back to support the head whilst lifting, for me it’s too far forwards, I’d prefer to lift the bar straight up from my chest at a right angle; rubber/plastic cover in the grooves to hold the barbell because I think that over time the metal on metal will chip my barbell bar; the supports being wider so I can widen my grip on the bar. Other than that, I’m using the bench twice a week and I love it.

It folds up nicely to save space and squeezes into my 2.5 sq meter office /gym.
Husband delighted with this. Folds up easily and safely. Sturdy, feel safe using this. Good clear assembly instructions and there is a YouTube video of showing how to assemble too.

It’s not the best but it does its job, there is wobble in using it but it’s pretty cheap.
Also if you’re doing using the dip station, make sure to weigh down the other end.

For 100 this is a very good deal. It is reasonably sturdy, you will need a 6ft plus barbell to use comfortably. It folds up nicely, so that you can store it away, saving space after use. I am totally happy with it, it is a good little fitness investment. I almost forgot, it was very easy to assemble, took about half an hour, I did it alone. Does not have an incline press capacity, which is fine, because I don’t do incline presses. If you do, you’ll need another bench.
Very good and sturdy item. My 16 and 14 year old sons managed to put this together without any issues in about half an hour or 45 minutes. No issues whatsoever with anything. Nothing missing. All tools included as well. Doesn’t take up too much space either with it being foldable. Good value for money as well and Next Day Delivery with Amazon Prime. What else could anyone possibly ask for?

bought mainly to do bench press. It was easy to assemble,very sturdy using h/guage square section for the frame. Very happy with it and would reccomend this supplier.
Good quality for a home gym but it won’t pass muster in a commercial gym. It’s study but the bench padding is a bit weak. For 105 what can be expected
Initially thought this bench would be a cheap piece of c#*p but it’s the best bench I’ve ever had. Sturdy no wobble when doing exercises. Dip bars are very strong and can hold my weight 13stone. incline setting is nice feature can unrack the bar nicely without being in awkward position like some benches. Folds up neatly which is ideal when using it in a bedroom like i do. 10/10 Highly recommended would buy again.
Great weight bench you can use for multiple purposes. Bench press, dips, sit up and whatever else you can think of. Easy to assemble and folds away. You need a good space for it although it doesn’t take up that much room.
Good bench for the price. Needed my own spanner set to assemble, as the supplied one isn’t great. Been using it for a couple of weeks and so far no complaints.

Great bench, does the job nicely, but is quite narrow, fine for me, but my other half says it would be better if they were wider.
Great bench but like another reviewer mentioned where the bar sits I’d naturally grip the bar! Therefore because I need to adjust grip before placing bar back I’d be in danger of injuring hand if using higher weights.

Fairly straightforward to assemble with clear instructions provided. Feels sturdy and the dip station is sound. Overall a good design as it folds up to store neatly.
I use this for sit ups and bench pressing and various weight uses, i am not a light person, but it is a very sturdy unit and i like that it folds up nicely and securely to reduce the space it takes.
Did have concerns about the weight it could take but given the cost of this and others, i have to say this was well worth trying out.

Easy to assemble. Bench itself to frame needed slight adjustment with some persuasion to line up bolt holes. Really good and sturdy

Was a bit apprehensive about purchasing this “blind” amongst dozens of similar products I shouldn’t have worried. It’s really sturdy, good assembly instructions, and folds up neatly. The handles for dips are well positioned with no wobbling of the bench in use, good adjustability, and comfy too. Only drawback, it’s quite compact & your hands are quite close together for bench presses, overall a great product.
Surpisingly well constructed with decent materials. Had expected less quality so was quite surprised. The soft bench part looks a bit less good but overall pretty happy with it. With all the prices for gym stuff through the roof value for money is a bit of subjective thing. But because its well made with decent componentry it may well be worth the 99 quid I had to pay.
Yes this was a good buy – it’s very solid and well designed . The price was a bit more than I’d usually pay but I’m great full to get this given the current Covid-19 thing going on .

It’s a great bench for the price, I’m 6’2 and I just about fit, just! Easy to assemble and fold away. The one thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars is it’s too narrow, my hands on the bar are too far apart, which is not good.
However, I did notice a bit of silly design, thought it’s the only reason why its a 4 start. Basically, when the bench is closed (upward position), you wont be able to fix the barbell with pins. I tried reversing the metal panel but then you wont be able to close the bench.

My partner loves his new bench. Was trying to find a compact home weight bench and was dismayed at the lack of stock everywhere!! We found this and it is exactly what he wanted with the dip bars (think that is what he called them) Very sturdy and folds/stores away great!
Was also delivered way before the eta too, ordered on a Saturday and arrived Wednesday.
Arrived a week early, everything is included that u need to build the bench.

Nealy spent an extra 40 on another product, glad I didn’t really strong and solid, easy to assemble. It is far stronger and more substancial than i expected. I’m amazed at the price and I take a bit of pleasing usually 🙂 buy with confidence. If there was a negative, its made in China so perhaps I should be supporting UK manufacturers but its a really good value.
Bench is sturdy enough and I use an Olympic bar with approx 60-70k of weight. The only downside is rack is too narrow meaning you have to lift weight off with a narrow grip…fine if doing manageable weight but awkward if doing heavy. Otherwise it’s actually good value, folds up nicely and quality of bench is very good. Dip bars are a bonus too.
Bench arrived much earlier than stated, it was easy to assemble, instructions were clear and parts labelled. Sturdy enough bench and foldable, making storage easy.

Lockdown gym purchase and haven’t regretted it, multi functional, sturdy and easy to assemble.
You can lift weights laying down especially when you have a low ceiling. Obviously good for the chest as well as the arms. but the only main drawback is the width you can’t have your arms further apart when lifting. as for quality the metal seems sturdy and the padded bench at first impression looks a bit cheap looking but as for durability only time will tell. But overall i am happy with product.
I’m only a small bloke 5’9” and 11 1/2 stone so no size issue for the bench which is comfortable. Easy to put together. I can get my grip on the bar with a tiny amount to spare without it being uncomfortable. A little broader in the chest and then the supports would be in the way and I’d need to go for a wider set on the bar. You get what you pay for and at the price I can’t find fault.
So far so good. Easy to assemble but definitely requires two people. Very sturdy bench and reasonably compact. A little wider than I thought and feet a bit longer than my older bench but great value.
Very sturdy and high build quality considering the cheap price. I am 98 KG and it had no problem supporting me and my brother who was 70kg the bench had no issue with him to and we use alot of weights on the bench.

Brought this for my sons birthday, easy to assemble, only negative is when its folded the bench part needs to rested against a wall so not free standing when folded.

Basic but great bench at reasonable price. The width is a little awkward but can work with it. Quality seems decent. Dips handles are bit too thin and wide apart but again can manage.

Was very pleasantly surprised with this bench its really strong although well above the recommended limit I bench over a 100 kg on this regularly and it holds no problem not as much as a creak really happy with this and it folds away in the corner when not in use.
I bought this purely because of the gyms closing due to the pandemic and it is absolutely perfect for home workouts.
Sure, it’s not going to beat an actual gym but for the price and the fact it is foldable for easy storage you get more than your money’s worth.

Couldn’t be happier! It arrived nearly two weeks before estimated delivery date, nicely packaged with no scuffs or marks.
It took around 20 minutes for my partner and I to put it together. It is sturdy and easy to adjust. The dip station is perfect width apart, just be careful not to pinch your hand when lowering the bar back down at the end of a set.
Could quite easily do another two months of lockdown now I have this!!
I only gave this a 4 star because I’d like the bench to be just a few inches wider, but thats being picky. I’m 6’2″ and 95KG, fairly wide, and the bench just about fits me on if I get in the perfect position, which I always do now after using it for a couple of months. Its very study, was easy to set up, all in all, a great purchase.
I have a home gym at the back of my house that gets a decent amount of use, however my son has recently wanted to join me and so I needed a second bench to sit beside mine that would work nicely in keeping with the rest of the equipement, thus one is plenty sturdy enough for both of us to use (one at a time of course) colours are nice of course but the cover on the padding itself feels reasonably durable, I would leave it in a commercial setting but it’s plenty good enough for home use
There was a problem with my product while assembling (an error in the welding caused two parts to not slide together) however I wrote an email and got a response within an hour and the new part was with me in a few days. Alltogether very happy with the complete product. Easy to store and good value for money.
The bench in general though can’t be knocked; for the money it’s very good value. Unfortunately incline is a necessity for me, but if you’re only looking to flat bench, this is the bench for you.
It is surprisingly light and easy to move. Folds nicely and is good if, like me, you have limited space.
It’s quite sturdy and well made.
One downside. If you’re tall/very big I’m not sure this is the right bench for you. Being 5′ 8′ it’s OK for me. I bought it for my chest workout and it’s great for that.
