Very easy to assemble and takes up very little space.
I’ve been using this for about a month now and I can see and feel the difference.
My arms are tighter, I have less back pain because my diaphragm is stronger and my waistline looks better.
I didn’t loose weight but I wasn’t trying either. I was just looking for at home gym equipment that would help with toning and building onto my muscle mass.
Great I love it… didn’t expected to be that updated as I used to have before few ab coasters not as good and comfortable as this one
I like this machine, was easy to assemble, seems strong and sturdy and I certainly feel it on my abs the next day. Bargain 🙂

I love this thing! Very sturdy and easy to assemble. Less expensive than others and really works your abs!
Workout is good. Assembly wasn’t bad. Mine came slightly damaged. The front T shaped piece is dented but still is usable. The screen is nice but mine stops working at 20 reps every time and also intermittently the screen won’t work at all.
UPDATE : had to change my stars . Company is very nice and is sending me the part I’m missing, other then the missing part everything was perfect
Seems like it would work great , but I opened and I’m missing part of the base , I don’t know how when. It’s the most important part lol
It was easy to assemble. it is not a big machine andit makes abs work. I got an issue with a part and the vendor contacted me and replaced it. SO far so good.
Pens que seria un poco mas alta. Aun as esta muy no te go ningn problema por ahora.

My friend that I bought for said that she is happy with it. And I saw that after a month of using it her tummy was smaller and more firm.. So seems that she is happy with the purchase!!! But she started to eat healthier also since she started the training!!
It is steady and holds your weight but I tried it once and at the beginning it’s hard to train with but gets easier once you get used to it!!
Would have given it a 5 star if it came with a assembly instruction. Although it wasn’t difficult to figure it out as I had a similar one previously. But to someone new it might be good to include one. The red caps for the foam roller ends were too small and falls off while I was using it.
