I’ve only had this for a few day but overall I’m very happy with it. For working and Internet browsing it does everything I need it to with no issues. The speakers aren’t great and the touch pad is a little jittery, but a mouse and headphones remedy those. The screen is really impressive for a laptop of this price.
I bought the 64GB version, and a lot of that is being used up already with Windows 10 fully updated and Microsoft Office installed. So I’m glad I chose this over the 32GB one.
ice light laptop
Nice, light little lap top, found it quick to set up. However I do have to agree with other reviewers regards the mouse pad, a little clunky at times and the cursor moves around too much even when just trying to use the “Left/right” buttons on the pad. but other than that a very nice little laptop!
I bought this for my wife as a replacement for her old HP Elitebook. The HP laptop kept overheating and turning itself off. She uses her laptop mainly in the kitchen for general use. From Word processing and email to using it as a media centre and watching films and TV. The key thing here was to retain a 14 inch screen but to make the laptop as small as possible but still make it nice to actually use.. I think technology can get too small and sometimes is not nice to operate. Generally our first port of call for anything nowadays is Amazon. We came across this laptop and at first was a bit off by the cheap price. Cheap meaning lacking in quality? But as she already has a Fusion5 tablet computer which she is very pleased with and the good reviews on Amazon it had, we thought we’d give it a go. It is now setup just as she likes and it does all the tasks she needs perfectly well. Quite honestly anything more powerful would be a waste. It is good looking and compact too. Important to her as it is permanently on the worktop.She doesn’t need lots of disk space but just to compliment the internal disk I added a 128GB micro SD card. The only downside (which is very minor) is the on/off button. I personally think its in the very location I usually go to for the delete button. But that’s just getting used to it.

No problems so far, I have only had new laptop 2 weeks. Very easy to set up with lots of help screens. So transferred printer/photos etc with no problems. Clear display and good sound. Only small problem is that whatever I try I can not transfer my original Orange email address which is vital to lots of stuff, still able to get the old one on my Kindle Fire and old PC. So created a new Gmail email on the new one which friends are now using. Waiting for an expert (11yr old Grandson!) to show me how to transfer the old address. So it pretty much does what it says it will do. There is no attached disc drive but I am told that I can buy one that plugs in. I must point out that I use a laptop for very basic stuff…emails/internet/playing cards/photos. So if you are looking for a fast acting/easy laptop at a very low price then this is it. Very fast delivery at low price to France.

Pressed the power button and up popped an English language screen, loaded fast, up popped Cortana, and I thought….. Great this will be really easy, and it was….until I had to go out for an hour, I powered it down into sleep mode, and when I got back, I pushed the button to wake it up and nothing… Held the button for 15 seconds still nothing, held the Power button down for 25 seconds and finally it buzzed into life. I know that this is not a top-end gaming laptop, but I do expect something to happen a bit quicker.
On the + side, it has 2 USB slots which is great, perfect for a mouse and printer plugin, it’s super lightweight, the keyboard has been copied with a MAC focus as the keys are wide apart, and soft to the touch, the touchpad is a little cheap and clunky, but it’s been well made and laid out well.
Buyer beware that it is slow to boot up and get going, but once up its very fast. Other than that, it’s a very decent little machine.

Laptop for Interne
Purchased for just internet use only and so far finally ideal for what we need. Set up very easy and finding way round not too bad with is been a windows system. I would recommend this for a cheap option who uses internet mainly with the memory not been very big but hey that is what you pay for.

Good value for money. I bought this laptop as I am studying online. For what I will use it for its perfect. It’s light and I love the big screen. The mouse takes a bit of getting used to but apart from that I am really pleased with this purchase.
Does what is says
I bought this for my Dad, he’s 82 and wanted something fast, light and simple. The Fusion5 is all of that, it looks smart and with a crisp keyboard and decent screen, he is delighted.

When my laptop died, I needed to get another fast, and not spend too much money. I read reviews and looked at specs and despite some people having a few problems, this one seemed to be ideal for me and it is. The easiest machine to set up, had my favourite sites set up in an hour and my other devices synched no problem. Delivered quickly too.
If you need a machine for personal use and don’t mind having to add on CD drives etc, this is a brilliant machine. If you find lots of faults as I have seen other people have, then send it back, no company gets it right all the time.
I like this compute
I like this computer, but sadly it is too slow for my use. I had to wait for my tech guy to give me his opinion on it. So hope that it is not too late to return as do not have any productive use for it at this time.

Very good for uni work, like excel, word, and .pdf, very lightweight and compact, fits in my backpack, only thing that I don’t like is that WiFi reception is very poor, overall I am very satisfied.
Memory is only 64GB but it’s enough for office work as long as you’re not downloading games or movies. And by the the way – Windows 10 is trash but Cortana is awesome ))
Battery also charges very slowly and you need to charge it during the night but it’s not a big inconvenience, battery also lasts long enough.
Worth the Wai
This is an elegant, useful laptop, very compact & light., easy to set up and use and would recommend as a portable laptop. I had to wait several weeks as was out of stock after being listed as a star buy for TechRadar, but once ordered arrived swiftly, and happy to say was very effective.

I have used this for a couple of months now and have found it to be of excellent quality both in picture and sound. I have only one issue I thought in tablet mode I could you touch screen but cannot. Does it have touch screen capability?

Great laptop for stude
I bought this laptop as a work laptop to help at university. There are a few issues – such as an over-sensitive mousepad, but it is generally very good. Very simple and should not be intended for much. The sound quality is not brilliant but if you intend to use the laptop for music I would suggest a different one.
Worth the money
I bought this laptop a few months ago and after some time to test it out I’m extremely happy with it. Fast loading, battery lasts for a very long time, extremely light, rapid delivery, packaged well and more than worth the money. I am a happy customer.

First impressions were very good. Arrived in lightening time, was well packed and brand new.
Initial set-up was painless, then the troubles started.
The cursor icon when using the pad was excessively quick. Wizzed across the screen like it was an ice rink.
It took several attempts to slow it down, but all is good for now.
We also have problems with the mouse pointer. Sometimes it needed a double click, others just a single touch.
The WORST thing was, using the touch pad and scroll bar, the screen seems to have a mind of it’s own.
This is really annoying as, when trying to scroll down a page, a touch on the pad and the screen goes all the way up, or down, depending which way we want it to go. We can’t seem to get to scroll down the page gently. It just wizzes to the top or bottom of it’s own accord.
It’s a VERY nice machine for the price, but if these annoying pad and mouse problems persist, it’s going back.

Very good value for the price. I’ve used it twice to give PowerPoint presentations using the HDMI port. Good clear display. The keyboard is good but the touch pad takes a bit of getting used to and I’ve found an external mouse more accurate. I’ve definitely had up to 8 hours battery life. Other reviewers have commented that you really need the 64GB version of the laptop to comfortably update Windows 10 – I think that’s accurate advice. Overall I’m very pleased with this product.

Great little piece of kit. I use it mostly for email when I need to attach something or print off my holiday documents, but it has so much more. Battery life is good and it is slim light and portable. For a basic home laptop/notebook, this little baby ticks all the right boxes. Great delivery, well packaged and easy to set up and use.

Good enough small Laptop homework & browsing
Its ideal for my sons first laptop. Good enough for this homework, etc.
The cpu is an ATOM cpu which is designed for the budget market. A wee bit slow starting up, but its fine as most applications are web based.
For Email and Browsing this laptop is fine and lightweight.

Quite good Value for Money
It’s not a speedy processor and your first day of ownership disappears whilst it charges its batteries and undertakes seemingly endless Windows 10 updates . Trackpad dithers and skips and can annoy. That said, “it does what it says on the tin” and it is quite good value for money.

I’d advise buying a mouse with it; the one let down is the touchpad which is somewhat flimsy and as a result inaccurate and jumpy at times.

I was a bit apprehensive of the purchase of such an inexpensive Laptop with such a good specification I have had no problem with my purchase once I updated Windows 10 which took a little time but now works perfectly with no issues , its starts up fast and runs fine with all the apps a good buy for the exceptionally low price a fine little machine.

Great Light Device
This device is fast to turn on, and is good for what I intend to use the device for. A bluetooth mouse, and a plug -in keyboard might be useful for longer term use.
Good value and prompt customer service
This computer is fine for the price. It does everything I need it for (email, Word documents, video streaming, etc). Unfortuntaley the charger supplied with it was faulty and ddn’t work. However, when I contacted the vendor, they got back to me within a few minutes and offered to send a replacement.

Good value computer.worked right out of the box,once charged. HD screen is brilliant quality. Had to update Windows 10 which took a while but it was very straightforward. Solid state memory is really quick. I have used an external hard drive as well, all so easy. I’ve only had corporate, company computers for the last ten years so this is the first one I’ve really managed myself in a long time. It was amazingly quick, easy and simple.. I’m pleased with it..

HD laptop
Super lightweight laptop, battery life is really good, around 14hrs use before needing recharging which takes about 3hrs to fully charge. The screen detail is great everything is full HD. You can store loads of films etc. Highly recommend!

Fantastic little lap top very light, so light in fact i thought they had forgot to put it in the box. I bought this for my daughter to start learning coding and other homework. it packs a punch for its price and i would buy another should the occasion arise. Set up was quick although the updates took a while but that is down to the operating system not the actual laptop!
Value for money!
Light weight, good looks. Good for casual use. Display is ok and battery life is good too (around 6 hours).
However, track pad is less than optimum – it is actually not a configurable trackpad. It is basically acts like a scroll mouse. Speakers are weak and they emit a quiet white noise even in sleep mode. The wifi on it is slow as well (it is an Intel Atom device).
Keyboard is a bit shallow and clicky. I would have preferred that the HDMI and SD card reader were not mini but of the normal size.
Overall, a reasonably good buy for the price.

A Very Satisfied Nephew
Bought this Laptop for my nephew for Christmas and he has been using this daily since he returned to University in January. He is very satisfied with the performance, the physical size and the capacity of the machine. Would thoroughly recommend this piece of kit.
I bought this laptop for my wife as replacement for the now fairly ancient machine (with WinXP) that she was using before. It’s not the fastest kid on the block — well you wouldn’t expect it to be at this price — but she seems happy with it. The touch pad is quirky and sometimes odd things happen when I try typing into a Google search, but she is getting used to its foibles and the machine is amazingly light in weight, has a crystal clear screen and does what she wants it to do. As has been said before, the speakers are terrible — they are OK for listening to people talking on a radio program, but don’t expect to enjoy listening to music. Overall, it’s good value for the money.
Having purchased a laptop a few days earlier which packed up after 24 hours I was slightly sceptical over this one especially especially at the price. I really needn’t have worried. This is an excellent bit of kit, practical and fast and obviously if features Windows 10. I found it a good size laptop for working on but small enough to fit a an appropriate bag to move around with. Well pleased.

Having bought this excellent laptop for my wife’s Christmas its now a month later and the experience is still first class. We only use our computer for basic day to day task and for my wife some games, she enjoys the speed and easy layout. For a middle range laptop this is a effective tool for daily use.

A great delivery for 200 . It’s the right laptop for my kid however not everything can run… like Fortnite. :p the WiFi module is so what slow. I’m now looking at USB Ethernet alternatives.

As a student this laptop is ideal, it’s light and I can take it anywhere, I’ve only had small notebook before so loving this and all the new apps.
I wanted a new lighter, faster laptop. Spotted this at an excellent price. I was not disapointed in any way. Its fast, light and is everything I would want. I have already recommended it to two friends! The screen resolution is brilliant, it came well packed and protected. An excellent buy and would recommend this laptop to anyone. You will not be dissapointed.
Amazing value for money
Amazing value for money. I have a number of more expensive portables and bought this one for my grand-daughter who requires it for school. It does everything she requires and is surprisingly light to carry. There is no doubt that when my grandson requires one that I will go for the same model again.
This PC was bought as a substitute for a heavier laptop I hauled to college every day. It’s pretty good considering the price it goes for while being as thin as a MacBook air and as light as one too. Here are some pros and cons to the PC. My Spec: 14.1″+ version (4gb Ram)
Pros:
12 month warranty
1080p display is crisp and clear
Pre-installed with windows 10 and doesn’t come with any bloatware.
Decent Intel processor
Battery lasts about 6 hours between web browsing, YouTube, document editing etc
The eMMC storage is faster than the standard mechanical drives, boots up fast (only 64Gb of storage though, but can add a micro SD card to increase this)
Looks pretty good, casing looks like aluminum – even up close
Cons:
Keyboard is alright (have to hit the space bar/shift key dead-centre for it to register)
Trackpad is ok as well, could be more sensitive
Installed WiFi card is fairly weak, just buy a USB WiFi card to remedy this
The charger cable is ludicrously short (about half the length of a standard cable)
The battery takes way too long to charge, have to leave it charging overnight for full capacity.
The in-built speakers are just bad

This PC is a decent choice for students/light users looking for a cheap, but pretty good laptop to carry around and do work on.
Purchased for my daughter for her college work. She loves the fact that it’s light weight and easy to carry around college, quick, the memory is good but has the option of adding via sd card which is an added bonus.
