This is a great DVD Player, picture quality is excellent and even plays a DVD that wouldn’t play properly on another DVD player. Controls are easy to understand and use, and remote control is a handy option to have. Great value for money, would recommend.
I am delighted by my purchase. The DVD player is easy to use. If you leave the DVD your viewing insitu when you have not finished viewing. it will automatically pause the recording and you can resume viewing the next time you return.. This is a very good feature. The player is lovely in purple and the screen is an excellent size. It makes viewing DVDS available anytime, anywhere. The choice of using either the remote option or via a conventional plug is a great feature allowing you a choice both ways. The delivery of this item was swift and very well packaged indeed. This item is just what I need as there a problem watching DVDs on the TV.
I recommend this product to anyone interested in a portable DVD and the service is very good indeed.
Excellent DVD Playe
I bought this DVD player for my wife to replace her old one which had stopped working. This player is far superior and my wife is delighted with the size and quality of the picture and sound. The ability to connect earphones is a great addition as well often like to watch different DVD’s.
I would recommend this DVD player to anybody wanting a quality product at a very reasonable price.

This DVD player is well-packaged and carefully delivered. It was tested ok with dvds either on NTSC or PAL format, yet it failed to read the sound track of my newly-purchased music dvd which could however be read by my old HEVD portable dvd player: otherwise I will give five stars for this product.

Got this for our son,he has had 1 in the past,but loved the colour of the purple,as he is Visually Impaired,, so he benefits from a bigger screen when he is watching his Dvds,,,ordered it on the sat ,got it the Monday,, no problem,the machine is so easy for him to use,,let’s him be independent,,thankyou Amazo

It works fine… I’ve bought two of these now (we don’t connect to TV or Netflix in our house, but we watch DVDs). The company seems responsible and offering a good service. As machines don’t last forever, I’d probably buy another in the future. We have a cabin with no electricity, so the battery on these machines can last few a few hours when we go there on weekends. I like the purple colour. Thank you!

Great DVD player, this was for mu uncle and it’s a perfect size for him and it’s ideal for him as he is elderly and needed a bigger screens, as other players were small screens. A really good buy, very good price and highly recommend this!
Excelled on expectation.
I purchased this to replace an ageing 11″ player that was tired and did not have a last memory function. Absolutely delighted with the machine which seems to be incredible value for money. It arrived sooner thn expected, thoroughly protected in a fitted box within another box. Does all that is claimed and does it well. I had to fiddle about a bit to adjust contrast, brightness etc, but that was my own fault as i tend not to read the instructions. Boifun assisted me with getting the warranty and is clearly a decent company to do business with.

I needed a versatile and simple reliable player for when I’m painting and this does the job. Sound not amazing but your ear adjusts quickly. You’d have to spend a lot more to get the kind of sound a good TV gives these days bit for travel etc this is great.

Bought this for my mum who at, 91 is not able to move from DVD player to TV without getting confused. This is very simple to use and she can sit at the table and watch it with ease.
The sound could be better. I tried it out and, at loudest setting of 20, could hear it and hopefully my mum will be fine with it. if not, then will be useless for her since she won’t want to sit there with headphones on.
The delivery driver was rubbish. He stated he delivered directly to customer but what he did was leave it on the doorstep, in the rain. If he knocked, it was not with any strength. I happened to walk into the kitchen and see him already in his van and by the time i walked four feet to the kitchen door, he had driven off. This is not the first time this particular Prime delivery driver has done this. On a previous delivery, he partially delivered and when I opened to door to find my parcel, he had gone back to his van and was actually looking as me as he passed my house and promptly left the rest of my delivery with a neighbour who kindly knocked on my door moments later to bring me my goods.
Putting me off wanting to use Amazon now since all through Covid, drivers were very careful to wait until the door was answered but this guy, who is relatively new, seems not to bother.
Just what Santa ordered
My granddaughter doesn’t watch television but loves watching DVDS, this is amazing for her. Also she goes on long journeys in the car so she can use it then. We have got it ready for her for Christmas and wrapped it up. We feel she is going to be so excited when she sees it. We’ve given it five stars because that’s what it deserves as the screen is amazing and just the right size. The only thing we had trouble with is that we kept pressing the on button on the front of the keyboard and did t realise there’s an on & off button on the side. Would definitely recommend, delivery & customer service excellent.
Good product and good customer service
I have, so far, been very pleased with this DVD. I would have preferred it in Black rather than Purple but it was 30 cheaper, so I can live with that!!
I was worried about the sound quality after reading some reviews, but I found it more than adequate. If you have an ‘all round’ sound system at home, which I don’t, then you obvious notice a big difference.
The picture is clear and it is easy to use.
An added bonus is that the customer service is very good. They responded to a couple of my emails within 24 hours.

Received the DVD player on time. I like the colour and the screen is good, bright and large. The sound out of earphones is good and out of its own speakers is adequate taking account of its portable speakers. i have found the controls ln the player good and I have not had to use the remote very much. I have received it at a discounted price about 3 weeks ago and I am happy with it.

Bought for my wife, she is very happy with the large screen she hasn’t used the remote much . She like to watch her DVD’s while doing crafts. She mainly uses her head phones, having said that the sound quality of the player isn’t bad, she just prefers to wear the head phones.
I’ve only just started using this player for home use as I don’t watch TV. I have been used to a 7.5in screen, so when this arrived, I was very pleased. The sound is great, although it can distort slightly if too loud. Best with headphones. It’s easy to use, and the instruction booklet is clear. The weight is a little heavier than I’m used to, but it works beautifully so no complaint there. The swivel screen is really useful and when I charged the battery for the first time, it only took 2 hours!
Am pleasantly surprised by the quality of player but time will tell after frequent use.

Brilliant screen size and very clear. Really impressed for the price. One small niggle, the screen really needs to be anti-glare. Seeing my own reflection nearly put me off my tea :). The ability to alter the brightness/contrast/sharpness is a bonus.
Sound is good for a portable unit. What you would expect – clear but a bit tinny. Volume excellent but maybe get the headphones out.
Battery has proven to be good. With some machines promising good battery life and not delivering I am pleased to report that this player is fine. Not tested it for the six hour play time specified but lasted no problem on a 144 minute film.
Manual controls are good if slightly unintuitive. The remote control is slightly small but functions just fine for me
Plays prerecorded and ‘standard play’ writable discs from my Panasonic DVD recorder but must warn that anything recorded at ‘long play’ tends to stutter occasionally which can be a bit distracting. LP decoding a bit suspect then. Still, as it was bought to play commercial DVD’s I should not grumble really.
Overall it’s an excellent device and even the purple colour is great as it’s one of my favourites.
Absolutely delighted with my purchase and looking forward to lots of relaxing viewing.

There is nothing to dislike about this player. The picture is excellent, easy to set up and use.

This is a very well made, robust machine. The dvds play right away and the quality of sound and picture is excellent. I would highly recommend this product for adults or children. Useful for elderly people who are more or less bedridden. The volume goes up to 20 so no need for headphones. No running noise like other similar models from other producers.
