Great hose system
It’s a great hose system but is extremely heavy. I’m not sure the bolts would hold it to the wall.

So easy to use however far away from the tap – just pull for more hose and when you’re done a quick tug and it puts itself away. Brilliant wish I got it sooner!

I bought this retractable hose at the same time I purchased a 30m retractable hose from screwfix for my 80yrs old dad (thinking it was more expensive & better quality, so it would be easier for him to use) I WAS WRONG. Dad had to take his Hozelock Auto reel back to screwfix. I on the other hand have a perfectly good and fully functioning retractable garden hose.

This hose is the best I’ve had makes watering the plants an easy hob
After years of winding a hose thing with a snapped handle I bought this, four 12mm holes to drill to fit to wall, took about 20 minutes.
Works great, absolutely no issues with this. I would recommend.

This is by far the best hose reel I have had & the face it’s retractable just makes it brilliant .
Good value for money
When I make a mistake in a review I would like to think I can correct it. The tap connector is small but unknown to me was that the end came away if you pulled down the outer sleeve down as you would to remove from a tap. Had I known this it would have saved me sending it back for a refund and I would have kept it. Sorry to the suppliers for my initial mistake.
