La SORPRESA ha sido descubrir que puedo conectar con cable el BOLD CONNECT a la puerta automtica del garaje y usarlo para abrir/cerrar el garaje de casa con BOLD. Esto ha sido una sorpresa y me he ahorrado unos 50
Euros ms de tener que comprar un rele separado para la puerta del garaje. Ahora abro ambas con el mvil.
I have been searching for a smartlock for well over 12 months. As I live in a rented apartment I am somewhat restricted to what changes I can make. I have the standard barrel lock so just wanted to be able to change the barrel. There are a number of barrel smart locks available. They are either external devices that need to be attached to your existing lock using an adapter or existing key and quite bulky and not very aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Others required an additional hub to link it to your Wifi. Theis usually incurred high additional costs, plus taking up another mains outlet to run it. This works directly with the bluetooth of your phone and your internet router The main thing to note is that it does not turn the lock you have to do that manually, hence the 2 year battery life. I bought a returned device and discovered that it was still configured and locked to the previous sellers account. Therefore it would not let me register the lock. I emailed their technical services, who were most helpful and replyed within 24 hours The problem was soon resolved and works perfectly. I am a registered disabled person and have found the lock invaluable and would highly recommend. it.One important note do make sure you have your phone with you when you leave home. There is a secure way of entering you home manually but the phone method is much easie
Il cilindro robusto, facilissimo da installare e molto facile da usare. Apprezzabile la scelta di non motorizzare l’apertura/chiusura delle mandate che resta manuale girando il pomello a fronte di una maggior robustezza del prodotto (ci che non c’ non si rompe) e di una conseguente enorme durata della batteria rispetto ai prodotti concorrenti. Il cilindro meriterebbe quindi anche 5 stelle, quello che invece ancora da migliorare l’App che forse pecca ancora di giovent. Spero che gli sviluppatori vogliano concentrarsi su questa per aggiungere funzioni e migliorare la veste grafica. In generare comunque 4 stelle meritate.
This product is a premium product well made and very easy to install. The only issue I have with this is that the Bold CONNECT BRIDGE, keeps disconnecting from the wireless network, I do not know why this occurs but it is quite frustrating, hopefully this bug will be fixed with a software update. The price at of the device is slightly cheaper at Curry’s/ PC World. The battery life is very good as it does not have any motorised parts.
The device working fine without any issues also it’s very easy to install and configure it.
I bought the Smart door lock , Gateway and the keys, the whole process was very easy and fast. all you need to do just fix the device with your door then install the app and follow the steps, same for the Gateway and the keys.
I really recommend this for anyone want to have Smart door lock but just one thing if you tried to active the backup code at this time you are losing the advantage for the security and you will have pop up message telling you if you tried to use the backup key you will not have more security.

Installed this in minutes very happy with this lock. Does what it is supposed to would be good to have smaller fobs but not a big deal
The installation is straight forward and simple enough. Unscrew things to take out the original cylinder. Compare the sizes of the two and add an extension to the Smart Cylinder if necessary. Then set up the smart lock with bluetooth as outlined in print.
The setup of the Connect gateway is also pain free. Nevertheless, there is one issue that a user must be reminded. The “Controller” setting must NOT be enabled to enable remote activation. This setting, I believe, is for the physical controller to buy separately. This is, however, not mentioned in the manual or website. When I found out I cannot remotely activate the lock, I wrote to the support. They get back to me within hours and advised about the setting that I must have done wrong!
The Smart Cylinder itself looks strong and believed so.
