Took tumble dryer into desired room and set up. They notified me there was a small crack at top of dryer contacted amazon and they have partially refunded me. Crack isnt visible due to being under unit. Doesnt affect the use. But due to the crack its 4*

I have bought this for my daughter who has placed it in her garage. The fact that she can operate it from her phone is a really good idea.
Got this tumble today. Can’t rate it as not used it yet . The candy app doesn’t work on our phone s22 ultra. WiFi is set to 2.4ghz and all instructions followed but will not connect our WiFi to the tumble
I have had this tumble dryer for three years now. It has never broken down. It’s important to ensure regular cleaning of the condenser, but apart from that, which is easy to achieve, this is a great product.. I had previously owned a hot point which was constantly breaking down, usually the heating element.

A dryer worth much more than the price I paid (230). The drum is large and I think that is what keeps it relatively quiet. The fluff filter is easy to clean. The only con I can imagine someone else having is the water tank. It’s a large tank so it doesn’t need to emptied so often but this does mean it can be quite heavy when full. Add onto that the fact it’s located at the bottom of the machine and I could see some people might have trouble lifting it.
The smart features are simple and easy to use but for every day laundry they aren’t really needed. I only use them for special care items such as bedding, coats etc.
But for me I can’t find fault with this machine at all. I would highly recommend.
