It works perfectly on a 2021 Mazda CX5, but it took me 2 hours to figure out. First off, don’t read the instructions. They claim you plug it in, and then connect to bluetooth, and you’re all set. But that’s not it at all. It doesn’t even transmit a bluetooth signal until you’ve updated the firmware on the box. So here’s what you need to do: Plug it into your car’s USB port which you use with wired CarPlay. Wait approximately 30 seconds, then on your phone connect to the wifi transmission labeled “VOLKSWAGN” or something very close to that. I don’t know why it’s called that, but that connects you to your Carlinkit. The password to join is 12345678. After you’re connected, browse to IP address 192.168.50.2, which takes you to the configuration page for your Carlinkit. On that page, it’ll say that your Carlinkit is up to date, but it isn’t. Click the “Check for update” button, and then you’ll see that there’s a newer version available. Install the update and wait for the page to tell you it’s done updating. At this point, you may lose the “VOLKSWAGN” WIFI connection because the update reset the WIFI transmission name from “VOLKSWAGN” to “Auto box” or something similar to that. After you’ve re-established a connection to the new “Auto box” WIFI signal, browse to IP address 192.168.50.2 again. Again, it’ll tell you that your Carlinkit is up to date, but it probably isn’t. Click the “Check for update” button, and then you’ll see that there’s a newer version available AGAIN. Install the update and wait for the page to tell you it’s done updating. Repeat the cycle of update, refresh page, update, refresh page, until it tells you that there’s no more updates when you click “Check for updates.” When you reach that point you should be ready to rock. When you plug in your Carlinkit to your car’s USB port that you use for CarPlay, you will see an different screen that gives you directions to connect your iPhone. Now finally the Carlinkit transmits a bluetooth signal that you can pair with. Go ahead and pair it, and on your phone it’ll ask you to confirm if you want to pair it. For some reason, after it’s paired via Bluetooth, it’ll unpair itself and then continue to use the WiFi connection. That’s it! You’re all set up. Next time you start your car your iPhone will automatically reconnect. I give this thing 4/5 stars. It would be 5 stars if it came with good instructions. But otherwise, this works perfectly!

Efficace
L’ho installato su una Kia Niro e devo dire che l’abbinamento stato molto veloce e facile e ogni volta che entro in auto l’abbinamento quasi istantaneo. Funziona quindi molto bene, l’unico problema che al primo viaggio lungo un paio di volte l’abbinamento si disattivato da solo per poi riattivarsi dopo un paio di minuti. Niente di drammatico ma se si sta usando un navigatore o facendo una telefonata certo questo crea qualche problema. Devo anche dire che dopo di allora non pi successo, almeno finora, anche facendo altri viaggi lunghi.
Quindi devo dire che sono positivamente colpito dal funzionamento sperando che quei casi di scollegamento fossero solo assestamenti iniziali. In definitiva lo consiglio.

Bei diesem Produkt bin ich leider zwiegespalten. Leider bietet mein Autoradio keine Wireless Mglichkeit fr Apple CarPlay an. Nach ewigen informieren und vergleichen habe ich mich fr dieses kleine Ktzchen entschieden. Wenn es funktioniert, dann funktioniert es sogar sehr gut. Kaum Zeit Verzgerung oder sonstige Probleme. Allerdings stellt der Verbindungsaufbau teilweise ein Problem dar. Im allgemeinen Dauer der Aufbau ca 30 Sekunden. Dieser klappt aber in 25% der Flle nicht. Da hilft nur gert aus der usb Dose ziehen oder das handy Neustarten. Konnte es aber nicht direkt reproduzieren und auf bestimmte Faktoren eingrenzen. Auf Mittelstrecke sehr praktisch. Auf Langstrecke verwende ich weiter die Kabelverbindungen mit dem Auto.

Ad ora non sono pienamente soddisfatto in quanto ogni tanto quando metti in moto l’auto non lo riconosce e devo staccare e riattaccatere il cavetto usb,invece come funzioni che mi permette di fare nulla da dire.
Fantastico per W177 e iPhone 13 Pro
Fantastico prodotto, piccolissimo, e l’ho usato per collegare l’iPhone 13 Pro (con iOS 15.3.1) alla mia Mercedes classe A (W177 del 2019), funziona alla perfezione. Utilissimo il video che c’ nell’interazione che mostra come collegare il dispositivo (facilissimo tra l’altro). Fatto il primo collegamento, dopo ogni volta che si sale in macchina l’iPhone subito collegato. Provato ad utilizzare CarPlay usando contemporaneamente Google maps e Apple Music, funziona tutto alla perfezione.
Unico rilievo, il cavo contenuto nella confezione di tipo USB-USBC, quindi serve un altro cavo per collegarlo alla mia macchina (non ha prese usb ma solo usb-c).
Preso anche collegandoci un coupon sconto e pagato poco pi di 80, lo riprenderei al volo!!!
Aggiornamento dopo due mesi di utilizzo: Funziona tutto alla perfezione, anche l’invio dei messaggi tramite whatsapp funziona benissimo, ogni tanto capita che non si colleghi in automatico, per basta disattivare il bluetooth sull’iphone e riattivarlo subito che si collega immediatamente.

sulla mia macchina (LEXUS UX) funziona benissimo Una volta attaccato alla presa USB e attivato Bluetooth sul telefonino ha iniziato a funzionare da subito. Unico difetto riscontrato: manca l’interfaccia nella lingua Italiana.

Lo utilizzo su una Mercedes classe A w176 ultimo restyling prima della nuova con lo schermone per intenderci, indubbiamente comodo entri in auto e subito si aggancia carplay appena accendi il quadro! Il prezzo un po meno sicuramente la comodit si paga a 30 euro in meno sarebbe un best buy

Lo usi da pi di un mese e fino ad ora ottimo funzionamento. Come suggerito non ho aggiornato il software in quanto funziona perfettamente. La mia macchina una Suzuki Swace. Facilissimo installarlo. Come suggerito prima ho disaccoppiato il telefono dalla macchina . Dopo di che un gioco da ragazzi. Uso in contemporanea Waze e Apple Music e non ho notato alcun lag. Funziona come attraverso la rete cablata. Ho notato un particolare: si collega prima e non fallisce un colpo se il telecomando della macchina lo tenete sul portabicchieri e non in qualche tasca di giacca o pantaloni. In ognii caso una figata ascoltare la propria musica preferita anche per brevi tratti di macchina senza dover collegare il telefono. In effetti devo anche confessare una certa rabbia perch non capisco come si fa a non mettere di serie il collegamento wireless per CarPlay sulle macchine, tenuto conto che bastato acquistare una cosa minuscola. Misteri.

piccolo comodo, facilissimo da installare: dovete avere sull’iPhone l’opzione wi-fi attiva. il sistema si connette in un attimo. rispetto alla connessione “tradizionale” col cavetto diretto tra iPhone e auto qui quando si connette (ovvero quando accendete il motore) impiega qualche secondo, diciamo 5 o 6 . per poi va benissimo. io ho preso 4 tondini in velcro adesivi e l’ho attaccato alla parte superiore del vano portaoggetti. attenzione: questo modello (che molto piccolo) NON ha la connessione lightning, quindi non potete attaccare l’iPhone per metterlo in carica. a me non importa, il piano che si vede anche base ricarica wireless Qi

Habe das Teil fr einen Hyundai IONIQ Electric gekauft. Am USB Port in der Mittelkonsole eingesteckt und ber das iPhone 11 per Bluetooth verbunden. Dann wird Apple CarPlay am Display des IONIQ angezeigt.
Wenn ich jetzt ins Auto einsteige und starte, wird CarPlay automatisch (als ob ich das iPhone per USB-Kabel verbunden htte) angezeigt.
Das iPhone liegt in der induktiven Ladeschale und ich kann CarPlay nutzen.
Das Teil macht also genau das, was es soll!
After a firmware update works really grea
Immediate recognition at the first time, on the second time it was not really connecting, so I made a firmware upgrade (as written on the instructions) it was fast to upgrade, and after that, it works wonderful, with immediate auto connection (in about 10/15 seconds) almost no lag at all (just a little lag when play/pause/skip songs) the response on the display is absolute as with the cable, navigation works great.
I didn’t test it for long drives yet, but for now, I am super satisfied.
What else to say, buy it, it’s great.

Come ho detto, un ottimo acquisto specialmente considerando che l’ho acquistato a buon prezzo con un’offerta a tempo. Spedizione perfetta, arrivato in un giorno. Confezione completa di cavetto usb per il cablaggio del dispositivo.

I like that you do not have to plug into your phone. It works great most of the time. Sometimes it fails to connect. One thing you should be aware once in connects via Bluetooth it then disconnect’s Bluetooth and is on Wi-Fi using your phones data. So if you’re going on a long journey I would use cable connection.

Questo dongle consente di utilizzare il sistema CarPlay di Apple sulla propria auto in modalit wireless. Ovviamente deve essere gi presente la possibilit di usarlo in modo cablato: connettendolo alla presa usb dove andrebbe inserito il cavo dell’iPhone, cui si collega con Bluetooth, si accede alla funzione CarPlay. Ovviamente in questo modo non si ricarica il telefono durante la marcia.
Installazione semplice, fanno tutto lui e lo smartphone.
Funzionamento: crea una nuova utenza sulla vettura, quindi se si aveva personalizzato i tasti, ci si ritrova con una schermata di default, ma il setup comunque veloce.
Quello che non veloce la risposta al tocco, sia dal volante che direttamente dallo schermo: c’ sempre un po’ di ritardo (anche 1 secondo).
La cosa pi fastidiosa per che non sempre si aggancia (ad esempio la mattina) e l’avvio comunque sempre lento, pi che in modalit normale (cablata).
Per come funziona, secondo me sovraprezzato.
NB: io lo uso su VW Golf Mk7.5 Executive con impianto di serie.

Comodo, anche se....
In primis, specifico che nella mia Touran del 2004, ovviamente, non c’era un’autoradio con Bluetooth e/o wifi. Cos ho fatto installare una Pioneer la quale, per, priva di bluetooth. Per collegare l’iPhone dovevo collegarlo con cavo alla porta Usb. Non sono un fan dei cavi a vista, soprattutto in auto. Cos ho cercato e trovato questo dispositivo. Configurazione semplicissima. Funzionamento idem. L’unica pecca estetica: il dispositivo deve sempre rimanere alimentato tramite la porta Usb, quindi 1) occupa la porta 2) c’ sempre un cavo. Ne ho parlato con l’assistenza, e ho detto loro di migliorare la comunicazione. Nelle caratteristiche del prodotto, infatti, non specificato l’aspetto “alimentazione”. Inoltre ho suggerito loro di fare un modello a batteria, non deve essere complicato. Tipo l’Airpod, insomma un dispositivo che deve essere ricaricato (es a casa) e usato in auto senza attaccare cavi.

Also vorweg, das ist bereits der 2. Adapter nachdem ich den 1 damals zurck gesendet habe. Habe es mit nem Kumpel gleichzeitig gekauft und ich hatte den Fall das oft keine Verbindung zustande kam.
Nun hatte ich noch einen Versuch gewagt. Und muss sagen nun funktioniert es soweit mit einem Manko.
Das beigelegte usb auf usbc Kabel hat wohl sehr schwache bertragungsraten, ich habe mir ein separates zugelegt und seitdem funktioniert der Verbindungsaufbau so viel schneller.
Normal ist die Verbindung in sptestens 30 Sekunden geschaffen und funktioniert dann flssig sofern du das auto nicht alle paar Minuten ausmachen musst .
Bin nun sehr zufrieden mit dem Gert und es hat einfach geklappt einzurichten. Supe

L’ho installato su una Fiat Tipo con Uconnect con Car play nativo. Inizialmente non c’era verso di farlo funzionare, lo stavo per restituire. Poi casualmente l’ho collegato all’usb con il motore acceso e si configurato in meno di un minuto . Forse la tensione con solo la batteria era insufficiente. Sta di fatto che adesso funziona perfettamente con tutti i telefoni in meno di 30 secondi carica car play. Unica pecca il segnale GPS che assente se il telefono in tasca o in borsa. Per il resto niente da dire.

Sono 2 giorni che lo sto testando,ho un iPhone 12pro max,la connessione non proprio istantanea ma in 1 minuto tutto vala voce diretta nelle chiamate,la musica si sente benenon ho notato nessun ritardovenditore affidabile avevo preso il modello prima ma non era compatibile con la mia golf era solo x autoradio Androidreso preso il mini,esteticamente bello ha un led verde,chiuso nel cassetto e il telefono un po’ distante funzione benissimo

Wirklich super...nur manchmal hapert es mit der Verbindung
Zunchst…ich fahre einen Kia Proceed GT und teste das Carlinkit mini nun schon ein paar Wochen. Jetzt kann ich eine Rezession schreiben, da ich mich fast tglich mit dem Kit auseinandergesetzt habe. Die erstmalige Verbindungen zum Navi war wirklich Kinderleicht. Das Kit wird ber USB angesteckt und sofort erkannt. ber Bluetooth verbindet man die Komponenten und fertig ist man schon. Am sich wrde ich glatte 5 Sterne geben. Jedoch hapert es manchmal an der Verbindung. Ein Minuspunkt ist, dass sich das Entertainment-System zu 99 Prozent immer ausschaltet, wenn man auch das Auto ausmacht und sich die Verbindung vom Kit zum System verliert. Das Entertainment-System muss somit immer manuell eingeschaltet werden. Vergisst man es im Stress, fhrt los und schaltet erst das System whrend der Fahrt ein, kann sich das Kit nicht mehr verbinden. Erst wenn das Auto zum Stillstand kommt. Das wird sicherlich durch die Sicherheitssysteme zu begrnden sein, ist aber dennoch nervig. Wenn man sich jedoch daran hlt und das System fein anschaltet funktioniert das Kit reibungslos und ist ein super Begleiter whrend der Fahrt. Ich kann das Carlinkit mini definitiv empfehlen.

Sembrava non funzionare , ma...
Dopo aver acquistato l’adattatore, lo connetto della mia Alfa Romeo Giulia, dopo aver effettuato l’accoppiamento, inizia a funzionare e dopo alcuni secondi, inizia a riavviarsi improvvisamente, provo a e disconnetterlo e accoppiarlo di nuovo, ma niente. Scrivo al venditore, per avere chiarimenti, gentilissimo, mi fa inviare un feedback del dispositivo, e dopo 4 giorni mi scrive che il problema stato risolto, e devo procedere ad aggiornare il dispositivo. Adesso funziona perfettamente.
Fa egregiamente quanto promesso
Finalmente libero dal cavo, il mio iPhone ora si connette istantaneamente al CarPlay dell’auto appena entro nell’abitacolo con il telefono in tasca o nella giacca (il monitor si limita a chiedermi conferma di connessione, poi procede velocemente in autonomia). Comodissimo.
Costa un po’ troppo forse
Il prezzo forse troppo alto per il tipo di dispositivo. Co la mia hyundai kona funziona abbastanza bene, anche se tipo una volta su dieci non si aggancia e devi staccare e riattaccare l’usb e aspettare che agganci di nuovo il telefono. Comunuqe molto utile, il carplay funziona bene e non hai pi la necessit di attaccare il telefono al cavo, che pu tranquillamente essere messo in tasca e con i tasti al volante cunziona bene anche l’assistente vocale.

Premetto che ero scettico, chi dice che va benissimo, chi dice che nemmeno si collega. In primis necessario Apple CarPlay cablato operativo sulla propria auto (nel mio caso Audi A3 facelift Admired con Audi Smartphone Interface), senza di quello il Carlinkit non serve a nulla. Il mio telefono era gi stato configurato per CarPlay ovviamente, cos come era gi stato collegato via BT al sistema MMI Plus. Appena ho collegato il Carlinkit apparso sul display la richiesta di accettare il collegamento CarPlay, dopo pochi secondi ho iniziato ad abbinare via BT il Carlinkit con il mio iPhone (12 ProMax con iOS 15.1). Si sono collegati al primo colpo, tempo 10 secondi e vedevo tutto sul display centrale (ovviamente tutto pilotabile con la rotella dell’MMI Plus). Ho provato anche le telefonate, tutto ok, forse solo un leggero peggioramento per chi ci ascolta. In auto tutto ok! Come primo collegamento di circa 30 min tutto andato alla grande! Gi provato a spegnere l’auto, aspettare lo spegnimento delle porte USB, riprovare a riaccendere l’auto.tutto ok! 10/15 secondi ed il telefono era nuovamente collegato via CarPlay. Per quei 30 min di collegamento sinceramente non ho notato surriscaldamenti n dell’iPhone e nemmeno del Carlinkit. Per ora promosso a pieni voti!

Trovato in offerta ad 86 euro grazie ad un codice sconto non potevo non prenderlo. Si collega automaticamente al telefono ogni qualvolta si accenda l’auto .. in massimo 10 secondi si avvia CarPlay. Per il resto che dire .. la comodit di non avere cavi e cavetti in giro assoluta. Piccoli ritardi nei comandi touch, sciocchezze. Per il resto ripeto, l’oggetto costoso ma fa il suo dovere egregiamente. Consigliato
Montato su Suzuki Swift, funziona perfettamente.
Il sistema si collegato subito, fatta la prima configurazione diventato immediato.
Consiglio su Suzuki di impostare un delay di accensione a 15 secondi, in quanto il sistema integrato non sempre riconosce il dispositivo se attaccato all’auto prima dell’accensione. E’ un problema dell’auto, in quanto lo fa anche collegando l’iPhone via USB.
Consiglio di eseguire l’upgrade come da istruzione tramite indirizzo 192.168.50.2 e verificare di tanto in tanto che non ce ne siano nuovi (in caso di problemi dopo l’update c’ la funziona “roll-back” per tornare alla versione precedente).
Ero un po’ preoccupato perch trovavo recensioni discordanti su questi dispositivi per rendere wireless Apple CarPlay cablato. Devo dire che molto molto utile. Ovviamente necessita di un 5-10 secondi prima di connettersi in automatico all’iPhone. La navigazione gps funziona perfettamente. La riproduzione audio ha un leggero ritardo di uno o due secondi nei comandi (skip, play, pausa) ma la qualit dell’audio mi sembra praticamente identica. Non perfetto ma va benissimo e lo consiglio.
