The seat is much improved on previous ones I have purchased. Well pleased and impressed.
This chair provides good gentle massage through vibration.
It has different mode settings and allows for separate use of parts of the back or a combination. My remote works fine in terms of the choices.
I found the lower back nodes a little high (would be good to have nodes at the base too) but adding a cushion helps. For lower back massage I found it more beneficial to set it to both lower back and seat.
I use on the sofa whilst watching tv although it may be better on a straighter chair. I’ve added a lumber support to mine as a neck rest which provides additional support and the vibration comes through it well.
My husband lives this, he uses it b4 and after work. He suffers with pains in his hips, back, shoulders and neck. He works outside in all weather’s and its taken its tole on him over the years.. this helps him alot. He is made up with this product and would recommend anyone to try it. He says it’s the best thing since sliced bread.

I bought this item in place of another massage chair I wasn’t happy with and, although it’s early days (I got it today), first impressions are very positive. I feel this might be exactly what I was looking for – I’ll update if anything changes.
I saw some reviews saying it wasn’t powerful but I think they must have not been using it right – the next step up would be a pneumatic drill (ok…slight exaggeration). It feels worth mentioning that, because of the massage units within the chair, it isn’t super comfy but I guess this will be the case with all of these chairs and I certainly find it comfy enough.
The best thing about this item is it can easily be moved from one chair to another even the car!! The remote is easy to use and can direct the right heat and vibration to where you want it the combination of heat and vibration is perfect for reliving sore aching muscles
After having Spinal surgery a year and a half ago, I finally bit the bullet and treated myself. After a couple of days intensive massaging in my seat, I finally slept for more than 1 &1/2 hrs. The fact it has heat control, is a complete blessing. I not only fell asleep in my chair, but finally in my bed.

It’s comfortable even when switched off, soft material nice relaxing motion. The remote control is intuitive and easy to use. Comes with a lighter connector if you wanted in your car and fits great to an office style chair. It’s not as noisy as a previous one I had and the cable is a decent length.
I put this in my car so I could have heated seats for the winter and back massages as I sat, bored and frustrated in traffic. Certainly makes me enjoy my commuting time more.
I’ve always wanted one as I’m a suffer of constant pain, and wow, this isvomfortable and has really helped me to relax, the different massage zones are in just the right place and the vibration and massage is just right, I find it does help and the heat is just right and is very soothing, especially on my lower back which gets very sore. Ok so let me first say that I have only had this for a few days I work from home and I have Ceriblepalsy of the lower extremities as well as arthritic and osteoporosis Im 5’7 and weigh 172 LBs the first thing I thought when I got this and tried it was why oh why didn’t I buy one sooner the Massage zones hit all the right places and the control is easy to use not to mention the cord that goes into the wall is long enough for me to switch from my work computer to My home PC desks without getting in the way its even has several plus options and it forces you to sit in a Posture perfect position meaning it makes you sit straight the Memory foam is very thick and Relaxing I just feel great . I got this to help with really bad sciatica. Found heat was the best way to relieve the pain. This cover provides a good amount of heat after a minute or 2 to the lower back and back of thighs. The vibration mode is helpful too. You can adjust the area of heat and intensity of vibration. It comes with a plug in power cable and car power 12v cable. This means it has the versatility to be used in the home and office on chairs, or even flat on the floor to provide heat and vibration. Remote is a wired in one so it stays with the chair. Auto shut off after 30mins. All in all a great, well made, robust product.

More of a vibrating seat than a massage seat. Very good quality material, heats up, side controls easy to use .
There was a couple of issues with it but I returned it very easy people where nice got my money back very quick

A little sceptical in purchasing however bite the bullet and give it a go can always return if necessary,not necessary it’s a joy to use and has relived some of my aches and pains I’m totally happy with the product.

I have a chair massager but it’s old and starting to fail. I found this one and liked the reviews and the features. It was packaged well and wrapped in plastic. I am 5’2″ and the neck shoulder area should be at my shoulders but because I’m short it rests on the back of my head about where my ears are. Which isn’t a bad thing for me since I need heat and massage there too. It comes with 2 straps to keep it in place, one at the top and one where the back and seat connect. I have a power lift recliner and I was able to get the bottom strap over the recliner and tucked under the back cushion(pic). The top strap would not fit but sometimes you have to get creative. I hooked bed sheet clips together and put it behind the straps on the massager and then easily put it over the recliner and it worked like a charm(pic)! The material is soft and it’s comfortable to sit on. The massagers on the seat can be uncomfortable when sitting up on the edge of the chair, my old one had them too, so they don’t bother me much but they might someone else. Now it’s time to test it out. I went through all the settings and the 5 mode options are nice but I prefer a steady, constant vibration. Which is available on the individual areas. It does have the option to turn on/off the individual areas. It has high, medium and low speeds. I have to use the low speed. The higher speeds vibrate my head too much and makes my eyes hurt. Everyone’s tolerance is different. This is how I like it: I turn it on, I push the button next to each individual area, set it on low speed and turn the back heat on(pic). I relax for 30 minutes of bliss! The one thing I wish it had was a memory on the controller so all I had to do was hit the power button so I didn’t have to hit all the buttons every time I turn it on. Not a deal breaker though. It does come with a 2 year warranty that you just to go on Comfier’s website to register which was very quick and easy. You will need your order number. I highly recommend this product and will buy another one when needed. Well worth the money!

Still trying out all the functions, a bit noisy sometimes but no worries, helps to relax and try it all out.
I brought one for my works van. I have a physical job, with the aches and pains that accompany it. It doesn’t get in the way of driving once the seat has been readjusted, and it has been a godsent for my back. Tge foam that makes the mat is comfortable, the vibration devices don’t dig in and the vibration is powerful without being annoying. Definately recommend it to anyone with physical jobs and/or long hours on the wheel.

Lots of different options – H M L for intensity, various zones, and same options for where the heat is directed. First impressions are that it is well-made, certainly uses plush materials, is comfortable in day-to-day use, and as a bonus, comes in sustainable cardboard-only packaging. I like this and sure I will use it for many years.

This product is very affordable and easy to use. My job requires I am constantly walking and often lifting heavy objects. I have suffered from lower back pain for most of my life. I spend the last hours of work looking forward to sitting in this chair and letting it soothe my pain. The vibrations are great. My only minor complaints were easily fixable: I wish the heat got warmer (but I fixed this with a heat pad tucked over the vibrators on my lower back) and that the bottom part where your but rests is uncomfortable due to the plastic vibrator mechanisms (A: I could remove the massage pad, but I’m lazy and dont want to and B: this was fixed by putting a thin padded seat cushion under my butt. Having been in lockdown for so long my back was really playing up but this has really helped. It has more functions than anticipated for the price and it eases my back well. A great product at a great price.
The massager cover is super easy to use and install, the functions are very clear and work well. Bought this for my grandfather who is almost immobile and he has really appreciated the extra muscle stimulation it gives him during this difficult pandemic situation.

I wanted this for use in my car while driving to and from work. Doesn’t come with car power adapter. I had to order the car power adapter separately directly from the product website for another $12 plus shipping.
UPDATE: After using this for a week while driving, 30 minutes to and from work everyday, my back hasn’t been hurting as much. At first it doesn’t seem like it’s doing very much besides heating up and vibrating a little. But apparently the accumulative use of twice a day for 30 minutes each time does help in the long run. Also, the company has been in contact with me and say they will refund the cost of the car adapter because it should have been included. We shall see…
Overall, my back doesn’t hurt as much as it used to do I’m thinking of getting a second cushion for my wife to use in her car for her back pain to help her. 3 star to 5 star.
Bought this product due to suffering from back pain. This has been a great help especially the heat setting. The control setting is easy to use and the vibrations come in three settings which you can choose which areas to treat. Have also used it in the car whilst driving. Great buy

Has some good pressure for a vibrating seat. I was surprised. Positioning is good too, very confortable and perfect thickness. Can use in the car and in the house.

It’s quite a comfy pad to sit on, and the heat option is great, but 2 things to note a) the auto setting which is supposed to cycle through all the vibration options just “taps”, so that’s annoying and b) it advertises that the heat setting can be on without the vibration settings on – this is not the case. In order to have the heat on, you have to have the vibration. Also, the vibration for the neck is annoyingly loud, however the lower back setting is just great!

Bought for Mother In Law who suffers various arthritis pains etc. She loves it apparently. Put it on her tv armchair and uses it all the while. She says it’s a little noisy but not so much as to spoil watching tv. Says it helps her aches and pains no end.
I suffer with a bad back problem as does my Mother, we have both found the comfimassager very helpful in easing our back pain, it is also great for relaxing ,my mum often nods off while useing it. neither of us realy have found anything about it that we could be negative about, all in all a great item to have in your home

It is comfortable, lightweight and pretty thick, but could do with being a tad thicker, especially as the chairs and sofas I have have lowish backs, so I cannot properly utilise the neck massager part of the product. A thicker and sturdier back would enable me to take full advantage of the whole of the product. So far, I am very happy with this back massage

The 2 heat settings are just perfect, i start off on the high heat and after 5/10 mins reduce it to low heat.

Unbelievable quality. I expected something flimsy but far from it. Very powerful massage on full an the heat is just right. Bought it for my work van as I travel all over the UK. Driving has now become a pleasure.
Pretty good product however the main seat area can be a little uncomfortable thus not really suited for a full day sitting on it. Good for short relaxation but not the best fit on office chairs.

This is a Christmas present so it hasn’t been used 100% yet. When it arrived I took it out of the box to make sure it would work for my dad and his issues. I live that it has the extra two massagers at the bottom for the hip/buttocks/sciatic nerve area. The massagers are vibrating massagers and if that is what you are looking for it is great for a gently massage. The heating is always a plus. I tested this in a recliner and it was great. I have no doubt that you could lay down flat or even in your bed with it also. I am happy with my purchase. I actually bought a second one for a friend to use in his truck since it has a car charger attachment .

With Covid19 u am working from home so being able to use this while stuck on call is fantastic. I have already recommended this to several colleagues
However you will need to find some sort of home solution to attach it to your chair as the Velcro provided doesn’t really do the job.
Also the buttons are incorrectly label so ‘neck’ will activate the seat part ‘lower back’ activates ‘upper back’ etc
I bought this massager twice because the first time it got lost in the mail, I got a full refund. The second time I paid more for it because the first one was during a deal of the day special. It’s very easy to use. No tools or special installation are required, you just take it out of the box, place it where you will use it & plug it in, that simple. I love the massage & heating options, again very easy to use. It has a high, medium & low option which they are all good. It’s a bit noisy but it doesn’t bother me, I just put it on low when I’m watching tv. I feel very relaxed when using it, I don’t feel as tense. It makes my aching back feel better. I was debating between this massager & one that offers shiatsu massage but I’m glad I picked this one, I think the shiatsu would have been a little painful. It’s also very cushioning. For now, this massager is perfect for me.
It pays to care about quality here. I had a massage chair from awhile ago that I found super cheap and well…you get what you pay for. While I loved it, that one broke after a few uses, which was not pleasant.
As you can see from the video, this one is much higher quality and is made with great material. Despite the heavy usage so far, it’s been perfect. More than worth it.
I think it’s ideal for people who love sitting in those massage chairs at the mall, but maybe doesn’t have the huge budget to buy a giant chair.
Obviously you can’t expect the same experience as that, but if feels pretty great. It vibrates and even provides heat, which adds to the sensations. It’s great especially for the hips, thighs, and back. I use it after my workouts and it really calms my muscles down.
We haven’t tried it in the car yet, but very much looking forward to trying it there because we do have long road trips sometimes and cramping is a very real thing.
I’m 6’5″ and the massagers that are supposed to hit your neck fall a couple inches short of my neck. Being tall nothing is ever made for you so I’m not going to ding them for it, just figured someone might find that information useful.
Other than that, everything else seems pretty standard and works. It has a bunch of different modes where it does different patterns of vibration. You can also just turn on different sets of massagers individually to where they just run a solid vibration that doesn’t change. That’s what I normally use as the patterns just aren’t my thing. I posted a picture of one page of the manual explaining the different modes with the remote. It shuts off after 30 minutes.
The heat settings are just warm not hot. In the manual it states it’s not meant to be a heating pad. I actually like that it’s not real hot, but if you’re looking for high heat out of a massager cushion I would say this isn’t the one for you.
I had a lot of muscle pain in my upper back and shoulder area the last couple weeks which is why I got this. It was one of those things I just couldn’t seem to stretch out the tightness that was leading to the pain. This has really seemed to help that loosen up and I’m feeling a lot better now.
