his is a 8 channel mixing console, it’s powered by 12v 2.1mm dc plug, not 3 pin circular locking plug, feel like less secure but good enough for home use

besides standard outputs, it has a usb output to computer, very easy for streaming use, and it can also record directly into usb storage as audio file, at reverse it can play audio from usb too

there are 3 eq knobs for each channel to fine tune high, mid, low frequencies, not easy job for beginners but sometimes it helps me to make vocal clear or put emphasis on high or low end

there are 8 dsp effect selectable by mode button, strength adjustable to each channel or all by main knob

it’s a a easy starting device for beginner and more than enough function for basic use, much more to learn before next upgrade

i’m very satisfied with this product, would recommend

It’s good if you’re a beginner, and actually have all of the peripherals to go with it. It’s no Roland mixer, but, if you’re new to mixing and audio production, it’s not bad as a starter board.

It actually works fine with no problems at all, but it is very Chinese in its build. No artefacts, no distortion, but it’s just not as well built and therefore more likely to deteriorate and break sooner. There’s also no customer support with 3rd party Chinese Amazon products; it’s a risk you take.

Overall, this is nowhere near the quality of my Roland but it’s also 1/5 the price. It’s quality as expected for the price it costs. It works well, it mixes my drum track and guitar fine and even can add in vocals and it all sounds and works as it should.

I ordered the Depusheng MX8 Professional Audio Mixer Sound Board Console because I was in need of a versatile and high-quality mixer for my audio setup. As a DJ and live streamer, I wanted a mixer that could handle multiple devices and provide excellent sound control.

I was impressed by the sleek and professional look of the Depusheng MX8 mixer. The build quality felt solid, and the control knobs and buttons were well-placed and easy to access. The layout was intuitive, allowing for quick and hassle-free navigation. The LED indicator lights added a nice touch, providing clear visual feedback during operation.

The 8-channel capability allows me to connect multiple devices simultaneously, making it convenient for managing audio sources. The ultra-musical 3-band EQ on all channels is a standout feature, allowing me to shape the sound with warmth and precision. The inclusion of +48V phantom power selection is a bonus, as it enables me to use condenser microphones and wired mics without any issues.

When I tested the Depusheng MX8 with my audio setup, it exceeded my expectations. The sound quality was exceptional, offering accurate and crisp audio reproduction. The high headroom provided more dynamic range, ensuring that my mixes sounded clean and professional. I particularly enjoyed the Bluetooth connectivity, as it allowed me to wirelessly stream music from my smartphone without any hassle. A great value mixer for beginner and amateur use. A good step up from pure beginner level, so you won’t be wasting money on something you need to upgrade once you are up to speed.

Realtively easy to use and the preset effects get you up and running quickly. 8 channels, and you’ll struggle to need more.

This is an excellent audio mixer at 145 with 12% discount voucher. It is pretty well made and is quite sturdy. The instructions are very easy to use. I brought this for my podcast to adjust the sound effect and balance the input volume between the PC and a phone. This thing got the job done. Connecting the PC using the USB port is convenient and easy to use and even works well with my older model MacBook Pro.

As for the sound quality, it is pretty decent. I’m using a 48V condenser microphone. In general, there is very little noise, and the stereo output is excellent. Of course, there are many more features that someone with more audio setup and design experience might know how to play with. But I would say as a newbie, this is an excellent entry-level to mid-level entry mixer for multi-party podcasters.

    Will recommend

Hope you find this review helpful

This is just what I wanted for recording my mixes. I have a pair of Pioneer CDJs and a mixer and normally record onto my computer but this mixer allows me to fine-tune the sounds of my mix and record directly onto USB in mp3. The mixer has 8 channels so enough to plug in other equipment. The controls feel good quality, they are precise, and even when the gains are high and in the red, there is little clipping or distortion.

The effects are useful if you want them. The multi Mic inputs make it perfect for podcasting or using this as a karaoke setup or PA system and the 3-band EQ means you can fine-tune the equalizer bands. It is a compact mixer that is very versatile but for DJ use it’s a great tool to have to record your mixes directly digitally whislt having full control of the gains.

Really awesome multipurpose sound board. I own one from a well known brand technica but this is a much better modern upgrade. Comparing to my previous soundboard, this is a touch lighter while offering much more technical features like Bluetooth. It connects to my mobile phone very easily and quickly (I took a screengrab of my Bluetooth page so you can see – I thought it was odd the device is titled “ban zou” though).

The charging cable is very lightweight. The plug looked fine to me and the cable itself is fine, it’s more the box that’s attached that feels almost empty. The power button (yep, button not Switch) is fairly basic. It would have been nice to see a switch or have the button accompanied by an led to indicate it’s switched on though not necessary, more of a nice touch. The dials and buttons all feel strong and have a slight resistance when using them which feels good. Though the smaller buttons for the dials can be tricky to access if you have larger hands. I find the design of the board slightly compressed.

It’s easy to use it cabled to your computer with the included male-to-male USB cable. This adds versatility alongside the Bluetooth feature so I can record on anything! 145 is a little steep especially since I’m not familiar with the brand. However, there’s a lot going on which make it a decent sound board. I’d recommend it if there was a voucher of discount running to sweeten the deal but it’s still a decent product and I really like it. Actually I feel the echo don’t features could be great if you’re a streamer or do ASMR!

4.0 out of 5 stars Lightweight and versatile sound board

No other mixer in its class comes near to matching its flexibility to connect to almost anything. The input and output options are virtually unlimited, and its internal routing matrix has been well considered. The build quality is excellent, and there are many alternatives for connecting kit.

Sound-wise, it’s more designed for live performance, with a respectable low noise floor,At this price point, you won’t find those features anywhere else but i can confirm that this is absolutely top nouch quality mixe and i will absolutely recommend it to you.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis Depusheng MX8 Professional Audio Mixer is truly a revolutionary product. It offers a variety of features and functions that make it a great choice for any audio engineer. The sound quality is top notch and the mixer is surprisingly easy to use. With the built-in effects, you can quickly add a professional touch to any project. The unit is also incredibly durable and well-built, making it a great long-term investment. I have been using this mixer for a few weeks now and I’m still impressed with its performance. Highly recommended!

This mixer seems of a good build quality.
It is a really good all-round mixer, and would cover a beginner up to a semi-professional user.
It can mix up to 8 channels – which will cover a large number of use cases until you get to the high end (in which case you won’t be looking at this anyway!)

It can connect to a PC via USB, and has bluetooth connectivity.

It has lots of features that would favour a live / portable solution, and I suspect this may be a popular use.
Its (relatively!) compact size lends itself to portability and the 48v Phantom power enables you to use condenser microphones.

It’s a great board, packed with features at a sensible price point, would recommend.

An excellent professional audio mixer! Very easy to use, very fun to use also. Great for those that require sound systems or DJs. Excellent value for money, very sturdy. Material is excellent. Great size too, packed very well. Love that it is blue tooth friendly, can be connected to the phone very easily. It is also very ideal for those who live stream, makes life a lot easier. The best thing about it is that its very effective and great for multiple devices being connected due it having 8 channels. Can be connected to PC very easily. Fairly priced, brings a lot of benefits for your use. Definitely recommend this one!

I surprised my partner with this and he is over the moon. He likes to make his own music and is a part time dj. He said that this will make a huge difference to him. Whilst it looks highly complicated to me, he understood it straight away. He likes that you have a USB slot and Bluetooth on it. The sound quality is brilliant and the board itself looks very well made. It is a very professional piece of kit for a very reasonable price. Seeing him so happy with his new ‘toy’ is certainly worth 5 stars!!

    A great mixing sound board

Okay, I have not previously heard of the brand but that really doesn’t matter. This is an audio mixing deck 28 cm deep, 25 cm wide and 3 cm high. For anyone who is into producing music at whatever level, this packs all the power the serious amateur or semi professional could want to mix, balance, adjust and tone across multiple channels to ensure crisp, sharp, dynamic sound balanced across the inputs for a pure output with good sound depth and separation.

The plastic housing is reasonably good gauge and the deck looks like a small version of those huge mixing desks from the seventies. Whether you are an individual musician, a group or their technician, this can be used to balance out, separate and enhance output either live at a gig or for laying down tracks. It is light enough to be held in one hand and the controls all have friction grip sides and are colour coded.

There are pure software based solutions but they can be very fiddly to adjust and mixing decks like the MX8 make the task of sound balancing and adjustment extremely ergonomic. There is also something more pleasurable about having a physical mixing deck. I have no idea of what the peer equivalents of this delightful piece of kit are but as an amateur I found it is adding to my pleasure in laying down tracks. My music is of the sort that only those who are fond of me would say is good but it enables me to adjust for the very poor acoustics of my bedroom (which soaks up sound) and add back the resonance. Even my very poor guitar work starts to sound passable after some playing around.

What this delivers in terms of value is remarkable and although I am sure there are many heavy duty mixing decks and semi-professionals might dismiss this, I am finding it a pleasurable piece of kit. It is like having my very own sound engineer supporting me. I knock off a star only because I feel that with a little more of a robust and styled finish to the chassis and this would look the part more. It does the job and the chassis, which is perfectly acceptable in ergonomic layout, colour coding and so on, doesn’t quite reflect what a great piece of kit this is for those who are enthusiastic about creating music.

Full disclosure- I’m an enthusiastic amateur and the last time I used something like this was almost 20 years ago.

I found the mixer easy to set up, using it to record guitars and keyboard into my PC.

Really like some of the reverb/ echo functions, combined with the EQ I’m getting some beautiful guitar tones recorded via direct input that sound like they’re coming from a very nice amp and cab combo.

Instructions are fairly basic but clear and concise too. With a bit of playing around exploring the unit it’s fairly easy and self explanatory, probably more so if you’re experienced with this kind of stuff.

Good value compared to similar mixers with same functions.

    Interesting.

I run workshops and often record sounds, music for performance. Although I’m pretty tech savvy I do find audio mixing a bit confusing, it’s the combination of the variety of choice and decisions you can make with a sound mixer and the ideas you have. Over the years a friend has helped me produce the sounds I needed but the mixing board used was always far too overwhelming for me. This on the other hand feels a lot more manageable and although I have learnt a lot I still feel a bit of a beginner. This board is just right, great combination and versatile, great selection of connection functions, Bluetooth works perfectly. Well made and solid. Overall, great for beginners but also for those who already have the knowledge.

This mixing desk from Depusheng is really good and worked very well with my other depusheng products.
The desk it solidly made with a good size and tilted angle to it so it’s easy to use when stood up, but you can also still see the controls if you sit down (it was much easier stood up though).
The power port is on the back as well as a little on/off switch, I did think the power supply felt a little bit lightweight and cheap compared to the mixing desk though.
All the top controls are well made and feel good quality although I did find the mute buttons a little harder to access as they are so low down in between rows of control knobs, might be better lowering the knob height or moving the push buttons to below so you can access them a little easier.
I loved the control display, and the Bluetooth connection option is super handy and was easy to set up.
Sound quality is really good with no loss or distortion, plus is has plenty of input and output options so it is very suitable for all sorts of uses, ive used it so far for a microphone PA system just as a basic test and then also doing some DJ music sets as well, both jobs it did very well.
Overall, for 145.00 it’s a good bit of kit for the money, just needs a few little tweaks and maybe a deal on it to get the 5 stars.

    eally nice mixing desk

    PROS:
    Intuitive interface
    Very versatile
Multiple inputs, outputs and routing options
Easy to use even for beginners
    Precise control over each channel
    Decent effects processor

    CONS:
Some parts such as the knobs and faders do not feel very robust
Not really suited to those with more advanced level mixing needs

This is an excellent bit of kit for home use, or mobile sound on the go.

It has lots of connectivity and comes with a 3.5 jack converter cable so you can use your phone (although you will need a converter for most modern phones (a friend has an older phone he dedicates for this purpose.))

The controls are colour coordinated. They are a bit fiddly and I don’t have sausage fingers!!, but I suppose this is inevitable due to its compact size.

There are pre-sets for you to use.

The instructions are comprehensive and easy to understand.

Firstly this desk has a lot on it. More than enough to accommodate a DJ, Singer or small live act.

To start, the manual is OK, gives the basic info required, but less than other desk manufacturers.

It’s pretty standard in it’s functionality for this price level of desk. Similar to the likes of Studiomaster and Behringer desks in a similar price range.

The build quality is decent. Not Allen and Heath level, but still very good.

The desk has all of the usual gadgets, onboard DSP FX (which are acceptable for live performance) and a Bluetooth connection for audio streaming (had no dropouts or disconnects on testing).

The mic preamps are good on the gain and low noise. Similar result to my Studiomaster desk. I used a wired Shure BETA 58 to test.

A nice touch which is normally seen on higher priced desks was the PFL on each channel. The pre-fade listen feature worked fine. Also, a mute button for each channel, again, often seen on pricier desks. Mute on FX and Main out too. A nice feature to have. Channels 1 and 2 also have low cut buttons to reduce mic rumble, and instrument buttons if you are connecting the likes of a guitar.

Each channel has standard EQ (H,M,L), AUX, FX and PAN options.

The onboard MP3 player is a nice touch. Handy for acts wanting to play interval background music and not having to hook up anything to a channel. The Bluetooth streaming option is good for this too.

PC connection: When plugged in via the supplied USB cable, the Windows 11 drivers installed straight away (WDM). On testing latency for use with a DAW, I found I got 15-20 MS latency, which is average. Not Focusrite Outboard quality, but workable. Worked fine with Audacity and Repear.

I tried it with my PA speakers. RCF 935-A. And when cranked up load, the noise floor was low. Connected with XLR balanced outs from the desk to the speaker.

    My overall conclusion on this:

A lot of desk for the money, I’d expect to pay at least 25% – 40% more for a desk, on a bigger brand, to get the same features. So value for money wise, 5 stars.

If you are a ‘Brandie’ and will only go for Allen & Heath, Mackie, Studiomaster etc then this will compliment your setup as a backup desk. Whilst it’s not any of these brands, it is built to a high level quality. You should consider this as a backup desk.

If you are starting out, a lot of desk for your money! My first desk only had half of what is on this desk. Costing more.

This desk can be used for DJ’s, Solo Singers, Duos and the likes. You’d struggle with a band, due to the input amount.

I’ve given this 5 stars as I really can’t find any major flaw with this desk for it’s price. It’s a good quality desk all round.

Good Desk for the Price. Lots of features.

Build quality is top notch, and plenty of options for connecting kit, no other mixer in its class comes close to matching its ability to connect to almost anything, the input and output choices are almost endless, and its internal routing matrix has been very well thought out.

Sound wise its more geared for live use, and has a decent low noise floor, with a club heavy presence on the eq, and with PFL, MUTE, and AFL where needed, its perfect in those cases, and at this pricepoint, you wont find those features anywhere else.

USB interface is a 2×2 16 bit 4100mhz, and will record a stereo in direct to pc and give direct stereo moniter via the mixer’s master out, again with afl to boot, use ASIO4ALL to have latency free performance, USB disc support is upto 32gb FAT, and support all file formats, although its DA is still only 16 bit, and the recorder when using a usb stick is mp3 320kbs.

Dedicated Bluetooth 5 stereo IN channel with volume, AUX and pfl.

FX DSP unit and an AUX channel for effects, this allows 2 effects per channel, FX unit has 8 effects with a dry/wet control and afl switching, aux also has full volume and afl control.

Mixer can also be used with phones and tablets, again, with the app of your choice via usb OTG.

Dedicated 2 stereo channel streaming outputs, with dedicated monitering and volume control, again, no other mixer has this feature at this price, these outputs are perfect for streaming audio to pro camera setups.

The only downsides ?, it needs a 24/32 bit chip and a bigger choice of DSP FX, but at this price having a 16 bit CD quality USB mixer with an AUX channel is acceptable, especially given how rock solid its USB performce is.

    It earns a MUST buy

Would have given 5 stars if hadn’t been fitted with a plug which isn’t legal in the UK. Otherwise, with a new plug fitted, it suits my needs very well. The sound quality is decent, it’s easy to use, and the bluetooth function will accept my phone, tablet, and computer to play backing tracks while the various inputs allow microphones and instruments to be used effectively. I’ve even tried my in-ear monitors from the aux output and they work perfectly well. There’s a USB slot with which I can record the mix onto a memory stick. Not a bad piece of kit. Shame about the plug.
