I love this as when you loose a few cm you know because you have to take a loop away! Great motivation. Easy to use
I like the hula hoop but I don’t know why it includes a skipping rope. I’ve not opened that as it is plastic so don’t see how it will work
The hula hoop comes well packed.
The quality of the sections is very good, although there are small gaps between the foam panels when fully assembled. It is not affecting the performance of the hula hoop.
Easy to use( if you have previous experience with a hula hoop ).

A skipping rope is a bonus in the box, although it is a very basic one. I prefer a weighted skipping rope but it is nice to have it as a gift.
I let my partner try this, who is into fitness, and I have heard nothing but positive feedback from her. Exactly how it is advertised, looks great, good colours and includes a bonus skipping rope! I personally was very impressed with the quality with the rope and hoop. Definately got her sweating after 10 minutes. Fully recommended.

I was a bit sceptical about this hoop when I saw it was 8 parts that needed to clip together but it was really easy to assemble and it was really sturdy. It also came with a free skipping rope and a bag to put the hoop in when it’s not assembled though it’s so slim it’ll be easy to store out of the way as it is. I’ve tried the hoop a couple of times and it’s lots of fun but I think I’ll need to watch a video to get some tips on keeping the hoop in the air!
I struggled a little to connect it , at first. But once I figured out how to put it together, I was able to put it together easier. I am not the greatest at hoola hooping but I have just about figured it and even trying to do hula works up a sweat. This is great for beginners as it sits on the hips better than the usual plastic ones found in shops. Added bonus of a skipping rope for free, quite chuffed with that. I really only work out from home now since lockdown, and this has been a great addition to my workout routine.
The weighted hula hoop from Doxos is well made and practical. I love that it disassembles for storage and that it comes with a handy storage bag – it’s simple to assemble and disassemble too, the spring loaded buttons and little white round markers working well. It’s great that you can adjust the size of the hoop to suit the user as well.
I’m a complete hula hoop novice and admit I’ve yet to be able to use this properly, despite watching some tutorial videos. I’m wondering if maybe it’s a little too heavily for beginners…though it might be that I’m just useless at it. Although the hoop is nicely padded, I have felt a little sore after trying to use it (it keeps knocking into the back of my knees on the way down!) but again that could just be my terrible technique… I’ll keep trying!
So overall, a great, flexible piece of kit that needs some practise!
This is such a strong sturdy hoop, quite weighty and took a while to get into the swing so to speak as I’m 45 and haven’t Hula hooped for about 40 years lol. Where it is weighty you definitely feel the burn and did feel a bit bruised but no pain no gain. Well worth the price it is
This is a hula hoop I actually like. Unlike others there is no weighted bumps that hurt on the inside.
The quality is good and although the inside hoop is plastic it’s good quality and covered with different coloured foam.
The hoop pieces fit together well so it’s a good sturdy product overall.
Included is a skipping rope but its very thin and the handles are very small. I’d say it’s pretty useless compared to the hula hoop.
It’s reasonably priced and would make a nice gift too.
This hola hoop came nicely boxed with a carry bag and also a skipping rope with it . Was very easy to assemble just click each section together . It was much bigger than I thought it would be so you need a good amount of space to use . Great item
This was fun! I feel like a kid again! Have been looking at new ways to keep fit and have seen the craze for hula hooping so thought I’d give a weighted hoop a go!
It all arrives well packaged, and the hoop comes in pieces that are very easy to slot together. The hoop looks huge when put together – this isn’t like a plastic one you remember from your youth! And my first couple of times using it didn’t go too well as I’d lost the art of hooping, especially with this being much larger than a childs’ toy!
But once I’d got the knack again it was fabulous! It’s a strange feeling at first but not at all painful and didn’t cause any bruising and I’m now hoping it will help me tone up my waist and have fun at the same time!
I also love that it came with extras, including a skipping rope! Really helpful little extras!
Very good quality! Super easy to assemble and disassemble! Coated in nice soft housing. To disassemble just press on marked spot and pull. Super easy.
Hula hoop is super good training device for lower body muscles. 15-30mins a day is what i would recommend to spin it and you will see good improvements of body.
Came in a nice packaging with a storage bag! Also came with shipping rope but it’s really cheap one and uncomfortable handles.
This hula hoop is well made, with a nice glossy foam outer surface. Assembly is easy, by pushing the parts together while depressing the locking button. It’s just as easy to take apart and store in the handy bag included. It works as you’d expect, with a little more weight to it than a standard hula hoop. I’d say, due to the materials used, it’s best used exclusively indoors, as any inevitable drops would damage the nice glossy surface.
A skipping rope is also included in the package, it’s fairly basic but does the job.

This hoop is very easy to put together with press buttons and then slide together until you hear a click.
The foam is very soft but I wouldn’t want to drop this on your bare toes as it is quite weighty.
It comes with a handy carry bag which everything fits inside easily and the added skipping rope is a nice touch.
Brilliant bit of kit for fun and exercise! I’m super impressed with the quality and ease of use. Each section a a nice weight to it with soft, sturdy foam around that feels good quality. Clips in really easily and quickly and your ready to hula. Unclips just as easy and fits in the bag that comes with it for storage and travel. They also provide a good skipping rope too.
Well I remembered hula hooping being a lot easier to do 30 years ago lol. All members of the family are fighting to use this and we’ve a right giggle.
My youngest was crowned family Hula champion!!
If you can’t hula, there’s plenty of tutorials videos online but the trick is feet slightly apart, move 1 foot to the front and to rock your middle area forward and back. Hope this helps and if I can face the embarrassment I might post the video we made
I really like this. What you get is the hoop in sections, a carry bag and a skipping rope, all in a sturdy cardboard box. I love the fact that you can break the hoop down for storage and it doesn’t take up a lot of room. There is a knack to attaching the sections of the hoop together; it’s a push-button system where you push the button down and slide the other section over it and then give a little twist to secure it; you can hear/feel it click into place. I’m carrying an arm injury at the moment, but I was able to put this together and break it down again without issue. It fits back into the box with ease.
The hoop is big, with a foam coating and weighted to two pounds, which doesn’t sound a lot, but you can definitely feel it. I had no problems using this hoop, other than I have a rubbish technique! It didn’t fall apart and withstood landing on a concrete floor, numerous times, with no signs of damage.
At the time of writing this review, the cost is 17.99 and I reckon it’s worth the money. Happy to recommend.

Firstly I was pleasantly surprised to find a free skipping rope and a nylon drawstring storage bag in the box along with the pieces of hula hoop!
The hoop is really easy to click together and take apart. You can make it up in 6, 7 or 8 pieces depending on the size of hoop you want. I have used all 8 pieces and it is quite heavy but in a good way! The hoop is covered in a foam layer making it comfortable to use.
I’m going to need a bit of practice to get back to my hooping proficiency but it’s going to be fun!

I needed some time to assemble this hula hoop, it was a little bit difficult so i asked my husband to do it.
I think its too heavy for beginners. Because of the weight, it will be painful to spin it at the beginning. But if you are familiar with this item it will be a good choice. Very soft surface, easy to assemble and if you arr going to have daily training it will trim your waistline. Easy to store as it is detachable. I recommend it for advanced training.
This is an excellent product, amazing quality, easy to assemble and fun to use. Is coming with a nylon drawstribg bag and a free skipping rope. It has 8 section hula hoop and is easy to put together and to dismantle. It is very stable. I love it and i highly recommended. Worth all the money.

I really like this weighted hula hoop! It was easy to assemble and so much fun to use! I definitely need lots of practice but this is a fun way to try and keep moving! Well worth the money, I’d recommend giving it a try
I underestimated just how weighted these hoops were! I’m under no illusions that it does what it says on the box for that reason alone. The hoop is easy to dismantle making it easy to store. The set also comes with a rope!

The Hula hoop appears very stable and does not wobble during use unlike others being sold here.
The white markers were so helpful, it made assembly and disassembly so soo easy. Worth the money
