Fix wood to concrete
I have used this product before and it works really well and is clean and easy to use
If it needs sticking for a millenium, use this.
This stuff is awesome, if you need something stuck to something else and don’t ever want to get those things apart again use this.
It’s easy to apply I used it to stick a trim to some composite decking and I think it will survive anything including the apocalypse.
You do need to clean up any of it that spills out or gets on surrounding areas immediately, white spirit works well.
I’m convinced Boris Johnson used this as part of his PM strategy as anything that would normally remove a PM has failed so far.
Great Adhesio
I needed to mount wood to a concrete post to allow fitting of a number of trellis panels. This was recommended to me by a friend and it works perfectly
It both gripped and filled!
It filled a badly drilled hole and then held a frame on top
Really messy stuff to handle
As I have mentioned it’s really messy stuff but it does what it made for.
It has a potent smell and at this time of year is slow to cure.
I used it on a gate post that was attached to the house until some idiot decided to climb over the top and tore the bolt away from the concrete wall the house.
I used this stuff to fix the timber back on the wall and also to re anchor the bolt into the wall until I could make a more permanent fix.
In fact the temporary fix using this stuff had made the gate work a lot better than it has for quite a while.
Eventually I was able to use another bolt to add extra strength but I am so glad I had this stuff at hand as my gate would have been unsafe. I didn’t have this for long so I cannot say what the shelf life is but I was so glad that I had purchased this thinking that it may come in handy one day but never expected that day to be so soon after buying it.
I would definitely recommend it and it’s handy to keep around the house for that rainy day!
contact glue
brilliant stuff this gripfiller it actually does what it says on the package i used it to clad a front wall it stuck well i would have no problem in recommending this produc
sticks like ship
Best prices on amazon
Sticks like a Limpet to a Rock!!!
DOES THE JOB
I used this wood filler / glue to repair a fence that had started to crumble, and it has worked a treat then I
filed and sanded then painted’ JOB DONE
Good grip
Very good grip – did the job perfectly on skirting boards.
🚨 Does not fit all cartridge guns 🚨
The product inside the cartridge is great , I used it to fix a broken paving slab but Unfortunately the cartridge it’s self does not fit all cartridge guns make sure you do your research as the tube is fairly long.
I ended up spending time Trying to cut down the end of the cardboard tube then the plastic inside to make it fit my gun.
Gone off?
Usually very good, but think I got one from a bad batch from Amazon. Normally easy to apply, but this time was extremely thick and hard to use.
stuck so well Im thrilled
great product –quick to take effect -Im absolutely delighted with its performance–
Good value
Used on skirting boards upon recommendation from floor fitter who said it’s the only thing that works. So far it has!
Can be used for anything
This stuff is the best on the market you know what you are gettingI’ve used it to put up a baby gate as the screws wouldn’t tighten and for kitchen cabinet brackets and when fully cured it is proper strong.
Very good adhesive
Excellent building adhesive/gap filler – don’t get it on your fingers – not easy to remove 🙂
Grea
Great product
Really does set like cement
Although takes a while to set compared to other similar products
Brillia
Used this on my garden wall to stick some blocks that had come loose. Didn’t know if it would work but it has done and they are now safe again, would recommend
I have bought this product before and I will buy it again and again and again.
Love this stuff, so easy to use and at this price it fantastic value for money
Good price great produc
Used gripfill on my roof for ridge cloaking, bonding it to existing mortar didn’t seem to grab at first but give it time to set done a really good job
Good stuff
Excellent adhesive. Used it for new skirting, binds almost immediately
Fantastic gripping ability
I’ve been using this for many years and it never lets me down. It works really well for anything that needs a strong glue that holds and secures and lasts the test of time. I’d recommend for bonding wood to plaster particularly, such as skirting boards, as this is made for the job.
Fantastic 😊
My husband says I can go shopping again great value
Good job
Very good worked perfectly easy to apply and no real mess
Great adhesion.
I have used this many times before. A very good product.
Excellent adhesive
I’ve never used this before. I’ve gotta say it’s grea
Great adhesio
Wear gloves as it’s so good at adhesion. Starts green in colour but dries like beige.
Powerful but good.
I’ve tried a lot of cartridge adhesives and find this to be the best balance between performance and value. I used it extensively when fixing up my previous house. It’s excellent for mounting skirting board with the result feeling solid once set. The nozzle doesn’t detach, so puncturing the seal can be a pain (use a long nail). I read somewhere that you can break the seal by bending the nozzle in the direction of the three arrows embossed on the top – but that ended in disaster 🙂 You’re actually supposed press the item you want to stick onto the adhesive, then remove it, wait a bit, then stick it back on. I think this is to activate the chemicals. I don’t do this, but haven’t had any problems. Sealing the nozzle after use is a pain, as you can’t swap in a nozzle with a screw top. But, it lasts a fair while if you can stop air getting to it. It does smell like strong glue, so ventilate the area as best you can. I was tempted to buy a 12-pack of No Nails rather than 2 of these, but this stuff is just way better. Rather do the job right first time than having to re-stick. I recall there’s an extra-strong GripFill, which I also tried, but this was adequate for me.
Excellent for Skirting
I used this product to fit skirting to an old, uneven wall. It was really easy to use, great adhesion and in the end, no need to pin / staple the boards. Great product!
Great sticky stuff
Excellent adhesion did the job on my upvc window ledges in conservatory admirably.
It is advertised as Brown in colour however it is more of a grey green colour.
I had to buy a separate brown silicone for edges and small gap filling as my conservatory is brown.
The product is in a cardboard tube had to cut it down to fit in my tube applicator.
the plastic nozzle is not removeable you have to pierce film by putting a pointy thing down the nozzle to break film. Bit fiddly but yes alot less plastic to throw away. 5 stars for all these good reasons.
I would buy this again:)
Amazing stuff
Used this to fix a stone house number, roughly 700 grammes weight, to a brick wall. 17 years ago. It still is up. Bought more to add additional support to a cantilevered porch. Seriously, this stuff sticks. For less than 3 a tube, you can’t go wrong. It sticks. It fills. It works.
Oh god this stuff is amazing! We used it to stick screws back into the wall after we put up a wall mounted desk and it was coming loose, didn’t really expect it to work but it did. How on earth we will ever get those screws back out of the wall I have no idea, but for now the desk holds firm and has for the past few months. We’ve also used it to secure shelving screws into the wall, again no idea at all how we will ever get the screws back out in the event we change the room or move house, hopefully they invent a Gripfill Reverse or something lol
I recently used this to glue down a uPVC windowsill onto a section of damaged plasterboard.
It was a doddle to apply and wasn’t messy at all, the bond onto an uneven surface is fantastic so I’m really pleased.
I hope you find my review helpful
It sticks!
Used it to fix a loose slab on our garden steps, and so far (5 months) has held up well.
Excellent job
This super grip adhesive is very thick … I found it extremely hard to squeeze it out of the tube ( even with a soft grip cradle) . I can’t complain about the job it has done though… it has attached a stainless steel splash back to a vertical surface with no problem.
I do recommend you use in a well ventilated area though!
Adhesive is great, bu
The adhesive itself is amazing does exactly what I wanted it to do. My only concern is the tube is made of a thick csrdboard so would be easy to spli
Good stuff
been using this for a few years, depending on the climate it can take some time to cure but when it does its rock solid with a strong bond. OFten use it in some of of my outdoor wood projects.
Great filler for small jobs
This product is amazing, having built a small wall(breeze block directly on top of breeze block),a while later small cracks began to naturally appear, after applying product and a severe winter later, wall is still sound ,a great product for small jobs with wood also.
Excellent produc
Been using gripfill for years . It does what it says : sticks anything to anything , is waterproof and does not downgrade .
Great stuff
Used it many times before and it never lets me down. It doesn’t instantly stick things together like glue, but if (whatever you are sticking) is held in position until it is dry, it is brilliant.
Tip: Double check the dimensions of you cartridge gun. This didn’t fit in my smaller one, but did in my larger one.
FILLER
ORDERD ITEM IT WAS DELIVERED VERY QIUCKLY I CONSIDER GRIPFILL AS THE BEST
Great fille
Better than other brands, i tried a putty for filling gaps however it chipped and broke away in no time and cost a fortune, i tried a sealant however the heat made it peel it off
Great for tiling my new fireplace, very sticky stuff Can be loosened from your fingers with white vinegar, but it REALLY does stick to any surface
Five Stars
Love this stuff, will stick anything to anything, used to repair a broken concrete fence post, absolutely perfect!
Five Stars
ot so easy to work with, but still the best.
Sticks well and strong. Note though: It smells very strongly and probably not healthy to breath in. Make sure you have good ventilation.
Works
Arrived on time, as described and works. Used to secure the lip on the bottom of the shower door and has worked perfectly.
Five Stars
Great price and quick delivery, works well every time at holding stuff togethe

TUBES WERE BIGGER THAN STANDARD SO HAD TO PURCHASE
A LONGER SKELETON FRAME

as always it dose what it says on the tin thank you
absolutely amazing stuff. squeezed loads into a hole where the screw/plug had broken the brick behind and TV bracket was falling off…. I think the wall could fall down now and this would stay up.
As expected - Used before
Great price, great product. used for securing modified oak door bar to the floor.
Better squashability than Pink Grip.
Just the job.
Bonded a broken coping stone a treat. Would recommend this product and would buy again.
Very good adhesive. I used it to glue the architraves and it worked very well.
Five Stars
Good to stick to thing and my hand where glove
Super Service
Super value and did my job, and first class sales service too.
Five Stars
Worked a treat sticking UPVC door trim under tiles on front of house
Brilliant!
Excellent product, fixed a problem hole that kept losing grip on first try!
better than instant nails stuff
A very strong adhesive, used to stick mdf skirting boards on to the wall. They are still stuck on the wall, better than instant nails stuff, this comes in a really thick creamy consistency and does not come off easily so be CAREFUL (wipe instantly or buy the solvent free version yellow, i prefer the green IMHO).
Best stuff ever invented!, I’ve stuck miles of skirting on with this stuff, just lay a bead on the back of the board, pin it on with a nail gun, job done!
its grea
worked a treat for me and what I needed it for. so yes im happy with it.
I’ve used this since it first came to the market (in the 80’s) since then another type has turned up (this is the original stuff)
First off this really does work. I’ve attached sinks to walls, stuck floor tiles down with this and hung wooden shelf brackets up too. This is the normal adhesive version and is suitable for porous and non porous application. There is another version which can be used only if one surface is porous (Gripfill Solvent Free) and that one has a much milder smell but is effective esp when wood is used.
I would recommend this type for tougher items that need securing but would caution on a few areas. Firstly this sticks very firmly so make sure you won’t want to move whatever it is you are fixing as removal could pretty much destroy the item (it sticks that well) the other point to note is in some cases you might be better off looking at the solvent free option esp if you are fixing wood be it skirting boards or joints (or the various other options such as no more nails and equivalent products). This original one though is the champ for sticking thanks to the strong adhesive used, but there is quite an odour off of it until it’s cured.
Do note that this is “flexible” where as some adhesive offerings are not this won’t snap or crack so use it where some movement or strain might occur (for skirting this isn’t going to move so use the water based adhesives there)
As a side note whilst this is great for fixing plasterboard I wouldn’t recommend trying to stick heavy items to plaster board with this, purely because unlike a “solid fixing” this sticks to the surface (which is fine if it’s a normal wall) the surface of plasterboard though won’t hold heavy loads but it can be useful in other areas as an additional adhesive (I’ve put bathroom units with fixings and this to help with extra bonding) Thanks to the gap filling properties this works a treat on many areas where you need a fix “and” to fill gaps hence the name, it’s really extremely useful to have around. Working with gripfill is fairly straight forward but I’d be somewhat less generous with application so cut the top to a small point to give a moderate flow of the adhesive don’t over apply. Also avoid contact with clothes once this has set it’s difficult to remove easily.
I’ve used this for many years and certainly has a place in the house/shed for various jobs.
Good product, glued a fibreglass window box togethe
Good product, glued a fibreglass window box together. Only problem is that I saw it cheaper in Wicks the next day!
Good stuff. Have used it for years. The price was surprisingly reasonable considering it had to be sent. Bought a case from a nationwide supplier which turned out to be smaller tubes, so on balance wasn’t as good value as this offer.
Excellent product sticks pretty much everything
Excellent product sticks pretty much everything, and also excellent for putting in a pie for those who wont stop talking.
delivery time was great.
All ok no problems with item ,delivery time was great.
Five Stars
What a great adhesive , glues and seals .Great to have ” just in case “
Good stuff
I used this to stick some skirting board to the wall.It works really well, no need to clamp in position and dries fast.
It stuck the skirting board to the wall. The carpenter used small tacks to hold it till it had se
Just what I needed to glue my skirting board
I used this product to glue my skirting board, and a few month later, they’re still stuck to the walls !
It was easy to use, and did the job. Not sure what more I can say about it !
bonds better than any othe
i have used this product before and it does the job (no nails) with this you need nothing best on marke
Fills and holds brilliantly
This does exactly what it says. My husband swears by when for doing DIY. It can be used in all sorts of situations
Does what it says on the package.
Easy to use, easy to re seal.
Could only find this product on line, not in local DIY stores.
Reasonable price
I needed something to stick metal carpet grippers to concrete. I had tried hammering in masonry nails but they just wouldn’t go in Without a nail gun, something I didn’t have access to.
So I tried this, Making sure the concrete was free of any dust first I spread about a quarter of an inch bead of this onto the concrete and stuck the metal gripper straight to it. It didn’t cure straight away and it was quite easy to reposition the gripper for about the first 30 minutes. It took a couple of hours to cure solidly I have to say it has stuck very well.
I had previously tried no more nails but that really didn’t work at all.
gripfill loves up to its name
does as it says on the tube at a great price not much esle you can really say about the produc
I have used this before and can thoroughly recommend it for sticking anything made of stoneware. For example we had a stone garden container that had broken from its base. It is still stuck together after over a yea
Having renovated a cottage in France I have used this product on numerous materials.
It fixed plastic panels on metal, battens to breeze blocks, I could go on.
For me this is one of the most reliable products on the market. It has not failed me yet.
