Mitgelieferte Kette zu kurz, Akkus schnell leer aber Maschine gute Leistung
Wie schon von anderen beschrieben, war die mitgelieferte Kette zu kurz. Gleiche Kette in richtiger Gre von TOOLS (K12) im Baumarkt gefunden. Maschine zeigt sich wirklich von ihrer besten Seite, auch bei dicken Bumen. Dementsprechend sind die Akkus, trotz ihrer hohen Leistung schnell leer. Das Gewicht ist vergleichbar mit einer Kettensge mit Benzin.
Insgesamt denk ich nicht, dass es ein Fehlkauf war… trotz der mitgelieferten, zu kurzen Kette. 😉
Sge wurde pnktlich geliefert. Da ich bereits 2021 eine elektr. Akku-Schubkarre erworben hatte, war bereits der 6 Ah Akku vorhanden. Sge macht zunchst einen robusten Eindruck. Kette und Schwert lsst sich unkompliziert montieren, und die Kette spannen ist werkzeuglos und ein Kinderspiel. Das Gewicht ist auf Grund des schweren Akkus mit meiner Stilh Motorsge gleichzusetzen. Aufgrund meines fortgeschrittenen Alters und einer schweren Erkrankung ist das starten meiner Stilh Motorsge ein Problem geworden. Mit dieser Akkusge ist dies nun viel einfacher. Ich habe ein groes Weihergrundstck mit 2 Wochenendhuser welche im Winter beheizt werden. Hier kann ich nun bei Bedarf die 14 Meter Buchenholz welche vor Ort liegen jeweils ofenfertig in kleine Stcke schneiden. Da ich die Stromversorgung meiner Htten ber Solar installiert habe, bin ich nun auch in der Lage alle meine Akkus kostenneutral zu laden.

Leistungsstarke Elektro-Kettensäge (erste Nutzung)
Nach der Inbetriebnahme und einer ersten Nutzung bei der Beseitigung von Sturmschden (ca. 3h zerlegen eines umgesettzten Baumes inkl. Astwerk) kann man sagen, dass diese Kettensge sehr leistungsfhig ist. Montage und einfdeln der Kette gelang ohne groe Probleme, die Sge arbeitet gut und geht auch unter schwierigen Bedingungen durch das Holz wie durch Butter, der 6Ah Akku (nicht im Lieferumfang) war danach noch zu 75% gefllt … Langzeit-Test steht noch aus, aber nach dem ersten Einsatz sehr zufrieden mit der Neu-Anschaffung 😉

Prezzo conveniente, leggerezza, praticit, presenza di una seconda batteria, buona per piccoli lavori, da trattare con cura e con la catena sempre ben affilata evitando una pressione eccessiva durante il taglio, altrimenti la batteria dura ben poco

Non certo un utensile professionale, le batterie durano comunque poco, la batteria ogni tanto si disimpegna durante il lavoro per la cattiva tenuta del sistema di ritenuta, la catena si allenta, insomma non bisogna chiedere troppo. un attrezzino da hobbista, ma se si tiene conto di questo a qualcosa serve
EFFICIENT AND EASY TO USE
Assembling this chainsaw was only possible by using a You tube video as the instruction manual is very poor. Once complete the saw works very well on logs up to 6″ thick. Easy to handle with good safety features. Be sure to check the oil frequently as it uses it rapidly

spedizione Prime come sempre veloce. Una motosega davvero formidabile, taglia benissimo senza problemi ogni tipo di legno. Ovviamente non indicata per uso professionale tutto il giorno, ma per tagliare una quantit abbondante per camino, stufe ecc. pi che valida; inoltre non fa rumore, non vibra, ma soprattutto non si usa benzina, risparmiando. L’unico, se vogliamo dire “difetto” il fatto che la batteria 40v da 2Ah dura poco, sarebbe meglio che fosse indicato da parte del produttore, l’utilizzo almeno con quella da 4Ah, per consentire un tempo di lavoro discreto. Al momento non posso che consigliare l’acquisto anche in considerazione della qualit/prezzo.
Does the job but battery does not last long
Initially I put the chain on the wrong way round. I didn’t know there was a right way and a wrong way. Then it worked great. But the battery does not last very long. The largest branches I was cutting were maybe 3″ across and it went through these fine.
Für Heimwerker ideal
Ich habe die Greenworks Akku Kettensge gekauft, da ich bereits Ladestation und Akku von einer Akkusense besitze. Ich schliee mich den anderen Rezessionen an. Die Kettensge ist etwas laut und hat mit einer Kettengeschwindigkeit von 12m/min zwar nicht die Geschwindigkeit einer Stihl, ist aber ausreichend um kleinere ste im Garten zu durchtrennen. Die Akkulaufzeit kann ich nicht bewerten, da ich die Kettensge nicht im Dauerbetrieb betreibe. Wie gesagt, fr Profis eher eine Stihl. Fr alle brigen sehr gerne diese Kettensge.

meine erste Kettensge. Es sind keine alten meterdicken Eichen, die ich flle 20-25 cm Obstbaum oder eben junge Eichen aber packt sie locker. Da ich nur wenige Male im Jahr ans Werk gehe, hatte ich eher Sorge um den Akku – aber der war nun auch nach 2 Monaten Pause noch voll geladen.
Die lanzeige” mchte ich eher niedlich nennen das gute Oregon zumindest ist so hell und klar, dass man nix sieht. Man schraubt halt doch auf und testet den lstand.
Der anfngliche Zusammenbau – kein Thema. Mein Sohn und ich hatten viel Spa und wir knnen dieses Modell nur empfehlen.

adoperato con batteria 6 amper, le motoseghe greenworks in generale sono utili per lavori intermittenti, per potatura di ulivi tagliando un ramo grosso ogni tanto, ci faccio tutta la giornata, per tagliare legna di continuo dai 45 ad un ora e mezza. ho cambiato barra per catena e catena, ho messo oregon.
Trs bonne trononneuse sans fil, mais la chaine d’origine n’est pas de bonne qualit, j’ai du la chang le premier jour…
Been thinking of getting an electric chainsaw for a while and I was mightily impressed with this one.
Was slightly surprised that I had to put it together out of the box but it wasn’t very difficult and had it ready in
a few minutes. However don’t forget that you will need chain oil as that isn’t supplied.
Charged the batteries up (which they do quite quickly) and found it will happily cut quite substantial bits of wood. It’s a joy not needing petrol and 2 stroke, and it’s much, much quieter than my petrol chainsaw. It’s light so great for doing hedge trimming work as well as sawing up logs. If you are trying to cut big lumps of wood it does drain the battery quite quickly, but for me it’s so far so good

La batteria da 2amper ha durata limitata, il consumo ovviamente dipende dal tipo di legno che si deve tagliare e dalla dimensione del tronco
Io ho tagliato una tuia con un tronco largo come la mia mano dita comprese, e poi l’ho fatto a pezzi, tagliato rami e diviso il tronco in tre. Ho anche tagliato un alloro alto tre metri con un tronco largo un pugno, decisamente duro e poi fatto a pezzi, aveva diversi tronchi e rami di diverse dimensioni.
Mi sono trovato molto bene, a meno di met del lavoro ho dovuto mettere la seconda batteria da 6 amper che poi rimasta met carica.
L’ho presa in offerta quindi il prezzo stato decisamente buono e decisivo per convincermi a comprare.

Je n’ai pas une grosse exprience sur les trononneuses, nanmoins avec celle ci je fais tout ce dont j’ai besoin, lagage, coupe de bches. La vitesse de la chane n’est pas aussi importante que sur une thermique, celle ci est 12m/s et les thermiques sont gnralement 20m/s,mais pour un usage occasionnel, entretien du jardin c’est top. Trs peu de bruit, autonomie excellente avec la batterie 4Ah… Qualit de fabrication trs correcte. Je recommande !

Lo compre en el amazon day un poco a ciegas pq la motosierra de gasolina q tenemos ya ni arranca. Es ligera, corta bien a pesar de la poca espada y no mucha velocidad de cadena y hemos cortado incluso troncos gruesos. Con maderas blandas como la de chopo va genial, con las mas duras tipo roble, si no son de mucho grosos tambien va genial, posiblemente me compre una mas grande y con mas bateria de esta misma marca, la bateria dura mas o menos una hora sin estar cortando como un loco, y carga casi en el mismo tiempo. Hasta mi madre se atreve a cortar con ella por su bajo peso y facil funcionamiento
Pequeña motosierra , ligera y fiable
motosierra de batera de buena calidad. Es perfecta para usuarios ocasionales (como yo), si tienes que cortar troncos durante 5 horas seguidas no es para ti. Es mucho ms ligera que las motosierras de gasolina, fcil de mantener y menos ruidosa. Me encanta que tambin pueda utilizar la batera de mi recortadora Greenkworks con esta motosierra. Greenworks me parece una marca muy buena, fiable y ecolgica. Definitivamente recomendada.
Powerful enough for branches up to a foot diameter. Slower than a petrol one ( less teeth on the chain so less load on the tool), but easily works it’s way through branch work with enough charge to keep going until you need a break. Looks a bit plastic cheap, but the engineering is good where it needs to be and the easy chain tension adjustment works really well without needing tools and best of all – you don’t spend your life dismantling carbs and wearing out your arm hoping it might start – just press the trigger and go!!!
I enjoyed the ease of use and it does cut well , battery life is short.
Good saw cuts well , the battery doesn’t last more than 15 minutes.

Ottimo prodotto, molto potente al pari di molte moto seghe a benzina. Sulla durata delle batteria(circa 20 minuti) c’e’ ancora da perfezionare.

I am very pleased with this chainsaw. It is light, quick to get operating and easy to use. I do a lot of tree work have a petrol chainsaw which I still use for lengthy jobs but the convenience of a battery saw cannot be underestimated. There’s enough battery strength to cut down large a large tree and still be able to do some logging. Strongly recommend.

Excellent 3/4 size battery chainsaw
Very handy to take into the woods and deal with fallen trees. A bit plastic-y but seems pretty robust. A single battery managed all the wood in the picture, with probably 20% more energy to spare.
It’s quiet with low vibration in the hands. The first charge was surprisingly quick. The manuals are just adequate, so read it all first before assembly. And keep checking the chain tension—especially while it’s breaking in.

Celle-ci doit tre suprieur 10 m/s ce qui est le cas sur ce model.
NB: Sinon la trononneuse va sauter comme un cabris.
40v donne vraiment une impression de puissance (et pas qu’une impression)
Je vous recommande une batterie de 4Ah ce qui est un bon compromis entre l’autonomie et le poids.
Perfektes Werkzeug
Bin wirklich berrascht ber die Leistung. Durchzugskraft und Arbeitstempo sind mit einer Benzinmotorsge vergleichbar und das bei deutlich weniger Krach und fehlendem Abgasgestank. Mit einem Akku luft die Maschine durchgehend 20-25 min, ohne Leistung einzuben. Kette luft komplett stabil, auch bei Lastwechsel kein Abspringen der Kette. Tolles Teil.

A bit fiddly to assemble but once done it’s a great piece of kit. Use lots of chain saw oil and keep the chain tight and it really is a powerful thing.

Favolosa Greenworks!
Ho aspettato qualche mese prima di scrivere questa recensione per poter essere in grado di offrire un giudizio obiettivo sulla motosega. In quanto a potenza non ha nulla da invidiare alle colleghe con motore a scoppio, chiaramente riferendosi sempre ad attrezzi per lavori leggeri,
ne guadagna per in maneggevolezza, silenziosit, facilit d’uso ed assenza (o quasi) di manutenzione. Sono rimasto veramente stupito! Con le due batterie in dotazione raggiunge circa un’ ora di funzionamento continuativo, che gi non poco, ma se lavori vicino a casa e le alterni al caricabatterie, state pur tranquilli che fate in tempo a stancarvi!
Ricordatevi solo di controllare di tanto in tanto il livello dell’ olio catena, con l’abete per esempio io faccio un rabbocco ogni tre batterie. Comunque la cosa che pi mi ha entusiasmato della Greenworks l’intercambiabilita delle batterie con gli altri attrezzi della serie. Con una minima spesa ho gi acquistato anche il tagliasiepi (a detta di mia moglie favoloso per leggerezza!) e il decespugliatore, che non vedo l’ora di testare appena crescer l’erba!

Bin mit der Kettensge sehr zufrieden. Da ich bereits schon einige Jahre eine Greenworks-Heckenschere und einen Rasentrimmer besitze und bis jetzt noch nichts zu beanstanden hatte, hab ich mich nun auch noch fr diese Kettensge entschieden. Da ich einen groen Garten habe und stndig irgendwo was zum Sgen ist, habe ich auch gleich noch einen weiteren 40 Volt- Akku mit dazubestellt. Somit sind meine Gerte immer einsatzbereit. Die Sge lsst sich sehr gut bedienen, ist vom Gewicht her nicht zu schwer, schneidet sehr gut und hat einen krftigen Durchzug. Ich hab auch schon strkere Bume zerlegt, bisher alles ohne Probleme. Also ich kann die Akkusge und auch andere Gerte von der Firma Greenworks sehr empfehlen und wrde sie wiederkaufen.
I have to admit, I was hugely sceptical about battery chainsaws but after a week of using this I have been very impressed. The photo shows the amount of wood I cut up with one battery charge (around 35 mins), which I thought was pretty good for such a small machine.
Se esistesse la perfezione direi che se dura come ha iniziato è perfetta.
Leggera, maneggevole, efficace. Taglio piccoli tronchi per legna da ardere. Unica cosa pi in l voglio prendere una batteria da 4 o 6 ah.
Potência
O motoserra tem uma potncia de corte muito boa, cortando desde troncos simples at rvores com dimetro maior. A autonomia das baterias aceitvel no entanto para trabalhos mais exigentes ou prolongados as baterias de maior capacidade so uma melhor opo. Em madeira mais grossa ou dura as baterias de base esgotam a autonomia rapidamente. Para quem nunca trabalhou com um motoserra a montagem inicial do equipamento relativamente simples, basta estar com ateno s instrues do manual. O equipamento no pesado mas um pouco menos de peso seria um ponto a favor.
Risolto brillantemente da Amazon un problema con la consegna da parte del corriere ho potuto aprire il pacco ed usare questa sega. Premetto che provengo da due seghe con motore a scoppio. Il prodotto andato ben oltre le mie aspettative: taglio pulito, senza sforzo con diverse essenze, maneggevole da usare e semplice da preparare e pulire.
Trovo nella norma l’uso dell’olio. Le due batterie danno una ottima resa fino all’ultimo senza cali di potenza. Per quanto riguarda l’autonomia bisogna precisare che non professionale, con due batterie cariche ho tagliato tre alberi di diametro pari a circa 40cm scarsi, e pulito i vari rami. Giusto per dare una idea “spannonetrica”. La Consiglio tranquillamente.

Whoever thought of having one battery to fit all of a brands tools, had a brilliant idea. It handy for the manufactures, because you keep buying other tools from their range. I think I have 5 GreenWorks gardening tools now – they all work well. If you have the opportunity to buy 2 batteries, go for it. Now and again GreenWorks makes that offer.
Allora, si presenta molto ben fatta e leggera ergonomicamente perfetta. abbastanza silenziosa consuma poco olio. La lama taglia come il burro un tronco di circa 15cm. Ho tagliato e sramato la robinia della foto con una batteria e mezza circa. Il tronco che si vede sar di 25cm. Unica pecca le batterie, nonostante due tacche di carica residue accese, nn si riesce a sfruttarle completamente. Nel complesso ottimo prodotto da tenere in giardino x hobbistica.

s perfecta. La usamos para podar y cortar lea de manera profesional y es estupenda. La bateria dura lo que indica, es muy manejable ya que pesa poco y super silenciosa si la comparas con una de gasolina.

So easy to use and definitely powerful enough for even the largest trunks. The instructions for assembly of the chain were not the best. Overall would say well worth the money but expect a little oil leakage when not in use
Great tool – I opted for the faster chain speed and longer blade but with hindsight would probably been fine with the shorter blade – preferred over a petrol chainsaw, as is less noisy, easy start and less to worry about fuel mix, but would suggest at least a 4ah battery plus a spare if plan to use it for prolonged cutting – also bought extendable pole saw and both tools proved to be indispensable in clearing a heavily overgrown garden – both do leak a bit of oil when not in use, so judge how much oil you put in – resorted to storing in a plastic bags. No carry case/bag supplied with the chainsaw which although not advertised would have been nice – chain sharpening tools are extra (again would have been nice if included) – I dropped one star for the oil leaking and lack of bag.
Good for the garde
This is a well made machine. A little slow for the really big jobs but ideal for firewood and pruning.
The manual is a little sparse but try and download the American version. It’s for a slightly different model, the only difference being the chain tightening (our model is simpler and better) but the rest is most informative.
Despite it’s model name, it works on 36V, the same as many other chainsaws, and the inclusion of 2Ah batteries limits the working duration. However, for most jobs around the house it is ideal, and a good price too.
Ho sempre usato motoseghe a benzina per farmi la legna per una piccola stufa a legna, poi un mio vicino ha preso questa, marca a me sconosciuta, e mi ha incuriosito a vederlo tagliare bancali per mezz’ora, ha ricaricato la batteria e l’ho provata sulla legna che avevo io, 15-20cm, e mi ha impressionato, queste batterie al litio fanno miracoli!
Il vicino mi ha spiegato che una marca seria e che alla casa principale ha anche un tosaerba a batteria della stessa marca e che ne contento…
Ho visto che qui costava molto meno di quello che l’aveva pagata lui ma per me era ancora “cara”, poi con il Prime Day stata scontata a 130EURO e quindi non potevo non prenderla, ora affianca l’altra e questa la tengo tranquillamente nel bagagliaio senza avere puzza di benzina, sempre pronta e pratica per tagliare le piante cadute che possono servirmi, dopo 2 mesi dall’acquisto l’ho usata parecchie volte e ne sono soddisfatto.
Quando scender anche il prezzo della batteria da 4ah prender anche quella 😉
Spedizione ed imballaggio perfetti. Facilissima da montare, leggera (molto di pi della mia motosega a scoppio) e potente. Due batterie in dotazione da 2Ah assicurano almeno 4 ore di lavoro anche su tronchi impegnativi come quello della foto. Buona la capienza del serbatoio dell’olio e l’oliatura automatica della catena eviteranno problemi e rotture. Pulsante di avviamento elettrico, protezione supplementare per le mani, spegnimento automatico dopo 5 minuti di inutilizzo. Sicuramente consigliata per chi ha un giardino anche di medie dimensioni con potature e taglio della legna da gestire in sicurezza e senza cavi nel caso usiate una elettrica o problemi di pulizia e gestione di una motosega tradizionale a scoppio. Prenderla in offerta durante il Black Friday stata la ciliegina sulla torta.
This was my third Green Works purchase. My lawn mower has just finished its third season, my pole saw and hedge trimmer are on year two.
I fear that this purchase has been third time unlucky. The chain wasn’t all that easy to fit. It wasn’t a good fit on the guide bar. The tensioner didn’t retain its adjustment for much more than one attempted cut of a not very big log. The chain then jumped off the guide and ruined itself. My fault, I thought, so I bought new chains. I fitted one along with tensioning problems. It worked for a couple of minutes lost its tension and jammed. Numerous attempts to reseat the chain on the guide and re-tension failed.
I, subsequently, read about some substandard guides with a marginally too narrow guide channel. I wonder if my saw was supplied with one of those.
I am wondering do I invest in a replacement guide in the hope that the chain will run smoothly or do I return everything for a refund.

An ageing muppet here. I was once told when all else fails “read the instructions!”.
Through my own incompetence and haste to get busy with my saw I managed to chew up several chains needlessly.
The chain tensioning should have been obvious. Not as easy as my pole saw but not difficult.
Now that I have worked out how to use my saw it’s great. So much easier than a petrol engine to start, Try one you will NOT be disappointed.
Una vera motosega
Ho sempre avuto un po’ di timore a convertirmi agli utensili a batteria: le batterie durano poco, si rovinano, e poi sono giocattoli! Questo sentivo dire, questo pensavo.
Invogliato da un prezzo ottimo – pagata 230, con 2 batterie e caricabatterie – l’ho presa.
Beh, un po’ di esperienza ce l’ho, e questa una vera motosega vera.
Taglia legna secca e legna verde. Comodissima e molto sicura per tagli su una scala o arrampicato su un albero: basta premere 2 bottoni e parte, appena si lascia si ferma.
Ci ho potatato rami da 10-15 cm, mai nessun problema. E per testarla a fondo ho affettato un tronco secco di 25-30cm di diametro caduto vicino casa. Anche qui, tagliato con una facilit estrema.
La batteria dura 20 minuti effettivi. Il che vuol dire che, tagliando tronchi grandi, magari si fanno 7-8 tagli. Ma nelle potature si lavora anche per una o due ore consecutive.
Un difetto che ho riscontrato che consuma parecchio olio. Devo riabboccare ogni 10 minuti!

I bought this with the 2 Ah battery and have been presently surprised by the amount of power and battery life. It is quite capable for clearance and logging of small 6″ diameter trees. Each time I stopped to clear the work area or take a break I put the battery on charge so I didn’t run out. The only issue I had was after cutting a larger tree trunk of 12″, which took a while, the battery was to warm to charge. Time for a tea break!
The small oil tank lasts just a bit longer than a full charge, you might have to refill it if using the larger 4Ah battery.
This doesn’t have the power of a petrol machine obviously, the chain speed is not as high so the cutting speed is slower. I prefer this as the degree of personal injury possible is somewhat mitigated!
Charging times are quicker than expected but I haven’t measured it yet.
All in a good buy and I intend to buy more compatible outdoor machines in this range
This is a solid unit, but do keep note that it eats through battery, with a chain-speed of 20m/s hardly surprising. Slices through wood like a hot knife through butter, just remember to angle the cut just right to prevent the weight of the branch/trunk crushing back on itself and you’ll be slicing like a pro.
I felt no kickback, guess this is down to how fast the chain speed is coupled with the low-kickback design of the chain itself.
This unit is the tried and tested two bolts plus screw for chain tension design, not really a fan of just turning a knob, prefer old school longevity and reliability. The motor is smooth and though it is not super-quiet, it isn’t a mad petrol saw noise, more like a high powered electric trimmer noise, though at around 95db I’d still advise some ear protection if the job is a big one.
The oiling works very well. When you put the saw down, you will notice some drops of oil dripping at the handle end, this is completely normal, as this chainsaw likes to well-lubricate the chain, and in doing so it can collect up at the rear over longer durations, best to store the unit upwards so that you don’t face a small oily mess in storage, but if you squeeze in a little bit of tissue and wipe what excess oil there is in the frame, then this is a non-issue.
I would highly recommend 4ah batteries at the very least if one is going to use this chainsaw for bigger jobs, that is about the only caveat with such a high-power cordless chain-saw. I have tried a dewalt flexvolt equivalent, and that is no where near as powerful as this one, well rated at around 15m/s that would be a given.
The chain comes one in a small bag, it is a complete loop, you simply loosen the tension on the saw by turning the screw towards ‘-‘ and place chain over the guide-bar (the long bit of the saw) and wrap it around a flange at the handle end which has teeth inside it to grab the chain hooks, then you turn the screw towards ‘+’ to tighten up and then you finally tighten the two bolts on either side of the tension screw to get you that traditional solid fit.
Initially as it being a new chain, you will get some slack after running it in with oil in the built-in bottle, and that is when you tighten up the tension a bit as a new chain will loosen up, after that I haven’t noticed it needing any further tightening as of yet with over 60 odd cuts, definitely a good chain.
Weight wise it isn’t light but it isn’t particularly heavy neither, it comes to about the same weight as most top-end cordless chainsaws and the balance is quite good from the top handle, remember the top handle is where you control the saw, the rear handle is just for centralising a pivot on the cut, so strong-arm and body to the side when you cut! Keep the motion always to the side of the body with a stiffly held pivot (rear handle), so any kickbacks or swings go down and up clearly away from you, sometimes we get complacent and overly confident, and this is something one should turn into muscle memory with plenty practice before putting such a powertool to good use. Luckily the electric chain brake is instant, fractions of a second I believe, so chances of any serious damage are fairly remote unless your hand remains glued to the button which requires a strong amount of pressure to keep it running.
All in all, a great design, well thought out. Now we only just got it so can’t speak about longevity as of yet, but based on our other DigiPro brushless Greenworks gear, I have a feeling this one will be with us for many years to come.
Oh and did I say it cuts like a laser?! chain-speed is where its at! Most cordless are pushing 11m/s and even then they’re over-quoting it… this unit is the real deal, glad they do it at this speed and with the classic two bolt tensioning arrangement. You will notice the other models they do with the knob based tensioning systems barely crack 11m/s… this unit with its 20m/s speed is definitely designed for those who want the closest performance they can get on cordless to high-end petrol saws, 100% highly recommended.
ps. was going to do a little video, maybe later when I get someone to hold a camera, but a video doesn’t beat practical experience, so if you need one, buy THIS one! I’ve done the research, nothing out there at this time at this price-point offering what this model offers. Happy shopping all!
Supera le aspettative
Premetto che ancora ho usato poco la motosega ma gi dai primi tagli posso dire che supera le aspettative. Considerando il costo non ha nulla da invidiare ad altre Marche, la batteria consente di lavorare per quasi mezz’ora, il peso veramente contenuto, insomma quello che cercavo come supporto alla motosega tradizionale a scoppio.

La spedizione non stata veloce come al solito, ho aspettato molto. Al momento funziona molto bene ed ha un ottima coppia per tagliare tronchi anche grandi. La cosa che devo ancora capire la durata della batteria. Comunque credo non superi i 30 minuti di lavoro continuato.

Spedizione in tempi record, motosega perfettamente funzionante con un ottimo rapporto qualit prezzo. La batteria dura circa un ora, anche di pi se si tagliano rami piccoli e la catena pur girando a velocit inferiore rispetto ad altre motoseghe taglia perfettamente. Molto silenziosa e maneggevole, batteria ed olio catena vanno di pari passo… Consigliatissima!

This is a great lithium ion battery chainsaw. Easy to use, lightweight and good safely features. I now own several Greenworks products from the Gmax range and they are ALL VERY impressive. Thoroughly recommend.
Good value if you already have batteries – which I do. Well designed for newbies – no special tools – and hand tightened including the chain. Not designed for heavy regular use – but perfect for me as occasional feller. I have the full set- cylinder mower, strimmer, extended hedge and small chainsaw set and now the 30cm chainsaw for bigger stumps.
Bye bye stale petrol and poor starting.

This thing is a real beast! Wasted a 70 footer oak, 25 inches ground diameter in about 6 hours. Wifey gave a priceless help. Took 2 and a half batteries of 4 amp. This is my 5th Greenworks tool and I’m really happy with all of them.
There was something wrong with the chain after a few days of using but the suppliers were wonderful – with no quibble, it was collected the next day and a new one delivered the day after. All good so far, very impressed with both the chainsaw and the great service.
passer d’une thermique une lectrique avec ce produit Greenworks modle n20077 achet en mai 2018 -utilis donc depuis 1 an environ- m’a chang la vie , pour faire occasionnellement , du petit bucheronnage, et petit lagage dsormais mme dsormais-; dans un parc de 1 ha avec pas mal de vieux arbres; c’est l’outil idal pour a. Je passais depuis 10-15 ans des jours dmonter, nettoyer, bricoler sur diverses trononneuses des carbus, commander des pices jusqu’aux USA,… une fortune en temps et argent pour arriver dmarrer des machines qui ne servaient que 3-4 fois par an… fini tout a, a dmarre tout de suite, sans faille… plus qu’ se concenter sur l’essentiel, nettoyage et affutage de la chane…
depuis quelques annes j’avais un oeil dans les mdias sur les trononneuses lectriques batteries, mais attendait l’arrive des 40V, assez puissantes… j’avais soigneusement tudi le choix d’un model travers de nombreux comparatifs en anglais et franais, et concusion ait choisi ce modle comme meilleur rapport qualit-prix et pour l’instant ne regrette rien
la batterie 40V 160Wh achete en mme temps sur Amazon est trs bonne -mme si c’est pas une Greenworks, qui tait nettement plus chre-
par contre, comme le confirme d’autres commentaires, mon chargeur de batterie Greenworks -qu’un seul modle et marque disponible !- achet en mme temps, est mort sans cause prcise en moins d’un an (lectronique morte semble-t-il), et je dois le remplacer actuellement d’urgence : c’st le seul point problmatique de cette trononneuse.
Ero un po scettico, sul discorso batteria, ma la sua comodit me lo hano fatto acquistare.
Ho scelto questo perche per esperienza le 18V di comune commercio non hanno grandi potenze, l’unica era da provale il 40V e devo dire sono rimasto entusiasta.
con una batteria a 2ah lavori per circa 30 min di seguito senza interruzioni, ma per i 3 potature stata sufficiente.l’ho messa alla prova con una a motore… differenze? la motore ogni tanto fatica a partire per vari motivi, la batteria liscia come l’olio se si carica la battteria avendo la seconda si cambia e riprendi in 2 min.
Il prodotto si presenta robusto e maneggievole e soprattutto comoda senza aver problemi di miscela e di unto nel macchinario…. Lo consiglio vivamente
Funzionale e semplice
Ho usato la elettrosega per abbattere un ciliegio di cm 35 di diametro alla base. Con una sola carica della batteria di serie ho completato il lavoro compreso la riduzione in tronchetti del fusto mt 1,8 e dei rami. Dopo una ricarica ho affrontato il ceppo e sono riuscito a ridurlo fino a quasi filo prato. Ho acquistato anche una limetta a codino 3/8 per affilare i denti della catena. Lavoro semplicissimo anche per me che non sono un esperto. Insomma pi che soddisfatto
Ottima motosega a batteria
Ho acquistato questa motosega a batteria per la leggerezza e la facilit di accessione in confronto alle motoseghe con motore. Avevo bisogno di una lama leggerme pi lunga per tagliare tronchi pi grossi. Fa egregiamente il suo lavoro e la batteria ha un ottima durevolezza, mai avuto problemi ed ha bisogno di poca manutenzione.
J’ai utilis cette trononneuse hier pour la 1re fois et j’en suis satisfait ,Je n’abatterai pas un baobab avec , c’est certain ,mais pour dbiter des bches moyennes c’est parfait.
J’ai achet cette trononneuse en janvier et j’en tais trs content.Cette aprs midi , aprs m’en tre servi et aprs l’avoir nettoye, elle ne fonctionne plus.La lampe tmoin s’allume mais il n’y a plus le Bip et elle ne dmarre plus l’appui de la gchette,si vous pouvez me dire la marche suivre.Cette machine est encore garantie.
Je reviens sur mes propos d’hier,en fait ma trononneuse n’est pas en panne ,en la manipulant pour la nettoyer ,la scurit s’est enclenche .Elle fonctionne donc maintenant.
Good for the money
It’s a good buy at the price. If you go slower it will go through the bigger logs. The battery life is 20-30mins I would consider buying a spare battery. On the whole I’m pleased with it.

Non aspettatevi prestazioni per veri boscaioli ma se sei una donna e a volte far partire una motosega a scoppio puo essere un problema questo attrezzo fa davvero al caso tuo. incredibilmente leggera cosi facile anche salire su un albero per potare e taglia qualsiasi tronco ,ho tagliato anche palme e rubinie di grandi dimensioni. Vedremo la durata visto che la sto maltrattanto un pochino. La batteria ha una durata piu che ragionevole ! Per me perfetta.

Ero intenzionato ad acquistare una motosega a batteria per svolgere piccoli lavori di potatura riservandomi di usare la motosega pi potente solo per tagli pi grossi. Ebbene con mia sorpresa si dimostrata oltre le mie aspettative: libero da fili ingombranti e con una batteria che supera abbondantemente l’ora e mezza di lavoro ho potato diversi alberi di olivo di media grandezza con estrema facilit.
Molto soddisfatto.
PS: ricordarsi di fare attenzione a rifornire sempre il serbatoio dell’olio quando necessario.

I have a number of Greenworks tools all using the same batteries and they are all great. With bags of logs selling for 4 each this tool has paid for itself many times over although I am fortunate to have a very large willow tree that got blown down by a high wind. In a month I must have cut 300 quid’s worth of logs with something that cost me 70.
Absolutely fine for the small tasks – chain speed is fairly low so it doesn’t bite and cut in as instantly as a petrol machine but gets the job done, resultant finish is slightly rougher for the same reasons.
I bought this saw because I don’t like 2 stroke engines for their smell, fuss or reliability. You need to bear in mind that it won’t cut as long on a charge as a petrol saw will on a tank but the benefits overcome that. I love how it’s quieter, just as powerful, doesn’t need to be started and doesn’t have a carburettor to get a blocked jet which needs cleaning out! I’m very pleased I bought this and you should be too. This is absolutely a suitable alternative to the equivalent sized Stihl chainsaw.
Bought this to replace my old two stroke chain saw and I got fed up with mixing oil and fuel.So I decided to buy this model to add to my other collection Greenworks tools and I was surprised of its performance. It does a great job for what I want it for. I am very happy with the purchase and would recommend it..
cortando lea va genial,tiene mucha fuerza,rapida,sencilla de manejar,pesa poco,lo cual te desgastas menos,eso si…en cuanto a las ramitas pequeas ,sino las sujetas bien,te rebotaran por que las muerde,pero no es problema sujetandolas bien…las baterias aguantan muy bien…el aceite es el unico pero…consume…y bien…hay que andar al loro..pero le coges el callo enseguida lo del consumo ….muy servicial y comodo…por peso y por el sistema de arranque…la de gasolina a no ser que tenga que cortal un arbol ya gordo gordo…no la vuelvo a usar…clarisimo lo tengo..
Generally pleased with my chainsaw purchase, although I found one problem. I bought some VEGATOL V-Green Eko Chainsaw oil and when I poured some into the oil container, I was unable to see any oil level through the white plastic window, unfortunately it overflowed. I will need to make up a small dip-stick to keep a check on the oil level. Apart from this small problem, I will continue to use my purchase.
Veramente un ottimo prodotto. La lama gira ad una velocit non elevata ma il motore elettrico consente di mantenere la coppia necessaria al taglio. Non presente il sistema di blocco istantaneo della lama se togliete il pulsante di trascinamento ma si fema molto velcement ed abbastanza sicura. l’oggetto a mio avviso molto indicato per un utilizzo privato e non professioale, se vi serve una sega leggera e compatta che fa poco rumore, pronta in breve e fa il suo mestiere, questo un acquisto indicato. Il cosumo di olio a mio avviso normale,leggevo di grandi consumi… iuttosto il serbatoio veramente piccolo. Se volete un minimo di autonomia, tre orette di taglio e lavorazione consiglio la batteria da 4 Ah, altrimenti per piccoli lavori di ulizia in giardino basta quella da 2Ah. Venditore molto professionale e disponibile.
Une tempte en janvier a eu raison d’un vieux peuplier et d’une grosse branche d’un tout aussi canonique cerisier. J’ai donc pris la dcision d’investir dans une trononneuse pour nettoyer les dgts. La branche de cerisier avait un diamtre de 30 cm sa base et le peuplier mesurait environ 50 cm .
J’ai choisi d’acheter une trononneuse Greenworks, sduit par les possibilits offertes par une batterie de 40 V 4AH (je recommande vivement) et un guide chane de 40 cm (la concurrence tend se limiter 30 cm). Sans exprience dans le bcheronnage je me suis donc lanc dans mes travaux ce jour.
Excellent exprience, aprs m’tre un peu document sur le Net en matire de bonnes pratiques pour l’utilisation d’une trononneuse, j’ai t sduit par la prise en main de l’outil: trs bonnes scurits, bon quilibre de la trononneuse, excellente capacit de coupe: les 30 cm de la branche de cerisier ne lui ont pas fait peur. Trs bon couple, coupe franche et rapide, bonne autonomie: j’aoi pu couper et dbiter la branche de cerisier et le peuplier avant que la batterie ne dise Amen.
Trs content de mon achat, le fait de ne pas avoir de fil la patte, de facillement pouvoir travailler n’importe o, avec un niveau sonore bien moindre qu’une trononneuse thermique et pas de gaz d’chappement ce sont de vrais plus pour moi. Les volutions technologiques des batteries Li-ion permettent maintenant d’obtenir des combinaisons puissance/ couple/ autonomie vraiment trs intressantes, m^me pour des travaux un peu lourds.
Je recommande ce cette trononneuse, mais investissez dans une batterie 4Ah. La version 2 Ah, moins chre, limite fortmeement l’aotonomie de la trononneuse.
Wasn’t expecting much from a battery chainsaw but I was wrong plenty of power cuts good sized logs and the battery life is very good a 2+ hours of cutting of a single charge.

its great , not heavy and even I can use it. Even my hard to please hubby likes it better than his heavy petrol model . Nearly got the full set now , pole saw , strimmer , telescopic hedge trimmer , hedge trimmer.. Very impressed I’m going to buy another battery though as all these items are being powered by one battery.
Estoy muy contento,pero hay algunos peros…depsito aceite pequeo y no se v el nivel de aceite,no hay pieza metlica dnde suelen tener otras motosierras unas dentadas para clavar en la madera, stas son de plstico y tengo una rota.No merece la pena comprar la batera pequea de 2 amperios ,dura muy poco.Yo compr una no original de 5 amperios y merece la pena.
Why did I buy this product? I wanted to pretend I was Ash from the evil dead and be groovy lol. That’s not true, I did want to cut stuff up tho. This was the naked model so I had to buy a charger and battery separately. Not the cheapest things in the world but when I finally got to use it I was very impressed. It’s self oils and had a little reservoir that must have oil in it tomstop the chain snagging or breaking. Nice easy tension device and simplest instructions out of the box. Was ready to go in just a few minutes. It’s got a bit of weight to it which I actually liked but would become a problem if you were on a big job. Now cutting is a pleasure. It really makes light work of small medium logs. I was bringing down a pergola which was mostly 4×4 and it would go through those in just a few seconds. A lot of it had plant stems wrapped around it too making the wood thicker in places. I reckon I got over 100 cuts out of it and still had one light on the battery at the end of my task. There was still a bit of oil left in the chamber too. Will have to get a second battery for the bigger jobs I have left to do around the garden. It’s safe too. There is a two stage starting procedure making it impossible to operate accidentally and there is a break guard on the top to protect your hands. Came with a chain cover and a carry bag also. Would like to see these products bundled with a battery and a charger tho. Really loved working with this bit of kit. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough for anyone with a bit of medium heavy cutting to do. Oh I forgot, We have log burners in the house so even when the jobs are done it will still get regular use for cutting logs down.
Da ich kein Fan von 2 Taktgeruch und Lrm bin , aber eine kabelgebundene Kettensge beim entasten hinderlich schien, habe ich mir diese Sge zugelegt.
Fr Menschen, die schnell viel Holz sgen wollen, das womglich auch dicker ist als 20-30cm Durchmesser ist, ist diese Sge nicht zu empfehlen.
Ich habe zwar damit eine um gestrzte Linde mit dem Stamm von 60x70cm durchgesgt bekommen, aber brauchte lange auch weil die kleinen Akkus hierfr einfach zuwenig Kapazitt haben.
Fr alle die Zeit haben und evtl auch noch einen greren Akku dazu kaufen, reicht diese Maschine wahrscheinlich aus.
Mit 2 groen Akkus und 2 kleinen bekommt man mit Dauersgen die Maschine an den Rand der berhitzung.
Zum Entasten und sgen kleinerer Bume ist die Maschine sehr angenehm, selbst mein Vater, der seit 30a Erfahrung mit Kettensgen einer groen deutschen Firma hat, war angetan wie unkompliziert das Arbeiten ist.
Man muss lediglich den geladenen Akku einsetzen, Kettenl einfllen und es kann losgehen (Schnittschutzausrstung nicht vergessen!).
Keine Wartung von Motor/Zndkerzen etc. auch die Lautstrke ist ohne Gehrschutz tollerabel.
ber die Haltbarkeit kann ich noch nichts berichten.
Qu decir de esta motosierra a batera. IMPRESIONANTE!!!!. Antes de tener este modelo adquir el modelo de 24v y 25cm, algo menos potente y qued tan satisfecho que despus de 3 aos y el desgaste de las bateras, decid comprar su hermana ms potente de 40v y 30 cm (espada). Llevo utlizndola un mes aprox y le doy un notable alto. Como aspecto negativo el apoyo de la motosierra en la parte frontal debera ser de metal, ya que esta parte sufre mucho cuando apoyas la motosierra al cortar y al final acaba rompindose. Decir que la batera que trae este pack es de 2Ah, no est mal pero la de 4Ah es una virguera ( sin problemas corta troncos de 20Cm de dimetro. Como dato particular, he conseguido cortar con esta batera unos 250 kg de lea a trozos de 40 cm de largo y dimetros que comprenden entre los 20 cm y 5cm). Muy contento con esta adquisicin.
Very good saw just as powerfull as husquvarna lixp battery-powered saw. slightly heavier. Could do with beep warning when chain brake is off. Currently beeps when chain brake applied. Also the tensioning nob on the side cover sticks out a little bit further may get damaged but easily modifiable
Great item. Only runs for about half an hour on a 2A hour battery that I bought with the hedge-cutter, but it charges up pretty quickly. Blade oil runs out about the same time as the battery does, so they can be topped up at the same time. Much quieter and cleaner than a two-stroke one and no need to buy petrol. Nice one!
Like many people, I was worried that a battery powered chainsaw wouldn’t be man enough. Have no fear here – this works a treat and it’s so smooth and quiet to use. Remember to add some chainsaw oil to your basket – you need it simply to keep the chain lubricated and you can’t use it without having the oil (which isn’t supplied with the chainsaw).
Amazing machine. Lots of power and so quiet. I have used it extensively without any problems. The smaller battery runs for a fair time, but I suggest you stop before the battery goes flat. If you don’t the battery gets pretty hot and will not charge until it cools.
I’ve never used a chainsaw before but i think this is one handy tool, very light and easy to use, i’ve cut wet and dry wood with this and it eats through it, of course it will be slower than a petrol saw and less powerful but it does the jobs i want to done, i’ve used it on whole trees and its still going, the battery last ages and it charges within an hour.

The chainsaw worked just as described. It was efficient and fairly quiet.
I am extremely pleased with this moderately priced, lightweight machine – and I’ve used many varieties of chainsaws in my time. I use it for scavenging carving wood from unwanted fallen or felled hardwood timber of which there is a great deal in my neck of the woods. It’s ideal for cutting anything accessible up to nine inches diameter without haste or forcing. The battery is excellent, with lights to tell you how much charge is left – and charging takes less than an hour from scratch. I use cheap motor oil because I’ve found chainsaw oil tends to clog the machine and is not, oddly enough, that cheap. The battery by the way is purchased separately from the machine, as is the charger, but it all adds up to what I seriously believe to be a very good deal providing you are not a hard task master! Respect the tool and it will perform extremely well. And keep the teeth sharp! Phil
Just bought this to bring the garden in my new home under control where numerous trees and shrubs have been allowed to grow unchecked!
So far I have cut through some 5″ trunks that my hand saw was to awkward to attack and find it very effective and easy to manage.
It is also surprisingly powerful for a battery tool.
The charger and battery are sold separately as they are interchangeable with other tools in the range. Took an hour to charge as stated in the manual.
So for domestic garden use this is a great bit of kit!
Quiet, light, easy to use chainsaw. I bought this for cutting up tree trunks and so far has worked very well. I was also pleased with the price as I already had the battery and charger from the lawnmower. Only thing i was slightly disappointed with is that it didn’t come with any chainsaw oil so i couldn’t use it until I had bought the oil.
I hate petrol chainsaws: noisy, smelly, fussing about with 2-stroke mixtures and never confident that the strenuous pull is actually going to start the thing. This cordless system is perfect for chainsaw haters like me. Quiet(ish), clean and reliable power, and a quality bar-and-chain that does a fine job on all but the very biggest jobs where you probably would need professional standard equipment anyway. One piece of advice: take some time reading the instructions and practise re-fitting the chain before you first use it, when it is all clean, clear and easy to follow. This will give you confidence when you need to do it later.
Always wanted a chainsaw for general garden activities. And now I have one!
Didn’t want a big bulky loud petrol driven one which I would involve some maintenance. There isn’t many Lithium chainsaws around other than this one, so I went for it.
It is good quality, although a little plasticy. Doesn’t spin as fast as I thought it would, but it cuts through wood easily.
Be sure to wear the proper safety gear!
Three items all purchased at once delivered quickly & put into use next day. The whole worked as stated in description I’ve already cut some downed wood & the battery is back on charge for tomorrow. It’s not a lumberjack tool,but has cut up some 30ft pieces of 3 inch wood & about 15 pieces of 9 inch dia trunk on 1 charge about 20 minutes in total.
