Very easy to install (my husband did it and it was a very first time he did such thing), looks very nice and the detached shower head is very useful. Recommended!

    Amazing

Good quality, compared with others. Quite easy to install (if you like laying on your back in a cupboard). Works well.

This was larger than I expected but that is fine – it has a sturdy pull out that automatically retracts. It can be set to reach quite far – more than I was expecting. The buttons for spray/normal and stop are very useful. Great all round and it looks good too

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersReally nice tap, good water pressure but the base of the tap is fixed to the sink while the bottom seems to swivel when turning the tap on and off which is extremely irritating and feels faulty, not sure if this is by design or not.

Tried to contact the seller and I am getting a refund, annoying that mine is faulty as I really liked the look of it.

I had separate hot and cold tap before and a stationery spout that i was always trying to push out of the way being use to rotatable spouts previously. Super easy to install but would recommend using some plumbing tap at the connection points.

The only criticisms I have is that under the sink the unit is only hand tightened as I cannot find any tool that can tighten that size but its still sturdy just needs hand tightening every couple of weeks, also the water pressure when in ‘full hot’ is much less than before, I see others have this same issue.

Fits into the sink perfectly and my husband said it was pretty easy to install.
Love all the features and it definitely lets less water run through than our old tap (unless you use the jet button!) which is brilliant for saving a bit on our water bill.

Easy to install once I understood how to use the fittings as I was unsure how to get them tight. Online video came to the rescue – they only needed to be hand tight when connecting to the taps. Not the easiest to get the big nut on the base tight enough but having a helper to hold the tap steady helped. Not the standard rod/nut fitting that my old taps were, which are easy to get tight.

The tap is good to use though and being able to pull the end of the tap where it is needed is really useful. The button to change from a normal flow to spray is really good for cleaning things out. Very happy with it.

Been using it a couple of months and we couldnt be happier, w use the extensor almost everyday and as long as you keep clear where the weight goes, it works perfectly.

Well, here’s a sentence I never thought I’d write..this tap has genuinely made a difference to my world.a tapyes..our old tap was leaking and gave up so quickly ordered a replacement and didn’t really have much expectationsbecause it’s a tap.but it’s ridiculously lovely to use! 2 spray options (one gets rid of the awful splash back) and plus a pull out section great for filling up water filter. Totally exceeded my expectations!!!!

Awesome, brilliant tap the best yet and so pleased with the purchase. I would advise getting a good plumber to fix it as it is a significant job and I watched my plumber do it and I tell you it did not appear easy to install.
The product is so good I feel, for ease and simplicity and the features on it are brilliant. Like for instance, you can stop the spray in mid-cycle without turning off the tap. The pressure is brilliant and going from hot to cold by turning the handle is simple, I love this product so much would definitely recommend it. Every person that visits me the first thing they say when they see it is “I want one”. Awesome product, Brilliant.

I upgraded from a standard tap to this one and it is a big improvement for the same price as the old tap. The old tap dripped and my plumber could not source the correct cartridge.

I had to drill a larger hole in my sink for the new tap and that cost me an extra 25 including drill adapter.

I am happy to have upgraded because of the extra functionality of the new tap. It looks great, too.

Very much like the pull-out function. Increases the versatility of the tap. Had one similar to this before but this function was achieved by moving around the whole tap. This weakened the joint at the bottom of the tap, which fairly quickly started to leak. This one has the cable encased in the metal upright. Makes the whole thing much sturdier.

I bought this because our old pull out tap’s flexible hose has sprung leaks and I couldn’t find information anywhere on whether it could be replaced. This tap was dead easy to fit through the existing hole in our ceramic sink but the braided tails were a different size and would attach to our hot and cold mains pipes. After several visits to the local DIY store for various adapters none of which worked, I managed to reuse the tails from the old tap. The Heable tails are in fact standard 1/2 inch fit but our mains pipes are not. It is an old house. Other than that the tap is great. Ironically onvce the new tap was up and running I was able to take the old one apart and could have just bought a replacement pipe for 14. You live and learn!

Only negative is the counter weight can be a little temperamental but its probably because I have cleaning products under the sink and they get pushed back to far.

The Flexi hoses supplied are not standard UK size so you’ll need to buy new ones, apart from that, it works fine, turn it on and water comes out, seems to be a flow inhibitor in the head so the pressure is less than it’s predecessor but that’s fine, saves a few pennies a day!

Bought this for me ma and she really like’s it. She was looking for a tap with a pull out head that fit under her cupboards. This fit the bill.

Most taps are much of a muchness anyways (all made in the same factory usually) so don’t overpay for a name.
Taps are gonna be with you for a good few years so buy the one most appealing to you. It won’t change your life but it’s still cool to have nice taps

Had this professionally installed and my plumber was amazed at the price I paid indicating that plumbers merchants would have sold this quality of tap for at least 2x the price (which says a lot about plumbers merchants!). It all looks and works very well, the retraction is perfectly snappy (for those having issues with theirs needs to be weighted properly using the included counterweight), the build feels solid and the tap functions all work as advertised. The only issues is that there appears to be a reduced rate of water flow compared to my previous kitchen tap. Not reduced to a problem level but reduced nonetheless. Customer service is excellent also.

Good tap for the money, easy to install and works well.
The only snag worth noting is that you need clear space under the sink for the flexible hose and the counter weight that is used for the hose to auto retract. If there are any obstacles in the way then the weight can snag and stop the hose going back when extended.
The weight can be positioned once installed but if you have pipes or any obstructions in the way you may have issues.
I had to get creative when I installed this in my utility room and I now know it will not be suitable for my kitchen which is a shame.

Nice tap, but useless, due to the pipes being smaller, it doesn’t push the hot water out like my old taps. The pressure has really slowed down to a trickle.
If the pipes were bigger, which will allow more water to come out.

I was quite surprised when I opened the box. I wondered how an earth it would all fit together. The instructions; a double sided A4 sheet, had very small print and diagrams but easy to work out. It was installed easily and works very well. There is a slight reduction in water flow but the spray feature more than makes up for that. I am able to extend the pull down spray head 10.5 inches. The whole fitting (after removal of the old tap) took about 10-15 minutes. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

Golden Review Award: 23 From Our UsersThe feel of the tap is OK and has some quality about it. Liked the idea of the spray… However, we had a problem with pressure… It was so slow… We found out by chance, if you unscrew the spray head it has a little white plastic gauze inside and all the holes were blocked with something black… My opinion is it’s from the black flexible pipe that runs upto the spray head… Took the gauze out and washed under another tap with higher pressure and poked out the black dirt with a pin… Wow the pressure is fantastic. I can only put this down to the black pipe and maybe the manufacturer should flush the black flexible hose before sending out to customers.

We decided to get a new tap for our kitchen sink, as our old one was at a 45 degree angle and we kept hitting plates into it when trying to run under the tap.
Absolutely love this new tap, it is a bit taller than I imagined but have got used to that now. So easy to use and like the fact you can switch from a stream of water to more of a spray depending on what you are doing. Also so much easier to clean the sink now with the extending head.

Who would have thought a tap could make such a difference. Very happy.

Niced packed, looks pretty sturdy, hope it lasts enough, small increase on the water pressure, easy to install(if you know a bit how to do it).
It came nice packed and had a fast shipping(second day delivery with prime). My mom needed a new extendable faucet because the old one was not working anymore, she has a dish washer and she cleans a bit the dishes before trowing them in so the high pressure feature on the faucet is very useful for her.
It’s easy to install, I’ve done it for her, basically is the normal way to do it, you don’t need any fancy tools or a degree to do it as long as you have any ideea of what you’re doing.
After a while of using it my mom said she is quite happy with the new faucet and she recomends it to other people.

I bought this as i am redoing the whole of the kitchen and i thought this tap was going to be fine but there are different types of attchments for differetn kitchens, usually older kitchens like mine need a full rework for this to work with enough pressure to clean the dishes

Good value for money. Sturdy with great water pressure on both settings. The only downside was the pull out nozzle hangs and doesn’t go back up. There is a weight at the bottom of the pipe which may need a heavier weight to solve the problem.

Good quality. The extending hose in the tap returns to its housing through a weight hung on the hose below the sink. Fortunately we had space and distance below to allow a decent extension. If you had a high shelf or clutter in your sink unit the amount of stretch using the flexible hose is restricted.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersCame well packaged in expanded foam within the box so it seemed very unlikely to be damaged in transit. The instructions are printed on a double-sided sheet of A4 and while small they do contain all the info you need in order to understand how to fit and connect everything.

The supplied hoses are a decent length (50cm) and fairly flexible. The main body is nicely finished, the buttons operate smoothly and the extendible hose gives the impression of durability. Took about 30 mins to fit but I’m no plumbing expert.

I’m really pleased with the installed tap. We’ll see how it lasts but on the basis of the experience so far it’s a quality product at a very reasonable price.

After 7 years our mixer tap has finally packed in and started leaking to the point where it was not practical anymore to replace the broken valves and seals. One of the main criteria was for the tap to be relatively inexpensive whilst being relatively easy to fit and having a hose feature that could be used to rinse the pots or sink with ease. Well I am happy to report that it ticks all the boxes. It was relatively easy to fit and whilst it may not be the cheapest offering out there, I am pretty confident that the features and quality makes up for it.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI have a small kitchen with no room for a dishwasher and I hate washing up. This makes it so easy and now I can direct the water around the sink and clean it properly. I also have a much less lime scale issue as one of the flows contains air, so water doesn’t splash around getting everything soaked.
I love this tap, wish I bought it years ago!
Installation looked fairly straightforward but I was lucky enough to have workmen on site who offered to do it for me. They all liked it a lot too, very impressed.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThe old tap was always hard work to pull out and put back in. We tolerated it because we paid so much money for it. Finally the lever fell out and it was time to replace it. As times are a little hard at the moment I opted for the cheaper version of the same sort of pull out system, although this was described as having a bit more to offer than the expensive one that finally gave out after 3 years only. Well, I received the package earlier than expected even though I chose the no rush delivery earning an extra 1 off of my next applicable purchase. When I opened it and inspected it, I though that it was a little lightweight and was not initially impressed. However, I fitted it in about 20 minutes although its the first one I have ever fitted. Upon testing the pull out hose I was really impressed with the whole system which has 3 settings for use. I am totally satisfied with the product now and the whole family have commented on the ease of use. Once the tap was fitted to the sink it was no longer an issue regarding its weight which was soon forgotten. I give this 10/10 for looks, ease of use and fitting. The supplier lived up to expectations but I expect nothing else from Amazon now.

The instructions are basically useless, I got what appeared to be too different sets… For two other taps! There are no measurements listed so it’s hard to know what tap block spanners to buy, etc.

For the money it’s hard to find fault though, smooth action and nice finish.

Golden Review Award: 21 From Our UsersOver the years I have installed various taps in houses as we moved from one place to another and without doubt this has got to be the easiest ever. The build quality is great, comes with all you need ( except tools ) Just bear in mind that the pull out part of the head has a weight that fixes to the feed pipe and its this that pulls the head back into its position so you need to make sure there is space below the sink for it to move up and down. I would recommend telling your partner about this to prevent have items pushed under the a fore mentioned weight and then being told you have not fitted it properly . Well worth the price.

Golden Review Award: 43 From Our UsersSo the moment we are living in very unusual times. (Covid19) Needed a new tap, and Buying from amazon was my only choice. Spent ages looking for a tap. It’s a bit hard to buy, unseen. Found this and immediately liked the look, and added features. When it arrived, quickly I might add, found that it came with flexible connectors, which makes installation much easier. It’s a good sturdy design. Excellent value for money. The on off lever, is easy to operate, and comfortable to use. The head of the tap swivels, great if you’ve a bowl and a half sink. There are three options of flow . I particularly like the spray option, for rinsing dirty plates. The pull down head, automatically goes back into position after use. Tap is easy to clean, just wipe it over. Given, the added features, this is excellent value for money.

Good tap for the money you need to pay for it. Seems to be a good quality. The installation is not easy if you have limited space under the sink. We are unable to use sprayer every occassion as the pressure is too high and it sprays water everywhere around the sink.

Golden Review Award: 23 From Our UsersWe fitted this in our utility room, we needed it in a hurry and it arrived next day. It wasn’t difficult to fit … awkward to get behind sink etc but that’s not the taps fault.. the base is solid, the handle is solid, but get to the tap end and the the pully out bit, and I think they ran out of money.. it’s a bit plasticky. The end is weighted under the sink and should self-retract into the stem. All in all not a bad tap with really handy shower feature and ‘pause’ button (who knew that would be useful?). The other thing is that the water pressure is slightly reduced compared to our previous tap which, as we’re on a meter is no bad thing..

Half great, half a bit plasticky...

Great looking tap, happy with the design, flow and unique feature of using the extention pipe. The spray feature is useful, when getting food of dishes. Overall happy with purchase.

However only a few things that could be better. The tap not metal but still looks good.

The flow is slightly reduced but this can help anyone with a water meter but do take into consideration if you have low water pressure. As my boiler increases pressure, mines fine.

Was fiddly installing it but that’s due to the tight space under my sink, nothing to do with the product.
