Super bright!
Bought this to see what it would be like in my home office room which was pretty dull with a standard bulb. This light is probably too bright but is great for working at the PC, lights up the whole room and can be angled in many ways to get the light you need. I’m going to get a couple more for the garage!

I ordered one for the garage, we had to buy an e27 adapter for the existing bayonet fitting, but the light was as easy to fit as a light bulb, and is nice and bright and the direction is flexible, We were so pleased I ordered another one.
Very brigh
Bought this LED light to replace the light bulb in my garage. It’s very easy to install although I did have to buy a B22 to E27 converter to get it to work. It’s much brighter than the 100w light bulb that has been made redundant. I now can see things better in my garage.
Just what we were looking for. It did it’s job well. It’s simply that for the money & quick shipping, as well as easy install … that’s what’s impressive. Can’t recommend it enough.

Really clever ligh
This light is a really clever design the way it all folds out and can be angled to illuminate different directions. It also fits a standard ES light socket (you need a bayonet to ES adapter to make it fit the traditional UK bayonet fitting.) It’s very bright, feels like being on a beach on a summer day.

Value for money
The installation of this 150W LED Garage Light is very simple, as long as the ordinary spiral lamp socket is screwed on, 8 LED panels can adjust the light direction and range. I installed it in the garage and the brightness has been improved a lot, compared with ordinary 150W bulbs. It is several times stronger, its price is not expensive, it is suitable for mass family use, I am very satisfied.
Best light ever for large sheds.
I put this light in my late Dad’s work shed as Mum still does jobs in there and I do too if it’s raining and I need to complete a job indoors. Previously we had a 100W bulb in there which has been adequate for years. After installing this light though I felt bad that my Dad missed out on such brilliant lighting, it’s incredibly bright and with having two directional folds on each of the four arms so the bulbs throw the light into really dark corners. Dad’s wrk shed is approx 11m X 6m the light reached all four corners. Mum is delighted with the light.
If you have a bayonet fitting you’ll need to buy an adapter that’s B22-E27, they’re cheap and widely available. The light does get a bit warm after prolonged use but not hot enough to cause me any concern.
It’s an excellentight for sheds, garages, craft rooms, even hallways if you have no windows or a door with no glass.
I have hesitated for a long time about the need to replace the lights in the garage.

So the description states this is a:-

With this replacement light, I was able to do it myself and not pay a electrician to come change my fitting. As it was simply like screwing in a normal light bulb.
I thought to have a light this powerful I would need a specific socket/ fitting to fit it into but I turned a normal light into something that now lights the whole garage. Because you can adjust the angles of the 8 panels. I now got the lights going into the directions and blacks spots that I had before and no more.
Its now lit 360s win win.
I’m chuffed that I did it all by myself and no tools needed.
(( Also it’s probably depending on the size of your garage on how good it is for you.))

I ordered this light for my garage which is about 3m x 2m. This item is perfect as the fins can be easily angled to direct a huge amount of light according to my preference. It lights up the entire garage with daylight brightness which is amazing. Good value for money. Moreover, the ceiling rose fitting seems to be of good quality with an earth. Really pleased with my purchase.
Great light output, but the paddles sag
I’ve attached a pic of a before and after switching from a 60W equiv led bulb.
The difference shown is noticeable, it’s better, it’s brighter. Is it 15,000 lumens bright? I can’t measure that, so I’m not sure. But I would doubt it considering the difference from a regular bulb.
The paddles deform up and down and can be moved quite a lot. They’re friction for to eachother meaning that some as you move, loosen the screws as they move and become floppy, due to lack of friction. Not a problem if you intend to fit and forget.
The paddles are plastic, but the LEDs have a metal backing. Hopefully it holds up to the heat.

Incredibly bright and with a little adjustment lights up a double garage no issues. Didn’t get hot and it’s easy to adjust the angles
Very flexible
The device himself is a bit big but easy to install. The arms are very flexible and easily adjustable for me and the light is very bright.
For me, the angle is very important and this device allows me to have that mobility.
Each arm I adjusted to a 90-degree angle to have better light in the work area.
I believe 25.99 is a reasonable price.

Arms are plastic and screwed together. Sturdy enough but wouldn’t stand up to constant adjustment.
All round, a good and ingenious item.
Although the picture makes this look like a ceiling fan, it’s actually a group of LED lighting panels on moveable paddles. The paddles unfold like the solar panels on a satellite dish so you can point the light where you need it. The whole lot is attached to a standard E27 ES light bulb thread, so it screws straight into a normal light fitting.
This presented a minor problem, because nearly all the light fittings in my house are bayonet. When I did find an ES holder I was astonished by how bright this thing is!
I recently replaced one of the two striplights in the garage with an LED batten light, and I thought that was bright. This thing is a whole different level. It’s like turning on the sun. Don’t look at it as you turn it on.
It’s rated at 150W, so it should be safe in a standard ceiling fitting.
The light temperature is a cold / daylight 6500K, which is ideal for a workshop. In my testing of the other LEDs I’ve reviewed, I did notice that the 6500K lamps seemed to be dimmer than a lower-rated 3000K version, even though the meter confirmed that they were brighter. I have no explanation for this, other than being something to do with the way our eyes perceive the different wavelengths.
The construction is plastic with metal screws. It doesn’t weigh all that much so it shouldn’t pull the ceiling down, but it is bigger and heavier than a bulb. When I install it in my garage properly, I’ll screw a batten holder directly to the joist. The plastic looks pretty robust. Although the panels can be moved, I thinks it’s more of a ‘fit and forget’ thing than constantly adjustable. It will be in the roof anyway, so it’s not something you are going to be changing often.
Until I saw this one, I didn’t even know they existed. Now I do, I wish I’d used these in the garage from the start instead of wasting money upgrading batten lights to slightly better ones. There are quite a few LED lamps like this available on Amazon, and this example is at the upper end of the price range at 26. I do think it’s a reasonable price. The batten lamp I recently bought was a lot more expensive and nowhere near as bright.
Totally bonkers, but totally wonderful
My killawat meter registers this at 80w draw, which is short of the 150w description but in terms of LED’s – is still an absolute beast. I presume the 150w rating was calculated from the maximum power draw of all the led modules combined – but you never want to run LED’s at 100% power for extended periods anyway so running them lower helps extend their lifespan. The almost-spider-like arrangement of the arms looks like a relic from the age of Transformers – it really amuses me. It is also very practical allowing the light be to be directed specifically at my current work piece via one or two arm adjustments, with plenty of light from the rest of unit thrown ambiently, minimising shadows.
Bright LED ligh
Easy to use just unscrew existing ES bulb and remove lampshade then screw this in and off you go. It’s not overly heavy but I would make sure that the light fixing you have is anchored properly. The panel hinges are stiff so either loosen or set the angle of the panels before installing to avoid any mishaps!
All in all if you need more light in an area this will do the job!

Comes in a tiny box, and I questioned whether the right item came, once I opened it and spread out its wings, it was the size I was expecting!
This is very sturdy solid light, the bendable arms are nice and stiff, not too stiff where you have to loosen before you can move them though, so that’s good.
A full spins into my light fitting and all of a sudden my room was gleaming with bright white light. This is incredibly bright, is it as bright as what the advertising claims are? I wouldn’t be able to test myself, but with my eyes I can still see them lit up every time I blink since I last looked at the light last night. 🙂

Use existing fitting - Incredible adjustability - Very brigh
This can just be used in your existing garage light fitting but makes for an incredible amount of light. It is not particularly efficient if it was on all the time as it still uses 150 W but the light output is literally unbelievable my entire garage is flooded with daylight and I can see all nooks and crannies without a horrendous glare. The light itself runs reasonably cool even when it has been operating for awhile. The wings can be adjusted as well to ensure the best possible light output pattern. This is really good if you have a dark shed or garage where you want to be able to see literally like it is flooded with daylight.

The light direction of the garage light can be changed as needed, and the bright LED light can illuminate the entire garage. Installation is simple, just like installing a light bulb. This is exactly the light I need. Great!

This light means buisness. I have a pretty big dark room. Its about 20 x 20 feet. Its dark with drop ceilings. We use regular lamps and it was still dark. So i decided to try this light. Yes it looks like a ufo or a drone on my ceiling but its kinda cool. So i screwed it in the outlet. My family all waited as i turned on the switch. When i did turn it on we all shuddered like vampires and gasped. Our eyes were blinded by the light. I see dirt and dust in places i didnt know existed. Seriously though This light is amazing. I thought i would need 2 but all you need is one. The crisp white light will really change your space and is it worth every penny.
This LED adjustable light is perfect for a workspace garage; super bright with even light coverage across all LED panels; adjustable light positioning means you can easily adjust the direction and angle of the light to suit your needs (this is incredibly useful for car detailing, etc), and installation is literally as simple as screwing in an e27 bulb!
You’ll want to check the fitting/fixture you’re installing this light into, as a lot of fixtures (especially older ones) won’t provide enough throughput to provide maximum brightness, so if it seems dimmer than you expected, try a new/different e27 fixture.
