My partner has low back problems and likes the the mattress firm ..for me firm is too firm so when I have ordered this I was afraid he wont like it but we slept very good since then ( almost 1y ago ) , and haven’t woke up with any problems. You dnt sink in very much which is great for us . Before you change the mattress read a lot about every single one on your list cause if you change from a type of mattress to another you might feel discomfort as it might be a shock for your spinal ,bones etc. You might think is a joke but is not . Always choose the mattress based on the previous one ( bads and gods) , your weight and the thickness of a mattress. Very heavy to carry and make sure you follow the instructions when you open it and use it for the fist time . Happy custome
This mattress is a life changer me and the wife both suffer with bad backs and changing to this mattress was the best decision it has improve our sleep and we don’t wake up with back ache anymore. 100% would buy again when we need to change.
Mattress very comfortable but quite firm. I had terrible back pain, could barely walk first thing in the morning, but I have had this mattress for a few weeks now and the pain has gone
I bought one of these for myself last March and loved it so much I bought another for my sons bed. Very firm. Well packaged but very heavy. Would definitely recommend.

I would recommend people looking for a soft mattress to search elsewhere, it was slightly firmer than I expected but still very comfortable. The smell took around 5 days to completely disappear. Can’t comment on the pain relief since I don’t suffer any back pain. Overall I am happy with the purchase.
We find this very comfortable with just the right amount of firmness and does help with the aches and pains. we liked that It comes rolled up in the box, so made it a lot easier to take upstairs. Was Easy to open, just had to be careful when taking of the plastic and fully unrolling on the bed frame, can be a bit quick when it expands to full size. Fits well on the bed frame.
Had to reorder this mattress as Amazon sent wrong size mattress by mistake which was anoyying. Take care check the box for size before you open it. But Amazon did respond very quickly and arranged to collect other mattress a couple of days later. So that was very good customer service by Amazon.
Overall we are happy with this mattress and would recommend it.
A bit risky buying a mattress based without trying, but the reviews were good so we thought we’d try. The mattress arrived quickly and once out of the box we were imported with the quality. It’s firm with small, soft pockets on the top that make it really comfy. Recommended it to a friend who bought one and is also well chuffed.
Amazing product for the price.
I did a lot of research as I wanted a firm, supportive mattress for adult guests. This one offers the best of both worlds as it combines pocket sprung with a top layer of memory foam. I followed the advice to only open it up once it was in position, as it unfurls quite quickly and is reassuringly heavy. I am perfectly happy with it, and would recommend.
Had this new mattress for a few weeks now and have to say that it’s a very good comfy mattress, for me the feel and firmness is just right not really firm but not to soft, time will tell how this feels in a year from now but it seems to be a great buy at the price.

Firm but soft, I literally sleep so much better now. It is like sleeping on supported air and really sturdy at the same time. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend this mattress, especially if you suffer with any back pain.
Comes very tightly vacuum packed, let it be for 24h and it rises nicely. Great value for our spare room. Probably wouldn’t use for our main bed as it’s quite cheap it won’t last long with everyday use… But for the guest bedroom it was perfect.
This is a very good quality mattress. I wasn’t sure if it was going to compete with the other brands of mattresses but this is perfect one. I’ve been using it for 5 months already and it is still terrific and strong.
The biggest surprise is the size of the box it comes in. The mattress is vacuum pressed to about 2 inches thick, then rolled up.
Once opened, the mattress springs right up to full thickness.
After 7weeks of sleeping on, I’m 6ft & 19st and find it quite firm, but also comfortable. And I don’t get too hot with the excellent wicking & heat dissipation layers.

This mattress arrived on prime next day which was perfect. It’s slightly firmer than I expected but it’s so comfortable.
I suffer from a genetic condition that causes a lot of pain and subluxations of joints and I can honestly say this mattress gave me the first decent nights sleep I’ve had in ages with minimal pain.
It is that good that I will be purchasing another 2 more in the single size for my children.

We made a mistake by not realizing how deep the mattress was, so had to put it onto a different childs bed than expected, as they would have fallen over the lip of their bunk bed otherwise, however the mattress itself is more comfortable than my bed. It is on the firmer side. It is great quality, doesn’t roll down at the edges when you are lying on them and doesn’t sink and mould around you when you lie on it which I hate. After a couple of months use it appears to be holding its shape as if it was the first night we had led on it, no sagging or dents. Next time my bed needs a new mattress I would get this one.
Nice comfy mattress, took little time to puff up out of the packaging, and no horrible smells. Good value, and seemingly decent quality. Delivery was quick too. Quite a thick mattress compared to old one – not a negative, just commenting.
I was not expecting much as I was not familiar with this brand and the price was low, but this is a really good matress. My wife’s back was suffering terribly from our old memory foam matress so we decided to go for the medium firm pocket spring, and it has made a big difference to our quality of sleep.

Really glad I bought this mattress, great quality for the price. I bought this for myself to sleep on every night and it’s very comfy so far (had it around a month), other people who have slept on it have said it’s comfortable as well. Comes well packaged, the box is heavy though I needed help to carry it up the stairs.

Standard comfort not near premium quality.

Not sure if really good value for money. Very soft and silky outer layer. I felt more comfort without bedsheets. So till now using without bedsheets. LOL…
Bought this mattress to go with the new bed i bought. Geepers, first time I have had a vacuum packet one, wow, very heavy and a struggle for one. Once i started cutting it out the plastic is kind of jumps out, so be careful where you unpack it. I had it on the bed, so was ok whien it went whooosh lol. Only slept in it one night so far. I wanted something firm and this definitely fits the bill, my previous firm mattress i found when i was laying on my back (I’m a side sleeper) it would get sore lower down, lumbar area. In this new mattress, I was laying on my back for a while, reading and no pain at all. So I am very happy with this mattress.

Now a few weeks later and having been using the mattress, i would say it is not as firm as i first thought, ok for me but I don’t think i would class it as orthopedic
I spent hours and hours researching for a new mattress as my old one was starting to sag.
Reading feedback on here and on other sites can be quite a challenge; I was about to order from another company when I dawned on me that more than 300 5-star reviews and only a couple of negatives might not be all that it seemed.
I was right. That company was offering a substantial refund to customers if they wrote a 5 star review. I leave it to other people to decide how deceitful that might be.
So back to this mattress. Have slept on it for about a week now, and I am pretty impressed. This is a hybrid, i.e. a combination of springs and memory. I gave up on 100% memory mattresses a long time ago, as they get incredibly hot and uncomfortable. This one only has a slight layer of memory foam, so not hotness. In fact, I’ve been sleeping like a baby.
And while I used to wake up with my duvet in a total upside down mess, it now stays in place during the night because I’m not tossing and turning anymore.
It pays to do a little bit of research – there are quite a few mattresses out there that will set you back 800 or more. The trendy brands aren’t necessarily the best ones…as with anything really.
I bought this for my 42 yr old son who could not make up his mind about a new mattress. He reports that he now enjoys deep, comfortable and deep sleep.
We bought these for our kids. I find the springs a little hard personally and the foam top quite thin, but we added 5cm mattress toppers and now they have a firm base to sleep on, which is good for posture, and a comfortable boost at the top.
I bought this for my 81 year old grandmother, it’s a huge improvement from her old mattress. She’s very happy with it and says she sleep very well. Great value for money too.
This mattress was exactly what I was expecting, I did a lot of research and looked at a lot of reviews before making this choice. The mattress is for a spare room so I knew it didn’t have to be super duper special, on the other hand I really didn’t want anything uncomfortable for our guests. My daughter and her husband were the first to try out the new mattress at the weekend and both said that it was very comfortable, neither too soft, nor too hard, bizarrely what other reviewers had mentioned. It unpacked and inflated just as it said it would and to be honest I think we’ve got a bargain, for the price paid we are very happy indeed.
Was surprised how heavy this was, but easy to unwrap. Cut a small hole in the shrink wrap, stood back and it slowly unfolded.
I know I was supposed to give the mattress 24 hours before I slept on it, but it was fine after 2 hours. Love the height, didn’t smell hardly at all. Can’t say yet if it’s really comfortable as I only had it delivered yesterday, but for the price it feels really good.

Based only on other purchasers’ reviews, I decided to risk buying this mattress, unseen and untested. Having slept soundly for the two nights since its arrival and commissioning, I am happy to report that the risk was fully justified.
However, please note that the packaging could give rise to safety and environmental issues. The makers enclose the finished product in an envelope made from thick polythene sheeting from which air is evacuated before sealing. The mattress consequently arrives in much shrunken form (within a cardboard box). Piercing the bag admits air, hence permitting the product to be removed from its covering. Due to the bag’s large size, a child could crawl in and even experience asphyxia. Also, the customer has to responsibly dispose of a large amount of plastic sheeting that could be environmentally injurious.
Finally, I allowed the released mattress to rest flat and unused for a day before use, as the makers recommend.
So I bought this in hopes to help me catch up on sleep as I’ve had sleep issues. Package came a day later than expected but that’s due to shipping issues, product itself is fine. The diffence between a simple spring mattress and this pocket sprung, memory foam mattress is astonishing. I didn’t know it would be that big of a difference. Comfort is off the roof.

I left it for 24 hours as recommended. I have been using it for 2 weeks and can honestly say it is extremely comfortable. Time will tell of course and if the situation changes I will update my review.
Update 2021; I’m writing this having read a number of negative comments (some say too hard, some say too soft). From my perspective this is still a comfortable mattress. It is certainly firm although it has softened up over the time we’ve had it. On balance, for the money it’s a good purchase. So much so that we need a new mattress for our guest room so may purchase another.
Nothing i disliked. I am so happy i went for the little bit more expensive mattress. It is amazing. The quality has far exceeded my expectations. My daughter lives it even without a bedframe. It is very comfortable and of very high quality materials. I will definitely be buying from this seller again. 100% recommend. The thickness and breathable material is beyond belief – i am so happy as it is an amazing great quality mattress which will last for years.
I ordered this mattress to replace the old ones. The quality is undeniably good. My shoulder and neck used to be aching, however after using this mattress , the tense has gone. I also appreciate the seller packed it in a smart way making it so easy for me to move it to the room.

Got it in time for my friend’s visit and a week in and he is happy. Before my friends would complain about how rough the mattress was, but now, no more complaints. I had either gone for spring or foam mattresses, but this is hybrid, both spring and foam and it has just blown me away. I slept in it last night and I was very happy with the results. One of the things that I love about it was that with a regular foam mattress you slide off the edges, with this, its completely fine, it has good balance and support all through out it. No compromise of support for comfort or vice versa.

Bought this mattress for my daughter to replace her old one. Very pleased with it. When I was unpacking it and saw it in the vacuum bag, I was worried that the mattress was too thin. But, I was definitely wrong as after I cut the packaging, the mattress has sprung to its normal size. It is thick and firm definitely well made. You can’t feel the spring when laying on it. We bought a new mattress from amazon just recently but we gave that mattress to a friend who we think could use a new mattress more than us. So the hunt for another mattress starts again. Found this mattress, with all the beautiful features, Iand I think this is the best choice.
The mattress arrived in a small but heavy box with the mattress tightly rolled and vacuumed in a plastic bag. Once the plastic was slit through, the mattress sprang open quite abruptly to its full size instantly. You want to be careful and not stand too closely to it, as it can “jump” and slap you hard.. It took around 2 days for it to get fully expanded to its original size. Very mild off gassing smell, didn’t notice the smell anymore after tge second day ( we let the window ajar letting the air well circulated in the room on the first day we had the mattress).
The mattress is quite thick. It’s towards the firm end with good support through out its length, the hybrid combination is the perfect combo – the pocket spring gives the support for the back while the gel memory foam gives that softness that contours and hugs the body nicely. Me, my husband and our sons all tried the mattress out and everyone agreed that this is indeed a very comfortable mattress to sleep on, waking up fresh without feeling hot and sweaty like the very old mattress that we had.
Overall very happy with this mattress. Not only that it looks of a high quality made and brilliant price, its features such as breatheable fabric, hypoallergenic, anti-allergies, anti-mites, anti- biosis ( not too sure what that does though , but it sounds very.. scientific ), it’s also claimed to be water-resistant and fire retardant. Such a relief actually that it’s not just sugar coated descriptions, it really is a good mattress. Would highly recommend.

I was a bit anxious that it was going to feel like a cheap mattress but it’s actually really “solid” and quality feeling. It’s quite firm and bouncy and it’s got a nice textured layer on top which feels lovely. Great mattress, I’m over the moon with it.
Seems to be great! Hard to tell with a mattress as have had some that start ok then wear very quickly!
But this one seems very good quality, sturdy, extremely comfy but not too soft. Arrived sooner than stated and (Although it’s very heavy) as soon as opened it popped out to full size, make sure you have lots of space when opening.
There are lots cheaper out there but it’s worth spending a bit more money on this one.
In summary, mattress shopping is difficult online and very risky, so I’d highly recommend this one. Hope this helps

I suffer from a genetic condition that causes a lot of pain and subluxations of joints and I can honestly say this mattress gave me the first decent nights sleep I’ve had in ages with minimal pain.
It is that good that I will be purchasing another 2 more in the single size for my children.
Was looking for a cheaper option to be delivered quickly, and I’m certain I made the right decision.
Was dubious when it arrived and looked so thin, but after allowing it to expand fully – I have no complaints.

It arrives rolled up and was easy to get upstairs and unrolled. ( In the packaging it is quite heavy for one person to lift).
I Have found the mattress to give a good nights sleep a bit firm to start with but after a couple of nights it gives a good nights sleep

I had to buy a good comfy orthopaedic mattress in my budget. This one really shows British Products are the best products your wallet can afford. Rest is overpriced or under quality. This is the best value for money.
Fantastic mattress for the price. Very comfortable providing enough support but also soft to lay on, looks really robust, only downside is that it’s super heavy and with the bed we have you need to lift the corners to change the fitted sheet other than that looks and feels grea
We made a mistake by not realizing how deep the mattress was, so had to put it onto a different childs bed than expected, as they would have fallen over the lip of their bunk bed otherwise, however the mattress itself is more comfortable than my bed. It is on the firmer side. It is great quality, doesn’t roll down at the edges when you are lying on them and doesn’t sink and mould around you when you lie on it which I hate. After a couple of months use it appears to be holding its shape as if it was the first night we had led on it, no sagging or dents. Next time my bed needs a new mattress I would get this one.
Nice comfy mattress, took little time to puff up out of the packaging, and no horrible smells. Good value, and seemingly decent quality. Delivery was quick too. Quite a thick mattress compared to old one – not a negative, just commenting.

I was not expecting much as I was not familiar with this brand and the price was low, but this is a really good matress. My wife’s back was suffering terribly from our old memory foam matress so we decided to go for the medium firm pocket spring, and it has made a big difference to our quality of sleep.
Very good mattress I feel it’s a little firm for me but my partner loves it. I still think it’s good for a mattress on a budget.
I have Osteoarthritis & since I have had this mattress, sleeping is now an absolute pleasure.

I really debated over this purchase. I have a spinal condition so it’s really important to me to have a supportive mattress but I didn’t want to pay a fortune for one. So I decided it was worth the risk and I’m so glad I did. I’ve had the mattress for a few weeks now and it’s so comfortable. I’m a larger lady and it supports me perfectly, it’s not a really firm mattress but it’s firmer than medium. Just right for me.

I was skeptical about this being so cheap but trusted the reviews and a can’t complain too much.
Delivered in a vacuum packed bag so be wary, as soon as I burst the bag it sprung to life (no pun intended) and comfortable, Although I have woken up a couple times with sore back but not sure if I’m still getting used to it. Feels well built and is thick. Recommended.
Really glad I bought this mattress, great quality for the price. I bought this for myself to sleep on every night and it’s very comfy so far (had it around a month), other people who have slept on it have said it’s comfortable as well. Comes well packaged, the box is heavy though I needed help to carry it up the stairs.

Not sure if really good value for money. Very soft and silky outer layer. I felt more comfort without bedsheets. So till now using without bedsheets. LOL…

Reading feedback on here and on other sites can be quite a challenge; I was about to order from another company when I dawned on me that more than 300 5-star reviews and only a couple of negatives might not be all that it seemed.
I was right. That company was offering a substantial refund to customers if they wrote a 5 star review. I leave it to other people to decide how deceitful that might be.
So back to this mattress. Have slept on it for about a week now, and I am pretty impressed. This is a hybrid, i.e. a combination of springs and memory. I gave up on 100% memory mattresses a long time ago, as they get incredibly hot and uncomfortable. This one only has a slight layer of memory foam, so not hotness. In fact, I’ve been sleeping like a baby.
And while I used to wake up with my duvet in a total upside down mess, it now stays in place during the night because I’m not tossing and turning anymore.
It pays to do a little bit of research – there are quite a few mattresses out there that will set you back 800 or more. The trendy brands aren’t necessarily the best ones…as with anything really.
I bought this for my 42 yr old son who could not make up his mind about a new mattress. He reports that he now enjoys deep, comfortable and deep sleep.

I know I was supposed to give the mattress 24 hours before I slept on it, but it was fine after 2 hours. Love the height, didn’t smell hardly at all. Can’t say yet if it’s really comfortable as I only had it delivered yesterday, but for the price it feels really good.

Based only on other purchasers’ reviews, I decided to risk buying this mattress, unseen and untested. Having slept soundly for the two nights since its arrival and commissioning, I am happy to report that the risk was fully justified.
However, please note that the packaging could give rise to safety and environmental issues. The makers enclose the finished product in an envelope made from thick polythene sheeting from which air is evacuated before sealing. The mattress consequently arrives in much shrunken form (within a cardboard box). Piercing the bag admits air, hence permitting the product to be removed from its covering. Due to the bag’s large size, a child could crawl in and even experience asphyxia. Also, the customer has to responsibly dispose of a large amount of plastic sheeting that could be environmentally injurious.
Finally, I allowed the released mattress to rest flat and unused for a day before use, as the makers recommend.
So I bought this in hopes to help me catch up on sleep as I’ve had sleep issues. Package came a day later than expected but that’s due to shipping issues, product itself is fine. The diffence between a simple spring mattress and this pocket sprung, memory foam mattress is astonishing. I didn’t know it would be that big of a difference. Comfort is off the roof.
Very comfy for the money. I bought two and hoped they would be good I’ve bought really cheap ones before which have been crap so spending a little extra on these was well worth it.
Update 2021; I’m writing this having read a number of negative comments (some say too hard, some say too soft). From my perspective this is still a comfortable mattress. It is certainly firm although it has softened up over the time we’ve had it. On balance, for the money it’s a good purchase. So much so that we need a new mattress for our guest room so may purchase another.
Nothing i disliked. I am so happy i went for the little bit more expensive mattress. It is amazing. The quality has far exceeded my expectations. My daughter lives it even without a bedframe. It is very comfortable and of very high quality materials. I will definitely be buying from this seller again. 100% recommend. The thickness and breathable material is beyond belief – i am so happy as it is an amazing great quality mattress which will last for years.
I ordered this mattress to replace the old ones. The quality is undeniably good. My shoulder and neck used to be aching, however after using this mattress , the tense has gone. I also appreciate the seller packed it in a smart way making it so easy for me to move it to the room.
Got it in time for my friend’s visit and a week in and he is happy. Before my friends would complain about how rough the mattress was, but now, no more complaints. I had either gone for spring or foam mattresses, but this is hybrid, both spring and foam and it has just blown me away. I slept in it last night and I was very happy with the results. One of the things that I love about it was that with a regular foam mattress you slide off the edges, with this, its completely fine, it has good balance and support all through out it. No compromise of support for comfort or vice versa.
Delivered 2 day before schedule! Bought for my 11yr old son… he reports that it’s really comfy (but compared to his old mattress so was the floor!) it is firmer then a medium, and as a front sleeper he won’t sink in too much! I am very pleased with this mattress, it looks great, has a clean fresh look to it.
The mattress was not expensive but still great quality. Mattress came at the requested time, with no fuss at all.
The mattress arrived in a small but heavy box with the mattress tightly rolled and vacuumed in a plastic bag. Once the plastic was slit through, the mattress sprang open quite abruptly to its full size instantly. You want to be careful and not stand too closely to it, as it can “jump” and slap you hard.. It took around 2 days for it to get fully expanded to its original size. Very mild off gassing smell, didn’t notice the smell anymore after tge second day ( we let the window ajar letting the air well circulated in the room on the first day we had the mattress).
The mattress is quite thick. It’s towards the firm end with good support through out its length, the hybrid combination is the perfect combo – the pocket spring gives the support for the back while the gel memory foam gives that softness that contours and hugs the body nicely. Me, my husband and our sons all tried the mattress out and everyone agreed that this is indeed a very comfortable mattress to sleep on, waking up fresh without feeling hot and sweaty like the very old mattress that we had.
Overall very happy with this mattress. Not only that it looks of a high quality made and brilliant price, its features such as breatheable fabric, hypoallergenic, anti-allergies, anti-mites, anti- biosis ( not too sure what that does though , but it sounds very.. scientific ), it’s also claimed to be water-resistant and fire retardant. Such a relief actually that it’s not just sugar coated descriptions, it really is a good mattress. Would highly recommend.
When mattress turned up vac packed i was a bit dubious.I opened it and left it for just over 24hours to gain proper size.i am really pleased with it.great comfort for the price.
We bought my daughter a homylink mattress a few months back when she upgraded to a single bed. Our mattress was looking and feeling very old. So we took the plunge and got ourselves an upgrade A M A Z I N G value for money! Worth every penny.
But this one seems very good quality, sturdy, extremely comfy but not too soft. Arrived sooner than stated and (Although it’s very heavy) as soon as opened it popped out to full size, make sure you have lots of space when opening.
There are lots cheaper out there but it’s worth spending a bit more money on this one.
In summary, mattress shopping is difficult online and very risky, so I’d highly recommend this one. Hope this helps
