Good product, weighs less than glass and is NOT breakable!
(Not sure why but manufacturer of mixer includes a glass bowl (heavier and breakable) instead of stainless steel bowl.)
I bought this only because I have a glass bowl that I couldn’t find a splash guard to fit. Every one of them (even the customer support and KitchenAid told me would fit) slipped off. I think the price is a bit high but I didn’t buy the mixer I got it using airmiles so I figured buying this bowl was not a bad thing. It makes a huge difference in weight. I read that on another review and thought it was an exaggeration but it isn’t. There is a big difference. I am very happy with it and would recommend it if you are looking for a new bowl.

I have the Kitchen Classic 4.5 qt mixer and this bowl fits perfectly in it. It’s also lighter than the original bowl that came along with the mixer. I got this on sale but I think $79 for this bowl is still pricey.

Ottima e compatibile con tutti i modelli di kitchenaid che hanno il cestello che si aggancia . Desideravo una ciotola pi grande per impastare 1 kg di pane ed perfetta. L’unica cosa, che vorrei segnalare che non c’ il coperchio di plastica che viene visualizzato in foto (come per altro segnalato su pi recensioni lette).

Perfect and durable
This was a replacement purchase. I had the glass one which I loved especially as it had a spout. Unfortunately glass can easily get broken no matter how much care is taken. I had this for 5 years. So I replaced it with the St/Steel version. Same cost so would have been nice to have a spout too. I know that this one will last a life time and another positive is that it is much lighter than the glass version.

I love this replacement for the glass bowl that got broken. It fits the base perfectly, has no plastic or rubber parts so rising dough is a snap. But, it is narrower and therefore holds less but can handle dough for 2 loaves easily.

Me encant este bowl. Me parece que es acertadamente perfecto para mi batidora. Tengo una KSM155GB, es decir, mi Artisan traa incluido el bowl de cristal originalmente, pero decid cambiarlo a uno de acero pues el de cristal se aflojaba con cada movimiento de la batidora. Este me da mucha seguridad pues se ajusta perfecto y no se mueve. Asegrense de revisar que sirva para su modelo de batidora.

Allora ho acquistato queta ciotola usata come nuova,pagandola 5euro in meno del prezzo ,nelle descrizione del prodotto diceva che aveva solo la confezione rovinata,ma in realt aveva qualche graffio qua e la e una piccola ammaccatura,non era proprio conforme alla descrizione a ho lasciato perdere,x il resto tutto bene.

Fr meine neue Kitchenaid classic bentigte ich eine zweite Rhrschssel. Bei diesem Angebot hier wurde ich aufmerksam, sind diese Schsseln doch immer recht teuer. Die Schssel kam gut verpackt zeitnah bei mir an. Sie macht optisch einen sehr guten Eindruck. Sid ist hochglnzend, fhlt sich sehr gut an, liegt gut in der Hand, der Griff ist gut platziert und passt perfekt “auf und unter”die Maschine. Kitchenaidkenner wissen was ich meine. Sie fasst 4,8l. Ich freue mich tglich ber diesen Kauf.
