so i use this for laminating all sorts of things including paper charts and so forth. bought a scotch 3M model with some pouches. First time I use the scotch one it jams and starts smoking the plastic Chinese gears start making noise. So I returned it and got this one. Worked first time and every time like a champ. Name brands used to mean something but really not so much anymore. This one works fine and uses the 3M media.
This light weight laminator is easy to use. It laminates hot and cold. It comes with an attached guillotine cutter and an edge trimer to curve sharp edges. Laminator sheets are included. Everything you need to start laminating when you open the box at a very reasonable price. I used it to laminate the tissue paper Waldorf stars that I make for Christmas. The tissue paper stars stay clean and dry so I can save them to use again next Christmas.
Economical and perfect for my needs. Warms up quick and is very easy to use.

I really enjoy using mine. It’s very easy to make the limitation, cut, make round corners, pretty much anything you need to make a laminated sheet of any shape or size; I had a lot of fun using it for different projects.
I received it on time in perfect condition, I have not had the opportunity to set it up for use yet, but I’m sure it will work perfectly.
Overall really good for the money hoping to find either better cutter or replacement blades for item. Blades barely cut paper let alone Laminent Not bad though. Thank you Amazon.

THE ONLY THING I DONT LIKE IS I WISH THE CUTTING MECHANISM WAS LAID OUT A LITTLE BETTER. IT’S HARD TO MEASURE EXACT

Love most everything about this laminator. It deserves a 5 star. The only thing that I wish it had was a jam feeder feature in case it gets jammed. My daughter fed a pouch the wrong way in and we had to take it apart to get it out. The last laminator we owned had a jam feeder feature and was very convenient. For some reason I thought they all do and didn’t look for that feature when shopping for a new one. Otherwise, I really love it.
Good product for the price! Best time to buy this item is during BTS and black friday sales. This year the black friday sales came early because of Covid-19, so I got this since I need it for school related stuff for my little one. This machine has made it little easier now that school is online and need to reuse some worksheets to review. We are definitely recycling paper this way .
This product has been terrific for the preparations of learning materials that are sent home to students during e-learning. I’m so happy!
I have laminated over 500 sheets, and have cut even more. My only gripe is I need a replacement blade for the cutter.

The laminator works great! It heats up quick and laminates well, better even than the giant machine laminator I have at work. It came with about 50 sheets with 2 different sizes which was useful. It hasn’t jammed yet but comes with anti-jam features. Very happy with my purchase.

Continuing to work from home and doing lessons at home we decided to get a laminator to help preserve some of work our child has done.
This is our first laminator and it was pretty straightforward to use. I like that it came with a start kit and we immediately did one of his recent work. It has a built in motor so you just put it your paper into the laminator and it auto feeds like a scanner. Easy!
Once it came out from the other end we proceeded with the trimmer. The trimmer was a bit odd to use but after a few cuts we got it. I wish there was a better way to indicate where the cut actually happens as we cut too deep the first time around.
It has a edge trimmer on the bottom that you pull out and you just place your corner and press on it like a hole puncher. Awesome addon.
One safety thing I like to mention was that the top of the laminator was warm to touch as my kid pointed out. A bit worrisome the first time because he just touched it. Whew. I’m not sure about the sides but please keep an eye out.
Overall, we are pleased with it and will continue to use it for his accomplished work.
I love everything about this machine. Laminator works great. The cutter on top is very handy and made the cutting jobs much easier. Not only does it cut, but it can cut different styles. The other plus is the corner rounder. That came in handy, sometimes after laminating those corners can be sharp. This was perfect touch to smooth things out. As a teachers aide supporting the teacher and providing to my families, while we shelter in place. This laminator is the best.
I do art and craft shows and needed a laminator for covering the bookmarks I make from my travel photos. Works well.

This is a recent purchase and am reviewing after only one use. I am extremely happy with the quality of this compact laminator so far. It has a hot and cold lamination option. The cold lamination uses pressure instead of heat. The product comes with hot lamination film included. I tried the cold lamination process with the included film and it did not work, so I just sent it back through on the hot setting and it sealed just fine. I will have to purchase the cold type of film separately. It has a nice cutting board feature and cutting accessories. Would recommend based on my experience.
Liked the quality of the laminations. The cutter doesn’t cut well. Takes a lot of force down on the cutter to make it cut.

Purchased because I always ended up going to Staples to have my cruise stuff laminated. This works well and I already used it for 3 cruises. it already paid for itself and it works well and quick. it doesn’t overheat and while it does get hot, i use it and turn it off allow it to totally cool before I put it back away. Love this item.
OMG I love this piece of office equipment. I purchased it for the purpose of maintaining clean copies of my recipes in my binder and it has done stunningly well. My children have repurposed it from time to time for their photos, gaming cards, etc. It’s really easy to use, reliably seals the pouches, and overall I am SUPER pleased with my purchase!!

I’ve put this machine to good use from the minute I got it. The cutting board on the top is easy to use and I especially love the circular cutter for the corners.
It doesn’t take long for it to warm up and start using.
This laminator was exactly what I was looking for to use for my work! This is easy to use, does not clump, and finishes with a clean laminate. I’m still trying to figure out how to use some of the extra things, but love the laminator!!!

The only things we had trouble with was that the 9 volt battery was dead and kept making the leveler turn off so we thought it was defective but we found a new 9 volt battery and it worked.
This is a great product. I also really love the cutting feature, and the 3 different cuts that it can make are a real bonus. I laminate a lot, so this saves me tons of money.
We love this laminator. For a while we’ve been using it mostly as a paper cutter, and it’s got several cool features there. But just this last week we finally used it as a laminator and it’s very convenient. It even comes with a little punch on the side that rounds the corners. Love this machine
I needed a laminator for the 200+ med cards that I have to hand write….this one is so easy to use and the price was perfect! So far it’s working for what I purchased it for!
The only issue was that I couldn’t determine if the film pouches included with the machine we’re for hot or cold laminating. So I asked the question on Amazon, was told they were for hit, and we were off and running.
Umm…I have laminated everything I could get my hands on. Who knew I needed this? currently trying to design my own movie themed work badges and I.D cards. For personal use. Not commercial.
Works super easy. Not a whole lot of fuss to it. I just don’t like the cutting abilities on the top as much as I thought I would. It could definitely be user error, but the blade isn’t as nice as I was expecting. However, I didn’t buy the laminator for that purpose. I would definitely buy this again and recommend it to others!

No complaints except for the price and the cutter on the top. The paper cutter in the top is absolutely terrible. The only reason why I bought this laminator was because of the paper cutter on top and I regret it. Awfully expensive.
I like how closely the laminator gets to the piece that it’s laminating, as the picture shows.
I used scissors as reference for its size.
Our office does not do a lot of laminating, but this works well even up to 11 x 17 paper. We have tried several different brands of laminator sheets and have had good results from all we have used. When we are not using the laminator it stores very easily in a compact space. We are very pleased with this purchase.
I’m in love with this laminator! I look for things to laminate. It heats up fast and laminates beautifully. My only complaint is the edge rounds tool sticks.

The laminator seems to be well built. The machine runs very smooth. The cutter and corner round, which are a plus, seem to work very well. Price seems to be on the high side, but some times you have to pay for quality. I would buy again and recommend the unit.
So being a teacher I don’t know what took me so long to buy a laminator. This one so far has been great. It is really simple to use. Make sure you buy the laminating pouches. Because only 10 come with the laminator. So far so good no also bought this one because it will laminate 11×17. I also had to buy the laminating sheets for those as well. All in all very excited to have my own laminator.
Used once so far and it has worked great. It heats up well and laminates thoroughly. Its pretty slow so thats a bit of a drawback, but not that big of a deal in my opinion. The top part where the cutter is has a nice, sharp, blade but it is difficult to gauge where it will cut so I ended up slicing through a picture in the wrong spot. The corner trimmer is awesome and cuts perfectly rounded corners.
Overall I’d say this was worth the money, but I would definitely only recommend this for personal use and not something that would hold up very long with consistantt use multiple times a day.
Thus far, this laminator is awesome! I have only used 3mm laminating sheets, as suggested. It works perfectly and warns up quickly. The only thing that worried me in the beginning was the green light, (to tell you when it’s ready), is very dim, could just be my lights in the house. I couldn’t tell that it was ready until I put my hand over it and looked really closely. Other than that, it’s awesome
You can pretty much plug this in and start using it. The start up guide is helpful and useful as a point of reference.
It only take a few moments to warm up. You can get your photos ready while you wait.
My first attempt had a bubble right next to the photo. Not sure why that happened, but the subsequent ones turned out fine.
I had a difficult time using the built in edge trimmer. I would run it along and it just wouldn’t catch.
The removable corner cutter is a nice addition. Gives the the laminated photos/ docs a more finished look and of course makes it nice and smooth.
Loving this laminator I have ran over 100 sheets through it in a few days and it’s worked great every time. I will say the cutter stuck though you have to run it over the sport 2-4 times for it to actually cut all the way through. The edge rounder is a great easy tool to use
This is a great product, Love them!
The guides on the top help align the sleeve as it moves through the slot on the front. The seal is great and the included lamination sleeves make for a nice, stiff laminated object.
The picture I used was crinkled and the lamination hugged those crinkles. This is not the fault of the laminator, but the picture is sentimental, so I wanted to protect it from any additional damage.
My six year old kid loves to doodle characters and then use box tape to protect them. Now, we have a much better way of protecting them.
Fair warning, as the machine heats up, there’s a bit of a smell of burnt plastic. My wife manages a store that offers lamination and this smell is normal.
The instructions were much better than many products I have purchased lately. These give useable instructions on setup, usage and even maintenance.
After plugging in the device, and warm up, the product was ready to be used.
Merely by inserting the target into the sleeve, inserting the sleeve into the pickup roller, it took a few seconds and delivered my first laminated item.
Having used a laminator only at work, this was surprisingly quick and had a good setup. A quick check on Amazon showed plenty of options for 3mm sleeve refills. The only issue during this set up is that the cutter took some time to get used to, but it was a learning process on my part; not a failure on the part of the device. Another item of concern is that the cutting head MAY need to be replaced after a period of wear. I did not find a price on that item at this time.
I use this in my home office and first day I got recieved the laminator I ran 100 units of 11×17 worked perfectly. I would say it takes about 1 minute per 1 laminated 11×17
It works beautifully. My only complaint is that it didn’t come with any instructions whatever. Fortunately, my daughter has a similar machine so I had a basic idea how it works. And it does a wonderful job.
It does the job! What more is there to say. Super nice of them to include some laminator sheets in the box becaause I forgot to buy some. Also super nice it includes a quillotine/style cutting board so I get a two in one. Nice machine!

Laminator works great! I only use it with 5mil sheets. I haven’t tried 10mil sheets yet. It’s quick and easy to setup and use. Love the cutting board and corner rounding accessories. Makes laminating projects fun!!
This was way too confusing for me at first and I was honestly about to give up on it. My husband decided to give it a go and it turned out it was just user error. Tiny bit of learning for how to use it properly but once I got it, it is easy peesy! It’s HUGE, way larger than I expected. We will be able to laminate pretty much anything we need.

The surface is really hot after the machine is switched no for more than 45 mins which is not necessary.
Note: Make sure when you switch to cold lamination give it a 5 mins cool down time if a hot lamination is done earlier. (see pics for side buttons)
I would give it a 5 stars because it does all the work for me without me reaching out for any other tool for my work!! A pretty good buy.

I was super excited to get this as a Christmas present from my mother in law. I have returned to teaching after a little break, and needed a laminator to help me get materials together for my classes. I used it for the first time last week on Wednesday. Last night, the rollers stopped turning. I don’t know if I used it too much, or it was just a faulty machine. I turned it off and let it rest, but the rollers refuse to roll. This product had so many awesome reviews that I didn’t get the protection plan. Guess it’s time to purchase another.
