Good starter guitars
Bought two of these guitars one for my son and me to learn to play together. Both came well packed and safe with no body damage. Tuned up very easily with the enclosed included tuners but do need retuning regularly to start off. Strings quite hard on the fingers especially the thin e string so we changed them to addario 80/20 bronze which did make a difference on the fingers and sound was crisper. Stand for the guitar works but is not very secure so might invest in better ones. Case that came with it is very basic we changed the straps for Amazon basic straps that are far superior. On the whole the guitars themselves are excellent but the added accessories let it down a bit but its expected to be fair. Good purchase and would recommend.

Before making the purchase I went through a lot of reviews and had mixed feelings. After a while I decided to take the plunge and order. And I must say I’m very happy with the guitar. Every thing came intact. The only tiny snag is that it was a bit of hassle trying to get the guitar pick out from the holder. I am glad I made the purchase, now have to get back to relearning how to play after a long break.
Value for money
Cants say it’s great but good for beginners, there was some minor scuffing on the “neck” but Its good for what it costs compared to other guitars. The stand is a bit flimsy too.

It’s well made, the action was perfect and it sounds great, I would have had no idea that it’s one of the cheapest guitars on Amazon if I didn’t already know. The only thing missing for the ultimate starter kit is a capo.

Chunky Monkey - Does The Job
For what it is, this guitar is pretty bang on. It’s a beginner’s guitar and as such I never expected bells and whistles from it. I expected something cheap that I could learn on before upgrading if I enjoyed playing.
It is quite a chunky thing though, and can sometimes be a bit awkward with it, but it’s nothing too extreme.
It’s got good acoustics to it, the strings that came with it are ok, however I personally upgraded to some Ernie Ball’s.
The stand does it’s job, albeit with no back support so if you accidentally knock into the front of it, it topples over.
Haven’t used the tuner as I use the fender app for that.
The carry bag is (as expected) cheap and feels it. Not bothered with it, but in lockdown a travel bag isn’t needed!

This was purchased for a 9 year old boy who wanted to learn to play the guitar. I was really pleased with the whole package and think it’s an ideal ‘starter’ instrument and really good value.

Great guitar, great value
This guitar is amazing value for money. It feels good in the hands and appears to have a solid build as well. I’ve had it for just under a week now, but the strings have already settled and are holding the tuning well. The sound is really good too. Contrary to other people, my bag says “Martin Smith” and not “Matin Smith”.
My only gripe is that they didn’t finish the wood properly as there appears to be a scratch on the guitar. But it’s a small one that others won’t even notice

I know nothing about guitars. Bought this for my daughter (13) to practice on. Seems well made, had to keep retuning it to start with, but that was expected. It now holds it’s tune. Feels good, looks well made and is tuneful. As I said I know nothing about guitars but I am pleased with this and feel I have got my money’s worth.

After almost 10 years away from playing the guitar, I wanted to start playing again. After having a look over the net for a deal through lockdown this was the best value one I could find and comes with everything you need certainly as a beginner!
The handy little stand which is included is decent with rubber rests so the guitar isn’t damaged. The guitar tuner it comes with is ok but not brilliant, does the job though! (Battery not included)

So, it works fine as a beginners guitar. It was a birthday present for my younger brother, and although it’s not too expensive for what you’d get, you’d expect the company to be able to put their own name on the guitar bag. Not “Matin Smith”. I found it funny, but now it looks like a counterfeit of what I actually purchased for my brother.

So, you get a lot for your money here. For a beginner, the guitar ‘works’. I don’t know enough to judge it well enough, but seems like for a beginner this is perfect. Comes with a tuner, but lots of cheap apps might work better for you, along with free guitar lessons you’ve got everything you need to get started, without putting up a bunch of money for something you might give up on after a few goes!
My old disappointment is the strap, which is far too small, and the plectrum holder, which just doesn’t work – needs pliers to remove the 3 plectrums. Either the plectrums are too large or the holder is too small. Either way, these are only a few quid and not an issue at all given the stuff you get with this guitar package.

If you want to figure out if you could play the guitar or not this thing is awesome, okay…. so you might not use this guitar for performing in front of a crowd of 200 people, but at the same time, if you are interested in music and want a really cheap way to check out how to handle a real full size guitar, you can’t go wrong here.
The packaging is fantastic, the finish on the guitar is surprisingly good for the cost and the accessory pack was just awesome as well, really professional looking stand to keep it upright, great back to strap it to your back and a tuner and sets of spare strings but I’ve played this for around 10+ hours and can easily say I’ve got my moneys worth from it already and it’s still perfect.

Looks Good...apart from the scratch mark!
This was purchased as a present, so had not yet been tested, on opening it, there was a rather obvious scratch as shown in the photos and also quite visible glue Mark’s. I would like to think the supplier
would have had quality control checks in place, but in this case, it doesn’t look like it. I would like to hear from the supplier with a suggestion of how to resolve this issue, as it has been on order for some considerable time , it needs either to be replaced, or a token gesture of a part refund. It is also advertised as ‘Full Size’ but I believe it’s only 3/4 size.

This guitar is good for the use you want to buy such a cheaply priced instrument for .
It will not get you a job with U2 and the Arctic monkeys. Neither will it get you into Cold play but it will certainly get you started in the path of getting noticed by your nextdoor neighbour.
Really, really happy with this guitar. It’s my first guitar so I can’t compare it to any alternatives but it arrived really quickly, looks nice. Excellent starter kit I would say.
My only real criticism would be that it arrived with extra strings but 2 were missing B-2nd and E-1st. Ideally having a full set of spares would have been appreciated! Despite that it’s still great value and I’m excited to learn.

The sound is very clear and high quality. The high gloss look and wood colouring is distinctive and stunning. Arrived in plenty of time for my daughters birthday. I’ve just opened it to have a peek. Oh it’s LOVELY! Everything that’s needed for a beginner! All packaged well. This has to be the best complete package deal out there. The guitar may not be the best but as a brand new beginner it’s perfect for toughening up my fingers, learning cords and how to change strings or anything else, adjusting the nut etc. The thing is, at this price I can learn all this without worrying about damaging my yamaha (if I had one). The neck is straight and when my fingers get used to the strangeness of it all, and toughen up I will be able to play along just as well as I could with any of the more expensive ones. This instrument has started me on my path and I love it.

Nice stuff But 1 star less because they don’t check packages before send it. Tuner was missing (and it’s really sad when you receive a guitar to don’t be able to play with it). But they send me a new one really fast after demand so… I recommend because it’s a nice guitar and they react fast.

Worth it for the guitar alone, but the stand is also useful and decent. The bag isn’t great quality, so if you are transporting it a lot you may end up needing to get another, and whilst the tuner seems decent enough, I tend to use an app or my piano to tune the guitar so haven’t really put it through its paces. The guitar itself does the job great, I’m obviously just a beginner, so do t have much to compare it to, but with the exception of my playing it sounds decent to me, and once the strings settled in it keeps its tune very well. All in, I can’t really fault it, especially at this price.
