It’s weird, for as tricky as this is to get on, once it is on it’s pretty comfortable. Make no mistake, it is silicone so you will get warm and sweat under it, but it’s not bad or noticeable. The breasts are also a little strange. I’m used to full silicone filled breast forms, whereas these are silicone shell stuffed with synthetic fiber. SO it’s not exactly lifelike, but very nice feeling. It’s not far off. But this different fill also makes them lighter so extended wear is easier. Because this is a whole “shirt” you don’t have to worry about them falling out or shifting around with movement. I do wish that the torso portion covered a little more to make it a little more seamless transition with skin under clothing. I do think there are a little fitting issues with where things sit (positioning of breasts on the chest in relation to the shoulders, etc. I know it really can’t be helped, but I wish it were a little easier to put on. Taking it off is fairly easy. It does have a nice stretch, so you don’t have to worry about stretching too far or breaking it. Overall it’s a nice piece to feel sexy wearing. I would recommend.
