Q3. What should I do if my phone cannot connect to WiFi?

Value for money!
This was a gift to my adult daughter and she loves it! I haven’t asked about individual features but she is very happy with it saying it does everything she wants out of a phone.
Excellent product.
Bought this after having to return a “basic” phone which was worse than any previous basic smartphone I’ve had.
Not only that but this was reduced to 3 less than the phone I returned.
I can’t really compare this phone as previous one’s were all entry level with only 1GB ram.
It’s great to finally have a phone that I don’t have to keep uninstalling apps so I can install another that I need to use.
This phone can also cope well with graphic heavy games. I was able to play Real Racing 3 for around 3 hours with the battery level at 60%
As I said, can’t compare this to similar spec phones. But I am very happy with this phone.

Good packing, upgrading was ok sms has to be migrated handled separately.
phone comes with some chinese langauge default in chrome and uses a hong kong google domain easily changed. Phone took a day to update but that was probably google rate limiting the app store and wireless updates are available.
Needs a case, as the user no issues and cannot fault the phone. As not a phone snob and coming from 5 (eight years ago) to ten any comment on performance is biased but it feels fast. with wifi compared with the failing phone
It needs a tf card for memory expansion, as an old sdcard are only good for file transfer. Deal with that when it runs out but there is 60% free still.
Android 10 go is nicer than version 8 and feels like there is less bloat you cannot remove.
Good for the money
I am not a prolific phone user, I only have one because I am expected to. This phone suits my purposes and my wife too. We both like the screen size and clarity and the sound volume is good for both of us. No, it’s not perfect but one would not expect it to be for the money. Talking of which, the cost seems to fluctuate every time I look on Amazon. Supply and demand I guess.
All in all, a good, cheap smartphone for the occasional user. Recommended.

An Excellent Mobile
Concerned for the ease of setting up a new mobile and transferring data across its a pleasant surprise when all goes well. We now each have a Doogee mobile, my wife and myself.
For the price this is a great cell phone. It’s good quality and easy to setup. The operating system doesn’t include widgets but that is not a problem for me. The battery is adequate and charging is fast. Touch screen is good although it is slow to respond at times. The display is very good and clear. The camera is very good considering this is a budget cell phone. I have no hesitation in recommending this product. A bit slow but it works well. For the price you get a well constructed phone.

Bought as a spare phone as mine intermittently plays up. Easy to set up, great screen size. Looks like it will do the job perfectly in case of emergency. Slow to charge but it was charging from nothing. Came with screen protector and basic case so bonus there.

I loved my Doogee so my husband upgraded it to X95 as a golden wedding present/birthday. The screen is marked and scratched so bad I can’t understand it. I kept the protective film on for weeks. Nine of my old phones have no marks on them not even the Doogee I had for years I must have only used this two months since I took the protector off. If only I’d known I would have got some more. I have been really careful with it and it looks years old.

Spot on for a temporary phone. Arrived same day, battery lasts almost two days and screen is bright. Cameras aren’t great but that’s all I can say negatively about it. Oh except there’s no expandable storage, which means apps need to be chosen wisely

Brilliant battery life and good quality for the price paid
Bought as a temp replacement when my old phone died. For the money paid it’s not a bad phone! The battery life is really good and can get 3 days use out of the phone between charges. The screen is huge and quality ain’t bad either. It is a bit slow when opening apps but that doesn’t bother me. For the price paid it’s worth it and I’m in no hurry to upgrade.

I like the lovely green colour of this phone, it’s very stylish.
The phone has a lovely big screen that is good quality. The battery lasts for a couple of days on a single charge. The screen is very responsive and intuitive.
It’s probably not the best for people who are constantly on their phones or for gamers.

I’m a long-time user of Doogee phones. I think they are probably one of the best and most reliable of the cheaper Chinese import phones.
They are reasonably fast, reliable and have a great screen display.
The only issue with this model I’ve found is that for the first time in buying Doogees I’m not able to use 2 SIMs simultaneously – or I could if I don’t need the extra SD card storage. This is the first model of Doogee I’ve had where you’ve had to make that choice between extra SIM or extra storage which is a little disappointing.
Overall though for the price bracket it is in the X95 is a great little phone with pretty decent speed though I would not go too heavily on the multi-tasking
I fully expect to stay with the Doogee brand for quite some time. My previous Doogee lasted about 6 years before the battery became unusable for any length of time.

Brought for son for Xmas, works really well, no complaints! I wanted to leave the review a couple of months to see if the phone works as good, and my son is very impressed by it and stated that it’s one of the best phones he has had!!

Surprised? Yes indeed. Purchased as a back-up phone due to its small price and very happy indeed. Only gets 4 stars as asking is plastic but that doesn’t detract from the big screen quality at all. Comes with its own protective case packed in plus micro USB cable (not USB c). Easy to charge, plus so many other features of Android that you wouldn’t expect for a budget price. Also packed like a 400 phone. Well recommended.

his is an amazing piece of kit for a low price phone . The battery lasts well -over two days of texts, pics and video calling -.the camera quality is good,and the phone is intuitive -in its apps ,operation speed times- .Internal storage is on the lower side of good, at 16gb, but easy operations are available to clear unwanted data. The only snags I have encountered are the carrier for the sim card {nano] is very fragile, and needs care not to break when installing,and the silicone protective carrier ,when using the optional phone case ,slightly hinders the on/off and volume buttons ,so I have carefully cut away the silicone case around those buttons for ease of contact All in all I would award 8.5 out of 10

For the money, this is a great phone. Everything works as it should in a seamless way so the processors packed inside must be sufficient. I don’t have much on the phone as yet so time will tell but early signs are encouraging

I purchased this phone with low expectations for the price but I needed an android phone for my hobby let me tell ya it’s excellent good build quality good battery generally good all round they say you get what you pay for well you certainly get a lot more I had problems getting it set up the trick is to skip the set up then set it up manually would recommend

Great first time phone for my 11 year old daughter, it’s really well made and the quality of the screen and camera are very good. Beautiful green color too, come with protector and back. Only had a slight glitch with the camera especially on Tic tok but fixed itself after a week. I recommend this phone for basic use.
Bought this for my wife as she keeps breaking phones so wasn’t expecting too much from this for 60, but very pleasantly surprised.
It is very big, the screen is quite large didnt quite realise, next to a galaxy s10 it dwarfs it but thats not a problem, get used to the size quite quickly.
The user interface is fairly quick, no problems there, the installed android os is fairly snappy and lightweight.
Plenty of on board memory for apps, easy to stick in a memory card if you need more.
Touch screen is nice and responsive.
Battery life very good, lasts nearly 2 days of moderate use, a day if using it a lot.
Compare it side by side with a Galaxy S7 or S10 and it is a little slow when loading and switching between apps, but this isn’t a fair comparison as they are both about 10 times the price.
The one major downside is the camera, just OK in daylight however indoors or low light just don’t bother using it its slow and pictures come out very grainy and blurry, would have got 5 stars if the camera was better.
However wasn’t expecting much from it but it has surpassed expectations and would deffinately recommend it for this price.
Came fitted with a screen protector and a clear firm silicone case which are just fine to protect it in normal use.

This phone is great value for money, I bought it due to a cracked screen on my Moto G7 and needed a replacement next day it has great battery life, a responsive touchscreen which is crystal clear. I’ll be keeping it as my main phone and haven’t bothered repairing the Moto

Best 60 I ever spent. Although not as good as a flagship phone, it works brilliantly for what I need. The resolution isn’t quite as sharp and a but slower but otherwise excellent. Will never buy flagship again. If I lost or broke this phone it would not be the heartbreak that I usually have!!! I’d just get another one. Perfect, big screen and great colour.

Seen this mobile and liked it from first look. Options of colour was good and , specially liked , size of mobile is large. Easy use Android platform , all features same as in more expensive phones. Additionally comes with phone cover which is plus point. sound quality very good and lots of space internal and ram.thank god the earphone jack is on the top of the phone and not the bottom.So far very impressive screen quality is good and has a good network signal , charges very quickly and a decent battery which last a whole day with regular use. The picture quality fantastic for a phone of this price having a triple lens on back and a decent camera on front.
Overall, this smartphone is not cutting edge technology but maximized the technology available for the price that you bought it for.

I have been using this phone for over a week now, and so far, I am very happy with the overall experience. It takes lovely photos; battery life is great, still being on 65% when I go to bed! I’m not a heavy user and don’t game on it but for web browsing, streaming video and music it’s been prefect. Lovely screen with vibrant colours. Phones comes with charger and cable, a clear gel case and fitted with a plastic screen protector, I really like the face-unlocking feature of this phone, they are accurate and fast. The body is plastic but it got a glass finish that gives an expensive look. The memory can be expanded up to 128GB with the help of a TF card. I had a small issue with the Bluetooth headset volume being a little low but there is a very simple fix for this that can be found online. Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints!
I bought this phone as a second one to be used 2 or 3 times a year on holiday, so I didn’t want to pay too much. It almost seemed too cheap for a smartphone, but I was pleasantly surprised. It feels sturdy and heavy enough to give me confidence, and the clear, large screen is good. It does everything I want it to, but there are a couple of minor niggles.
It is quite a lot slower than my main phone and at first I found myself pressing the screen two or three times until I got used to that. Also it doesn’t always charge when the plastic cover (included in the price) is on, so I now remove it to charge the phone. I can’t for the life of me work out how to store photos in my memory card but I just Bluetooth them over to my other phone so they don’t take up too much storage space.
I have to add that the battery life is great, and all in all the phone was a very good buy.

I watch a lot of amazon prime and other streaming sites, play games and a lot of other usual things, this is a great piece of tech at a fraction of the price of other brand names.
I would recommend to anyone, you wont be dissapointed.

The phone charges very quickly and battery will last for a day or 2 before recharging. The phone came in a decent phone box & come with a rubber outer case. What was inside the box: User manual/Sim key/USB Charger with plug.

The size of the phone and how easy it is to use.
The phone is great, great colour, the camera is a little slow at auto focus but not a deal breaker. The only thing that really bugs me is the user manual, it rubbish, just goes through the basic bog standard stuff, finding out how you do simple things like a screenshot is a Google check, I did email Doogee and got “read the manual that came with it” I kid you not. Not really impressed with the support services. The phone comes up with remarks like that function is disabled to say battery but no idea how to switch it off. I am not a techno fobe and know my way around a phone but no basic information from the support team at Doogee is a bit poor and disappointing. I would give the phone 5 stars but for the rubbish tech support the company offer.
Ok as a 1st phone , my daughter is 8yrs old and had this so we can track her location and keep in touch when out and about . The camera isn’t the best but as a 1st camera phone its valueformoney . I have to mention the customer service is outstanding, I explained the issue with the camera and they sent a brand new N20 without any hesitation or me asking…

I bought this as a cheap back up phone I was pleasantly surprised sound quality is good which is important to me i have completely transferred all my music and pics from my Samsung phone which I was doubtful without a memory card good phone for money
I liked the price and the promises of a good battery life. After my hands on it, still good looking thing, but disappointed by the Android Go limitations which are impossible to pass over. Effectivelly, I cannot use the phone for the main job: Uber Driver app. So it’s useless, and it will end somewhere in a cupboard if I will not find a poor man in need of a pure basic phone. Ok, 0-50% in 30 min, but another 75 min for 100% battery. Camera more than poor. Better results with another app then the OEM one. I only recommend this phone to people that never had a smartphone. Actually it was ment to be a phone for the poor people in India or China so I don’t understand why it’s sold globally at a double price then the 30$ asked by Google’s CEO for Android Go phones.
