Will continue buying – These vitamins are the best, quite expensive, but you certainly get what you pay for.
How do you analyse the benefits of taking the vitamins, that being stated they’re good and we assume beneficial to our health and well being.
Good product much cheaper than you can buy it in the health food shops.
It’s ok. The tablets are massive. The liquid is a lot nice
excellent multi, it works fast.
me and my wife take it regularly and we are very happy with it. we tried the liquid version as well. Tablets are great to take with you if you travel and they last long. we take 2 sometimes and it really makes us feel good.
Will be using these multivitamins regularly now as the previous ‘food state’ vitamins that I’d always purchased, contained much lower doses of vital ingredients.

I havent taken long enough to see the benefits. Contains concentrated whole food and more concentrated vit.and minerals than the ones i take ( centrum). Big capsules,bit hard to swallow,make sure you get plenty of water. They are very expensive!
Quiet big tablets but I manage fine. Good tablets and feel better for them.

They are big tablets, so caution to anyone not good at swallowing pills, but I’d say they’re a fairly standard size for multivitamins.
Bought these for my daughter who works too hard and does not always have time to eat properly. These vitamins seem to have worked their magic on her and her health has gradually improved since she started taking them – must admit though I did not realise the dose was three a day but still worth the money and will definitely keep buying them.

I have tried to reduce the daily amount and also tried to take them every other day…..but as soon as I do, I can start to feel a sniffle or sore throat coming on. I have tried this three times now, so definitely not a coincidence.
Yes they are expensive, but I am self employed and cannot afford to be ill. I lost over 1000 of business when I had GF, so this is a small price to pay.
