Excellent heater, warms the room very quickly
My central heating went off and even in this very cold weather this heater kept the room really warm.
Great radiato
I can’t understand why this oil filled radiator has some low star reviews. Yes, the feet and castors were a bit fiddly to attach but anyone with an ounce of common sense can work out how they attach. It is now all set up on the timer and working brilliantly. Yes as some have mentioned, it cuts out and cools off a bit once it reaches temperature, but that’s what a thermostat is for – so it doesn’t overhead. Don’t let the negative reviews put you off buying this product. It is great and gives out a great amount of heat. I’ve only had it 3 days but so far I am very impressed with it.

More efficient than old back boilers.
We have a very old, but serviced, Baxi Bermuda 551 back boiler. It’s known that this boiler is 65% efficient, and in early January 2022, we compared its energy use to the Netta radiator.
The Baxi boiler used 11.5 kWh of gas per hour during the first 2 hrs in the morning (41p). The thermostat was set to 1.5.
The Netta used 0.935 kWh of electric per hr (less than 1 kWh) during the first 2 hrs (20p). This was with the radiator in full power ie turned/switched to full, and thermostat turned to highest.
So when it comes to heating a single room (we heated a moderate sized living room) the Netta is the cheapest option, and provided decent warmth.
When you need to heat the house for guests, or need to dry laundry as well as heat the house, then we use the central heating for 2 – 3 hrs.
Very happy
Bought for a 3x3m log cabin in my garden I work from. Timer works great. When the outside temp is around 5 Celsius I set the timer to come on about 90 minutes before I work and it’s a toasty 20c using the lowest heating level. On really cold days I’ll increase it a bit but it’s working really well.
Creaks slightly when it’s heating but it’s not distracting to me and I sit right next to it.
I’d buy again for another room if I needed another heater!

Easy to assemble, casters and arms which attach easily. Heater settings and timer are really easy to use. Cord is a bit short at 1.3m, but still a decent length. Heats up very quick and a is oil it maintains the heat longer when switched off.

Good quality additional heate
Bought to supplement heating in a home without central heating. I chose this specifically for timer function and 2 heat settings. It works perfectly and really delivers plenty of heat, even on the lowest setting. Only ‘downside’ could be that it does get very hot, which might be an issue around small children, and possibly if I was being picky I would say that it makes quite a lot of clicking/pinging sounds as it heats up and down.

Man warm and toasty
Brought this for my home office so I don’t have to heat the entire house when working from home. The heat output it excellent and gets a large room up to temperature within 10-15 mins. The only downside is that it turns off when the room is at temperature and doesn’t tend to kick back in until you realise the room has cooled down and you end up switching it off and back on again. I’m sure it’s a setting I can change if I bothered to read the manual! Men…. 😉 Moving it around the room is very easy due to the sturdy wheels but moving it up and downstairs (if you need to) is difficult as it’s rather heavy. Might have to buy a second one for the downstairs playroom! Overall, it’s excellent and you won’t go wrong with this.

Very easy to set the timer, with simple mechanical setting. My only complaint is that the tiny switch to change from timed to continuous operation is awkward to operate. This is a million times better than an awful heater I bought with an incomprehensible digital timer.

Love this heater. We have it in the living room and it does not take long to heat the room up. Far more efficient than the fan heater we had. Gives an all round heat, my husband feels the cold badly but now he is warm and cosy. Not used the timer yet but it looks easy to use. Looks smart, easily moved about with the little wheels. Thinking of getting another for the bedroom for when the weather gets colder.

This is a great product for the price. Good heating. Safe as it warms the enclosed oil so also energy efficient. Bought one for my garage and so impressed got another for the conservatory. Looks good too. The timer is my only downside on this. lots of fiddly little plastic pins to slide in and out. They may not survive being set regularly and because of the number of them to adjust each time may just be too much bother. That said if you want pretty much the same timer setting then this should never be a problem.

I like this heater a lot. the casters and its relatively light weight make the heater very mobile. the controls are self explanatory. very good for rooms up to 4m x 4m
My wife and I have storage heaters in the house and the electricity costs associated with them are phenomenally high. As such we’ve had cheap portable heaters before but in the Winter the amount they are used often causes them to break relatively quickly.
This heater has a good output, heats up pretty quickly, and despite the weight is pretty portable. The heater is placed in our living room and struggles a little because the stairs in the room go straight upstairs with no doors to keep the heat in, so what is a moderately sized room is actually a much larger space. As such this heater hasn’t been good at raising the temperature of the room quickly. But if you’re sat near it, or leave it on for a few hours to have the best affect, it does okay.
My biggest bugbear is that the cord for the plug is not particularly long, meaning that if you have anything near the plug socket it is difficult to keep the radiator away from it. This is flawed as plug sockets traditionally have things plugged into them, so other stuff is likely to be near.

The radiator heats up quickly and can easily keep a medium sized room toasty. The ability to switch between 1000 and 2000 watts is handy (we rarely use the latter). The timer function and thermostat is also very handy to prevent you using power unnecessarily. When you are using it on full it will make the electricity meter spin which is the only downside. I liked the short power cable as in my opinion it’s more of a safety feature than something long that could be tripped over, resulting in a hot radiator potentially falling over and burning someone.

Little, efficient oil heater on wheels
I have to admit, I was a little disappointed with this one when I took it out of the box: I had a portable oil radiator years ago and I remember it being about twice the size of this little thing.
However, don’t let the size fool you – this this heats up quickly and produces a decent amount of heat – it’s able to keep a 4m x 6m room comfortably warm and needs only a few minutes to get up to its operating temperature (which is uncomfortably hot to the touch, but not so much it’ll cause injury).
I haven’t tried the timer function yet, but I have needed to move it around a little, and the wheels and casters make that easy enough to accomplish. Plus, being only a little thing, it’s then easy to tuck it away in a corner somewhere when you don’t need it anymore.
Compared to the one I remembered from years ago, it’s a massive improvement and I’m very pleased with it. If you are moved to buy one, don’t be worried by the gurgling and clicking noises it makes when it’s warming up to temperature; at first it can sound a bit alarming, but it’s completely fine for it to make a little noise when heating up, and that stops when it’s at the right temperature.
All in all, an excellent purchase.

This is very well made and does a great job of heating a decent sized room fairly quickly. Doesn’t retain the heat for that long, but that’s probably just my cold house. Easy to use and to move around the house. The timer on it works perfectly. I’m considering buying another one for the hall.

THIS RADIATOR SEEMS TO BE A GOOD BUY THUS FAR. IT IS SOLIDLY BUILT, MODESTLY PRICED AND SEEMS TO PUT OUT A FAIR AMOUNT OF HEAT. ALSO, IMPORTANTLY, THE TIMER IS EASY TO USE (I FIND THE HEATER’S “CLOCK” TYPE DIAL EASIER TO USE THAN DIGITAL TIMERS).
HOWEVER I HAVEN’T HAD IT LONG ENOUGH TO SEE IF ANY LEAKS DEVELOP. ALSO PUTTING THE WHEELS ON TOOK A BIT OF WORKING OUT AS THE INSTRUCTIONS COULD BE CLEARER.

Perfect for keeping my garage warm for our two cats who sleep in there. We were away for eleven days over Christmas, and they were as warm as toast. The timer came in handy coming on for an hour for times s day.

Very pleased with my purchase. It took 24 hours on high to warm a large room, but it was very cold and damp. Once the room got up to temperature, we were able to turn the heater down and use the timer and thermostat to keep the room at a comfortable temperature.
The wheels were a bit tricky to put on, but that could just have been me!

Rally good heater. Versatile. Good timer function although a bit fiddly if you struggle with small things. Gives a nice cosy heat to a room. Safe and sturdy. Power Cord length quite short. Some restrictions on use eg not allowed extension lead.

This item arrived in good time and was well packaged. The instructions are simple and reasonably clear. Assembling is very easy if a little fiddly mainly due to the flimsy wing nuts which are just very thin pressed steel. These are used to secure the Castor support plate. The Castors are much too small and need to be bigger as they can snag on carpets. Overall a reasonably good quality portable Radiator which does the job. I gave it four Stars but I would have given it five Stars if the wing nut fittings were much better quality and not so fiddly to fit & the Castors were bigger!
Not as good as fan heate
Gets very hot, doesn’t heat up the small room anywhere near as quick as the fan heater but now we have it we’ll stick with it.
For the money the heater is very good – it whacks out a good amount of heat and is quiet and compact.
I live in a barn conversion and the central heating costs a fortune to keep on to heat the whole place – this is good just to heat a lounge or a bedroom without wasting heat on the whole house.

We bought this for a large, cold top-floor room. It’s job is not to heat the space fully but to take the edge off for certain times when people are getting up or going to bed. It does exactly this and makes the space much more comfortable. The timer function is extremely useful. I recommend this product.

Perfect size for an average size bedroom
Perfect size and colour for my 2 year old daughters bedroom (that doesnt have a radiator in it) . Keeps the temp between 18c to 20c all night. Value for money and works perfectly.
I was impressed with the efficient delivery and the ease of use of these radiators. This is in sharp contrast to the delivery of two Von Haus radiators from Domu UK. These were both delivered with the same dangerous fault – the cover of the electrical controls was not secured properly to main part of the radiator. This left the wiring exposed! The Netta radiators arrived in perfect condition, were easy to set up and have performed well.

We love this. Our heating broke with no repair for 2+ weeks (still waiting!) we have a Victorian terrace house with high ceilings, it really takes the edge off. I’m sure in slightly smaller room it would be sufficient as heating. Not sure in how much it costs to run? If needed I would buy another.

Great little radiato
This is a perfect radiator to keep a room at a constant warm temperature and is relatively more economical than the larger radiators at twice the price. Arrived quickly and in good condition. Only a few weeks old but so far so good.
It heats a 12 foot by 14 foot living room quite comfortably and the thermostat worked well. If i was picking flies, the timer is a bit of a fiddle, and its heavier then it looks when your attaching the casters.
Bought as a winter heat back up to run overnight on economy 7. Really does warm my whole house up that’s open plan. Actually had to turn it down once heated up as was too warm. So excellent to keep winter chill away without leaving the central heating running.
My elderly mum who can’t remember how to control things finds this a great addition to her heating. It gives her the extra boost she needs in cold weather, but once set she doesn’t need to touch it. Perfect.
Great little radiato
Easy to assemble and use. It pumps out a steady heat that warms up my outdoor studio. I turn it on in the morning and usually turn it off after an hour or so – as it’s done the job. We have cats – So I opted for an oil-filled radiator as I wanted a safer alternative to halogen or ceramic heaters. All in all I’m very happy with it.

Overall it’s a good heater for the price, it’s great to warm up a small room but I found it didn’t give out enough heat for my 2nd living room (could be personal preference tho because what I would say it’s cold my husband would say it’s warm). The timer is great to have as I set it to warm up my son’s bedroom before bedtime.
I brought this for a back up to my other oil filled radiator and although its not quite as big as I hoped it does give out alot of heat so for the price not bad at all. I bought the smaller version of this at first and it is a brilliant, reliable little heater. I needed something a little bigger to heat my 30m2 brick build shed so bought the bigger version as I was impressed with the first Netta one I bought.
Nice and powerful, I only need it on half power to heat my shed (brick and block build with 75mm of wall insulation) and it only comes on 3 times a day for a couple of hours.
Easy to attach the wheels and looks nice and modern. Don’t be put off with the price, I’m happy with both the Netta radiators I’ve got.

Purchased this heater as a stopgap for my mother’s orangery, it works so well that she is not having radiators fitting. Within an hour the room was up to temperature and the thermostat turned down this gave a consistent temperature in the room. Long term use is to be determined as the product is new if it performs as it is doing it will be well worth its cost oh and delivery was very quick. To finalize it is a well turned out product, easy to use and does the job it was purchased for and yes I would buy one again.
