I’ve been sleeping on this mattress for a while now and some days it’s more comfortable than others. As far as my back is concerned, it’s not made much difference at all.
Was unsure as to how good it was going to be had to send the other mattress from another firm back as it was horrendous, so I was pleasantly surprised to find this is great and my fussy 18 year old loves it, and being grey in colour is also great for his age!
Turned up early, which was great. Seemed very heavy in the box, wasn’t sure if it took 1 or 2 men to deliver! My husband and I unpacked and watched it inflate, to a perfect size and depth. Have slept on it once so far but seems a real bargain, am delighted!!
I really like the product. I made sure I opened it and let it stand the time advised, I do have a topper but what a really comfy night sleep on this mattress. It was my first night but it was great, and so I’m looking forward to tonight’s sleep.
Got this mattress because of the amount of positive reviews and I am so glad I did. Great comfort from the off and I sleep so well. My old mattress was around 8 years old and cost me around 800. I felt it was time for a change, as it wasn’t the comfiest overall and did some googling and this came up.

Bought a few weeks ago now so i feel I can make an accurate review of the mattress. Its brilliant! Honestly for the price and quality it’s so so good, so comfortable! The quality is exactly the same as any bed shop you would buy your mattress from and it’s delivered free of charge to your door – no hidden extras for delivery which always seems to be the case from other stores!
Such good value, husband and i aren’t waking up in the morning in pain after sleeping on a bad mattress, definitely sleeping so much better.

I was about to purchase a more expensive mattress from one of the known brands, but at the bottom of my Amazon page, similar items to consider, so I looked at it and appeared to tick all the boxes, so I purchased this instead . saving myself quite a bit of money, I was a bit apprehensive when it arrived, it seems to be very good. I will say it a little firmer than I would thought it would be but I’m I wanted something firmer for.
I recommend this mattress to anyone who is looking for a good quality mattress. I was previously used memory foam / foam was never a fan of spring mattresses, but I found the memory foam mattresses after 18 months tend to be too soft, so I decided to go for this hybrid.
It appears I made the correct decision!
I’m still testing the comfort but initial thoughts are that its very comfy especially for a roughly 200 mattress. Im a 115kg guy and it definitely supports me. Although it recommended giving it at least 24 hours to plump up I found it got to its full size of 25cm in a matter of hours. The instructions were nice and the packaging. It does come rolled and boxed. Its also pretty heavy at 30+kg to so be prepared to fight with it a little.
Overall, Id say its a good purchase. I will update if that changes.
Like with any mattress, we all have different tastes. But if you suffer with back problems or knee problems like me and the wife, this mattress is fantastic. We are both sleeping so much better. Supports you so well, minimum role together too. At the price it’s a bargain. Highly recommended

Difficult to open, the blade supplied snapped. Plastic wrapping was so tight, hard to open and once released it expanded rapidly that it hit us.
But the mattress is now in its resting phase suggests waiting 48 to 72 hours before sleeping on it. Mattress has a lovely tension to it and soft but supportive. Wish it had handles.
The NEWENTOR memory foam mattress is delivered vacuum-packed and rolled up, so please don’t be surprised if the package delivered is quite large.
When you unroll the mattress and carefully cut it into the foil, the mattress then quickly builds up to its original size. It is very pleasant that the mattress does not spread any unpleasant odors when unpacked, but you should let it rest for at least 1 day so that it can fully unfold.
The mattress consists of 3 layers as can be seen in the product image, you can exchange the three different layers of the mattress and thus generate other properties. In this way, you can put together your personal favorite mattress. In addition, the mattress cover appears to be of higher quality in the product images than it actually is. The fabric is soft, stretchy and can be removed for washing, that’s very positive.
I have now slept on the mattress for a week and am very satisfied. The memory foam adapts wonderfully and supports the body contours, the base foam provides flexible support.
I can simply not overstate how much this bed has changed my life. The quality of sleep from this mattress is leaps and bounds above any other mattress I’ve tried. While normally I wake up and change position multiple times a night, this mattress let’s me sleep through the night with no interruption. The moment I lie in on this mattress, I feel the tension in every joint and muscle relax and my spine seems to align perfectly. I fall asleep easier and feel so much more rested when I wake up. I can even breathe better! It’s true! When lying on my back, it’s as if my sinuses open wide and I can breathe easily through the night.
Overall, It’s hard buying a mattress online without trying it out first and knowing if it works for you but I’m glad I took a chance with this one. I’m thrilled with the purchase. Comfortable mattress with no odor, the price seems reasonable to me. We’ve been blown away by the quality of the bed and the sleep we’ve been getting on it. I never knew that I could sleep through the night, but it’s been down to bad mattresses the whole time. If you want a self-adjusted mattress, do not pass this one up!
For many years I have suffered with back and hip pain and sleepless nights, no more, after nearly a week, I now sleep right through and wake up not feeling stiff and sore.
The mattress is much thicker than I expected, it is twice as thick as my old memory foam mattress, which I think adds to the comfort, it is the most comfortable mattress I have had the good fortune to sleep on.
The only down side is that I would have preferred the edges to be firmer, I have slipped when trying to push myself up, there is no strength in the edges at all.
The other thing that has severely annoyed me, when you get it there is a little safety cutter comes with it, it was a cool little tool, I managed to scoop it up with the rubbish and take it to the recycling centre, I really liked that little tool.
It’s a good mattress, well packed and like the included tool to open it.
Followed instructions and left it to ‘inflate’ for a few days before use.
I liked the fact it did not smell really chemically like some memory foam ones can.
It is very heavy so be careful when carrying upstairs.
It is firmer than I had expected and can’t really tell the difference between the zones that are supposed to be different firmness levels for varying support, like not at all. That being said it is quite comfortable and certainly as comfortable as our last one that was probably twice as expensive when we bought it.
This is without doubt the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on I normally wake 2 or 3 times a night in discomfort in my shoulders and back and that’s with a high quality mattress I decideed to give this one a go after reading the reviews and can honestly say it was an excellent decision I have slept on it for 12 nights now and not had a bad night’s sleep I’ve slept right through waking up feeling refreshed with no discomfort in my shoulders and back at all. The mattress itself is really well made the cover has not a stitch out of place it also has no smell to it a problem for a lot of mattresses is a very strong chemical smell that seems to last a long time.
Packaging was excellent had I not seen it being unpacked I wouldn’t have thought it possible to get a king size mattress into that small a box .Would I recommend this product ?that would be a big fat yes.
I bought this mattress for my married son not for myself. I haven’t seen it but I’m hoping the mattress will live up to the reviews. It said it has a 10year guarantee but I don’t have any paperwork saying that. Hope it’s good value for the money. My son is delighted with it.
After looking at the reviews for two other well known brands, which were indifferent to say the least, I took a punt on this one. It was delivered quickly. Once you cut the polythene wrapper, with the tool provided it sort of births itself which is quite fun to watch. I left it 3 days on the spare bed to fully obtain it’s shape before putting it on the bed. The mattress is superb, it is firm without being too hard and unlike my old memory foam only mattress it does not encourage me to the edge of the bed. The mattress is quite thick, so you might need larger sheets.
A very well made and extremely comfortable mattress. Me and the wife haven’t slept this well for a long time. A fraction of the price of more well known brands and worth every penny. Delivery was very prompt.

I had looked at so many hybrid mattresses in search of a slightly firmer one to help ease my pain each morning with Fibromyalgia. My old mattress was a little softer and I could no longer sleep on it as was so sore. This was a fantastic choice, it is fully supportive and high quality. Very comfortable, problem is I tend to move down the bed during sleep then the curves are in the wrong place and ends up causing pain in my side. I woke up each morning with pain at the bottom of my ribs. I replaced it after two months with a normal flat mattress, and now no more pain.
This mattress is a joy to sleep on. Bought another make six months ago and although very nice, felt it a bit too soft for me. The Newentor is lovely, very comfortable, soft but supportive and nicely made.
Delivery was so quick, literally a couple of days. Came well packaged, rolled up and wrapped and boxed. Clear instructions. It was actually ready to sleep on within a few hours. Extremely comfortable and seems to support in just the right places.

I purchased this mattress as my old one finally had to go as it had developed a pronounced “dip” in it. I have chronic back pain having suffered multiple spinal fractures in the recent past, so was keen to find a mattress that was soft yet supportive. I read many reviews and purchased this one. I have not been disappointed at all. So far it has been wonderful and I’m having just the best nights sleep. It just goes to show you can get a quality product for a reasonable price ! Purchased to replace an old spring mattress and after reading some reviews was very skeptical, However, this mattress can’t be faulted for the cost. It’s not to firm and not too soft, I’d say more medium/soft than anything. Perfect for front and side sleeping delivery came 3 days early too which is always an added bonus.
It arrived via DPD within two days, box had chunks taken out of it & was battered to a pulp, but mattress seemed to be ok, surprisingly.
Its quite heavy and can be done with one person. Its pretty straight forward, has instructions on the box.
There are lots of little touches like a thankyou card, contact & support details, details about 100 day trial. A lot of thought has gone into this. Its reassuring.
I suggest putting the roll on the bed before releasing the beast. Then it just comes to life in front of you in no time.
I have to say it looks and feels top quality, it seems really well made and feels comfortable, though I have not slept on it yet, only lay on it.
Coming up to my 100 nights and all good so far. Comfortable mattress, build quality seems good but only time will tell if it matches the durability of pricier brands. I generally prefer firm mattresses but the combination of the foam layer and firm support underneath works great.
Still not completely convinced by the multi-zone system, it’s ok when lying down but try to sit up to read a book and your bottom would be on the softer part of the bed, plunging into the mattress.
Time to replace my ‘old’ sprung mattress. Thought the leading advertised brands a bit too much in price. I am 6 feet tall in at 15st with at few sore back issues at 60 years old. However this mattress is amazing so comfortable and has indeed improved my sleep pattern. I do love it and no regrets with the purchase with this reasonable price. Delivery was quick but after unpacking (small safe tool provided) left mattress to ‘air’ for at least 24 hours to expand . No smell at all . Also love the grey colour.

This is on our spare bed, purchased 9 months ago, mainly used for when family come and stay, which is most weekends at the moment. They say it is extremely comfortable and looking to get one for their own bed. I will also get another when I decorate my other spare room. Excellent value for money.
I had never heard of Newentor when I was researching for a mattress but came across it and after reading the reviews for this mattress and for numerous others I finally decided on this one and I have not been disappointed. It is firm but not too firm and is so comfortable. I woke up with so many aches and pains with my old mattress, I didn’t realise how much it was my mattress and not my body. I wake up pain free and am so comfortable I don’t want to get out of bed!!

Bought this to replace my old mattress. I bought it after reading other reviews. I sleep alone so I lie in the middle of the mattress which means I don’t lie on the edge which some reviews have commented on the edge being soft. Also the mattress is very quiet should you move about in bed.

I bought this mattress because I wanted to try a memory foam one, the reviews were superb so I thought this seems like ‘the one’ my old mattress (not that old actually only 2 years) was causing me to be in agony with my back, knees and hip, tossing and turning all night on an awful excuse of a mattress, this one has literally changed my life. Firstly it regained its full shape in minutes in a warm bedroom, I was so tired from not sleeping I fell asleep on it almost immediately. It feels firm, supportive yet soft, it is wonderful and last night was the best night’s sleep I’ve had in years, I woke up pain free for the first time in ages, so much so that I was able to go for a morning walk. I am absolutely overjoyed with it. I don’t write too many long reviews so for this I have made an exception as I know how important customer reviews can be. It was a review that led me to buy it, a very long and detailed review so massive thanks to the guy who wrote it along with massive thanks to the makers and sellers.

I have a broken back , that has the lower vertebrae fused with with metal structures for support, and I have excruciating back pain, and experienced pain during sleep. With this mattress I don’t feel any pain and I can sleep with no more back pain, in the way it supports my back when lying down. It is fantastic, I would recommend it. I also get out of bed in the mornings with no back pain too… before I got this mattress I had pain lying down, and pain when waking up from sleep, and getting out of bed was so painful… After a few nights , it helps so much , I forget that I have poorly back because no more pain when sleeping on it.

I was in need of a new mattress as I had been getting up every morning with a back ache but the mattresses available locally seemed very expensive so, after reading many reviews, I decided to try this cheap mattress hoping it couldn’t be worse than the one I had. My new mattress arrived quickly in a fairly compact box, after unpacking an leaving it for 2 days to settle I put it on the bed. When I sit on the edge it felt very soft so I thought that this maybe a mistake however, when lying down it felt completely different, supportive and really comfortable and I haven’t suffered with back ache when rising in the morning for the last 3 weeks. Really really surprised at the quality and comfort at this price, amazing value.
I use this product to get quality sleep after long day at work.

I thought I’d hold off writing a review for this until I’d used it for at least two weeks. I was a bit skeptical about buying a mattress online which I hadn’t tried out as there is always an element of risk involved and despite reading a lot of good reviews about it, that still didn’t mean it was going to be right for me. But the reviews were so good I thought I’d task the risk and I’m so pleased that I did. I can honestly say this is the best and most comfortable mattress I’ve ever had. I don’t want to get out of bed now and I’ve even been popping off for an afternoon nap just becuase it is so good. I haven’t slept this well for years, I do have a bad back and suffer with a lot of aches and pains at night, but since having this mattress, all those aches and pains have gone. This is comfort I never knew existed and I’ve slept in plenty of hotel and B&B beds which were good but nothing compared to this. A truly outstanding mattress, with perfect support for me, I’m 5’11 and 15 stone. It’s firm but soft at the same time, if that makes sense, it has the perfect amount of give in it and it doesn’t make me feel hot at all, which other mattresses have. Very, very highly recommended. It is exceedingly comfortable.
After several months of deciding if we should buy a new mattress or not we saw an advert and took the plunge. Before we had time to wonder if we had been too hasty the mattress arrived ( must say many thanks to the delivery driver for his help in taking it upstairs . ) Well we need not have worried as the mattress has been all we could possibly have asked for and we are now enjoying our new found comfort . Don’t think we will need the 100 day trial !!!

This is firmer than expected, but soft to lie on, which for me is a good combination. I noticed I moved less during the night, which I guess is a good thing.

Our previous mattress was bought several years ago from a well known brand and carried with it a premium price tag of 800 without affording us the premium comfort we rightly expected.
We solely purchased this mattress on the overwhelmingly general positive reviews of our fellow Amazonians; we are so pleased that we did.
The low price point belies the Newentor’s exceptional quality.
Quite simply this is the best nights sleep we have had.
Arrived vacuum wrapped with a nifty tool to open. It’s weighty and looked quality straight away, nice too cover.
Initially I thought it was soft, but in use, so comfortable with great support.
I’ve slept better with this, even in the recent hot weather. For the money and service, you’d have to go a long way to beat this.

Wasn’t expecting much as it was quite cheap but I LOVE THIS MATTRESS! It’s firm but soft (work that out) and even my kids say it’s like a cloud. I’ve only had it a few months so I hope I get decent wear out of it. I love the great covering on it too as you can feel the softness though the fitted sheet. Great budget mattress and I would recommend to everyone

Having spinal arthritis I awake each morning in a lot of pain but since I changed to this mattress the change has been terrific. It is so comfortable and with the thickness adding more to the comfort I cannot believe the difference. I received this mattress as a gift from my son and daughter in law but can assure them whatever they paid it is well worth it.
The mattress looks good, nice and deep. Well packaged (boxed and plastic) you even get a plastic cutter to protect the mattress when opening. Soft to the touch looks like quality material and well manufactured. Soft when sat on but plenty of support when you lay down. My wife has spinal problems and it provides plenty of support in the right places. Very comfortable and keeps you cool all night.
Well ots been a while seince we received the matress and honestly its perfect. It breathes well and has softer areas to relieve pressure where needed and has given me the best nights sleep. Its a good thickness for fitted sheets and was easy to move and unpack. Its well made and has a nice modern design. Probably the best matress out there for a reasonable price 100% reccomended for anyone having trouble deciding what matress to buy.
UPDATE it’s been 10 months now since buying this mattress and it’s as good as the day I bought it this really is the best thing you can get for the money. The mattress still breathes really well has not lost shape and is still as comfortable. I’ve even bought the matching pillows to go with it that are just as amazing. Best Buy for me buy far.
we got this mattress because my other half has fibromyalgia and suffers from pressure points, and a freind of mine said this was supportive but very comfy , he wasnt lying , firstly though make sure you let the mattress stand for the proper time it comes rolled up in a box . never had one of these mattresses as im 6ft and 19 stone but she convinced me and i will definately get another one when needed , we have both had a really good nights sleep since the mattress got put on the bed ,its really comfy but supportive at the same time , really impressed ,great value for money
The mattress arrived in a small box, which I wasn’t expecting. Upon unpackaging the bed it quickly self inflated and was ready to use in a matter of seconds. The mattress is firm and comfortable. I’ve checked my Fitbit sleep score since purchasing the mattress indicates we’re both getting a better nights sleep. #RECOMENDED
This mattress is the best I’ve ever owned. The way the springs are set really take the pressure off certain areas of the body. Also you can feel how it breaths better then your standard mattress. I used to have trouble getting comfortable at night but this has solved all my problems. It even came with a safety tool to unpack it easily. The price really not not reflect the quality of this mattress A++.
I bought this mattress for my spare room as it looked to be just what i was looking for at a good price, it came within 2 days of ordering. It was boxed and vacuum packed as seen in the pics, instructions for opening the packed mattress were also printed on the box as well as on a sheet inside the box along with a cutting tool which stops any chance of cutting through the fabric with a knife or scissors. After opening the pack the mattress regained its shape almost immediately and I didn’t notice any smell as has been reported with some other memory foam mattresses. The pics were taken about 5-10mins after opening, it recommends leaving it for up to 72 hrs to regain its full shape but the next day it seemed pretty much done. The fabric it’s covered with is very soft like a fleecy type material and i could imagine sleeping on this as it is would be very comfortable but i made the bed and thought I’d try it out the next day. I ordered the medium/firm and it’s probably on the firmer side when you lie on it, it really is very comfortable, I’m a big fella and there was no sagging or dipping the support was just right, ideal for those that like a firmish mattress. It’s strange but when you sit on it it seems soft and spongy but when you lie on it it really supports every bit of you. I slept really well on it, settled into it after a few minutes settling and slept right through. I’m pleased i chose this one, so much so I’m thinking of getting one for the main bedroom for me, and I’m sure my spare room guests will appreciate it too. I can’t find any fault with this at the moment but if i do i will update this review in the future. If i could improve one thing though as it is a no turn mattress some type of non slip material on the bottom of the mattress would add a bit of an extra feature to make sure it doesn’t move on a bed base, not that it did, it was pretty solid, but if anyone is reading this from the company that makes these maybe something to consider. A good choice and I’m well pleased with it.
*UPDATE* I thought I’d give an update as it’s almost 12 months since i bought the mattress. It’s still going strong and has kept it’s shape well, it’s used in the spare bedroom and everyone that has slept on it has said it’s very comfortable. It is still a bit soft around the edges when sat on but i believe they have upgraded their new model to firm up the edges. I’m still well pleased with it.

I recommend this mattress to anyone who is looking for a good quality mattress. I was previously used memory foam / foam was never a fan of spring mattresses, but I found the memory foam mattresses after 18 months tend to be too soft, so I decided to go for this hybrid.
It appears I made the correct decision!
I’m still testing the comfort but initial thoughts are that its very comfy especially for a roughly 200 mattress. Im a 115kg guy and it definitely supports me. Although it recommended giving it at least 24 hours to plump up I found it got to its full size of 25cm in a matter of hours. The instructions were nice and the packaging. It does come rolled and boxed. Its also pretty heavy at 30+kg to so be prepared to fight with it a little.
Overall, Id say its a good purchase. I will update if that changes.
Like with any mattress, we all have different tastes. But if you suffer with back problems or knee problems like me and the wife, this mattress is fantastic. We are both sleeping so much better. Supports you so well, minimum role together too. At the price it’s a bargain. Highly recommended

I can’t express how kind and considerate the manager was following a muss understanding. Delivery prompt packaging perfect even complete with a 100% sage cutting tool for plastic – it’s a 10 from me
Difficult to open, the blade supplied snapped. Plastic wrapping was so tight, hard to open and once released it expanded rapidly that it hit us.
But the mattress is now in its resting phase suggests waiting 48 to 72 hours before sleeping on it. Mattress has a lovely tension to it and soft but supportive. Wish it had handles.
When you unroll the mattress and carefully cut it into the foil, the mattress then quickly builds up to its original size. It is very pleasant that the mattress does not spread any unpleasant odors when unpacked, but you should let it rest for at least 1 day so that it can fully unfold.
The mattress consists of 3 layers as can be seen in the product image, you can exchange the three different layers of the mattress and thus generate other properties. In this way, you can put together your personal favorite mattress. In addition, the mattress cover appears to be of higher quality in the product images than it actually is. The fabric is soft, stretchy and can be removed for washing, that’s very positive.
I have now slept on the mattress for a week and am very satisfied. The memory foam adapts wonderfully and supports the body contours, the base foam provides flexible support.
I can simply not overstate how much this bed has changed my life. The quality of sleep from this mattress is leaps and bounds above any other mattress I’ve tried. While normally I wake up and change position multiple times a night, this mattress let’s me sleep through the night with no interruption. The moment I lie in on this mattress, I feel the tension in every joint and muscle relax and my spine seems to align perfectly. I fall asleep easier and feel so much more rested when I wake up. I can even breathe better! It’s true! When lying on my back, it’s as if my sinuses open wide and I can breathe easily through the night.
Overall, It’s hard buying a mattress online without trying it out first and knowing if it works for you but I’m glad I took a chance with this one. I’m thrilled with the purchase. Comfortable mattress with no odor, the price seems reasonable to me. We’ve been blown away by the quality of the bed and the sleep we’ve been getting on it. I never knew that I could sleep through the night, but it’s been down to bad mattresses the whole time. If you want a self-adjusted mattress, do not pass this one up!
Just right and better than I thought it would be.
For many years I have suffered with back and hip pain and sleepless nights, no more, after nearly a week, I now sleep right through and wake up not feeling stiff and sore.
The mattress is much thicker than I expected, it is twice as thick as my old memory foam mattress, which I think adds to the comfort, it is the most comfortable mattress I have had the good fortune to sleep on.
The only down side is that I would have preferred the edges to be firmer, I have slipped when trying to push myself up, there is no strength in the edges at all.
The other thing that has severely annoyed me, when you get it there is a little safety cutter comes with it, it was a cool little tool, I managed to scoop it up with the rubbish and take it to the recycling centre, I really liked that little tool.
Very comfortable, very light and hardly any smell at all only time will tell about pain relief.
Mattress is so comfy & has helped with my husbands bad back. Would highly recommend
Bought this after looking at reviews, we where not disappointed slept on this for over a week now, every night we have had a good nights sleep
It’s a good mattress, well packed and like the included tool to open it.
Followed instructions and left it to ‘inflate’ for a few days before use.
I liked the fact it did not smell really chemically like some memory foam ones can.
It is very heavy so be careful when carrying upstairs.
It is firmer than I had expected and can’t really tell the difference between the zones that are supposed to be different firmness levels for varying support, like not at all. That being said it is quite comfortable and certainly as comfortable as our last one that was probably twice as expensive when we bought it.

This is without doubt the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on I normally wake 2 or 3 times a night in discomfort in my shoulders and back and that’s with a high quality mattress I decideed to give this one a go after reading the reviews and can honestly say it was an excellent decision I have slept on it for 12 nights now and not had a bad night’s sleep I’ve slept right through waking up feeling refreshed with no discomfort in my shoulders and back at all. The mattress itself is really well made the cover has not a stitch out of place it also has no smell to it a problem for a lot of mattresses is a very strong chemical smell that seems to last a long time.
Packaging was excellent had I not seen it being unpacked I wouldn’t have thought it possible to get a king size mattress into that small a box .Would I recommend this product ?that would be a big fat yes.

I bought this mattress for my married son not for myself. I haven’t seen it but I’m hoping the mattress will live up to the reviews. It said it has a 10year guarantee but I don’t have any paperwork saying that. Hope it’s good value for the money. My son is delighted with it.
After looking at the reviews for two other well known brands, which were indifferent to say the least, I took a punt on this one. It was delivered quickly. Once you cut the polythene wrapper, with the tool provided it sort of births itself which is quite fun to watch. I left it 3 days on the spare bed to fully obtain it’s shape before putting it on the bed. The mattress is superb, it is firm without being too hard and unlike my old memory foam only mattress it does not encourage me to the edge of the bed. The mattress is quite thick, so you might need larger sheets.
A very well made and extremely comfortable mattress. Me and the wife haven’t slept this well for a long time. A fraction of the price of more well known brands and worth every penny. Delivery was very prompt.

I had looked at so many hybrid mattresses in search of a slightly firmer one to help ease my pain each morning with Fibromyalgia. My old mattress was a little softer and I could no longer sleep on it as was so sore. This was a fantastic choice, it is fully supportive and high quality. Very comfortable, problem is I tend to move down the bed during sleep then the curves are in the wrong place and ends up causing pain in my side. I woke up each morning with pain at the bottom of my ribs. I replaced it after two months with a normal flat mattress, and now no more pain.
Delivery was so quick, literally a couple of days. Came well packaged, rolled up and wrapped and boxed. Clear instructions. It was actually ready to sleep on within a few hours. Extremely comfortable and seems to support in just the right places.

This mattress is EXACTLY what I wanted. Enough comfort and softness to support arthritic hips. Anyone looking for firm support – look elsewhere. I purchased this mattress as my old one finally had to go as it had developed a pronounced “dip” in it. I have chronic back pain having suffered multiple spinal fractures in the recent past, so was keen to find a mattress that was soft yet supportive. I read many reviews and purchased this one. I have not been disappointed at all. So far it has been wonderful and I’m having just the best nights sleep. It just goes to show you can get a quality product for a reasonable price ! Purchased to replace an old spring mattress and after reading some reviews was very skeptical, However, this mattress can’t be faulted for the cost. It’s not to firm and not too soft, I’d say more medium/soft than anything. Perfect for front and side sleeping delivery came 3 days early too which is always an added bonus.
Its quite heavy and can be done with one person. Its pretty straight forward, has instructions on the box.
There are lots of little touches like a thankyou card, contact & support details, details about 100 day trial. A lot of thought has gone into this. Its reassuring.
I suggest putting the roll on the bed before releasing the beast. Then it just comes to life in front of you in no time.
I have to say it looks and feels top quality, it seems really well made and feels comfortable, though I have not slept on it yet, only lay on it.

Coming up to my 100 nights and all good so far. Comfortable mattress, build quality seems good but only time will tell if it matches the durability of pricier brands. I generally prefer firm mattresses but the combination of the foam layer and firm support underneath works great.
Still not completely convinced by the multi-zone system, it’s ok when lying down but try to sit up to read a book and your bottom would be on the softer part of the bed, plunging into the mattress.
This is a nice soft but sturdy mattress. This didn’t relieve my back pain, but I don’t think it’s the mattress. Very bouncy, nice cosy mattress.

Bought this to replace my old mattress. I bought it after reading other reviews. I sleep alone so I lie in the middle of the mattress which means I don’t lie on the edge which some reviews have commented on the edge being soft. Also the mattress is very quiet should you move about in bed.

The mattress exceeded my expectations. The only problem is that my dog absolutely loves it (at least I don’t have to get up at 5:00 am to take him for a walk, because he is fast asleep).

This is firmer than expected, but soft to lie on, which for me is a good combination. I noticed I moved less during the night, which I guess is a good thing.

Quite simply this is the best nights sleep we have had.
Initially I thought it was soft, but in use, so comfortable with great support.
I’ve slept better with this, even in the recent hot weather. For the money and service, you’d have to go a long way to beat this.

Having spinal arthritis I awake each morning in a lot of pain but since I changed to this mattress the change has been terrific. It is so comfortable and with the thickness adding more to the comfort I cannot believe the difference. I received this mattress as a gift from my son and daughter in law but can assure them whatever they paid it is well worth it.
UPDATE it’s been 10 months now since buying this mattress and it’s as good as the day I bought it this really is the best thing you can get for the money. The mattress still breathes really well has not lost shape and is still as comfortable. I’ve even bought the matching pillows to go with it that are just as amazing. Best Buy for me buy far.
*UPDATE* I thought I’d give an update as it’s almost 12 months since i bought the mattress. It’s still going strong and has kept it’s shape well, it’s used in the spare bedroom and everyone that has slept on it has said it’s very comfortable. It is still a bit soft around the edges when sat on but i believe they have upgraded their new model to firm up the edges. I’m still well pleased with it.
