Only had the Vulpes one day charged for 14 hrs in total 8hrs then a further 6hrs after r/h battery started to flatten after 10min of use & still started to run low after further charging as both turned yellow after 15min. Don’t know quality of batteries, states use 3200ma (brand unknown) will amend review if resolved by supplier as emailed them for resolve. unit seems good need to check range finder accuracy as well.
Had good response from Rebecca @ nightfox hopefully resolved. Also added a breakaway coaster to the focus ring to aid focusing as hand blocks one of the ir beams when focusing. The max & min focus ranges from 4 to 8 o’clock so no more blocking of i

Had issue with charging but resolved hopefully

Got it about a week ago, so far I’m impressed and my buddies who went hunting with me are gonna end up buying one. For the price point it can’t be beat. I notice a lot less eye fatigue with this then I do with my traditional green night vision. Batteries seem to hold a decent charge, have done 2 3-4 hr hunts so far with it and shows eye shine very well. Overall very pleased.

Alright y’all, stop talking about a missing diopter, digital optics don’t have those because there’s no need to adjust to a person’s eyes – its an lcd screen just like your TV. If you’re not seeing clear, you need to make sure that your hands aren’t in the way and adjust the focus. If it looks sort of staticy or pixelated then adjust the IR power, but there is no need for a diopter.
The only downside is that the focus adjuster is so close to the illuminator and camera that it takes some getting used to to adjust the focus without your fingers getting in the way. I’m going to try adding a throw lever like in a LPVO to see if that makes it easier.
But the pros far outweigh the cons. I’ve been testing out many night vision optics the past few years and this is my favorite product of this year. It’s an amazing value.
I got this because I wanted a night time rangefinder and that feature works well, but the night vision is amazingly clear. The quality of the very big screen is as good as my sightmark wraith which costs twice as much.
The illuminator hits the 200 yard mark easily and is as clear at 200 yards as 50.
The ir adjuster is perfect, but you need to keep in mind what that’s for. It’s not so much that the image gets clearer when you max it out. Ir 850 nm wavelength is invisible, but the led bulb that generates it is a visible red. So you set it to the minimum setting that gives you the clarity you need and you leave it there. If you’re hog hunting, the hogs aren’t gonna see the red easily so it doesn’t matter.
One underrated feature is the screen brightness. All too often you look through a digital optic at night and then when you put it down you can’t see anything because the screen was too bright. At the lower settings this doesn’t happen with this device and it’s still perfectly clear.
I really appreciate the rechargeable batteries – typically you only get that high the more expensive devices. The thing that I appreciate the most are the little bonuses like the high quality neck strap and the free SD card already in the device. I didn’t think that companies still did that.
I immediately fell in love with this device and will definitely be keeping an eye on the night fox company and might check out some of their more short range stuff.

Amazing night vision quality for a low price. Biggest complaint is the shutter lag, negatively affects the picture.

I think these are very good at the price point. I’ve tried others at his price range. Only negatives is that the focus ring is very tight to move and because I wear reading glasses I have to hold them out from my face to see a crisp image. But otherwise I think they do a good job over a decent range for spotting wildlife in the full dark. I’ve also found using them in conjunction with an IR torch rather than the inbuilt IR can be handy and worth experimenting with.

manca una protezione per l’ottica, ottima la visione notturna a breve distanza

I don’t normally write reviews however after getting these and being so impressed I felt I ought too.

These were a bit of an impulse buy and part of me regretted the expense however as the title says I have found these to be awesome.

I’ve used these a few times now and have been seriously impressed with there low light and night vision capabilities, late dusk seems like early dusk through them and have found in light polluted city that pointing them at the night sky with IR0 you can see an amazing amount of stars.

I’ve yet to import photos onto the computer so can’t give 100% accurate review towards the quality of the photos, looking at them on the screen of the goggles though it seems a little low however considering what else it does I am quite happy with the quality.

Zoom is great, lens focuses great and the device gives 3x digital zoom to bring those far away scenes even closer.

Only thing I can think of that would of been helpful is a lens cover however the hard case is a reasonable alternative

These binoculars are great. They work better than expected at this price point. The carrying case, however could use a shoulder strap. Also some type of lens cover and screen protector should be included for use when wearing them around your neck, while walking.

This equipment works beyond expectations and is well worth the cost. The range finder works out to 300 yards. You will not be sorry purchasing these binoculars.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI got this set overnight- right before a snowstorm where it was total blackout.

I read all the reviews; I don’t have anything to compare these to other than a Gen 1 monocular I pad $600 for in 1990 (probably) and that was fun- until now!

OK- haters are gonna hate but these things are a blast! I live in the forest and I have have very few neighbors. My house has some small solar lights but I can see EVERYTHING I probably will need to see at magnification; and this is where I have my one qualm:

I would like to have zero magnification and then be able to zoom. With these you are instantly at some form of magnification and get to zoom in. But clarity is fantastic!

I have yet to figure out what the 7 modes of IR will reveal but the color in low light is cool as heck and you will see well with these in closer quarters.

For the money- I think you could say I’m happy and excited to use these for the purposes I need them for and expand later if I need to.

    Hope this helps!

This day and night vison range finder is a good tool that gives the vermin hunting air gunner all he needs to successfully hit the quarry. The need for a screwdriver to access the battery compartment is a bit of a nuisance. The picture quality both day and night is good and more than sufficient for air gun shooters.
