Cost: Analog cameras tend to cost less, sometimes even a lot less, than their digital counterparts.
Simplicity: DVR is easier to set up and understand for most.
Lower Bandwidth Requirements: Analog recorded video files tend to be smaller, and they are transmitted to the DVR over coax instead of LAN, so transmitting them doesn’t take as much bandwidth. Plus, DVRs also usually only transmit the information and use bandwidth when someone is viewing the video, rather than on a more constant basis.
- Not to worry about the compatibility issues any more as long as there is a standard BNC cabling connection in your old system.
- The DVR is also compatible with all Sansco cameras, and most IP security cameras, simply hard wire your IP cameras to your router and start accessing on your DVR.

Very good camera's and very good suppo
I’ve had these camera’s for 10 months now and the quality is very good but I recently experienced an issue with 2 camera’s failing to show a picture. I contacted Sansco support and they were very quick to respond and very helpful and my camera’s were back up in very little time.
Excellent System
Camera system is amazing, easy to set up and instructions are very clear and helpful. Picture quality is crystal clear, picture at night is very good and there’s more than enough cable to go right around the house ( I wasn’t sure if there would be when I put the cameras up but I thought wrong )
The app to view the CCTV outside of the house is very handy to have as well.
Decent, no problems but basic software
Received this and it all worked fine out of the box. The box is a little flimsy as plastic. I got the version without the hard drive (which I can tell you must not be formatted NTFS but no surprise there). The cameras are good and work well. The leads are long enough to get round the house. It uses 2 plugs. One to power the box and another that is chained multi out to simply go into each of the 4 connectors of the cameras.
The thing that lets this down is the software which is fairly basic and you can really tell its Chinese. It all works without problems though if you use the HDMI out and USB for the keyboard and mouse.
The box menu is fairly basic. When you connect to the box on a LAN (I use Firefox but tried it on MS Edge with the same result) it pops up ‘Your browser is too new,Some features will not work properly.Please download 51.0 or earlier.’ Which is mystifying.
There is an phone app that it uses called XMEye. When you use it it gives you adverts and a ‘Continue to app’ at the top. Then a few more taps to get to view your live cameras.
Hopefully they will upgrade the software but I guess it is just cheap and basic programming (yea I am a software engineer).
Worth the money as it works, just let down by the programs.
Great value CCTV system with excellent image quality.
Great value camera system, with the four supplied as part of the package able to monitor all the way around my property.
Image quality excellent for the price, and by linking the included DVR to the internet I’m also able to monitor the cameras remotely.
I’ve not got into the detail for setting up motion alerts yet, but I believe you can set zones and notifications up to ping your phone.
I’d recommend this product to any persons looking for a good value entry point into home CCTV.

The cameras are overall great quality however after 18months 1 camera stopped working out of the blue. The seller has been kind enough to replace. Edited the 3 stars till 5 as I pressed it by mistake.the seller has been super through emails and keeping me updated

Security cameras give peace of mind
I love this product. I was having trouble setting it up and the customer service via WhatsApp was outstanding. It detects, it records 24/7 gives you peace of mind. Would definitely recommend this.
Have to say im quite impressed
Ive had an older TMEZON that i have been using for a number of years now. I couldnt see much in the way of upgrading so thought id take a chance on this for 80 as i had nothing to loose.
Have to say on initial setup im quite impressed, the quality is an improvment and the UI seems fine and was easy to setup.

Quality budget CCTV
Really easy to set up and pair up with mobile app, picture quality is clear especially in HD although it does not come with a harddrive it’s easy to install just two wire connectors and 4 screw, I have had an issue with one camera/cable but was quickly resolved with excellent customer care from sansco

Quite good CCTV system. Set up is straightforward except I put my own hard drive in and I am having problems getting it to record. I can see the cameras on my phone though.

Great set for the price
Great cctv set for the price, cameras show good pictures during day and night time. Only issues were one of my cameras not working in night vision mode and a faulty cable but very quickly rectified after emailing sansco. Great customer service, didn’t even want faulty ones returned. Would definitely recommend it.

Good fittings, easy HDD install, loads and loads of cable lengths.
I don’t write reviews, but this was worth a comment.
I was worried about cable length, I needn’t have been, 4 packs of very long cables , clearly marked for camera and recorder ends, power supply splitter and all installed so easily.
If you’re not tech savvy, the IP address defaults may throw you as mine were not set as my virgin router 192.168.0.1 the 0 was a 1 by default. Change this and it all got working on my phone easy.
Not tried movement detection to trigger recording yet, but I have 3 days solid recording on my hdd already and a test replay was very easy. Even a calendar to pick your day to want to go look at. So many features this is under priced!
Software can add more cameras, but the recorder only has 4 sockets for camera wires.
All in all very very happy .

i have the 4 channel, so i get 4 cameras. decent night vision too.
you can view it on mobile phone, or on internet browser and tablets!
they are really easy to setup motion detection and to playback past videos!

This was fitted buy a friend and it has been a good product up to now, had to buy a memory card to be used with it maybe thay could have one already fitted and that would be alot easer for people buying the product, but works well enough and would definitly buy from this Company again thanks

Agree with all the other comments.I am not up to date with modern electronic systems(I rely on help from siblings),but as soon as everything was connected it worked.I have set it up to work in its simplest form which suits me, and have since been working my way around the system.The pictures are really good.The cooperation of this company was second to none. and no doubt due to my lack of understanding of todays technology, I will be asking some questions in the future knowing that I will be well received.

Fantastic value for money! Easy to set up and great picture quality! You can view remotely from any computer, tablet or smartphone/iphone. You can record videos on any computer by remote, but you don’t need to, because when viewing remotely, if you want to play back, you have a choice of local or remote play back, and remote play back works perfectly!

Great Buy
What a great buy. I got NO instructions when I got the product, but was able to install the camera wasn’t that hard. Because I got no instructions on how to use the software, that’s were I had a few problems. After the getting over the problems with the software, the camera system is very good. Clear pictures day & night. Internet access can a bit temperamental , but once in its great to see your home.
