Customer Services were extremely helpful and our questions were resolved quickly and courteously.
Just an update after using the chair a few times. I recommend you check the tightness of the joint where the seat joins the backrest. Mine unexpectedly sprung open while I was sitting in it. You will need an Allen Key and small spanner. I checked our second chair and that needed tightening too. I notice another reviewer had the same problem.

Ordered this for myself as I wanted a comfortable garden chair that was still lightweight. Came within 2 days. Excellent. Very sturdy, high back and pillow and adustable 3 levels. All that I wanted . Excellent material and easy to wipe clean. Highly recommend.
