Customer Services were extremely helpful and our questions were resolved quickly and courteously.
The arms are a bit “plasticky” but hopefully will last. Seem comfortable to sit in but British weather willing will get fully tested in the summer. This is the second household item I have ordered this week that was made in China. I’m sure in a few years time all this stuff will be made in Hartlepool or some other northern powerhouse…..dream on.
Just an update after using the chair a few times. I recommend you check the tightness of the joint where the seat joins the backrest. Mine unexpectedly sprung open while I was sitting in it. You will need an Allen Key and small spanner. I checked our second chair and that needed tightening too. I notice another reviewer had the same problem.
