The tap is well made a sturdy would have preferred slightly wider pipes but the plumber that installed it took a while. He stated that if you are installing a new sink it would be easy but trying to get around the existing waste pipes he did have a slight issue with. The hose side of things works great with the cold water but the hot water side is poor. I think this has more to do with my water pressure than the tap. It works well and looks good.
Bought this to replace a old leaking tap. Arrived promptly in sturdy packaging. Easy to install on 15mm standard pipes I only had to buy two compression glands for the copper pipes and all fixtures fitted together with ease. Total installation took around 1 hour start to finish. We’ll worth the value.

I got this off Amazon to replace a 5 year old Tap I previously bought off here also. I fitted it myself which was straight forward with all the right parts for UK installation. You do need a little room for the weight but I think I’ve got enough action now to let it work well. My previous tap had water flow issues the hot was a trickle and the cold not too great. After fitting this tap all issues have been resolved and for only 8 more than I paid for the previous tap back in 2017. I’m not sure how long it will last but I’m very impressed so far.
I wasn’t sure what to expect for sub 50 but I’m impressed for the money and very pleased.
It’s a tap, does everything you expect it to. Looks lovely and the pull out bit is an amazing feature, just make sure there is room for the weight to return to the basic position otherwise it get stuck hanging out.

Direct replacement for a dripping tap, took about 30 mins to install, does require the full height the kitchen cabinet below for the flex hose and weight that allows it to extend and retract.
Took a couple of hours but this was mainly due to the old tap refusing to come out so had to remove whole sink to attack the nut on the bottom. Assembled everything on the sink while it was out and just connected the flexis to my isolating valves when I dropped the sink back in. Had to do some tidying to give the counterbalance weight a free path to travel among the junk we collect under our sinks to 2 jobs done in one really. One minor issue is the instructions were for a completely different main fixing nut arrangement to the one supplied, but not rocket science, easy enough to sort.
Looks great. Hose attached is a fun feature. Had to replace the brass fittings on my pipe work as the supplied connectors did not have compatible threadings.
I am happy with this tab as it arrived sooner than expected, it was easy to install and included conversion nuts & spare filters. It is higher than my old tab which started to leak after about 5 years. I love the spray/stream switch. The cold water has much faster stream, the hot water has slower flow, but I am happy with that.
We don’t have pressure pump only normal water flow.
The hose can be pulled out, but I am not really using it much. Over all I am happy with this product. It is better than the old one and price was good. I am woman and the biggest job was to unscrew the old tab, to fit the new one was easy. The water inlet hoses are thinner – 1cm in diameter, but it came with conversion nuts for UK pipes. I tightened it only with hand and no leaks 🙂

I was looking for a kitchen tap on a budget and to my surprise found this that did more than I tought. With its pull out spout and dual water setting it just makes washing dishes and vegetables a lot easier. Highly recommend this product!
This tap really took us by surprise in its quality. It feels robust and wellmade. It has a weight inside white pulls up the extending tap. We have received so many compliments on it and no one can believe we only purchased it for 50. Others have bought similar for well over a 100 and yet say this one feels better made. 100% happy with everything about it.
Installation was done by a friend although I confident with most DIY I felt I would end up breaking something. However, he said it was one of the easiest installations his done and asked me to send him the link as he is recommending this tap!
Usage:
I have always liked the idea of a pull out sprout but never had one. I’ve missed out! Rinsing fruit, veg and rice is so much easier. Plus rinsing the sink to clean is very handy! Especially with 2 teenage boys who like to empty a whole cup of tea in the sink without cleaning up. They have no excuse now. My sink has never been so clean after they have ventured in the kitchen!!
I have decent pressure so I find the spray one can end up getting everywhere but the lever to adjust the water is very easy. I love the aerator, which reduces water flow but still allows decent pressure.
Cleaning:
After use I wipe down with a. Microfibre cloths and it’s sparkling. They do strongly recommend not to use products as it may tarnish the finish. I’ve not felt like it has needed anything other than a wipe down.

Well worth the money compared to what you could pay. Installed 3 weeks ago, no issues or problems and looks like it costs a lot more money. Would definitely recommend.
The tap is really well made, sturdy, looks amazing …. but in my case it didnt work, I got a deffective one, as you can see on the photos the cold water runned great but the hot one had just a trickle of water… my 5 stars goes to Customer Service, I’ve e contacted them and inmediately gave me a solution and send me a very nice email, I was soooo impressed. Thank you so much. I STILL like this tap a lot, and I hope other customers have better luck than me with it.

Plumber fitted it ,didn’t take him long and said it was good quality.
Even I could fit this tap ! The connecting hoses are strong but flexible and the fitting plate under the sink is easier to tighten than the normal type.

Well made easy to install good quality only downside I found is due to the tap having slow water flow the hot water take quite some time to get hot .
Very pleased with this Tap. A lot tidier looking that predecessor (which had a dirt collecting coil design) and I love the option to switch from spray to normal.
This was easy to install with clear instructions well packed. Its a sturdy tap and looks good.
The mixer tap was easy to install. It looks alot more expensive to what it was and is a beautiful tap.
It’s only been a day or so I have had the tap so let’s see how long it last.

We bought it for 47 (very good value !). Reviewers have mentioned their plumber wouldn’t recommend, really not sure why – seems like great quality to me. We could install it ourselves which is saying something !
The retractable hose works by applying the supplied weight to the black hose pipe. The weight makes sure it pings back into place.

Really pleased with this tap. Have had it several months now, and no problems with leaks or drips. Love the extending pull-out end for rinsing pots while I’m waiting for the hot water to come through. Returns easily when finished. I manged to replace my old tap in just over an hour, and I’m not a plumber. I did have to alter the shelf in the cupboard under the sink to accommodate the counterweight though. The tap was a bit bigger than I expected (I should have looked at the measurements), but it looked great once installed. Really good price for a mixer tap with the features this has.
Really like this tap but U.K. water pressure means tank fed water pressure offers a disappointing stream in hot water, cold is fine on mains pressure so may be better if you have a combi boiler. A little larger than expected and you need space below tap as retractable hose is counter balanced with a weight and rope set up.
Happy with this tap, seems of fair quality for the price but it doesn’t fit UK pipes without adapters as they’re different sizes. They simply should say in the description and advise which adapters to get together with it. I spent lots of time looking in the shop for the right ones as I am no expert plus over 20 for the adapters. Just a heads-up.

My only install issues were a previously badly installed cupboard that made screwing up the nut a bit of fun…
The larger diameter screw threaded section feels really sturdy, make sure you have space for it. The back of my cupboard took a little editing.
had this tap a while now, and its great, misses loves it to, plenty of hose length to pull out the tap end, both the jets have their own use and easy to select between them, tap feels solid and well made, I’ve seen similar taps retail and twice or more the cost but are no better in quality than this tap.
Great purchase, works very well. Has a counter weight so make sure you have adequate space under the sink for the spout to slot back in.
A nice, good quality kitchen tap. Would have given 5/5, but for the spout switch mechanism, which is plastic, and doesn’t looks sufficiently robust to last a long time. Time will tell.
This tap will deliver disappointing hot water flow unless your hot water system is pumped.
Ours was gravity fed from cylinder upstairs. After fitting this tap, I had to pressurise our hot water to get a decent flow. Happy now!
I can’t fault this tap. The aerated flow is great for preventing splashing. I’m not sure I’ll ever really use the shower type spray! The weight is perfect for retracting it. Much more solid that I was expecting at this price point.
Hoses are plenty long enough I had to actually put a full loop in each hose.
Fitting was easy but I am a plumber to trade. It is simple enough though. You’ll need 15mm to 1/2″ male BSP fittings to join the feed hoses to your pipework. (Like a straight coupler but the male end has no chamfer, it’s flat against the rubber washer)
Make sure under your sink has plenty of space as the hose that extends goes all the way through the tap and loops under the sink. A weight clamps to that and after you’ve drawn the hose out, the weight pulls down on it under the sink to pull the hose back in to the tap. This weight needs space to move up and down under the tap hole.
Only negative if I were forced to find one is that the “mode” buttons don’t have the same quality feel as the rest of the tap. They’re a bit plastics. Would prefer a more “mechanical” feedback when pressed.

The tap is spot on and in my view represents excellent value and the quality appears very good.
All parts you need come with it. By that, I mean it comes with flex hoses, washers and the locking nut that holds it to sink.
The tap main assembly is built ready to go. All you have to do if fitting this for yourself is put on the flexi hoses which are clearly marked for hot and cold supply connections.
This is quite a heavy tap and fitted to a resin stone sink unit that will not flex.
I would say this tap was fairly easy to fit but needs the correct tools and a reasonable DIY knowledge around home plumbing fixings.
Took me and my lad 45 mins to strip out old tap and fit this new one.

Bought this to replace the previous tap which lasted 5 years. Easy to install, works fine in the past 3 months.
Well made tap. Looks extremely smart and feels far more expensive. Very practical extending hose with full flow or spray options. Things to consider before purchase…is there enough room at back of tap to accommodate handle movement and is there room under the sink to allow the hose, the end of which is weighted to move up and down unhindered. Very pleased with this purchase.
Harder to remove the old tap than fit this new one! It’s a beast of a tap and work brilliantly. When you get it out of the box it’s looks like it only comes with German instructions, but open the bag and English is there, although you can follow the pictures easy enough. The pull out hose seemed a bit of a gimmick to me but really it’s great for cleaning off stuck on food and cleaning the sink out. It is a bit clunky down below with the weight but that is easily solved if I cut out the under-sink shelf more. I ended up using the existing connection hoses as my pipework under sink was a larger fitting. I don’t know if it’s the inners of the tap but hot water seems hotter than with older installation. Well pleased with it. You won’t be disappointed!

Lovely looking tap for the price was easy to install the only draw back we have found is the hot water flow not sure if its restricted but its not very fast .. dont really bother me but the hubby hates it .

This tap was a third of the price of our other tap and this one is better, we have it in our utility room/second kitchen and what is great is the ease of use as it is so lightweight. Very happy with out purchase.

Makes me wish I had installed it many years ago. The weight could oerhaps be a bit heavier as sometimes doesnt retract.

This tap is so good for the price it was hard to install but that was just because of the lay out of the sink underneath not the tap itself.
liked everything about the tap .looks great and looks very expensive .a bit hard to tighten up as the tightening screws are very far up a tube .hence three stars for unstilation and overall four .

Having this tap installed now for several months, I am delighted to say my wife and I are extremely happy with the look and the function of this tap. If the issues we have highlighted are resolved, this tap is an excellent buy – definitely a 5 star product !
I like the tap and it’s function but I had real problems with installation. The black plastic piece used to tighten the tap from underneath the worktop, did not have a big enough opening to allow the pipes to pass through. No matter what we tried we could not solve this. I eventually used the pipe from the old tap which had a slightly elongated flange and allowed me to squeeze everything through the black plastic piece. Without that there is no way I could have fitted the tap as it was supplied.
