Still a bit squashed
Most of the topper rebounded after unpacking except an area of one side which is still rather flat. I was given a reduction to compensate. The side I sleep on it very comfortable and I have noticed a reduction in morning joint pain.

Was rather bemused when I opened the box and removed the plastic wrapper. Thought no way this was going to work. Left it 16 hours and the mattress rebounded back to its correct depth. Just tried it my husband is much heavier and when he moved I was not catapulted out of the bed.
I already had a 28cm depth fitted sheet which fits perfectly with my mattress and the topper.
Thank you to the manufacturer it really is a wonderful firm support topper.

So pleased with this purchase - great buy!
I bought this topper when visiting relatives in the UK because I was struggling with hip/knee pain on their mattress (I will add that we have a genuine Tempur mattress at home). When it first arrived and we opened it, I must say (despite previous experiences of similarly vacuumed packed mattresses) we were VERY sceptical and for two days I kept all the packaging as I was convinced we were going to return it as it did not start to expand, appeared thin, creased and unusable (as shown in the first two photos). However, in all, it probably took a good 3 days to properly expand to full size and once it did, it was exactly as described. It fitted the UK queen sized mattress well and stayed perfectly in place with the corner elastics plus the rubbery bubbles on the underside of the cover helped with gripping. The cover was easy to remove and then replace with a generous length zip. As stated in the description, it expanded to 5cm deep and was really good to sleep on. The first night of sleeping on it, my hip and knee pain was gone, I actually can’t believe how good it is for such a great price! Don’t be put off by it’s appearance for the first 2-3 days and give it time to expand fully (I actually rolled around on it to try to speed up the process because I was so impatient to use it!), you won’t be disappointed.

UPDATED REVIEW (4 star): After returning the first mattress, I posted the review below on Amazon. The seller then contacted me (unprompted) within a day, and offered to replace the mattress. I sent them photographs of the first mattress to clarify the issues that I had had, which they said they would send to the factory to make improvements. So, the customer service was really impressive. The second mattress was the same product as the first, but I think better packed. So it looked better when unpacked and unfolded. Be aware, it still take a long time (weeks rather than days or hours) to properly expand into the expected shape. I guess this reflects the fact it is dense memory foam. It would be better if the mattress expanded a little faster, but overall it is now being used on top of another mattress in our spare room and definitely makes the bed more comfortable. Review upgraded from 2 star to 4 star to reflect the better second mattress and outstanding customer service.
ORIGINAL REVIEW (2 star): In principle this could be a comfortable memory foam topper, delivered with a useful protective outer cover for the foam. However unfortunately after a full 2 weeks of waiting for the mattress to even out and plump up to the dimensions specified, it was still very uneven, with thick ridges in some places, and heavily compacted areas elsewhere. In some places the thickness did reach the specified 5cm, in others it was still 1-2cm. The length and breadth did not get to the specified dimensions (uneven but apex. 5cm shorter and narrower). I wonder if the cause is something to do with substandard packing/rolling up of the mattress? Perhaps the one I received had been folded poorly and stored for a long time? However having waited for 2 weeks rather than the suggested 2 days, and placed flat in a warm room specifically heated to be above 20c as per instructions, I was disappointed and felt the quality to be so far below expectations that I returned it. I didn’t sleep on it in the end, but can imagine that (properly flattened out) it would indeed be comfortable. There is a chemical smell for a couple of days but this dissipates and was similar to a (much more expensive) full memory foam mattress I have previously bought.

Good quality product.
After I opened this product it appeared to to so flat and stuck together that I doubted it would regain its shape. However, whilst it took much longer than the advertised time of 2 to 3 days, once it was fully reformed and on the bed, it is very comfortable and the correct size. The straps are a nice addition to keep the topper in the correct place, though I suspect that they are not needed.
As long as you are aware that it will need some time to reform I would definitely recommend this.

I was a bit skeptical, previously having had a feather topper (which, by the way, wore though after 12 or more years and resulted in feathers EVERYWHERE) and was reacquainted with the pain from NOT having some kind of topper in between the last one and this one arriving. However, I needn’t have worried as this was truly comfortable and made such a difference to back, hips and knees. Love it!
OK but hoped for bette
I had just come back from a holiday in Iceland and the bed there was so unbelievably comfortable. I looked under the sheet to see what it was and it was a memory foam topper. So I looked for one and based on the reviews and price bought this one. Not a patch on what I experienced on holiday. OK so that’s mote to do with my expectations than the actual product. My mattress wasn’t too bad already and this improves it, so it’s worth the money for me. If your mattress is uncomfortable, I would say that this would be an inexpensive way of polishing a turd. I do sleep better now. I had pain before as I broke my neck, back, ribs, shoulder, hands so from that perspective it’s a winner too. Sorry for 4 stars. More because I had hoped for better is all.

It came flat packed and as per instructions took around 5 days to fully “inflate” and regain shape before use which was frustrating…
It’s done wonders for the comfort of our bed though. Previously a new mattress (on the firm side) was causing horrific back pain in the shoulder blades. Fortunately after a few days of using this Topper that pain has stopped entirely and we actually get a comfortable night’s sleep. Highly Recommend
How to fix a bed
I could feel the springs in my old mattress. Lumpy and so uncomfortable. Now I feel like I’m sleeping on a hotel mattress. Firm but not too hard. Forms around my body just enough. Honestly feels like I bought a new bed. Love it.
Great Topper, Pain Free Sleep, Great for Sofa Beds
When I got this, I was really concerned as it is rolled very tightly and whilst it says leave 24 hours, I did not believe that it would come to the depth/thickness expected and provide support. But, how wrong I was. We have a really uncomfortable sofa bed and this has transformed it. I have back pain, and I can honestly say, this is brilliant. So I would not hesitate to recommend it.
The key thing is to wait for it to return to its depth/thickness before using it:
1. Fully unroll and leave flat.
2. Leave is a warm room for 24 hours.
3. Push down on any areas which don’t look like they are expanding.
4. To speed things up, you can use a hairdryer to warm it usb so it expands.
Refreshed a existing mattress
We brought a mattress over the internet, during lockdown. Only to find, dispite being medium, was to hard. We gave it 6 months and decided to right of the purchase and went to a bed shop to try replacement, agreeing the replacement would be the sum 800. With that is mind we took a gamble on a 100 topper and was blown away with the transformation. The memory foam is not to warm, it molds and support you, even the edge of the mattress, no roll together, no pressure point. It has been an excellent purchase. We have already recommended this to friends and family.

Excellent value topper. I didn’t notice any chemical smell that some people complained about. It took 3 days for it to fully recover its shape after opening it up, the instructions say leave it for 24-48 hours but I’d give it 72. Its worth the wait.

Give it chance to regain its shape
Arrived quickly but I was so disappointed when I opened the package. It was difficult to envisage this flat deformed piece of sponge as an expensive mattress topper. However, we followed the instructions and the transformation was remarkable. It took three days to regain itself and it’s great. Pleased with the outcome. Sizing was perfect (small double).
Calling all Fibromyalgia sufferous ...must have item
Fast delivery, excited to receive in the hope this was going to help with pain relief from having Fibromyalgia. Upon opening I was so disappointed it lookef like a piece of old foam, all twisted out of shape BUT once left flat for 3 days it was like the ugly duckling story. I had any amazing mattress completely different from what was delivered.
Mornings are difficult for Fibromyalgia sufferous, the body pain normally takes a good few hours to start reducing, some mornings I can’t even get dressed due pain with all movement. First morning still had pain but nothing like I normally have. Second morning I was able to get out of bed as if I was in my 20’s again it wasnt until I got to the kitchen putting the kettle on I realised I was pain free. Movements still unsteady but that’s the condition. If you have Fibromyalgia this mattress topper is a MUST … Remember it takes at least 48 hours to recover shape mine took 72 hours BUT it was WORTH it the wait. I’m not a person for reviews but for those the suffer from any pain condition on waking in the morning it does make a big difference.
Needs a warm room to expand.
Decided to invest in this mattress topper to help with a leg injury. It arrived on the 28 November 2021. I laid it out on the living room floor initially, but during the day this is a cold room in Winter. The following day (29 November), it hadn’t expanded much so I moved it upstairs to a bedroom which is always warm (21C), this improved matters, by the morning of the third day (30 November), it was expanding well (cat discovered it at this point), and by the evening had fully expanded. Very comfortable and provides some additional support for my leg.

I shopped around, read many reviews and finally settled on this memory foam mattress. We don’t have health issues but it has made the world of diierence in comfort.

Great quality
I would like to share that the quality for the money is great! We are sleepong very well since we are using it, my backpain and neck got relieved as it allows a better relationship between head, neck and pillow and body. The coating has a very soft material and seems of high quality.
We are so happy with the purchase that we are spending more time in bed now and happy to back to sleep.
Brilliant Buy
After lots of research I decided to buy this topper – small double to fit metal action pull out sofa/guest bed. Arrived quickly, unwrapped as instructed and it was fully expanded and ready to use in 24 hours. No smell at all even though I did expect it to from reading some of the reviews. Looks good and fits perfectly and it even fits and stays securely while the bed is folded and stored away. If you’re looking for a topper for a sofa bed – you cannot go wrong with this. Very comfy and the cover enhances the look and feel. Excellent value for money and really pleased with it.
Useful layer for younger people on firmer mattress
Good fit and didn’t need adjustment. With any additional foam layer is does mean less ventilation and cooling, which can be counteracted with a lighter duvet. This was purchased for a 13yr old where their new mattress was a little too firm. When they get a little older and heavier they will need a slightly firmer support and we can simply remove the topper.
Absolute life save
Absolutely fabulous topper. I don’t usually write reviews but I ordered this topper based on the reviews and guarantee provided. I suffer dreadfully with neck and back pain and used to dread going to bed because of the pain I would be in the next day, but since buying this topper I no longer wake in pain. This mattress is incredible. We left the topper to expand for 48 hours and have slept painlessly ever since.
Comfy and value for mone
We have a holiday let and people had complained the bed was not comfy, so got this as a quick solution and to be honest did not think it would be any good, but wow the compliments we have got ever since has been what a really comfy bed, it keeps it shape fits nicely on the bed and makes a huge difference in comfort. Soft to touch but so comfy well pleased and such great value for money thank you

I don’t suffer from back pain but did move into a property that had a very firm mattress. This topper is dreamy! I have had wonderful sleeps. Do follow the instructions and allow to sit opened for a few hours. You won’t regret purchasing.
A Really Worthwhile Produc
My bed is so stupidly comfy now I never want to leave it!
Good quality, it only took 24 hours for it to pop back into shape from being packaged which I thought was pretty impressive considering how flat it is when you get it. It’s not too heavy to move around and once it’s on the mattress, the cover has those little silicone type bumps on the bottom to keep it in place and as someone who moves around a lot when they sleep, it hasn’t budged so they work brilliantly. Would highly recommend purchasing.
Extremely comfortable cured my hip pain and cheaper than buying a new mattress!
I started getting hip pain on one side , the side I sleep on and realised my orthopedic mattress is 20 years old and needed replacing as it is a hard mattress and I was starting to feel the springs. Mattresses were so expensive so I opted for this. The first morning I got out of bed and all my aches I usually feel were gone! However my hip was still sore and it has taken trips to the osteo to get that fixed, but it was still a bit sore. Now though after a few months if sleeping in this my hip is completely pain free and i wake up with not one ache anywhere! Absolutely brilliant.
The only down thing was it arrived and smelt a bit toxic and I should have aired it but i put it straight on the bed as I was desperate and hence the smell lasted over a week and made all the sheets smell, bit now it’s fine.
I’m really satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend it for aches and pains!

This has really improved my nights sleep. My mattress is very firm and this just gives my bed that hotel quality feel. I can’t wait to get into bed at night. Would highly recommend everyone to have one of these.
Firm but comfortable
I left it to come to size, it took around 2 1/2 days. Popped it back into it’s cover and it fit’s the bed perfectly. It has taken me a couple of days to get used to it but I’m very pleased with it now.

It took 2 days to fully puff up but when it did it was well worth the wait. Good price for an excellent product . It does help to alleviate my body pain . But yes it does have like a smell but not too overwhelming but its started to go now . I would recommend this product to friends and family
Memory foam mattress toppe
I absolutely love this memory foam mattress topper, very comfortable.
I jut wish it had longer or wider electric to attach to my very deep mattress but once my fitted sheet goes on it keeps it in place.
Make sure you take it out of its zip cover & lay flat out for as long as you can before sleeping on it. I also unzip the cover when I wash all my bedding & give it a good shake.
Comfy to sleep o
I ordered one first and as I was informed by the user that they were very comfortable compared to the basic mattress. As a result, I ordered another one and can confirm that they are extremely comfortable and my back feels much more supported. With this mattress, the edge doesn’t squash so I don’t almost roll out of bed if I get too close to the edge. Well worth the money. The cover looks of a good quality too and washed well.
So hard to get out of bed now because it's so comfortable
I purchased this because I was having a lot of back pain waking up in the morning, but this topper is amazing! It’s nice and thick and the bed is so much softer whilst still providing support for my back.
Very warm but comfortable
The mattress was very well packaged and delivered in time. It was much heavier than I expected and probably not suitable for travelling. I opened it and left it to regain its shape for 72 hours as recommended. Getting it back into its cover was a challenge. My daughter had to help and it’s still not 100%.
It fits over my existing mattress well and up to now has remained in place with the elastic straps and a fitted sheet.
The first night I was extremely warm (it was about 12* C and I the next night I used a lighter quilt which resolved this problem. I don’t wake up several times in the night to change position due to pain and I don’t ache as much in the morning. I’m also less tired during the day.
There is still a residual smell which I presume will fade in time.
Overall I am happy with my purchase. It’s good value for money and would recommend to anyone looking to refresh their mattress or add a memory foam layer. However, this is not a cooling mattress, so if, like me you’re a woman of ‘a certain age’ you might want to look at other products.
Improved my quality of sleep

The cover is not super easy to put back once you have removed it and it’s not ideal to have to let it flat and open for a few days before using it

Finally, one that works!
I have purchased mattresses and toppers in the past with no success of releif from pain at pressure points (shoulder and hips) for several years. With 3 discs bulging in my lower vertebrae recently also i couldn’t sleep on my back so was a side sleeper.
Tempur mattress and Simba mattress returned. Slumberland mattress in the spare room and this topper is on a premier inn mattress that was also causing pain.
I followed the instructions, removing its cover and having it flat for 3 days in my spare room with the window open. Folds disappeared and thickness increased. Re-covered it and fitted it last night.
Initially you might think it’s too firm, however, last night i had the best nights sleep in several years! No pain, stiffness, soreness or numb legs during the night or this morning. Finally my mattress hunt has come to an end. I can also sleep on my back again!! Will see how long it lasts but will happily get another when that time comes.
