Good product works well on electric single bed
The product took a while to arrive which could have been due to the time of year ordered but works very well. Well packaged and put it on single electric powered raise and recline single matress. Seems to work well. My dad says it is very comfortable and at 92 believe me that’s a complement!
Comfortable Toppe
Likes = Price – Average / Delivery – Fast / Comfort – so far very good / Zip off washable cover.
Dislikes = Smell from the foam / unwrapped and left in spare room for 48 hours before using. However despite this the smell lingers. We have taken the extra step of leaving the bed covers peeled back rather than fully making the bed to allow further “smell dispersal” — Having said that the smell is not overly oppressive it will diminish given further time.

Thought I would just give this a try having had a back issue for over 30 years. It has helped with my quality of sleep and the pain I normally suffer in the morning. AMAZING. GREAT BUY.
Comfo
My mattress was dipping one side of the bed so bought this topper. Hard to put the mattress cover on by yourself. But once on it’s comfortable and contributes to a better nights sleep.

I accidentally ordered the 2.5cm topper by mistake rather than the 5cm I meant to so was sceptical it was going to work but makes such a difference! Bought to soften a new but overhard mattress on spare bed which gave me back pains when had to sleep on! Slept like baby first night used! Definitely give it a try! Yes it does smell when first open (foam always does) but left it to air for couple of days & then was fine. Some reviews mention it moves about but I haven’t found that. I did put under bed sheets though so maybe depends how you use. Overall very pleased – economical solution to uncomfortable mattress.

Very comfortable. Takes a wee while to flatten out. Very strong chemical odour though which is taking weeks to disappear.
Mattress topper (memory form)
My daughter suggested I get this as I was finding it difficult and painful to sleep/rest. This mattress topper has made a huge difference and I wish I had bought it years ago.

This has revitalised an aged mattress, it is comfortable, it smells slightly when new but the smell goes within a couple of days, only slight complaint is that it moves around on the original mattress and needs to be regularly re-positioned.

Very comfortable, my back feels much better now. The only discomfort is although I have bought this mattress a month ago is still very smelly. Hope soon this smell will disappear.
Brilliant imho
God damn its so good. Put ontop of a bed in military accommodation and its totally night and day.
I note a lot of people complain about a strong smell, nothing from mine except some plastic packaging smell which dissipated after a few minutes.

Well like I said it does what it says on the box but after 2 month’s its lost the feel so it’s as if you are sleeping on your old mattresses and for the price it cost I was hoping it lasted a bit longe

Love the product but didn’t like the fact that the cover comes separate. When you are an older person living on their own, I did find it difficult to put the foam mattress into the cover !

i still have it in my garage waiting for the smell to go,then i can assemble it and put it on my bed .after two weeks the smell had gone enough to assemble it ,and it’s now on my bed,it was easy to assemble and its very comfy,also does not move around too much

Brilliant mattress topper for the money. Just what my daughter needed for her lumpy old mattress. Yes it did have an extremely strong odour when first opened, so I aired it out for a couple of days in a different room before use and then it was then fine. Only down side really is that it needs straightening up every week as tends to move down the bed. But yes, I would buy again.

Comfy, easy to store, but moves on mattress.
Its a good quality mattress. Foam has not been cut carefuly but it fits cover ok. 2.5cm doesn’t take too much storage. I would say folded is a size of a duvet so it takes half of the sofa bed storage compartment. Light and easy to transport. It made my bonnel spring sofa much more comfortable.
Only downside is it slightly moves over night as it doesn’t have any straps to hold in place and it may be hot in very hot weather.
Overall I recommend this topper.
Comfy but not real memory foam
Firstly, I was reluctant to purchase this due to many reviews of a bad smell. However there were no other options for a 5cm memory foam topper in the same price range that I was happy with.
There was no smell from this topper. I opened it out and aired it for 36 hours. I put the cover on with a little difficulty. If you are not strong enough to lift this by yourself you will need help to get the cover on. I have slept on it for a week now. While improving the overall comfort of the mattress I really feel like this is more of a dense foam than a true memory foam. While out of the cover, placing my hand down on the surface did not leave an imprint.
It has moved slightly despite being placed under a mattress protector and a fitted sheet. It would be better if the cover came with ties for the bed base.
However I am overall happy with the product for the price.
Comfortable
The best decision I have made. The memory foam had made an extra touch in making my sleeping more and more comfortable. I work day and nights, so sleeping is very important to me. I feel more relaxed now when I wake up!

Needed this to make my mattress more comfortable and wasn’t disappointed. As others have said there is a strong chemical smell but did not notice once bedding was put on and faded completely with a day or so. Comes with a zipped cover that can be easily removed and washed.

The mattress topper came well packaged, I followed the instructions and left it out to air prior to putting it on my mattress. It didn’t smell as bad as what I thought it would, but that might be because I did spray some Febreze on it too! It’s so comfortable and really goes well with my mattress, I’ve had great sleeps since I got it! Would highly recommend this to anyone who was looking to get a nice topper for their mattress .

Bought to replace a 10 year old memory topper which had begun to disintegrate. Although 25mm thinner than the old topper the support and comfort of the Silentnight topper is superior.
Relief after 1 night from months of pai
My husband was waking every morning with lower back pain, gave this topper a go, and immediately after just 1 night, his back is no longer hurting when he wakes in the morning. This is well worth the money. Highly recommended
No over powering smell great product !
After reading the reviews I was dreading what people described as a really strong smell from the mattress. This just isn’t the case, it has the mildest smell, I actually like that smell. It really isn’t overpowering at all. It lay flat pretty much straight away. The memory foam is white in colour and was intact and came a day early ! It’s great. I’ve yet to sleep on it but can’t imagine they’ll be much of an issue !

This product does exactly what it says it does. I was worried about it only being 5cm thick, but i needn’t have been as it is the perfect thickness and as it is memory foam it bounces back once you get up – i sleep alone so do not have an issue with it moving – 1 week in so far so good!

Bought after a back operation. I’ve had a new orthopedic mattress but it was not comfortable post op. The foam made huge difference in the comfort and was able to find position to sleep. Great investment for sure.

A game changer for me on back pain!
After herniating two discs in my mid-twenties i have always struggled having a good nights sleep due to recurring back pain. Well after using this topper for just under a week i can thankfully and honestly say my back feels 100 times better. I have had five out of the seven nights sleep completely pain free with most nights getting a solid 8 hours without waking. The other two were still far less painful than before (probably slept in funny position).
If you suffer with lower disc pain and are on the fence if this works then i can honestly say i’m so much in a better place with my back after buying this. 10/10!
Very comfortable on sofa bed
We bought this to go on top of our sofa bed for occasional use. Due to redecorating our own bedroom we’ve had to sleep on that sofa bed for over a week now and with this memory foam topper it’s been so comfortable! Not sure I’ll be able to go back to our old mattress now!
It’s great value for money
This Mattress topper is wonderful. I sleep better and as I have a back problem getting comfortable at night was always a problem. Not any more, this was money well spent and I am so happy with it.

I’m not a recent convert to a Memory Foam mattress topper as my previous topper was also Memory Foam but after 10 years or more it had begun to fail so I spent some time looking at different replacement toppers and I’m delighted with this product. I have osteoarthritis in my back, shoulders, knees and prior to surgery both hips so a comfortable bed is essential. I use the topper in conjunction with a pocket sprung mattress and the result a very comfortable bed providing me with a good night’s sleep.

After suffering from waking up with sore back for several months, after 3 nights using this topper now waking up in no pain. Yes it does initially smell when opened however the smell does go after a couple of days.

I was very sceptical about buying this Mattress Topper after reading some of the negative reviews, however I am so glad I did! We have a kingsize bed the same make as this topper, the springs were so close to the surface of the mattress that it was causing me pain in my ribs which was affecting me all day. So I decided to try it.
Pros:
Perfect fit, straight cut edges.
After being tightly packed, upon opening it took shape very quickly.
So comfortable to sleep on, it’s made a huge difference to my sleeping pattern.
You cannot notice it on the bed.
Cons: Not really a con but it does have a smell which isn’t nasty, and does slowly go.
I highly recommend buying this product, it’s honestly changed my life! A good night sleep makes all the difference.
