After reading good reviews I Was waiting with excitement for delivery of this great Snailax back massager.
It really make to feel relaxed and comfortable,all family is taking in turn to test this massager.
It has great remote control where you can control which part of your body you want massage and even has demo option.
It looks and feel quality material.If you feel massager is a bit hard on your back you can always use blanket or towel. You definitely will not regret it buying.
The back massage rollers cover the entire back from top to bottom. The neck rollers actually fit your neck snugly between itself before massaging. So the overall massaging function is awesome.
The base vibration is a bit gimmicky and the heat function doesn’t really make things hot – I like mine fairly hot to get a good pain relief. It’s luke warm at best. The overall product is also a little heavy and rigid – so not the most portable.
But overall, the Shiatsu rollers really do the job – minor niggles aside, this is an awesome product.
This back massager is fantastic. I’ve tried a few and this one exceeds all expectations. Great that it had the protective cushion cover yet you still get a thorough massage. I use it every other day and it really has helped my back problems. Great that you can set it to upper back or lower back only. The vibrating seat is an added bonus also. Every time I use it it puts me to sleep so that says a lot. A fantastic buy and worth every penny!!

I have been having back and shoulder pain due to a lot of driving that I had been doing for the past couple of months because of my work. I needed something that would target both back and shoulders, I searched and found ‘Snailax Shiatsu Neck & Back Massager’. The reviews were great so I ordered one for myself, and the product lived up to its name and reviews. It’s really easy to use and perfectly fits on the back and neck target areas, otherwise, the rollers can easily be adjusted height and width wise according to one’s need. The vibration mode is also really good and helps you relax. Can easily be fixed on any chair at home using the strap. The heat function is also awesome and is really good to use along with the massage functions during cold days. Overall the product is really nice and helps you in relaxing after a long working day, really impressed with the product! Would definitely recommend it.
Ooooh, my back feels sooooo much better. However it does not fit the narrow gaming chairs with the fold around the waist level. But it tells you about this product if I was willing to buy a new chair to fit it in. Having back problems and being a remote worker don’t go down too well. This massager is amazing around the lower back where I need it most. The neck massager is great too.
If I had one gripe. Unlike a real shiatsu, or any other massage where the finger tips are not entirely rock solid, these massaging pads are and you cannot apply the same amount of pressure you would normally experience without the risk of bruising. If you can solve that problem with the next version, I willbuy the upgrade.

I used the vibration masage before but it wasnt much this one was just what i needed, i operate tower cranes daily and my back is suffering from it but this back massage cushion is perfect it revived my back it has the right intensity as well, both me and my wife we love it. Ive seen some bad reviews here about it but thouse ppl must have been made out of paper or realy obese and must have put a lot of pressure on the masage rollers as they were complaining of sour back and such. None of that here. If you drive a lorry, crane, forklift or have back pain that you need to crack it and pop it all the time this is briliant. If its to intense just dont lean so hard onto it or add a blanky on top. For me it was perfect as it was i used if for an hour with no problems the manual says to use it for 15 minutes but each to its own needs. My back was fully revived after this compared to my usuall routine of getting home and trying to make my back crack or pop to get the pain away and laying down on the floor. I used mine on a pc/office chair and used a pillow at the base of the back cussion to raise it to get some massage session for my neck as well. The range it moves up and down is just right for myself 1.70m tall as it gets down to the lower back at the kidneys and up to the nape of my neck. As i said i used vibrating ones but all they did was numb the pain for a few minutes that is all, this one actually massages your back as it should be. Worth the price. Downside i wouldnt use it in the crane as it is a bit bigger or in car as if u put to much pressure it could hurt because when u are driving a car/machine your concentration is elswere and wont notice that you are putin high presure and you could end with a sour back but at home after work or when you have some free time is perfect !! Great product from Snailax !!! Definetly recomend!!

I found the remote very easy to understand and the massage experience itself was more intense (in a good way) than I had expected. Loosened up the tenseness and pain in my lower and mid back quite fast.
