Just had this delivered and was set up in 5 minutes. Easy on the back and shoulders very comforting and relaxing. Can see me using this alot.
This was purchased for my husband who has been suffering with back pain due to being sat at his computer for long periods. He is extremely happy with it and finds that it reduces any tension in his back. The only criticism would be that it comes up a little short on him (he is just over 6ft) but the solution is to have less on the back of his legs so that the massage reaches his neck. Overall fabulous product that we would recommend highly, especially for homeworkers!

Used and after 3 to 4 days the pain in my upper back was gone. After 7 days I realised I’d not had to take any pain relief medication. Brilliant buy have now ordered one for my son.

As this was for my daughter who had a herniated disc I cannot really say much as she had to send it back as the massage was too hard in the area of her disc and not really suitable, having said that she said is was very warm and gave her some relief but not as a massage.
I bought this for my mum who has Rheumatoid Arthritis and she uses it everyday! She is 79 and said it has been the best present ever! It’s easy to use, comfortable and helps her back and neck no end. She has it on her chair in the lounge and says the many functions are wonderful.

Well made, lovely material, excellent functions to keep blood flow through legs when sitting.
Could do with more padding in the seat area but this may be just my personal choice as it does have a good amount of memory foam in the sides – I would have preferred more in the base though.

I like that you can move it with ease from one location to another. I bought this for my husband and he uses it sat on the sofa. However if he is sat in the office chair for any length of time he takes it with him.
Only trouble is I can’t get him out the sofa these days. I wonder why

I bought this for my wife who has been working from home and has been complaining of discomfort in her back. The cushion is very relaxing and definitely helps with pain, albeit short term relief. At present, I am using this device in conjunction with the physiotherapist who has given me some exercises for a painful muscle in the mid-back.
This massage cushion gives out an acceptable level of heat and gentle massage – all these have various levels of intensity. All these features combine to alleviate the pain and tension surrounding the epicentre of the muscular pain.
I am finding it a very useful resource to have at the present time.
Also, it helps with the exercises if I use the massage cushion either before or after exercising.

I use this on my office chair in my home study as I am sitting for long periods and it’s great to stop my back and legs getting stiff. The heating element is good too when I’m feeling a bit cold or just want to ease the pain in my back. It’s not a ‘massage pillow / pad’, but the vibrations moving up & down are very comfortable and help relieve my back and even neck pain. It’s got lots of adjustments from specific areas of vibration, intensity and how long you want it to work, before it turns itself off (very helpful). I like it a lot !!

I like the fact that it was ready to use straight out of the box and simple to operate.

My only big gripe is that it’s quite bulky when added to a car seat so it then effects your driving position which could be annoying for some owners.

bought this for my second car as my first has it all, i tried it first on my sofa at home and can say is amazing i have a bad back and heat is the best, but the two combind are brilliant i have been using it every day on my sofa reluctant to put it in my car now until i really need to.

This is an amazing product. I bought it for my dad as a present as he is currently doing long hours at work and he really loves it. It helps his bad back after a long day.
The customer service is also amazing. They are very professional and friendly.
The heating function on this is brilliant. I am very impressed by how well it heats up and maintains the temperature. The massaging function on this is great too. It is very different from a shiatsu massager that will knead into your back. This offers a high pulse vibration massage that rather soothes you instead.
The performance of this seat cushion is fantastic and worth it’s price. I am now going to buy another one so that I can keep one for the office and one at home.
Just a quick tip: The “HEAT” button can be pressed three times. The first press is to turn on (and at maximum heat), the second press for medium heat and the third press is to turn it off completely. It doesn’t mention this in the manual but the customer service support were so quick and helpful in answering this for me.

This is the first time I have used anything like this. Normally I would automatically use pain killing tablets. I was surprised how easy it was to use and I felt immediate pain relief. I was also surprised how portable it is; it can be used in the home, office and in the car.

This product really helped my back & low muscles. I loved the heat & the ability to change vibration settings. I haven’t used it anywhere in except my house, but it is easily transportable to use in a friend’s house or to take away with me if going by car, it would be too large to pack.

The heat and massage functions are great but this is only really suitable for a shorter person than me (I’m 5’4″). The seat pad is short and comes to mid thigh, the back also only reaches mid shoulders so the massage areas are all in the wrong place. If the unit was a few inches longer then I would give this 5 stars. Very easy to use and variable setting for massage function and heat times are useful. Comes with a standard UK plug and an in-car plug as well.

Elastic straps currently fitted over an IKEA Poang chair fitting just right. Simple to use buttons with different settings and intensity. Only have 15 minutes myself so will update once it’s had more use.
They were bought to alleviate back pain in preference to the shiatsu massagers for a more natural healing process. And they have not disappointed. The gentle massage was excellent but the standout feature is gentle warming effect. Would recommend to anyone who wants a nice massage rather than the tougher kneading.
I bought this product during lockdown for my home office. The material is really soft and the memory foam is really comfortable, even when the massage/heat isn’t being used. The heat function is great, the massage function is ok but the vibration doesn’t really help me. Great product if you want a comfortable heated seat though.

I bought this for my partner for his birthday due to muscle aches in his back (he works a physical job) and it has worked wonders. within 30 mins of using, his back is now relaxed and less tight. The heat function is also really good when paired with the vibrations to help warm up the muscles. All round good purchase and worth the money
I ordered this Massage seat as an addition to my office chair now that I will be WFH for the foreseeable future and it’s been the best purchase yet. It was very easy to setup and use straight away and both the vibration massage and heat functions both work really well separately and great when both used together. I have used the seat both on the sofa and the desk chair and it’s very relaxing and money well spent. Bought this for my autistic son to use as he liked using massage chairs and thought this would be a more affordable option for home use. I am very happy with it. It has a lovely plush cover in charcoal grey and has lots of different setting for changing the areas you want to concentrate on plus a heat setting. It is very easy to use the remote to do this. So I am impressed with it especially for the money
I received this Massage Seat Cushion as a gift for my birthday and have used it almost daily. I absolutely love it and it was just what I was looking for. Brilliant massage and options to do different areas independently. You can also use it as heat only or heat and massage or massage only. It’s portable (1 kilo) and comes with a Uk plug and 12V for car. Way cheaper than a bespoke heat/massage chair. Excellent customer setvice and a 24 month warranty. I don’t usually leave reviews but this is a brilliant product.
I shattered my hip and pelvis and a few years. Since then, the cold winters have caused me grief from the aching, so I invested in this heated cushion/seat. It’s comfortable and heats up quickly and I find it very soothing.
It also comes with a variety of vibration settings which are nice and relaxing.
Bought this as a Christmas present for my son, he enjoys using it and finds the massaging very good but doesn’t use the heat part, when I use it I like to use the heat, lots of setting to use depending on which section of your body you would like to benefit most, nice finish with a silky velour fabric.

I ordered this in a whim as had been suffering with lower back pain for months. I had seen expensive ones and for the price was not expecting much. It is brilliant. It has the added feature of heat and the massage part has an excellent vibration. Its easy to use just plug in and switch on. Love the fact the remote has a liitle pocket to put it in. I love it and would deffo recommend to anybody who works at a desk and does not move much. I leave work and tell people im going home for a massage. Very good value for money and highly recommended.
The massager is very comfortable but I feel that the 4 vibration modes are not quite strong enough. Bit sad about that as I, like some others, don’t care too much for the rolling ball Shiatsu massagers as they can be a bit painful but my back is so bad that I may have to give them another try.

Not had this long but obviously is going to help relieve my lower back pain and stiffness I regularly have.
This being the memory foam option its extremely comfortable for long journeys and will use the heated seat for cold early morning drives.

I’ve used other massages which hurts in use, moving strung ball types.
Even putting thick towels over them still painful for me.
But no problems with this massager .

Bought as a Christmas gift for my dad as he suffers with his back and muscles. This has everything he needed, massage, heat and lots of different areas he could treat. He said its brilliant, well made and so comfortable to sit on. There are some he has had that have actually dug into his muscles and hurt but not this 1. He wouldn’t be without it now. Fast delivery and good introductions to follow.
For all the people saying they can’t feel the heating on this they have either rolled their car into a ditch and it’s already on fire or they are wearing adult diapers.

Have used this product for the last couple of months and can’t recommend it enough. I have chronic back and hip pain and the chair was a godsend both for home working (draped over a work chair) and in the evening on the sofa.
