Had this for a while and have no complaints at all, does what it says, and for the price you can’t go wrong. Quickly charges and it’s so easy to use, just put the controller on the top to connect them and away it goes, simple. Defo recommend.

I’ve had the venom batteries before but often I would find that I’d forget to charge them. This handy dock emsures both controllers are always charged and is handy to stop me misplacing my controllers.

Quick and easy usage
I really like the twin charger dock, I can just pop my controller on top, and leave it, or a spare to charge my spare battery pack.

Perfect for a little Xbox fan. My son is always playing and always forgets to put a controller on charge when he’s not playing. Now we can just leave it in the holder, doesn’t take long and the lights are a very good indicator for him.
Initial issues but worked perfectly afterwards
Perfect, did have problems initially, kept charging for 8 hours with no Green light, but after initial charge, worked perfectly, get it, you wont be dissapointed, nice and keeps things neat.

Neat desktop charge
Was looking for a tidy looking solution to charge my controllers and this is perfect. Wires are now hidden away behind the unit and charges the controllers fast. You’re not supposed to leave the controller charging once it’s fully charged as this can reduce the battery life. Not a problem with this holder as you can tilt the controller and it sits comfortably on the unit without charging if you like.

Cost effective and convenient way to keep the controllers topped up
I’ve actually had one of these for my Xbox One for a couple of years now, however the kids have an old Xbox 360 that they also sometimes use, however often find that the batteries are flat in it. Given the additional use around Christmas I decided to upgrade and get this for the 360 as well.
It comes as a charging dock and two rechargeable batteries. You remove the existing batteries and cover and replace with the rechargeable ones (it forms the cover too when inserted) and then just place them on the dock to charge.
I’ve powered mine from the Xbox USB port which it is perfectly happy with given they are low current devices.
No more upset kids who chase you for new batteries every few days – result!

We have been using the Venom Xbox 360 twin docking station for about a month, with moderate play times. The batteries are charging well and we have exhausted them only once, after about 4-5 hours of play. It is perfect for two players (me and my wife) with two controllers, always using the battery packs and charging them.
For the moment, I am very satisfied with this product.

Good product. I I’ll save loads of money. AA batteries cost a lot for good ones these days. This way I will always have charged controllers. it looks smart and works well. The batteries that are included fit very well. This is what I have come to expect from Venom after market products. I recommend this to anybody still retro gaming with their Xbox360.

Does what its supposed to unless you were hoping it would some arrive and do things that it’s not supposed to like for e.g buttering your toast and serving you coffee, if that’s the case then I’m afraid you dont need a charging dock you actually need a “dockter” . But seriously though it works and it’s better than replacing aa batteries every other day. Lights up red when charging and green when charged, uses a usb from the console to power up and that’s it. If you’ve reached this far then don’t scroll away without hitting that that “helpful” button. Oh and was delivered on time and without any damage. Forgot to mention that lol

Great for my 11 year old son!! Only thing he doesn’t like is the bright light on the front. He covers it up easily enough because it was keeping him awake at night . But really good way to keep them neat and tidy (I was sick of them being left lying around) and also saves on batteries!

Good Value Xbox 360 control charge
Arrive with enough packaging to keep it protected and mostly recyclable.
Simple setup although it didn’t arrive with any setup manual of any kind, It’s not exactly technical in any way so I wouldn’t worry about it too much.
It comes with 2 Battery packs as well as the charger unit and USB cable which is a decent purchase at this cost.
It does exactly as it says with a 2 hour charge being enough for a genuine all day gaming sessions

Works as advertised
The dock seems to be working fine and right out of the box. The plastic does feel a bit cheap and the station is very light. I might see if I can put a weight on the bottom or inside of it to weigh it down a bit. I suggest having your own set of rubber feet for it, as the ones that come with it aren’t very good. It seems to be of the quality I was expecting at this price point, and I do recommend it, just with the above caveats.
Excellent value for money
Robust and stylish. Bought this as the battery holder in one of my controllers had stopped working. The fact that it comes with two batteries, as well as the charger, means it’s great value for money and saves a fortune in keep buying batteries. It also is a handy place for storing the controllers.

Yesterday I ordered a double package from Amazon.Not only have I received the most perfect ergonomic fitting Molyhood Xbox 360 Wireless Controller and a very stylish Venom Xbox 360 Twin Docking Station with not one but 2 Rechargeable Batteries ,sold as a package deal by Amazon.But it’s not any old deal it’s perfect!
The controller fits perfectly into your hands,but it’s also extremely lightweight compared to other controllers, meaning you don’t have to grip it as tightly,which always made my fingers stiff within an hour of gameplay.While trialling it out today I played for 5 hour,the first time in 10 months I might add, without any finger stiffness at all.I found the controls to be crisp to use and very responsive to my commands.On top of all that the sleek black design goes perfectly with my Xbox 250gb Standard Black Slim.In fact it’s far better than the original Microsoft one.
When I finished playing I placed it on the smart Twin Charging Docking Station That has a beautiful shiny black finish,plugged it in using the included USB cable and left it to charge one of the two battery packs that were included in the kit.Far far better than the one that comes with the original Xbox and takes disposable batteries.I used to need shares in a battery company for when my son used to play all weekend,but not anymore.
All in all a very worthwhile investment for 35.98.I shall be buying from these merchants again!

Great way to store and charge controllers
We have this plugged into the front USB port on the Xbox 360 as we have the wireless network adaptor plugged into the rear but you could just plug it into a USB plug in the wall. It’s small but a perfect size to hold the controllers and charge them while not in use. For the price, it’s incredible value as it also includes two batteries.
Venom make a good quality product and this one is no different. Well packaged, easy to plug in and use and, so far, is working really well.

Delivery was pretty good and the item came in good condition nothing was damage during shipping, the charger works really well out of the box all. As you can see i’m using an original white controller not the newer black ones it would be nice if Venom did an older white version aesthetically it dosen’t look good on the older 360 controllers but I hope to get the black ones to go well with the slim and the twin docking station. There is only one problem when I got this one off the two included battrey’s was stuck well what do I mean well one of the battrey top bit you press down to put the battrey in place into the 360 controller was stuck for some reason the other one was fine now I don’t think you will get this issue when you buy this but man it was anoying. But lucky I fixed it by applying pressure to the top bit and now it works fine but it’s still stiff. But overall it’s really good I can charage the xbox controller instead of going to the shop and buy AA battery’s every time now.

Fantastic quality. Always sceptical about batterys but had no problems whatsoever with these . Everything works how it should and goes to green when fully charged and then played on Xbox for hours with no problem. And too charge 2 up at the same time is great . Defienetly recommend.

Very good, it works very well (so far, just got it, will be updating) happy with the design, easy to use.
After 3-4 months of use I can say without a shadow of a doubt, this was the best charger ever made. The battery packs kept their juice for long periods of time. I really can’t praise it enough. I have now traded it in as I bought an Xbox One, and it’s the only thing I miss from my 360 days. (Well, that and my red chrome controller.)

Brilliant. I love this product. We set it up the day it arrived and we’re still using it now. The controllers have quite a long usage time after charging, perhaps up to 10 hours.
I have been using the usb non dock batteries for the last 4 or so years and decided a dock would be great to tidy up around the TV. My son bought one a couple of years ago for use on the xbox in his roomand said it was great. Well,,,,,,, it is. It charges quickly, the batteries are easily as good as the microsoft ones, and if you don’t have the dock with you at a mates then a standard mini usb cable will charge your handset. But no mistakes here the battery life is excellent.
The only neg? Well you do have to make sure you place your handset properly on the dock, a quick look to see if the led is red will tell you if it needs settling a little. But to be honest every dock I have ever used has been the same on any platform

Brilliant charging unit.
This is a brilliant charging unit! My children simply put their controllers onto this unit after playing on the Xbox and it charges them ready for when they next want to play. It has saved me a fortune in batteries and is much simpler than taking batteries out and charging them. The lights are red when the controllers are charging and change to green when they are charged. Each controller has it’s own light on the unit so you can see when each is ready to use. We’ve been using it for 2 months and it’s still going strong.

A very good charging station for your controllers. Comes with rechargeable battery packs too, so everything is all in one. You can just drop the two controllers in, and not worry about awkward clip or getting the correct seating. The charger pack has a USB cable to power the unit, and so this is ideal for connecting to your TV or console for standby charging. The only minor issue is the LED’s used on the unit are somewhat obnoxious, but this can be solved with a little black tape.
Solves classic 360 problem but LEDs a bit bright and consta
Works excellently. I had two 360 controllers which had stopped working as the battery cases were loose and the controllers would disconnect. These replacements have no such problem. The only minor gripe I have is the front LEDs. They are great in that they are red when charging however when they are fully charged green LEDs stay on which can be a bit annoying in a dark room at night though I suppose one could just tape over them. All in all a good purchase.
Missing on/off switch
One thing I miss is on/off switch because you’re not supposed to charge your controllers 24/7, other than that, all good.
It charged the first time well, the second time (the next day) the light on the left went out. It is still charging but I cannot tell if it is charged or not. I’d expect a better quality product that lasts more than 24hrs. I gave it two starts for fast delivery and still functioning on one side.

I was approached by Venom and they replaced the product no questions asked. The new one works perfectly! AMAZING customer service.
Excellent produc
Simple plug and play. My controllers are all the time full now. Just place on top and that’s it. As a side note, I have Venom batteries as well therefore are 100% compatible, fast charging and about 5-6 hours game play.

Was very useful when I was playing a lot, could always have a charged controller on hand this way. Had this now for 4 years, and 2 years ago I stopped playing – since then I realised that the controllers discharge themselves over time, as whenever I want to use the Xbox for Netflix (which happens like once a month maybe) they are empty. I recharge them and then they are empty again the next time I try a month later. However, I guess that is to be expected – if you use them all the time, the discharging is a lot more reasonable.

Great item, so much better than the wired controllers. Bought to replace my grandchildren’s wired ones and these have been amazing as you can use one whilst recharging another. The lights tell you when they are charging or fully charged and they hold there charge ready for use which is a bonus so they are always ready to use. Highly recommend and a great price too. Definitely recommend so much safer than tripping over cables and risks of electric shocks when cables become damaged.

Just one issue to be noted: The somewhat large charging indicator light is VERY bright – it lights up the room at night, since it does not switch off when fully charged, but the indicator light just goes from red to an even brighter green! Not great for the bed room..

Didn’t think these were going to be that good for the money, but they are brilliant. Have got one each for both of my children and not only does it save on the cost of the batteries, they always know where their remotes are as they place them back in the charging dock after play!! Win win!
I bought this item in September 2016. The charger is fine but after charging the batteries up around 8 time one of the batteries fails to charge. Green light comes on after a few seconds, but does not charge. Other battery is OK. I contacted Amazon and as I wished to keep the product they gave me a 3 refund. Very good of them.
I am editing this review in the light of a response from Venom. They read the review and sent me a new battery by return post.

Great charging docking station. Works well for 2 controllers but we recently bought a cheaper non-branded controller on Amazon that is slightly bigger and does not fit the dock but that is not the fault of this docking station.

The only thing that surprised me a little, is that after disconnecting one of the already charged controllers for a second, it’s light turned from green to red and kept that for the next 10 minutes, and I couldn’t wait more time
Perfect X360 battery replacements
As my x360 batteries have got older they have started to lose their charge so it was time to get my replacements and Venom are the king of battery replacements. This whole set is brilliantly priced and replace your existing batteries with ease. The charge unit is easy to use and can be sat at the side while you happily play away, couldn’t be easier. It is also fully compatible with all of the previous Venon battery releases as well so the charger can charge those as well. Perfect.

This is a fantastic charging solution for my xbox pads. It comes with two batteries which is a bonus and buying this is a much cheaper alternative to the play and charge kit.
In the packaging, you’ll find a cradle (finished in a high-gloss black plastic), a USB cable (for connection to your Xbox, or other powered USB port of your choice), and two rechargeable battery packs. It does not come bundled with a power adaptor, or an instruction manual, though neither is really necessary at this price point..
We have had this now for over a year and it is just brilliant. No more batteries.

I don’t know if its just mine, but it does have an oddity. Not something I’d return it for, I can live with it but it’s a bit strange.
It will only actually charge my controllers if I reset it, IE unplug the MiniUSB connecter and reconnect it. If i place a depleted battery/controller onto the dock without doing so, it doesn’t charge. However, since unplugging and reconnecting it works without fail, I don’t really care. Some might, so just be aware of this oddity before you purchase to avoid annoyance/disappointment 🙂
