Brake cables a problem with hooking on items pity that they don’t feed them through the frame and the steering is not as easy as i would have expected being it is for disabled people Edward Howard

I just received this rollator yesterday and I absolutely love it so far! First of all who doesn’t love pink? And it’s so sleek looking! It’s also very sturdy, easy to maneuver, and I feel very comfortable putting all of my weight on it.

My only complaint is that it doesn’t fit through my bathroom door, but I can use my crutches for that.

It’s also very easy to fold up and it folds up much smaller than your traditional rollator so I’d imagine that it’s going to be much easier to take in and out of the car. I also like that it came pretty much fully assembled- I was able to put it together sitting in my wheelchair!

As you can tell, I am very happy with my new rollator and expect to get many years of good use out of it!

    Pretty in pink!

I am fairly young with MS and I didn’t want something to make me look and feel older than I am. Love the pink color. Super easy to fold and unfold.

I’m someone who is a full time Walker user. I am one who is very hard on walkers and really pushes them to the limit I have always liked nova zoom walkers with their compact size and big wheels to go on different surfaces.. after a few minutes of using this walker I am blown away by how much narrower it is and smoother than the nova walkers. Another thing that had me buy the vive Walker was the way how compact it folded. You won’t be disappointed with it. It a must have walker if you need a walke

Maybe it’s my own fault, but I struggled to get it unfolded the first time. However, after that I really liked how the walker worked. It feels very stable and takes the pressure off my knees and ankles, which is where the worst of my pain is. It’s a touch hard to maneuver it backwards, but again, that could be something that will get easier over time. It’s much lighter than my wheelchair (obviously) and seems to offer similar relief on medium or low pain days. The breaks seem smooth and the seat helps when I get overwhelmed. I like the bag that attaches to the front, and the little cane holder on the side is great! Overall, I would recommend this walker

I normally use a wheelchair to go out but wanted to try walking a little more and going some places that are less wheelchair accessible. However I get exhausted/light headed really quickly and need to sit down a lot. This has been a great solution. It folds down easily and is relatively light so can put in and out of car boot quickly and easily. It is smooth to push and feels steady. If I lean my full weight on it I don’t feel unsafe. The seat is sturdy and comfortable. Brakes seem to work well. The bag is super useful and has a shoulder strap if you want to take it off the walker. I was worried it would be too short for me but I have the handles one notch down from the highest setting and it’s the right height. I’m 5’9″. As a relatively young person I like the modern design and colour choices too.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI,m 85 recovering from a fractured hip ( knocked over by running dogs ) and required something suitable to walk the fields again with my dog. I,m on sticks at the moment and not too steady at anytime without support and having looked at all the possible solutions from scooters to walkers I decide this was the one for me. It was so easy to unfold and get up and running and my dog is happy to walk along on the lead.
It is stable so I feel very confident. The brake system is very effective and the seat is absolutely ideal.
It is well made looks good and I am so pleased with it.

Use this walker for walking outside. The larger wheels and wider wheel base make it easy and safe for me to cruise the neighborhood.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI love this walker! It’s very sturdy and well built. The wheels roll smoothly over door sills, rough ground and cracks in sidewalks. I have balance difficulties and a walker that stops cold because of a change in walking surface, like a raised piece of pavement in a sidewalk, is likely to throw me off balance and cause a fall. The wheels are quiet, soft rubber and grippy. I love that! The brakes stop the walker solidly. Although like any walker, you can still move the whole walker when the brakes are on, there’s much more resistance than with the ordinary, most popular walkers with the lift-up seats, and the wheels themselves don’t move. I’m MUCH more confident with this walker than the old Medline walker. The one that everyone has. This walker is a little heavier, but folds much flatter and smaller, which is great in restaurants, where “parking space” is usually nonexistent.. It can fold to roughly the size and shape of an umbrella stroller, although it’s heavier. This is so worth the money spent on it! I’ve had it a short time and people stop me to ask me about it all the time. It’s a beast! In a good way. One thing I’d like to note. I live on the High Plains and the wind here is extreme. Chicago’s got nothing on us! I was crossing a wide street in a high wind and felt my old walker sliding from under my hands. The wheels are hard plastic and I felt in danger of losing my balance because they were skidding on the pavement. This walker would never do that. The softer rubber grips the walking surface. I feel 100% safer with this walker and that means everything if your walking is compromised.

The only thing I’ve had trouble with, after 2 years, is a wheel that keeps coming off. Replacement bolt and washers is $20, including shipping, which is absurd. Disappointing but we’ll suck it up and buy it. It’s still a great little walker.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersThis Vive Folding Rollator Walker is a little heavy at 20lbs but it’s fantastic for outdoor mobility.

It arrives well packed and almost completely assembled. All you have to do is snap in two wheels and attach the walker bag to completely assemble. I was super impressed at the size and quality of the wheels, as well as the fit and finish of the walker.

So this walker has 4 wheels (two of which rotate 360 degrees for great maneuverability), hand brakes, a mesh seat, a back rest, adjustable hand grip height, and a detachable walker bag to hold your belongings. It can be folded up fairly easily for transport by pulling up on a strap in the center of the seat. The two front legs can be folded up, also, and the front wheels can be removed for compact storage. The wheels are oversized and designed for all-terrain use. It weighs 20lbs so it’s a bit heavier than some rollators but it also adds stability, which is good when using the walker on rough or uneven terrain.

I got this for a friend who has had about half of one foot amputated but must return to work before the wound is completely healed. She has a special boot but I noticed that she was still somewhat unbalanced when walking – especially on gravel or grass. This is perfect for her. She takes the bus to work and this makes it much easier going from the bus stop and back. The wheels roll easily over all sorts of surfaces and the hand brakes work very well. She also finds the seat to be comfortable and a welcome place to sit while waiting for the bus. Our only complaint was that we can’t figure out how to attach the walker bag. It has velcro straps but no instructions as to where to attach them.

I think this is an excellent walker for someone who is strong enough to manage the 20lbs when necessary and for someone who needs to use a walker outdoors. My friend is young and can easily manage to fold this walker up and take it on the bus with her. If you just need one for indoor use, there are lighter rollators which will serve well.

Got this for my grandpa since he was looking for a lightweight walker and he loves this one. He drives a corvette (no joke) and needs something that can slide in and out of his trunk that’s light weight. The finish on this is very sharp and it looks great. Better then the $200 and $300 ones out there.
If you’re even looking at this it means you’re thinking about buying one, this is a great choice.

This is a terrific find! So easy to assemble – and so easy for my Mom to maneuver. Added bonus- super quick and easy to fold and place in the trunk of the car!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersVery sturdily built and easy to fold and use. The seat supports my 150lbs easily and pouch is handy for collecting my mail from the mailbox, a quarter mile down the roa. Helping enormously with my post-hospitalization strength-building–couldn’t do as much exercise without it. Forget the $60 brands–they are flimsy and don’t do what they promise. This one is $100 more but 1000x more useful.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersMy father-in-law uses it when he is able to. Recently had a stroke just after we had received this (no connection between the stroke and the device, so don’t try to read into this) and had to go back to the tricycle and park the SUV (terms we use for his new non-motor vehicles – he had a VW before this one). Folds well into the car which helps my wife when she has to take him to the doctors. Vive means “life” and he appreciates that because he is Spanish and that was the nick name for his father. Originally had bought it so that when he travels on the plane he would be able to fold it some to get through the aisles of the plane, but the has been postponed for a few month while he recovers.
