The monitor came with a known defect regarding the power cord. Before I even plugged it in, they issued me a partial refund and immediately sent a new power cord. The new power cord corrected the problem. They also followed up to make sure it was working correctly. Never had a better experience with customer service.

Great and clear monitor. Seller was awesome, responsive, and quickly resolved what turned out to be a very minor issue with the power cable. I'm not a gamer so can't speak to that kind of use. I just work from home and this monitor is a very nice addition to my multi-monitor set up.

I love it since it is very smooth and it has a very good quality (but remember if you had a 60 hz monitor before this you have to go to resolution settings then advanced settings then change the refresh rate to the max because it automatically does 60 hz if you had a 60 hz monitor)

The 240hz refresh rate is great, picture quality is very nice and the overall experience is much better than the monitor I had before. Great value for the money as well

Very smooth and crisp!
My phone doesn’t do the monitor screen justice, but this monitor is very well made and easy to put together. It even came with an adapter cable in case you dont have a usb2 port. But you will need the smaller piece should you need to use the adapter cable. (:
For someone who was used to using TVs as a monitor this is an especially nice upgrade!

This monitor is great , was delivered fast and was super easy to assemble runs games good you just have to switch it to the 240hz otherwise it flashes but hey that’s why I got because I wanted the refresh rate.
Has two HDMI slots so I plugged my laptop and my PlayStation into it and both work great.
Solid monitor and you can’t beat the price would definitely recommend.

For the price the monitor is perfect, the 244hz and ips are remarkable and for the price it is great but the base shows that it has been very economized and of a low quality although acceptable for the price since the monitor is of great quality.
