My elderly mother is in a care home that has very poor 2g / GSM and we were needing a 4G phone with big buttons that was simple to use.
This phone ticks the boxes, and she is once again able to make and receive calls, however if I was to make any improvements it would be to increase its size a little as I find elderly folk prefer a slightly larger handset, and I would also increase the battery size as it’s very small and requires regular charging with relatively little use.

Got this for an older person who had never had a mobile phone. Easy to use, nice size buttons. Easy for them to navigate through the menu.

My elderly mum wears this on the lanyard provided and I give it a healthy five star rating for 1. Big buttons
    2. Simple to operate
    3. Peace of mind as it as easy to use as a pendant alarm
    4. Well built an sturdy

I would definitely recommend this if needing to provide reassurance for an elderly relative.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI got this for my Nan in hospital, great purchase. Charge lasts forever and is simple (perfect for her as all she wants it for is texts and phoning!)

Bought phone for my mum who’s just gone into residential care and is not the best with modern technology. She seems to be working it ok just for phone calls at present after a few issues but that’s not down to the phone! Good for seeing numbers but neat and tidy.

This is exactly what I wanted. An inexpensive standalone, yet portable phone with no net functionality. Simply make and receive calls and texts. We use it solely as a communal phone which endlessly sits on its charging dock on a table in our hall. I don’t know how long a full battery charge would last as it is forever on it’s dock. No more people asking to use your phone as they’re out of credit.

Good big dial buttons and feels robust. Sound quality is good too. I would recommend it.

Bought this for my father in law who is 85 years and still likes to keep In touch with his grandchildren (teenagers) via text. He had an iPhone but we started getting quite strange text from him because his fingers were too shaky and paid for the buttons.
He didn’t want to lose independence so when I found this phone we thought we would give it a try.
He is now back to texting the grandchildren and says the phone is brilliant.
It was easy to set up it’s easy to charge as it fits into the little holder so they fit the wires or connectors had a battering since last a long time. Great investment.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersNice and compact phone. Easy to see, clear button and screen. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a phone for a partially sighted person or someone with dexterity issues. It’s not hi-tech, it’s not flash, but it seriously does the basics very well.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe phone is easy enough to setup and there is a charging dock included as well. Buttons are quite big for this one and It works quite well. Battery life lasts for ages as it doesn’t really use much power at all so you don’t need to worry about that side of it. Speaker is loud and clear so don’t need to worry about having issues that end. There are quite a few features on it as well and its quite easy to use so overall, it’s a decent phone for mainly older people or if you just want a burner one.

Bought it for my Dad who is hard of hering first off great volume, the key presses have tone though turned this off for him as could get anoying, what was good was also stated the number pressed through the speaker and this would be helpful for partialy sighted. for me it was very easy to use and intuitive. garet adition of the cradel so you can charge it.
