Fantastic - should have had them years ago!
After balancing on top of a step ladder to access the loft for years I finally decided to splash out and invest in these telescopic ladders, and so very pleased I did. They are very sturdy and with the added security of the hooks, I can now go confidently and easily through the hatch into the loft. They do feel fairly heavy but fully compressed and secured with the safety strap they are easy to carry about, and easy and compact to store away. I bought the 3.2M length and have 3 or 4 rungs to spare going through a probably 8 foot high ceiling hatch. As I say, very sturdy and wish I’d had them years ago.
This is the second time I have purchased this ladder, due to loaning it out and not getting it back. Great value for the price. Very sturdy, and I feel safe using it. Excellent loft ladder, but has been used inside and out.Not the lightest of ladders, but easy enough to carry about. I’d definitely recommend, but keep it to yourself…DO NOT LEND OUT!!Be warned.

Great solution to my problem
The product is excellent and solved all of my problems. It does need a third hand however I have coped.
Lightweight and easy to use, just watch when shortening as you may loose a finger! It is quite savage when collapsing.
Sturdy though and feels firm enough when your on the steps.
Only gripe is we keep it in a cupboard as its so compact and it now smells of oil. I guess the step runs must all be oiled for ease of use.

Outstanding bit of kit. Under no illusion that it’s best suited for house tasks (getting into the loft etc) and wouldn’t suit someone doing trade work, but nonetheless it is perfect for us. Very impressed.

Light weight and easy to handle
Light weight and easy to handle.
Must be careful when lowing as you could get your hands jammed between steps.
Good value for money.
Excellent ladder, but because the steps are at right angles to the uprights – it hurts to climb in bare feet or socks. So not such a great loft ladder. I have a choice: go downstairs to get my shoes or set the ladder almost vertical to get the steps almost flat.
I Could not have purchased a better produc
This is an excellent product, extremely stable and easy to use. Add the fact that it is reasonably priced and promptly delivered and you have an absolute excellent customer experience.
The non-hand trapping feature is also a major plus point.
Great ladder, which is very light. The only down side is when collapsing it some of the rungs don’t come down on their own and need pushing down. We also use a 3.8m version which is heavier and this doesn’t happen and so suspect its because of its light weight.
