The sound card is great clear and decent volume. Highly recommended. Will monitor it over next few weeks and probably purchase another. Impressed.

This laptop is by far the best I’ve ever owned. Brilliant quality and exceptionally fast. Would have bought one for my partner too, but sadly they’re out of stock!!!
Good value for money
I used it for a few days now and it seems to be working well. It’s lightweight use to use and has a lovely soft overlay for the keyboard so it doesn’t hurt your fingers! I have arthritis so for me this is a great feature.

Don't expect all singing and dancing
Lightweight and almost flimsy. Wouldn’t like to drop it and expect it to survive. Speed is average at best so again don’t expect miracles

First day only but seems a great little machine for the money. Comes preloaded with the Microsoft office for 12 months, camera quality seems really acceptable for the price. So far so good 🙂

As an update (03/02/22) – not sure why but the keyboard has started to freeze for no reason. It is frustrating but not causing too much trouble except I have to restart the laptop. I’m still happy with the purchase however.

I’ve had this little beauty for around a month. It fits the bill of what I needed. I’m not pushing this thing too hard. I use it for web surfing, online poker, email and sometimes Football manager 11. I’ve installed a driver updater and a free antivirus program which are perfectly good for me. I intend to upgrade the storage and memory when I have the funds and have done the research. It’s not lightning fast (although it does boot quickly) but for 200 I think I’ve chosen very well.

Great Little Laptop
This Laptop is small and very useful for light PC tasks, It comes with Windows 10 which needs updating to
20H2 and other security patches which does take a while. There’s not much HD space left after Windows
has finished so i have purchased a M.2 22*42 SSD from Amazon to give me some more space.
It happily plays Microsoft Card games and Majhong but do not expect it to play things like Grand theft Auto,
It will not.

This is the laptop I wish for. It has a very affordable price tag but its specifications are just right for my purpose. I am using it for my modest business routine (book keeping, customers correspondence etc)and the preinstalled Microsoft office is a good convenience. After the first year free subscription I can have some better idea about my exact need and can make a more informed decision on my software set up.At the moment I am quite confident that its performance will be sufficient. By the way its light weight is a real merit as I need to work on move sometimes. And it doesn’t take much desk space if I have to sit down to do something bigger. In a nutshell I am very satisfied with this purchase. Nothing fancy but it is practically good.

Microsoft subscription misleading
Despite the laptop promoting a free 12 month subscription with Microsoft (clearly stating on a sticker on the bottom left of the keyboard), Microsoft will try and collect 80 after one month of signing up unless you cancel 2 days before. This should be addressed by the seller as I have seen a few people have been caught out by this. Fortunately I saw the email from Microsoft just in time to cancel!

Great light weight laptop. I been thinking about to buy a laptop for a while. Didn’t find a nice price and good value one. The one i got now is thin and Lightweight. Easy for me to carry out And also it has great Battery Life. Which last for long hours.
Economic Laptop, perfect for Home schooling
Fully functioning laptop, excellent for home schooling during lockdown.
Screen quality is very good, camera is more than adequate and battery life is good.
I have loaded it with Office 365, Norton 360 and various other SW apps and it functions fine.
Live communications using MS Teams and Zoom work very well..
All in all an excellent product for the price and more than capable of coping with most every day requirements.

My partner bought me this laptop last Christmas to use for Microsoft word and browsing and I could not have asked for a better laptop at a great price. I am still using it when computing as it is fast and lightweight. My cousin, also a student, bought the same laptop a few months ago and was also very surprised how good it works for the low price.
I got my mum one as well 2 months ago although the cable got stuck in the laptop and she was unable to use it so I contacted the sellers and they made everything so easy in getting a replacement and paid for the post for my mum to send the laptop back and get a new one. I am doing this review as a shout out to Gloryer. She was so professional, kind and made everything so easy for me with exchanging my mums laptop, especially as I live in a different country. Lightweight Laptop
Delivered promptly and in excellent condition. Light and compact – just what I was looking for!
Bought to replace an aging laptop to deal with my writing needs, this machine is delightfully light in weight and accessible to me as a one-handed typist, with Win10 allowing sticky shift and control keys. More than that, it runs a full version of Microsoft Word 365 and the Amazon KDP Publishing tools. It was easy to set up and I was able to use it straight out of the box to publish my first book on the Amazon Kindle Store. The screen is beautiful in colour, contrast and resolution. The 4G RAM and 64 G eMMC are adequate. Battery life at some 6 hours between charges is okay. And without moving parts – fan, hard disk – it’s wonderfully robust. My aging laptop is feeling forlorn – I shall have to give it a hug; its years of sterling service will never be forgotten! But Jumper have shaken my decades of loyalty to a certain well-known computer manufacturer of considerable standing – and expense!

Great laptop, great price
Ordered this on Saturday night and it arrived on Monday morning. Laptop looks great. Set up easier than expected with “Cortana” (the Alexa of this laptop) talking me through it. When I went to set up Office, I was given the option to get a family bundle for one month rather than an individual subscription for a year…. but on following the instructions in the product details on the Amazon website, I was able to get the yearly subscription – and without giving credit card details for the following year! I had been using Windows 7 so Im still navigating my way around Windows 10, takes a while to get used to new icons and ways of doing things… I’m very pleasantly surprised with this laptop – sleek, modern and a great price! And I love the keyboard overlay as my kids pulled some of the buttons off my last laptop! Keeps it clean too and will make the laptop last longer. Only (small) downside is size, I’d like it to be slightly bigger, but having said that its only a tiny bit smaller than my old Thinkpad. I was torn between getting this and going for a more expensive (and heavier) Acer with less storage….. but very happy with this purchase

UPDATE. CUSTOMER SERVICE DID COME BACK AND APOLOGISE FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO ASSIST. Laptop is all it says but it was to come with 1 year free Microsoft 365. The instructions provided are terrible and when it was clear I was going to get only one month free due to not providing the detail required, I contacted Jumper. They were most unhelpful. Telling me one rep for whole area that was very busy. Basically directed me to Microsoft to resolve. I object to having to do it but needed the software so did contact MS. They did help me but it took me over an hour constantly on line trying to give relevant information and remote session . Would not buy from Jumper again.

Happy with purchase, for the price it is good quality. It is fast so far and the metal casing is robust. The screen is very nice and difficult to smudge. I really like the keyboard as it is more responsive than a MacBook which I would say is very similar.
