5 product features you should know

Many of our products do not show at first glance what they can. That’s why a closer look is worth it. We have deepened for you in the details of these products and show you some (perhaps unknown) product features.

As a guitarist, you will probably be exactly if you are desperately looking for your pick as you do if you occasionally search for your wallet, keys and other small items. You might think it’s in your pocket, but no. The only possible conclusion is that there must be a hole in your bag. Whether there is a causal relationship between your bag and the mysterious disappearance of these everyday items is still unclear. But it is solid: A solution is urgently required. In order to meet this need, we have developed a kind of “emergency memory” in the guitar stands “Heli 2” and “Guardian”. It can hold at least two guitar picks, so you always have one on hand when you need one.

Life is full of surprises. Admittedly, this is nothing new, but anyone who has ever stood on stage will tell you it’s true. The monitor speaker can sound tin or your wireless microphone does not work, and then the DI speaker will be powered up and turned off, and your equipment will be wobbly. However, as an experienced musician, you know that there is a solution for every small problem. With the adjustable foot end caps, which are integrated into various K&M keyboard and device stands, uneven floors are no obstacle. To adjust the foot end caps to the floor, all you have to do is twist it. It’s a little more elegant solution than grabbing a stack of coasters from the bar.

The rehearsal room and tidiness may be polar opposites. Nevertheless, you have to be at least a little tidy, and an intelligent cable management system is an easy option For example, you can guide cables through the cable clamp. For Omega, however, you can attach the cables to the frame with flexible Velcro straps. In addition to the pedal cable, you will also find space for a power cord, effects device cable and your laptop charger. For the Omega we also carry an optional cable organiser that allows you to hide the charger, multiple plugs and similar items. Keeping order is a breeze

Sound technicians and employees are amazingly stoic and calm at Gigs. This has a reason. They rely on their experience, habits and knowledge of working with good and reliable equipment. Good equipment is not just a preference. It also makes the work of all faster, more reliable and convenient. That’s why our base plates for speaker stands have an integrated carry handle. The handle gives you a secure grip, a clear advantage with some of this weight. The base plate also features an opening for cables that allows you to lay cables neatly and neatly under the base plate.

You’ve probably heard that we have expanded our product range with products to protect your health. Disinfectant stand, columns and holders are now available in K&M quality. But in fact, we’ve always worked to develop stools, orchestral seats and other items that are not only functional, but also ergonomically designed to do good for your health.

This has a simple reason. As a musician, you have to do with heavy equipment: Tube amplifiers, active speakers or a keyboard definitely have weight. So that you do not have to carry too much weight over your head when setting up speakers, our speaker stands have a mounting aid. This allows you to guide the flange of the speaker directly onto the speaker stand.

This is my second K&M multi guitar stand. The size and stability are great but they’re on the high priced side.

This is a great stand. Hold all my basses securely. Stands them all pretty much straight up, so you can get them a little closer to the wall. Doesn’t mark up the finish as far as I can see. A little expensive, but definitely worth it.

Easy to assemble, instructions clear and concise, sturdy, does the job.

It’s very lightweight, but it is strong. The places that touch the guitars are soft and rubbery. It comes fully assembled and unfolds and clicks into place solidly. No complaints.

My wife gave the stand to me as a gift. I play banjo mostly, and am using it for that. It works really well for my open back banjos as long as the pot is 11″ or greater. The only thing that would make it better is a retaining/safety strap. But, to be honest, they sit in there nice and solid and don’t rotate due to the hooks etc on banjo. Not sure how well it will work with a resonator banjo, but it works great with guitars.

I think I can squeeze in 10 open back banjos too!

    Really nice

I love this electric guitar rack/stand. I bought it because my small collection of guitars was taking up too much room in my office when placed on separate stands. It is comparatively pricey, but you generally get what you pay for. Note: this model is not for acoustics, so make sure you order the right model, as already suggested by others.

It is very rugged and designed well to keep the guitars from banging into each other, and easily holds the weight of the three electric guitars and one bass that I currently store in it. (I definitely see another guitar in my future. I wouldn’t want to waste a slot. I’m sure the wife will understand.) I bought it with the castor wheel kit – installation was trivial – which makes moving the rack about my office very easy, an important consideration when cleaning the office.

I read the concerns of some about their instruments discoloring the translucent rubber material or the rubber material discoloring their instruments. I purchased a couple rolls of grey felt tape and put that on the stand where the guitars rest on the rubber. It works beautifully, and looks as if it were designed to be there. See pictures.

My only concern is there is no strap at the neck to hold the guitars in the stand. I live in earthquake country and I could imagine a “roller” toppling the guitars out. I think Velcro strips or GearTies wrapped loosely about the guitar necks holding them to the stand would be a good solution.

All in all, an excellent stand for 5 electric guitars.

    Great Stand

The highest compliment is to say it’s just a stand. You plonk a guitar on it and it keeps the guitar safe and conveniently available for the next time you want the guitar. There’s no fuss, nothing fancy to look at, and nothing to worry about.

A really good design. Compact, sturdy and simple. I have 5 electric guitars on it, they were all on individual stands previously, but this is a much better solution. I like the fact it is made quite clear that the contact points of the stand won’t mark the guitar finish – and my experience over the last couple of months shows no marks on any of my guitars. It’s virtually impossible to knock the guitars over and they’re not going to fall out.

It’s not the cheapest stand, but the cost is insignificant compared to the cost of the guitars.

Once I have persuaded my wife to let me have another few guitars I will unhesitatingly buy another of these excellent stands.

Excellent stand. A bit more expensive but surely the best stand out there.
    Well worth the money.

Quality as expected with this guitar stand. Casters to add mobility had to be purchased separately but that wasn’t a game changer. Yes, it’s a bit pricey but this is a good example of ” you get what you pay for”. Sturdy is a good word to describe the function and design. Easy to set up and collapse. It really does save space and I’m very happy with the purchase.

Ich habe mir bereits viele verschiedene Modelle angeschaut. Stabilitt, Platz fr 4-5 E-Gitarren und angenehme Haptik bzw. Wertigkeit waren meine Kriterien.

This stand is well worth the money. Before purchasing this stand I had multiple single stands taking up a large area of my room, and this stand has greatly reduced that foot print. I will also say I trust my guitars and basses being in this stand more so than sitting on the individual stands. I did a shake test of shaking the stand some with the guitars sitting in it, and they did not budge! I highly recommend this stand for anyone wanting to safely hold their instruments while great reducing the amount of space used! I will be buying another one in the near future!

Very sturdy stand holds each instrument securely and really isolates each from banging into the adjacent guitar. No assembly at all. Ready to go out of the box. The only negative is the price but when you factor in the cost of the instruments it’s likely to hold, that becomes insignificant. The quality of the material and superb functionality of design make this aN example of “you get what you pay for”.

It does what it’s supposed to and the rubber it’s made from seems to protect my guitars well enough. Still seems expensive but otherwise solid.

I was looking for a simple, space efficient, secure stand to hold a handful of guitars and am pleased with my purchase. I looked around quite a bit both online and at GC and felt like this had pretty much the best features of the bunch. It folds and would be easy to transport if needed. The rubber (silicone based I guess) protective material on the bottom, sides and top where it touches the guitar is great…way better than felt or whatever material the others are using. I was using a pair of hercules stands (2 guitar stands) and while I’ve got nothing bad to say about them they do take up space. Also, living in California, I’m always thinking about having something secure enough in an earthquake so that the guitars don’t fall or end up banging against the wall. I think this stand wins on that count as well vs. the hercules type hanging stands. Anyway…I like it and would buy another if needed. It’s easy on my guitars, easy to access, very stable, looks good, etc…really not much to complain about other than maybe if it was my design I would have probably put some sort of strap up near the neck holder to ensure that even in an earthquake none of the guitars could fall.

This stand is expensive but is a much higher quality than others. I have nice instruments and I want them to be safe. I’ll always use K&M.

This is my second K&M guitar stand. I also ordered castors for both as well. Finally getting the guitars out of their cases and ready for playing. The guitars feel secure and no marring occurs getting them out or putting back in place. If the needs arise (you know…just one more guitar) I would buy a third rack from K&M!

I’ve tried a few of the cheaper stands and while they sort of work, this one is the pinnacle. It’s so well thought out and what I love most is that the guitars are somewhat spaced out and when you combine that with the baffles between them, it makes it very hard to bang guitars into each other when taking in our out. The grippy material holds the guitars so well you almost don’t even need to rest the neck at the top (although you still should, LOL). I think it might be slightly overpriced considering it’s all plastic, but it works so well! A great product all around.

This is the second K & M 5-way guitar stand that I have purchased.
They are very good and do what they are meant to do straight out of the box.
Delivery from Germany was within a week of placing the order.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our Usersfirst off, it’s a great stand and It does it’s job well. I can’t say that it does it better than any other stand, but for the price it’s a well-built stand. It has a soft rubber type material everywhere your guitars come in contact with the stand which is supposed to be safe for nitrocellulose finishes, so that’s nice. I knocked one star off because it does not come with casters, you have to buy those separately, and no retailers stock them, so if you want them get ready to wait a month for a special order. For the price of the stand, they could have included casters. One of my other guitar stands that was much cheaper came with casters, so it’s definitely frustrating that this one doesn’t.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI use to put my five guitars on regular guitar stands in the corner of my office. This took up 8’x8′ of space. I was constantly smacking guitars into each other while changing instruments. With the K&M stand the area is reduced to about 2’x1.5′ which is awesome! I only wish it came with rollers by default.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersExpensive, but best quality multi-stand out there. Clear (colorless) elastomer portions keep your nitrocellulose finished guitars from getting “stained” black. The optional wheels are highly recommended as they roll exceptionally smooth and are silicone coated so they wont damage my hardwood floors. I have four of these stands (two 5-guitar models and two 3+1 models) and they have been a game changer for managing all my (too many) bass guitars in a small space.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersReally nice quality stand, it’s absolutely worth the price. Although not ideal for acoustics (this version is designed and perfect for 5 electric guitars), it not only fits my Martin OOO-15 as well, but I could even put my larger Yamaha dreadnought in by slightly bending the flexible rubber dividers. Keep in mind though that this model is not designed for acoustics, but I wanted a smaller footprint stand for 3 electric and 2 smaller bodied acoustic guitars and this fits the bill perfectly.

Simply perfect for the job, feels top quality in both design and materials. Holds guitars securely and all hard suraces are well padded to protect the instruments and has nice touchest like a pick holder. Folds easily and smoothly making is very easy to store when not needed. Bought as a gift and the recipient was very pleased
