My first purchase from this seller was the small omelette stone pan. Arrived very quickly, well packaged came will screwdriver to attach handle, very easy to do, but how very thoughtful of the seller to include this. Absolutely loved this pan, no more stuck omelettes, perfect Loved it so much purchased the 24 cm one as well and certainly would recommend this product.

I was genuinley so so impressed with this pan. I was always under the impression that you need to spend a lot on kitchen items in order for them to be good quality. My student budget does not allow for that so I bought this pan and would not change it at all. Its incredibly sturdy and feels/looks so professional when cooking. I am so happy with it I would buy it in more sizes.

I was fed up with ‘non stick’ frying pans lasting only a few months before losing their edge. This was a long term test over 14 months of use to see how long it would last. It’s never been in the dishwasher and only ever used on an induction hob to cook omelettes and eggs. No burgers, meat or high heat and I’ve always washed it by hand with no scourers and kept it in its bag.
After 14 months, it’s gradually darkened in the middle and this morning I was scraping my stuck omlette off the bottom onto my plate. It’s done reasonably well, the handle hasn’t worked loose and the coatings have remained intact. Worth 4 stars but I will try a different make for my next one.

    14 month test.

I never thought I’d get this excited by a pan. It looks good, the wooden handle feels great in your hand, the pan is well balanced. It cooks brilliantly. And it even came with a little screw driver so you could put it together. Well worth every penny spent on it.

I’ve used this frying pan at least half a dozen times now and am very pleased with it. It fries well and seems very sturdy and hardwearing. The frying area is slightly larger than a nominally same size other frying pan that I own. It also looks good. The lid is useful. The knob of the lid seemed a somewhat strange shape at first but because it’s flat at the top you can actually place or store the lid upside down without it constantly rolling about.

I bought one of these to try out as needed a new pan and hadnt tried one with a granite finish before.

I am very impressed with it. Cooks evenly and nothing sticks to it which makes it so easy to clean after use. If I need any more pans I will definitely buy more of these.

I thought the handle would be wooden based on the pictures but its actually some kind of plastic with a slightly rubbery feel. Stays nice and cool and seems to be heat resistant so all good.

Like many people I have had my fair share of non stick pans and they all start off very good but after a few months the non stick starts to go. I’ve only had this pan a few weeks but so far I am really impressed with it. It’s fairly heavy and thick and hardly needs washing. I don’t put it in the dishwasher but just wipe with kitchen roll and that’s all it needs. I’m thinking of buying the larger one too. Hope it is still as good in 6 months time
    .
Now 6 months on and I’m so pleased with the small pan I have ordered the set of 3 so hope these are as good.

I’m not sure how versatile a frying pan can be but these are excellent. Seemingly avoiding the forever chemicals, correct me if I’m wrong. I use mine for scrambled eggs and you can pretty much burn it to buggery but it just takes a wipe to completely clean it.

I was dubious about the claims for this pan, but I needed a new pan desperately, as my old one got scratched. (Someone must have used a metal utensil.)
I washed it and seasoned it first.
Eggs are the way I measure whether a pan is any good. Brilliant. They didn’t stick at all. I get 3 large eggs in my pan.
It works well on my induction hob.
Never use detergent on your pan, or metal utensils, and it should last years.
I’m very happy with my pan.
However, when I checked the pan after unboxing, I noticed a rough edge in the centre. ( a cut out circle in the centre on the underside of the pan) My husband has the tools to fix this, and polished the rough edge. It’s fine now but if it had not been polished out, it could have scratched my glass hob.
I would recommend this pan, and gave it 5 stars.

Very good pan!! Comes with a spare screw apart from the one which you will use and also a screwdriver and a cleaning sponge. The only issue I saw is the crack on the part of the handle which is supposed to be at the pan end where you fasten the screw. Not that it was moving or chipping off, so I did not mind. Hence, a star less.

I bought 2 of the small one by mistake but keeping them both as I like it so much. The medium size is perfect for stir fry or curry and small one for a quick omelette. The lid is also perfectly thought out, as you can see from the picture attached you can leave your cooking spatula/ spoon on top of the lid. I have used it many times since I’ve got it for steaks, omelets, etc. Nothing sticks and it is so easy to clean, most of the time I just use a paper towel and wipe it clean after use. Have used this pan for several months now and it has remained in great condition. I seasoned it first with a little oil then removed that with paper towels and try to only clean it with paper towels or a soft sponge and a bit of soapy water. It’s a really good none stick pan especially when used with silicone spatulas and scrappers also found on Amazon. Have dry fried eggs and omelettes with great results would definitely recommend all three size options

This is a really terrific frying pan. I bought it because my old one had a warped base and wobbled around on the hob. I’ve been using it every day for stirfries etc. It washes perfectly and easily. I use it on a ceramic hob and the only slight worry is slight heat marks coming on base although I’m careful to clean it. I would say it could really benefit from a lid as it’s big enough to use for all sorts of cooking. For some reason they only seem to come on saut pans which have straight sides. I’m not sure if this company makes saucepans but I’m so impressed I’d be interested in those too. It’s definitely worth the money and the handle looks and feels good too.

Only used this half a dozen times so far, but extremely pleased with it. Cannot comment on durability yet though. Before buying I spent ages unsuccessfully trying to find out what part is measured to give the dimension – turns out the 24cm is the inside of the widest part at the rim – the internal size at the base is much smaller, about 20cm, so will not take 4 large bacon rashers at once for example. Really pleased with the way it cooks though – fried a sirloin steak last night to perfection with no hint of it sticking. By the way, the handle is Bakelite – not wood as suggested by some reviewers.
May well get the other 2 sizes when I pension off my old pans.

Golden Review Award: 23 From Our UsersWith Shrove Tuesday just passed we discovered the omelette and pancake pan was passed its non-stick life. To be fair it has given many years of good service. Having used granite pans we know how well they work and decided we would get one like that.

It arrives in a decent retail box. The handle is separate from the pan. It’s simply a case of screwing the handle to the pan and for this, they have included a screwdriver. A nice touch.

As well as the granite surface, the pan also has a solid aluminium base for even heat distribution on any stove. The one edge of the pan has a handy pour spout for draining excess oil.

The pan is dishwasher proof, but it is recommended to be hand washed. This is something we always do anyway. Handwashing is so easy with its non-stick coating, so why bother putting it in the dishwasher?

Overall, a very competent pan for the money. I hope that helps.

This is a so called “stone” frying pan, well I don’t know about all that but I liked what was said about it so why not try it. This was delivered in a box, it also came with a sponge/scourer and a loose handle that you fit yourself, when you fit tit together it is a “PERFECT FIT”,, Unbelievable I know,, it is a ‘soft feel’ handle and I think it is some kind of composit not real wood (which is what it looks like). The pan is a thickish metal but it feels lighter than you would think, when I use it I find that I have to keep turning the heat down from what I usually have it, so, it must be working better. It cooks everything I have tried so much better than normal, quicker and much more even, I still find it hard not to add some fat, I’m just used to that, but after use I just wipe it with kitchen towel and it is clean, I just use soapy water with a brush to finish off. I know it is just a frying pan but I am sold! Next time I need a Bigger frying pan (which I use most) I will be buying a bigger size one of this make.

My wife is a foodie and I am an engineer who likes to cook and has an eye for great kitchen items: pots, knives and gadgets. I have been searching for a top-of-the-line omelet pan. I have looked at Le Cruset, Tefal, Chef’s Professional etc and the non-stick pots were very expensive. We all see adverts and try it at home, never able to replicate what we saw of TV or with some non-stick pans, may last a few weeks.

This is a great non-stick pan at a great price. I have cooked my eggs with a small amount of butter or spray oil and the stuck egg or items is easily moved on rather then being burnt-in. I do like the surface of the pot, it seems longer lasting.
    – I have only been using the pan for 1 week, but fingers crossed.

Golden Review Award: 60 From Our UsersI was super sceptical that this would be a good purchase, partly because it’s from a Chinese Seller and I’ve too too many poor experiences on Amazon from Chinese Sellers. In this case, it would be wrong to think like that. These are hands down the best frying pans I have ever owned and lately I was a very faithful Le Creuset purchaser particularly after watching the movie Hard Water – the Teflon story – so scary. Anyway – I don’t know how they do it, but these Frying Pans are awesome. They are not only free of nasty Teflon related chemicals, they are sturdy, come in different sizes, have revolutionised hob cooking and best of all need very little oil or fat to cook (which is healthier and great for the waistline) but also are super easy to clean. Having had these now for about 9 months – I am confident in recommending and would give this more than 5 stars if I could

Golden Review Award: 14 From Our UsersI normally buy Tefal…..

Saw this and thought lets give it a try as Tefal is pretty expensive just now for the expertise range.

Must say on delivery, this pan hit all the right notes. Was delivered in a custom bag which made it feel a little special to be honest. The handle feels good and the pan is a good weight. More importantly the base is flat. The oil does not collect around the outside edge for example.

Currently using on an induction hob and it feels as if it is almost floating. Heat transfer is even. My worry is that there is a warning on the one piece of packaging that says do not let a gas flame go up the side of the pan to avoid damage. Pretty impossible to do that with a gas hob to be honest considering there is a hole in the metal base plate in the centre of the pan where the flame could go.

Overall, buy it if you have an electric hob. Careful if you have a gas hob.

  86. Anonymous says:

     United Kingdom

I was tempted to take off one star because the pan does tip over on a gas hob unless you place it carefully. But then again, I think this is the kind of pan is not intended to use in that way. It’s great for tossing and using with chopsticks or a ladle for recipes that need you to shake or toss what’s inside – like the oozy omelette for omurice. A larger or heavier pan would strain your wrist, and you need a reasonably long handle to gett any kind of tossing motion right. So for that reason it’s perfect. Haven’ty used it yet for pancakes, but I’m sure it’s good for that too.

Bought for my son to take to University. Just the right size for two fried eggs or an omelette – key elements of his cooking repertoire! Good and non-stick – the sort of non-stick which is not going to peel after a couple of months. Feels sturdy. Plastic, wood-effect handle, which is smooth and solid. Recommend.

An attractive and good looking frying pan that deserves a place in your kitchen. It’s weighty and feels solid and is easily cleaned after use. The wooden handle is good and comfortable to use. Make sure you don’t use oil sprays as this spoiled my last non stick frying pan. One issue is the pouring lip is easier to use for right handed people but my wife who is left handed still gives it her thumbs up.

This is as good, if not better than other well known non stick frying pans. It cleans easy and looks great with the wooden handle. One small problem, the base that sits on the hob is small therefore it topples over very easily unless you have a weighty object in the pan.

I use my frying pan for omelettes, stories ans frying home-made burgers. As long as I look after it, I expect many years’ service from it. I only use it on an induction hob, which is why I bought this one in particular. The only thing I wish it had is a lid, as I don’t have any metal pans I can borrow one from!

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersLovely pan, had to buy a trivet to try to stop it tipping…

Handle is too heavy and causes pan to tip.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersHugely impressed with how non stick this is. Nothing has stuck so far and it washes really easily (nice touch that it came with a washing pad) Let’s hope it lasts. Really like the look of it too – the wooden look handle is actually metal which I didn’t see in the photos but nonetheless nice.

Golden Review Award: 21 From Our UsersThe delivery was very quick, price really goad, quality is excellent and very easy to wash. I Have useD it for pancakes and also chicken So far! It cooks it really well and the pan is perfect size for making pancakes. I have only fried 1 piece of chicken at a time with plenty of room for more, and non stick is excellent no need to use oil. Cooks the chicken perfect and tastes so good! Would recommend to anyone.
