Brilliant radiator!
We are in the middle of doing our house up and have just had central heating installed. We bought this radiator for the living room and kitchen (which is all in one) and its heats up the area perfectly. it looks very smart too!

Excellent radiator but need to install carefully
This is an excellent radiator which has good output and really looks the part. Only warning would be it is heavy. The person who installed ours tried to install directly onto our new build wall and within a few days it was coming from the wall (installer issue, not radiator issue). A wooden insert had be to be used behind the plasterboard and since then no issues. Something to consider if installing to new build walls. That apart highly recommended.
Solved problem with cold kitche
The radiator in my kitchen was too small for the job and with limited space a tall radiator seemed the best option. We had to keep door to sitting room closed as cold air circulated through. This radiator was perfect it arrived quickly in perfect condition with easy to follow instructions any competent DIY person could fit it, once fitted the heat output was fantastic it heats the room well and has solved the problem. I did need to bleed it twice once on day of fitting and on second day it had cold spot so another bleed solved it and its been running ok ever since, fast to heat up also. The only thing I would say is make sure you have the connectors as it doesn’t come with the valves attached

A very good radiator at a very good price! Easy to install just take your time measuring up. If you have a dot dab plasterboard wall invest in some quality fixings, the radiator is heavy! It comes with instructions and it has stickers telling you what is top or bottom and inlet and outlet. this radiator has replaced my kitchen plinth heaters, it has transformed the kitchen it’s now warm without the drone from the old plinth heaters.

Lost a star as didn’t contact me regards delivery options, states when placing order they would but by luck my husband was off work for delivery as I also bought a smaller radiator and he had to assist delivery man to get in house. Good quality and my go to gas man said it was easy to fit, I just bought the recommended fitting when ordering.

A plumber fitted it for us and it seemed quite easy – it’s in a conservatory and looks very stylish. It heats up quite well although you would have to have additional heating to enable you to sit out there in winter. A great addition to the home. Thoroughly recommend it!

I’ve put this radiator in my kitchen and it’s perfectly easy to adjust temp. especially when cooking gets a little hot. I can now open my back door fully as the previous radiator was too wide and the door always knocked the rad when it was opened.

Great Radiator And Gives Off Lots Of Hea
We bought this to fit in with the colour scheme of our newly fitted kitchen and to also reduce the space taken up by the old one.
It arrived on time and unlike a few other reviewers in perfect condition and not slanted or damaged.
The radiator also gives off lots of heat compared to the old one it replaced. For those that say it doesn’t give of much heat, I would suggest your plumber or installer didn’t do a balance test on your heating system and didn’t adjust it to accommodate the new radiator.
All in all very pleased with this radiator.

Very modern looking and perfect for our garage conversion as it takes up little room, it did come missing 2 brackets but the swift response and professional attitude in resolving the issue tells me this is a rare ocurance.

I am a heating engineer and decided to go with these radiators in my own home, good value for the price and look a treat!!
We’ve had this radiator installed about 18 months in our kitchen/diner. It was excellent over winter and got really hot when needed, and radiated the heat into the room well. Once on the wall, it looks very smart and stylish.
It took both our builder and our plumber to install this radiator due to its weight, and they fastened it to the wall with extra fixings.
Mar 2021 update: we were very happy with this radiator over this past winter too! It keeps the kitchen nice and cozy.
We think this radiator is great, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Delivery was fast, taking just a couple of days. As previously mentioned, it is darn heavy, so have a strong friend on call to help move it when delivered.
Good all round radiator, for heat output and style
We haven’t installed this yet due to current situation. Have bought other NRG radiators that have been installed for over a year and they are very good in terms of heat output. They are also stylish and what we wanted for the house

Bought to revamp our bathroom. Went for the ‘double’ version as we’d rather be too warm than not warm enough as thermostatic valves can be used (matching valves bought too). Looks absolutely superb as part of the colour co-ordination in the room.
Beware, as it’s a rather heavy product and could well require a second person to help lift onto the brackets after marking out and drilling (solid wall). However it was installed by the plumber without too much moaning lol.

I have now purchased 3 of these radiators in varying sizes and absolutely love them! I am currently renovating an old house, and replacing the old style horizontal radiators one by one. They were delivered promptly and packaged well. The only thing I would say regards installation is they are very heavy to hang onto the wall, therefore I’d recommend taking this into consideration if installing onto a stud walls and have good fixings, but as I’ve got internal brick walls so there was no problem. Other than that they were easily installed and heated up no problem. The heat they throw out is amazing and that’s why I love these vertical radiators. As soon as they come on, I’ve got two of them in bedrooms, you immediately feel the heat travelling towards you which certainly helps in getting out of bed on cold winter mornings. They heat the rooms amazing well compared to horizontal radiators that I have replaced and I will certainly be replacing the rest of my radiators with these!

Cannot fault the radiator. Just as others have reviewed it’s a lot of radiator for not a lot of money.
I fitted this radiator in my new extension, and it looks an performs well. The double radiator only sits about 15mm from wall, so it doesn’t stick out too much.
A cautionary note: the radiator has labels indicating flow / return, this is because there is a block in the radiator which forces the water up the first two bars of the radiator and down the remaining bars. So it’s best to observe the labels.
Your system may need tuning - but worth it.
What a good looking rad! Please note: it is HEAVY!! And, because your system has to pump hot water UP the rad you will need to tune your heating to allow for it. We did, and the effect is noticeable – if you don’t. Just make sure you get the flow/return set up correctly. A very good looking rad. Very happy.

These radiators look very stylish and generate plenty of heat once installed.
My only concern and reason for 4 Stars, is that despite the radiators being wrapped in plastic, polystyrene packaging and sturdy cardboard boxes, of the 3 radiators I ordered, 2 were marked,1 slightly the other more seriously, so much so that I ordered some radiator touch up paint to mask/repair the damage.
Luckily my plumber was able to remove the marks without the need to use the touch up paint but it would have been better not t have had the concern in the first place.

I only purchased these back in June, so not really needed in the current weather we are enjoying. But I have had these switched on to test, and they radiate heat nicely, and are great to look at. Friends have already said you must have paid a fortune for these, and are surprised by the actual cost.. Will have to wait till winter to give some feedback, after extended use, but at present happy to recommend these
