Unfortunately, the shipping box got destroyed with a huge hole in the box. A piece of the wheel was missing. Amazon wanted me to send the tractor back. I called Kettler USA and their customer service and support is fantastic. Kettler sent me the missing piece for free in three days. Don't be alarmed if only one wheel is actively engaged with the pedaling motion, this is normal, something technical that made sense. I thought my son broke it and disassembled the tractor. Kettler customer service was again great and explained to me the reason. Kettler send me the bold that I broke in taking the wheel off again for free in three days. Great toy, if you have an issue call Kettler directly they are happy to help, do not call Amazon for help. Great customer service by Kettler. keine zuverlässige Bedienung der Frontschaufel prompte Lieferung, gute Verpackung, sehr solides Material. Die Beschreibung zum Zusammenbau ist jedoch selbst fr Techniker etwas schwer verstndlich. Die Bedienstange zum Ausrasten der Frontschaufel scheint nicht korrekt zu sitzen. Daher ist fr das Kind keine einfache Einhandbedienung mglich. Sehr schade. Vielleicht eine Folge der nicht optimalen Beschreibung. Ansonsten ein tolles Spielzeug, auch wegen der zahlreichen Optionen zum Nachkauf.

Leider ist die Bedienanleitung sehr mickrig, ein paar Textzeilen wrden da Wunder wirken, oder mal bei anderen schauen, wie sie ihre BAuanleitung erstellen und lesbar machen.
Zum Glck gibts eine Hotline, bei der mir eine Dame erst erklrte, die Funktion des Baggers msste ich auf einem Youtube-Filmchen nachschauen. Als ich ihr erklrte, dass ich im Schuppen, den ich aufgrund der Gre des Spielzeuges fr den Aufbau whlte, kein Internet habe, verband sie mich mit ihrem freundlichen Kollegen, der mir mit wenigen Worten die Handhabung erluterte. Na – es geht doch!

uno spasso Ho scelto il rolllyJunior perch praticamente lo stesso giocattolo del rolly farm trac che allo stesso prezzo (180 eur circa) non ti da la scavatrice posteriore che se comprata a parte costa circa 60 eur. La sola differenza estetica, ma funzionalmente i 2 giocattoli sono uguali in dimensioni e tutto. Quindi consiglio a tutti i rollyJunior e non i farmTrac. Mio figlio ha 4 anni e ci gioca anche in gruppo. Dopo 2 mesi di utilizzo intensivo in campagna ancora perfetto. Ha una sola ruota motrice posteriore ma tutti in giro sono cos (altrimenti dovrebbero montare un differenziale per poter sterzare) e quindi la motricit non proprio eccezionale, ma mio nipote di 6 anni ci va dovunque!

Unica pecca il montaggio, non cos semplice neanche seguendo le istruzioni. Per il resto renderete felice un bambino, grande, robusto e ben realizzato (plastiche resistenti e incastri solidi).
Ottimo rapporto prezzo qualit. Veramente grande nelle dimensioni, perfetto anche per un bambino di 8 anni. Enorme lista di accessori. Unico neo la motricita’ su sassi o terreno fangoso.
