Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersEver since I have this I have great sleeps and I am a bad sleeper. Helps with my hip and shoulder pain and provides ergonomic position. Not only for pregnant women, I recommend for everyone! Even our dog loves snuggling in the curve 🙂

5.0 out of 5 stars A life changing pillow

Debated buying various different pregnancy support pillows to help improve sleep at 28 weeks pregnant suffering with back pain and sciatica. This pillow is brilliant. It’s weighted and therefore feels good quality and I don’t expect it will ‘bunch up’ or go soft in areas as most polyester / synthetic materials would. It feels sturdy but comfortable and my overall sleep comfort has improved. Very supportive, very comfortable and would absolutely recommend.

Got this for my wife at 20 weeks as she was struggling to sleep and feel supported, this has done the trick!
Definitely follow the instructions on leaving it to fluff up for 48 hours as it makes a world of difference!!

I love it and won’t be without it anymore! I’m 20 weeks pregnant and used to sleep soundly before pregnancy but now every night have trouble sleeping because of all the usual suspects, going to the toilet, can’t get comfortable, tossing and turning etc. I’m usually a front sleeper so it’s quite difficulty to get used to side sleeping. I’ve slept with the pillow 3 nights now and I’ve had the best sleep since becoming pregnant. I feel supported on my side if I want to lean back, my arm doesn’t get squashed under the pillow, the pillow isn’t too firm so that it supports my leg and head softly but doesn’t go completely flat when I lie on it. When I opened it I let it inflate for one night and at first thought it didn’t look as big as in the photos and assumed it wouldn’t be a great help and quite flimsy but it’s been amazing and I won’t sleep without it again.

This cushion is really great to sleep with after my abdominal surgery. Very comfortable and easy to get used to. I recommend.

I use to for support at night and to keep my back aligned when sleeping on my side! It is perfect to hold my growing bump!! 🙂

Bought this pillow to help me not sleep on my back, but take some of the pressure off my hip and shoulder. Seems to be doing a good job of this. Feel like I’ve been sleeping better. Was particularly good using it on the couch as well. Not waking up with a cricked neck. Thanks.

I read the reviews regarding the pillow not inflating once opened with them being vacuumed packed but as soon as I pierced the outer plastic it inflated immediately to a lovely fluffy pillow. Really pleased with this buy as it was bought for a female after having surgery and was a fantastic support in the bed to help relieve the awful discomfort on the abdome

Definitely supportive pillow, the U shape prevented me from rolling on my back during sleep which was very useful. I found the top part a bit rigid so used to put another softer pillow on top. I also used it as a support few times to lie on my belly during last few weeks of my pregnancy which is my fav position usually. And now that our LO has moved to the cot bed this pillow is used as a cot bumper and creates nice soft surrounding for him to tuck face in that he loves so much!
So in summary a multifunctional and useful pillow

    Multifunctional pillow

Very nice and comfortable. I still use it! Also helped me with feeding the babies. Occasionally they slept on it too!

This has been a life saver during my pregnancy. I use it every night and can’t imagine not having it. The few times I’ve slept without it I’ve felt achy and uncomfortable. Think I’ll still be using it after the baby arrives!

I brought this as I have difficulty getting comfortable in bed due to Rheumatoid Disease. I needed something that would support my back, hips, shoulders & next all at the same time. You need to leave it to ‘fill out’ for thr first 24 hours when it arrives so it gets it’s full shape & plumps up. What a game changer!! Due to it’s large size & versatile arrangement with extra bit that you can unzip, I can arrange this under all the bits that hurt & need support. It’s soft enough to sleep on but firm enough to give support where needed.
The only reason I haven’t given it the full 5 stars is that it can get quite warm during the night from your body heat. It’s been great over the spring nights but I am wondering if it will be too hot to sleep on during the summer nights?
Ayway, don’t let that out you off – It’s worth every penny in my opinion!

I am so glad I bought this pillow to use as I progressed in pregnancy. It’s fantastic quality and gives the perfect support. I can take the covers off the pillow and wash them. Very soft and I definitely get a good night sleep with it! My husband even snuggles with it from his side of the bed hahahah!

Obviously because she is close now to delivering she has became more uncomfortable but that is through no fault of the pillow
Pillow would be 10/10 for it’s sleep quality support pain relief

I was really struggling to sleep on my side during pregnancy as I would usually sleep on my back or side. I found it was very uncomfortable sleeping on my side all night and was getting aching pains in my hips. After weeks of uncomfortable sleeping this pillow instantly solved that problem and I have slept brilliantly every night since using this pillow. It does take up quite some space in the bed but I couldn’t recommend more, worth every penny!

Took a little while to get it in the best position, which can be frustrating & exhausting when pregnant, but it was worth it, eventually I turned it up side down and now have the head support at the bottom of the bed, as I just couldn’t sleep with my arm over or under the pillow. Having it that way round actually gives more leg support as it’s the length of the bed now, so have ankle support too. Very glad I got one early in my pregnancy as it has made such a difference to getting a decent nights sleep, esspicaly as my bump grows.
I looked at different options before choosing this one & it is definitely money well spent.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI hadn’t been sleeping well as I’m 14 weeks pregnant and hip discomfort started early in my 2nd pregnancy. I was using a cushion from my lounge to put between my knees but still having to turn so much and move the cushion every time I turned which meant I was awake a lot! So something had to be done, my husband had already fled to the spare room as I was so restless it was keeping him awake. So I invested in this pillow and wow what a difference, I can sleep for so much longer on one side now and feel supported and comfortable. I am 6ft so I still use my own pillow for my head and have turned the pharmedoc cushion around so the head bit is at my feet & have unzipped the bit for my back which I use but push into my back, so when I turn on my right side I use the back bit for my knees, this way I’m not having to drag any cushions over myself in the night. It works extremely well for me.
I feel less hip pain and this has improved my sleep no end!! I am confident as my bump grows that this pillow will exceed itself!

This arrived quickly and well packaged. I left it for 48 hours to puff up after its folding and it puffed up perfectly. I am really impressed with the quality of the pillow and the cover. Mine is the grey cover with stars. It has a detachable section in order for you to move it into a different position, whether under your neck, back or knees. I use it for leg exercises and put the extra under my knees. After lying on it over night, it always comes back to its original size for the next night. You can use it as a big wrap around sit up cushion. There is a info card showing what you can use it for. Love it and have bought a spare cover for it. I have recommended this to other friends and family members who just use their pillows for leg, hip and back support.

I waited a few weeks to see if this actually helped me. I am not pregnant, I am 64 yrs old who has struggled to sleep for many years. Tossing and turning all night. And waking up with sore hips. I have tried various pillows but nothing worked until now. This pillow is so comfortable and supportive. I am sleeping better than I have ever slept. It is amazing and I would definitely recommend it.

When my wife was pregnant I got her this pillow, we called it BB (big birtha). It was a great pillow which provided amazing comfort for her while she slept and was at home. I couldn’t recommend it enough for anyone who needs comfort while they are pregnant .

I was sceptical about the pharmedoc pillow, but since it arrived my partner has experienced more comfort and better sleep quality through the night. The pillow gives her firm support and pain relief from lower back pains. We are happy with the product.

Bought for the Mrs to help her sleep. It arrived vacuum packed so took a bit of time to unfurl to its maximum. Its good quality and has a removable cover and has a detachable part which is actually very good. Come to think of it I might nick it off her!?

Great cushion that has helped relieve the pain in my lower back and hips! It’s extremely comfortable and supportive – I no longer wake up lying flat on my back either because of the pillow. The removable cover is great too so can be washed regularly.

I absolutely love this pillow. At first when I bought this I was 16 weeks pregnant. I struggled a week or two to get use to it. Some days I would love it some days I thought I could do without. However as my tummy got bigger. I felt I need more support for my back. This gives me so much support to my back. I feel so comfortable sleeping, this really helped me to sleep on my side more ( I use to sleep on my tummy alot). This pillow helped me sleep on my side more. So glad I got it really early during pregnancy so I got use it in time for my second and third trimester.
I am 26 weeks now and can’t live without it. I have detached the side piece pillow so I have more control of positioning. My husband loves the pillow too. Sometimes when I come to bed late I have to pull it off him as he falls asleep (giving support to his back) lol. I know after I give birth. His gona use it more than me lol. I also use this pillow to give me support under my knee when I watch TV. So I sit up (To avoid laying on my back) and use the end of the pillow (to go under my knees) I always feel the need to bend my knees so this pillow helps. Definitely recommend this.

Love the pillow, has helped with my sciatica. The side with the detachable pillow is a pain as the zip always comes undone and think it would be better if both sides were the same as it’s annoying having to flip it round when I’m wanting to switch sides when sleeping. Still love it though

I suffer from shoulder pain and have gone through numerous pillows over the last year or so. Decided to give this pillow a try even though it was quite expensive.

The quality is outstanding. I am not exaggerating when I say that I slept like a baby and had suffered from no pain at all. The pillow is quite malleable so I could get really comfortable.

Worth every penny and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a second one.

I’m in love! I’ve not had this very long but it’s already improved my comfort while sleeping. I’m nearly 29 weeks pregnant and my last support pillow wasn’t giving me enough support anymore. This pillow is firm yet soft enough to be easily repositioned when a change of sleeping position is needed. I love the detachable pillow. I keep it attached and move as required wether sitting in bed reading or for back support when sleeping. I’m 5ft2 and find this the perfect length for me but depending on your needs if you’re taller you may find it a bit on the short side. However no regrets here, money well spent.

Had the pillow for 3 days now best night sleep I have had in a very long time. Have not woken up in the middle of the night to change positions due to cramp or pain. I no longer get out of bed as soon as I open my eyes – bliss.

The design of this pillow is great with the removable ‘arm’. It’s firm yet at the same time squishy so leaves you feeling comforted and supported at the same time.
The only very slight niggle is that as a tall person I could’ve done with it being longer.
All in all really glad I got this and definitely recommend.

Not as chunky looking as in the picture but oh my is it comfortable. I have hip and back issues so being 7 month preggo means i need alot of support. The smaller cushion unzips and can go under the knees. I’m 5’2 so it’s a wonderful size. Soft cover and regained its shape nicely after taking out of the box.

    Good support, soft and comfortable

I was a bit sceptical of pregnancy pillows… but it turns out they are actually really useful, this one had helped me stop sleeping on my back whilst staying comfortable. It takes up less space in bed than my previous regular pillow configuration – meaning my husband still gets half our king size bed.
My friend had the same one in a double and it takes up just over half.
The cover is removable for washing which is useful. The gap for your arm is also a useful feature.
    Would recommend.
