Diese magnetische Halterung kommt solide verpackt und ist wirklich eine Bereicherung fr jeden Creator (Vlogger, usw.).
ber die Verarbeitung kann ich zu dem moderaten Preis nicht meckern. Der Kunststoff Rahmen macht keinen billigen Eindruck und der Magnet hlt genau so wie man es sich wnscht. Per GoPro Mount (lsst sich ja mittlerweile auch an anderen Systemen adaptieren) kann man diesen die Kamera wunderbar befestigen. Ich nutze diesen bspw. an einer Osmo Pocket (durch den Adapter von DJI) und habe keinerlei Probleme gehabt.
Alles in allem super Produkt zu super Preis! Volle Punktzahl.

Die ULANZI Magnetische Action Kamera Halterung wird gut verpackt geliefert, sie besteht aus verschiedenen Einzelteilen. Im ersten Augenschein wirken die Materialien und die Verarbeitung ordentlich. Eine Anleitung lag bei meinem Exemplar nicht mit dabei, so muss man sich etwas Zeit nehmen, das Prinzip zu verstehen. Die Halterungen fr Actioncams sind inzwischen halbwegs standardisiert, die Schraub-Gelenkverbindung ist blich und in der Funktion eindeutig. Der Sinn der Halterung ist z. B. ber den starken Magneten die Rckseite unter dem Shirt und das Vorderteil dann ber dem Shirt zu platzieren und dann die Magneten zu verbinden. So bleibt die Halterung stabil an ihrem Platz ohne dass etwas permanent beklebt oder fixiert werden muss. Bei mir hat das nicht so richtig funktioniert und vermutlich hat man den stabilsten Effekt, wenn man eine dickere Jacke trgt statt einem Shirt. Grundstzlich funktioniert das Prinzip, auch wenn die Aufnahmen sehr unruhig und wackelig sind. Das ist aber bei bewegten Aufnahmen teilweise auch blich, man muss dann versuchen, im Schnittprogramm noch etwas mehr ‘Ruhe’ zu erzeugen.

Fr bestimmte Situationen ist die ULANZI Magnetische Action Kamera Halterung sicher die geeignete Kamerabefestigung. So ganz glcklich bin ich nicht, aber vielleicht muss ich nur noch etwas mehr ben um die richtige Anwendungsmethode zu finden. Die fehlende Anleitung reduziert die Bewertung. Ich bewerte aus eigener Erfahrung mit 4/5 Sternen.
Dank des 9-Tickets kann man aktuell sehr kostengnstig durch ganz Deutschland reisen. Aus diesem Grund habe ich mich nach einer guten Magnethalterung fr meine Action Cam umgesehen, um meine Reisen dokumentieren zu knnen. So bin ich vor ca. einem Monat hier gelandet und habe die Anschaffung bis heute nicht bereut. Folgende Eigenschaften der Halterung gefallen mir persnlich besonders gut:

Aus diesen Grnden bewerte ich die Magnethalterung auch mit sehr guten 5 Sternen.
Die ULANZI GP-16 magnetische Actioncamhalterung mit Schnellentriegelung wurde schnell und sicher verpackt geliefert. Schon beim Auspacken stellte ich fest, dass sich dieses Produkt von Anmutung, Verarbeitung und Materialien in die gewohnt gute Qualittsreihe aller anderen von mir verwendeten Produkte dieses Herstellers einreihen kann.
Die Anwendung ist auch spielend einfach: Einfach ber das bekannte “GoPro-System” die Kamera jedweden Herstellers – ich habe es mit GoPro Hero 5 Black und DJI Action 1 getestet – an der Halterung mit einer Schraube fixieren. Das Gegenstck um den Hals hngen und unter Hemd, Shirt oder Pullover (ja es gehen auch dnne Jacken problemlos) tragen. Von auen die montierte Kamera aufsetzen, fertig.
Ich finde dieses System genial. Und kenne und nutze es auch gerne mit meiner Insta Go 2, die ein hnliches Halsband bietet. Natrlich sind die Kameras untereinander nicht vergleichbar, dennoch bekommt man so die Mglichkeit auch mit einer normalen groen Actioncam perfekte sogenannte POV-Shots aufnehmen zu knnen, und man muss nicht immer auf die Insta Go 2 zurckgreifen.
Die zweite praktische Anwendungsmglichkeit ist, dass man die zweite mitgelieferte andere Grundplatte einfach auf einem Stativ, Selfistick oder einer langen Pole befestigt, dort dann die Kamera magnetisch anbringt. So kann man sie im Bruchteil einer Sekunde dann schnell entfernen, statt sie immer abschrauben zu mssen. Das ist uerst praktisch.
Und man kann so schnell zwischen einem Stativ-Shot und einem POV-Shot wechseln ohne Umbaustress.
Ich habe ab sofort dieses Set immer in meiner Kameratasche dabei, denn es gibt immer wieder Einsatzbereiche wo man einen oder beide Variante und vor allem den schnellen Wechsel bentigen kann.
Dieses Set ist ein typischer Vertreter der Katergorie “haben ist besser als brauchen”. Ulanzi verkauft das Set hier bei Amazon fr knapp 28 Euro, was ich einen sehr fairen Preis fr die gebotene Qualitt und vor allem Arbeitserleichterung finde. Da sollte man wirklich vorsorglich zuschlagen und es einfach immer in der Tasche dabei haben. Der Moment wird kommen, wo man es brauchen kann. Versprochen!
brigens: Wenn Sie jemanden mit einer Actioncam kennen, ist das auch ein perfektes Geschenk! Es kann sicher jeder irgendwann gebrauchen!
J’ai bien aim ce support magntique, solide , lger et la magntique est trs forte donc il y a aucune moyen que la camra va se tomber tous seul.
Ce support est bien pour les voyages si vous voulez partez en pieds et enregistrer l’environnement sans utiliser vos mains, il suffit juste de l’installer et le placer sur les vtements et vous serez prts.
Le seul point ngatif c’est qu’il n’y a pas un petit adaptateur de fixation livr avec.
donc si votre camra n’a pas un adaptateur de fixation,
ou si il n’y a pas une partie sur la camra qui est faites comme un adaptateur o vous installer votre camra directement avec la snap plaque, c’est impossible d’installer la camra.

Le dballage fut rapide, les diffrents lments tant aimant les uns aux autres.
Vous trouverez trois parties : Une base qui permettra d’accueillir un tour de cou, une partie pour fixer une GoPro (ou autre camra d’action avec fixation en deux crans) et une plaque qui permet de fixer une zone aimante sur la poigne / trpied.
Les trois supports aimants sont emballs dans du papier bulle et sont accompagns d’un tour de cou.
Test :
Je trouve ce petit accessoire trs efficace ! Il permet de garder un support sur la poigne pour une installation facilit de la GoPro sans vissage / devissage, il permet de fixer la camra sur un radiateur, sur votre voiture ou sur d’autres zones mtalliques … C’est vraiment un bon accessoire.
L’utilisation est super facile, l’installation tout autant. Le transport se fait facilement aussi en les aimantant les uns aux autres.
Les plaques sont troues avec seulement 4 aimants aux diffrents coins, le trou au milieu permet de voir l’cran de la camra.
Les aimants collent plutt bien, une fois installs il faudra un peu plus que du vent ou qu’un petit coup pour que a tombe.
Points forts / Points faibles :

Conclusion :
Que vous soyez sportif ou amateur, cet accessoire est fait pour vous. Filmez vos descentes skis sans avoir le harnais complet, aimant le support sur votre voiture pendant des tours de pistes, ou servez vous en juste pour facilement monter et dmonter la camra de la poigne. C’est selon vos envies, mais vous trouverez certainement une utilisation !
Je vous le recommande sans souci, surtout que le prix n’est pas excessif (28,95 l’heure de ce commentaire).
Hierbei handelt es sich um eine magnetische Halterung fr ActionCams. Die Halterung ist von Ulanzi und in typisch guter Qualitt. Das ganze Konstrukt hlt auch recht zuverlssig. Das einzige Problem ist fr mich das insgesamt hohe Gewicht, so dass ich auch am Ende irgendwie Angst habe, dass das ganze doch nicht hlt zB bei heftigen Erschtterungen.
Durch ein dnnes T-Shirt funktioniert der Magnet brigens hervorragend. Dickere Materialien habe ich bisher nicht getestet.
Die Verarbeitung ist super. Der Kunststoffrahmen ist stabil und die Magnete haben eine bomben Haftung!
Ich habe zwar keine GoPro, aber eine andere Cam lies sich trotzdem problemlos montieren.
Besonders gelungen finde ich die Vielseitigkeit der Halterung. Ob auf die Motorhaube gepinnt oder als Bodycam oder mal schnell am Metallrahmen befestigt … wirklich nice 🙂
Der Preis von knapp 28EUR ist aus meiner Sicht fair und nicht zu teuer! Ich bin sehr zufrieden und kann die Halterung absolut empfehlen. 5 Sterne gibt es von mir 🙂

Strong mount for gopro. I have gopro 10, but I am sure every action camera can be mounted on it. Very important information is that magnets are very strong. It means there is almost no chance that camera will fall down by accident, only human error can make it fall.
Das Set kommt sicher verpackt in einem Karton. In diesem findet man noch eine Schlaufe. Eine kleine Erklrung zur Benutzung findet man auf der Verpackung. An den jeweiligen Teilen findet man in jeder Ecke einen Magneten. Die Magnete sind sehr stark. Die Magnete sind mit S und N markiert. Die Verarbeitung von allem ist sehr gut.
Man kann dieses Set im Prinzip auf zwei Arten verwenden. Das Vorderteil ist das mit der Schraube. Dort kann man eben auch die Action-Cam anschrauben. Das funktioniert gut und die Kamera bleibt stabil in der Halterung. Nun hat man die Wahl zwischen einem der Rahmen. Der eine Rahmen hat unten ebenfalls einen Action-Cam Anschluss, um diesen beispielsweise an einem entsprechenden Stativ zu befestigen. Das tolle ist, dass durch die Magnete ein schnelles Wechseln ermglicht wird. Man hat kein lstiges An- und Abschrauben, sondern zieht einfach das Vorderteil von dem Rahmen ab und lst so die Magnete voneinander. Die zweite Verwendungsart ist auch sehr gut durchdacht. Hier hat man keinen Anschluss, aber eben die Schlaufe als Fallschutz. Man kann ganz einfach den hinteren Rahmen irgendwo platzieren, zum Beispiel hinter ein Shirt und dann das Vorderteil einfach durch die Magnete anbringen. Diese Methode ermglicht ein sehr schnelles Anbringen an diverse Orte.

Diese Kamerahalterung sieht optisch den gngigen Modellen ziemlich hnlich. Preislich liegt sie mit 28 Euro im Durchschnitt – da erwartet man dann natrlich eine gute Qualitt.
Diese ist soweit auch gut – die Halterung wirkt stabil und langlebig, weswegen ich hier gute vier Sterne vergeben kann.
Die “Ulanzi Magnetische Action Kamera Halterung” ist gut verarbeitet und simpel aufgebaut. Man befestigt seine Action-Cam an der vorgesehenen Haltevorrichtung, nimmt sein Oberteil zwischen die beiden Teile und diese werden dann magnetisch miteinander verbunden. Ich hatte erst Zweifel, ob das denn hlt, aber tatschlich ist die Kraft der 4 Magneten sehr stark und die Action-Cam bleibt bei normalen Bewegungen an ihrem Platz. Ein zu lockeres Oberteil sollte man natrlich nicht tragen, die Action-Cam knnte dann etwas nach unten hngen.
Auch von der Verarbeitungsqualitt bin ich insgesamt berzeugt, alles ist einwandfrei verarbeitet. Die Halterung ist definitiv eine Alternative zum blichen Brustgurt, denn so einen zu tragen ist nicht immer komfortabel. Ich kann die Magnethalterung empfehlen.
Cet accessoire peut remplacer le harnais de poitrine parfois encombrant installer, surtout si on porte un sac dos dans les explorations souterraines ou urbex.
Il fera galement l’affaire dans les manges sensation o on interdit logiquement les fixations sur la tte ou de tenir la main.
Il suffit d’avoir cela sur un vtement sous une veste un peu ample et d’ouvrir les boutons de la veste pour dcouvrir l’objectif de la camra une fois le mange lac, cela tient trs bien.
En ULM ou en moto, je ne prendrais pas le risque d’utiliser cet accessoire trs solide et fort bien poens.
Auf der Suche nach einer guten Lsung, um meine Actioncams auf verschiedene Arten zu befestigen, entdeckte ich diese magnetische Halterung von ULANZI und entschied mich dafr. Denn von ULANZI habe ich bereits einige Produkte in meinem Foto-Equipment und war immer sehr zufrieden damit.
Nach Erhalt klemmte ich mir als erstes etwas die Finger. Die Magnet-Power ist so was von heftig, was meine Erwartungen echt bertraf. Die Halterung besteht aus 3 Teilen, die unterschiedlich zum Einsatz kommen. An jedem Teil sind 4 starke” Magnete, die echt Power haben.
Wenn ich die Actioncam an der Kleidung tragen mchte, brauche ich 2 Teile, Back Plate und Snap Plate. Beim Letzterem war ich ein wenig enttuscht, denn da hatte ich nur unter Einsatz von Kraft und Geschick die Actioncam zwischen die 3 Stege bekommen. Bei meiner DJI Halterung sieht man es an den Schleifspuren. Die Abstnde sind echt zu eng und geben nicht nach. Mit meiner Akaso Actioncam ging es genauso so schwer, aber Gott sei Dank spurlos. Bei dem Adapter Back Plate war es hnlich eng, aber aufgrund der 2 Stege ging es ein wenig einfacher.
Die Qualitt ist allerdings top, robust und sehr wertig. Ein kleiner Abzug bei der Verarbeitung, aufgrund der Enge zwischen den Stegen, sonst ist alles perfekt und sauber!!! Die Magnetkraft ist enorm und hlt sogar an Autos, wo ich ein dnnes Tuch unterlegte, damit der Lack keine Kratzer bekommt. Bei einer Geschwindigkeit von rund 100 km/h hielt und bliebt meine Actioncam an der angesetzten Stelle. Das reicht mir, denn ich brauchte saubere Aufnahmen von der Umgebung.
An Kleidungstcken getragen gibt’s so einige Wackler, weil das Shirt nachgibt und nicht fest genug am Krper sa. Da bietet ein Brustgurt mehr Stabilitt. Aber sonst finde ich diese Magnet-Halterung echt top, die Magnetkraft ist richtig gut, gibt der Actioncam besten Halt und so bin ich damit, bis auf den engen Sitz an der Verschraubung, sehr zufrieden. Auch das Preis- Leistungsverhltnis passt, denn dafr gibt’s Qualitt vom Feinsten 😉

Bien adapt une GoPro9, ce support magntique permet des installations et dplacements trs rapide. On a la fois un support qui va du ct de la GoPro, et un autre qui se positionne sur toute surface mtallique. Aucun risque pour la surface en question, elle est protge par le revtement plastique du support magntique.
C’est un peu lourd, mais pratique.
Cet accessoire pour camra d’action est une bonne trouvaille. Un cadre pour fixer la camra puis 2 autres supports pour mettre sur un pied ou sous un vtement pour une utilisation en camra de poitrine. Tous ces lments ont chacun 4 aimants et la fixation magntique est non seulement facile mais aussi trs forte. Aucun risque de perdre la camra en route. Une dragonne de cou peut se fixer sur l’lment qui va sous le vtement ce qui fait une scurit supplmentaire.
Ce support magntique est un accessoire utile pour de nombreuses circonstances (vlo, randonne ou autres). A recommander.
J’apprcie beaucoup la cohrence des produits conu par cette marque “ULANZI” et ce support aimant en est encore une fois l’illustration. deux type de support de camra d’action sont propos un modle 2 fentes et un autre 3 c’est pratique, la troisime trappe sert de support si vous l’utilisez sur un vtement.
L’ensemble est cohrent et la qualit est au rendez-vous c’est vraiment pratique je l’ai utilis avec une camra Sony et a tiens vraiment bien je l’ai pos sur un frigo pour me donner une ide de l’accroche et les 4 aimants sont vraiment puissants.
En utilisation au travers d’un vtement c’est bien plus pratique qu’un harnais mais si la contrainte est importante je prfrerai un harnais pour ne pas perdre la camra. Les applications sont nombreuses et il est possible de l’utiliser sur un vhicule pour le peu que la tle soit mtallique. Le prix me semble vraiment raisonnable la vue de la qualit, c’est vraiment parfait pour mon utilisation.

Ich habe es getestet bei eine kleine Wanderung und ich war positiv berrascht ich htte nicht gedacht das es hlt,bin mir sicher beim Fahrrad fahren hlt es auf jeden Fall. This is such a handy product. I wasn’t sure what to expect when it came to the magnet. However I had no need to worry. The magnet is brilliant as it’s super strong! It can be attached easily and securely to a hoodie or even a strap on a bag. So pretty versatile for using with a Go Pro etc. It can also be used on a tripod or selfie stick so I’m really happy with the different ways it can be attached.
Overall it’s strong, durable and compact enough to easily carry around!
I got this for myself to use while out cycling and flying my drone
It arrived in the branded box shown, on removing your meet with a well made piece of must have kit for any action cam , its extremely durable but is not heavy so when wearing on clothing does not add much to the weight of the camera .
It makes hot swaps with the action camera really quick. It can be a little bit of a fiddle to access the hero screen through the cut out, but manageable once you get to used to it.
Just being able to leave the lanyard mount hanging down your shirt and then having an instant magnetic chest is a brilliant feature. I have used this while cycling and it was great also i love the fact i can added this to my strap on my ruck-sake for use there too.
And an added bonus is this is much more secure than those suction mounts for vehicles, as they are magnetic, it doesn’t stop sticking and the small rubber parts help stop it sliding, and it works well as can be seen in the video.
Over all this is a brand that i have come to trust with action camera accessories as i have a few from the company this is no different its perfect for the jobs i need it for

This is absolutely perfect for mounting your go-pro on any metal surface, like a car bonnet. It’s far more secure than a suction-cup type mount and you’ll be confident that your camera is going to go flying off at the first corner. The grip is impressive and it takes a solid pull to remove it.

The magnet could use a little more strength but works well for stationary areas.
It works well on a backpack strap and a shelf I use it on the dash of my car.
Very simple to use and it is also very strong.
I used this in my recent vacation with a lot of walking, the suction is very strong to keep the GoPro in the same position the whole time.
But because of walking movement your GoPro still needs digital stabilization to make the video viewable.
And I was pleasantly surprised at how sturdy and securely this was holding the camera.

Pros
Works directly with my GoPros and the standard waterproof body.
Works with the extra heavy duty waterproof casing but you need an extra connector to point straight forward.
Usable on my other action cams and accessories but again, I needed to use an extra connector due to the flat shape of the magnetic frame mount.
Cons
There isn’t an indentation or angled head to the mount joint (it’s flat) which means you can’t point the action cam forward and level with the horizon using the additional protective cases.
Very strong magnets so they can pinch skin when they come together quickly.
Need to be mindful of mounting these near magnetically sensitive items and devices (e.g. bank and security cards or mobile phones and memory cards).
Much heavier than I was expecting so the weight including the camera may distort the lay of any light clothing you’re wearing when they’re attached.
This is a stable way to mount an action cam on your clothes without using a harness accessory or strap/bag clips, but it would have been even more universally compatible if there was a little curve behind the forked connector (the hook/raised/indent you see on most action camera accessories). This was easily solved as I have a lot of action cam connectors, so you might be able to come up with some interesting combinations with your camera gear.

Magnetic action camera mount consisting of 2x frames that the camera can be mounted on, and 1x base frame that the other two can connect to. All the frames have a number of magnets allowing them to be connected together, with the base frame acting as an anchor in some combinations.
There is a neck strap that can be attached to the base frame so it can be worn around the neck under clothing. The other frames and mounted camera can then attach with magnetism without the need for external straps, clips, clamps or harnesses.
The height of the frame on your body can be adjusted with the toggle on the neck strap (behind your neck).
The magnets didn’t attach to all areas of my car as some panels are thicker than others and are made from varying metallic compounds.
Final thoughts:
I have a few action cams from GoPros to more generic ones that I can drop into liquids and bash up a bit to get interesting clips. This will allow me to connect the camera to the side of the car to get some wheel movement B-roll, and on the hood for an outside looking in perspective. I shot the included B-roll only using the magnetic mount attached to me or various objects (including inside and outside the car) and then edited it together to look like different simultaneous camera angles as a rough edit to chop up further and add additional sound from starting the car, closing doors etc. This would work best using one of my cams that has horizon stabilisation in hindsight as if the frame moves on your clothing, it can affect my horizon in the captured footage.
Even though the magnets have a soft feeling surface, I added a thin piece of material underneath when I attached it to my car bodywork (just to be safe).
I’m recommending this for its versatility without additional accessories. It was very easy to fix it in position for little bits of footage to add to my main story.

If you are using your GoPro on a daily basis and need wuick change of placement and different angles this would be the perfect thing to get.
Super strong magnets allow you to remove and re-attach your GoPro in matter of seconds. No more need of screwing, clamping or any other action. If you are wearing necklace with magnet and using it that way you can jump, run or do any other sharp movement activity and your camera will stay in place. Even when you are using it over the shirt it works perfectly and still holds on!
Whole set is made of strong material and will not brake whatever you do to it.
This is now main mount I use with my GoPro for my work and making videos as it is super simple yet effective and efficient.

This action camera mount wont work with the older go pro in the waterproof case, which the advert does say its only for GoPro Hero 10 9 8 but that is hidden in the description and could be missed (as I did). I did fit my DJI Osmo pocket 1 camera with the extra go pro holder. That is if you want to have the GoPro flat against the mount which I didn’t so works perfect for me to mount the GoPro Hero 4 on my car bonnet (cool action shots coming to my YouTube channel soon).
Overall, a little pricey however well made and if you are going to attached a very expensive camera to it, do you really want cheap?
This magnetic mount is perfect for using as a chest plate. It is the quickest way to drop my action camera on and off. It quickly works all the time and doesn’t snap off or fail and easily takes a considerable amount of force to get knocked off. It is easy to adjust and has a range of motion making it a great accessory for action cameras.
This action camera mount is supplied in a branded box which contains the main mount that the camera attaches to, a magnetic mount that attaches to to the main mount and can be used underneath clothes or other supports to support the camera, a tripod mount which connects to the main mount by magnets and is ideal where you wish to switch mounts as well as a lanyard which can be used to provide extra security.
The magnets are very strong and the camera felt secure which was my main worry with this mount. The mounts are well made and fit my Go-Pro 5 well. the main mount can be used on its own to attach the camera to any ferrous metal surface. Overall this is not cheap but it is good quality and versatile in adding additional options to mounting your action camera.
This magnetic action camera mount for GoPro is an incredible tool useful for helping to film action shots and other shots that can be personally filmed without holding the camera.
The mount is easy to use, and there is no need for neck braces, straps, or clips because it has 3 magnetic plates that will hold the camera on the chest area. It is timesaving and no tools are required to do this as it can be quickly released by using strong magnetism to achieve efficient shooting needs.
Since I love filming, I can now film without worrying that my camera will fall out of my hands. I find it impressive because it really has a strong magnetism so that the camera is safe, and I really trust this item.
I also use my GoPro during my biking, and it is super convenient as when I am cycling, I obviously cannot hold my camera, so this really helps me film good shots.
All in all, this is very useful and effective if you do a lot of filming where you need to use your hands for other things rather than to hold your camera and it is a reasonable price.
I admire the innovation of this product! It makes mounting from your shirt to your gopro stick just a breeze! You can also rely on the strong magnet so it can surely protect your device. Would recommend this product!
Once I had figured out how to use it it is pretty clever.
It has three frames and two of them can be used to mount a GoPro (or similar) and the third part can go the other side of clothing, jacket, etc using the strong magnets to hold the frame with the camera on.
This needs to be firm however or the camera under it weight will just point down bouncing around.
This magnetic GoPro camera mount is really handy for attaching it quick and securely to metal objects.
You get 3 section mount and each section is magnetic with 4 strong magnets around the metal frame (one in each corner) a screw to attach your camera and a wrist strap in case you want to attach it to something.
I like the design of the mounts and each one can attach to the other for a variety of different mounting options. One has the mount to the camera and another one has the mount to a tripod or selfie stick while the third is just a magnetic back mount for going the other side of something in case the surface isn’t metal. I tried this on a magazine, and it was very strong, then I tried it on a fabric box file folded in two as seen in the 3rd picture and despite this being fabric and thick it still held on well.
Overall, for 23.95 I think this is a great accessory for the GoPro user.
I wasn’t expecting the magnets on this to be so strong.
There’s no danger of the pieces coming apart – in fact you have to pull quite a bit to get them apart.
If you need your GoPro mounted on your chest for first person filming this is a great way to do it securely.
I’m really surprised – and impressed – at just how strong and secure this mount is. Of course it will work with all action style cameras that use this type of mount.
This is a great multipurpose mount. There are 3 attachments that can be used so you can quickly go from clothes attachment to tripod attachment and back again.
It also works really well with attaching to anything metal. We use it for cars, football goals and basketball hoops.
Definitely a useful mount in your action camera arsenal
If you have an action cam such as the GoPro, or with similar base fixing, then you definitely need this – at 23.95, at the time of review, this is great value for such a simple but versatile action camera mounting solution using some seriously strong magnets.
You get 3 metal square mounts:
1/ The main square that the camera attaches to – once the camera is attached, the mount (with the attached camera) can then either magnetically attach to one of the other mounts.
2/ The free mount – this can ne used in many scenarios to magnetically attach to to the main mount – underneath clothes, in rucksacks, I even managed to get Main and Free mounts to stay magnetically attached vertically through a 15mm cupboard door… impressive
3/ The tripod mount – this is physically attached to a tripod or handheld stick/float and then the Main mount (with the camera attached to it) is then magnetically attached to this mount. NOTE: there are no additional tripod adapters included in the package.
As I have lent my GoPro to a friend at the moment, I only used my waterproof case for testing – HOWEVER, using just this case did show up a slight issue that waterproof case could not go all the back and would point downwards.
The latest GoPro cameras nowadays are waterproof, so you shouldn’t need a waterproof case – but IF you do need to use a waterproof case, there could be limited angle pivot due to the design of the waterproof case.
I DON’T consider this a fault of these mounts, it is more of a limitation of the increased size of a waterproof casing, but something to be mindful off if you want to use a waterproof case with these magnetic mounts.
Overall, I was VERY impressed with these mounts – very well manufactured, STRONG magnets and definitely value for money imho – an easy 5 star for me.
