Had issue with the water softener.Contacted w2b and I can not fault the customer service received over phone .
The issue was resolved very fast and a new softner was issued and now running efficiently.thank you
Good product, not the easiest to set up unless you have some understanding of plumbing. Luckily i had a plumber friend who nailed it in no time with the video guides.
Had a couple of tech support questions as i was too lazy to read the manual throughly. Got a quick response that explained everything i needed to know

Always had in mind to buy one but it’s not until you have one installed that you really appreciate its value. I have mine plumbed so that the water for the whole house, hot and cold, runs through the water softener with a separate feed in the kitchen directly from the mains for drinking water.
As far as this particular brand is concerned, I bought it because it’s as a lot cheaper than other more popular brands but performs just as well.
A 20kg bag of salt lasts our household of 4 around 6-8 weeks so quite efficient and we no longer have to deal with London limescale!
Seriously, buy one – you won’t be disappointed. They only things to think about are how it will be plumbed in to get the best benefit (try to connect it so that every outlet has softened water), and who will plumb it in. If you’re good at DIY, you could fit it yourself or else you may need a plumber to connect it up for you.
A really good water softener at a good price. In my experience it produces good soft water. I’ve looked at softeners that cost 3 times the price and more, but my sense is that this one is perfectly good enough. Why would you pay more? I’ve been using it now for a couple of years. It was straightforward to install in terms of the connections and instructions. My install space was tight and that made it awkward with my original piping, but otherwise install can be DIY. Seems to work well. No problems with it so far. Would happily rtecommend it.
I have had the water softener for 2 years now. The settings are easy to use, we use a small amount of salt, we do not need to use strong detergents for cleaning as there is no limescale build up with soft water. I am super satisfied with the quality of water in my house now! I recommend getting this softener to stop having harsh hard water at home.

We live in a very hard water area (New Forest, UK) and suffered from rapid lime scale build up on our taps and shower. This unit has completely cured the problem. It was easy to fit – the 22mm connections give a good flow rate but it is important to avoid using flexible hoses with a small internal diameter. I took 22mm copper pipes all the way to the back of the softener and it works very well. Highly recommended for both value and effectiveness and there is also no noticeable change in water flavou
We struggle with hard water build up which was really noticeable with limescale build up around taps and sinks. Although this was an initial investment to buy and install, it has been worth every penny and the maintenance just relies on topping it up with salt.
The softener was easy to install and setup. It would appear to use less salt than our old softener.
After 4 years trouble free service it developed a fault that was quickly resolved by excellent customer service (thank you Steven)

Bought this when on Amazon offer to replace my old fixed timer softener

Tidy, easy to use softener, easy to install (though I had to cut a hole in the back of the under-sink cabinet for the pipes in order to get this fully in and the doors shut). I live in a very hard water area and used to have limescale deposits form really quickly, this has eradicated that and the water is now lovely and soft. I drink the water from this and have no issues with it, though I know some people don’t like drinking softened water..

We have a large house so needed a high capacity water softener. It was easy to install and we no longer have limescale issues in our house !
It was easy to install ( I had to buy fittings from Screwfix though ). In the beginning, there was an issue with regeneration which was resolved with the help of customer service.
Bought this because it was cheaper than the next model down, It is too big for us really but bigger is better isn’t it? fairly straight forward to fit if you don’t want it somewhere awkward like the cupboard at the top of the stairs (don’t ask. the missus’ idea) getting the correct reducers was the key, then there was the drains had to make an adapter to take the 2 drains into the waste pipe but a 3D printer was a bonus, then it’s fill with salt (50kg) set up the controls, just follow the settings on the app, and away you go, noticed a difference within the first couple of days in respect to tea and coffee, and washing glasses, we always had a little residue on them but now they’re fine, Can’t praise this enough wish we’d had one years ago
Be careful when setting up this product. At first I followed the printed instruction book that came with my unit.
I then usedy phones scanner that then took my onto a YouTube video again showing you how to set the unit up and its default settings……..which are different to the instructions.
Must admit it was made my water feel more silky which is nice as I live in a hard chalky water area. Even the wife has noticed how soft her hair is!!
The unit is a good purchase and I would of rated it 5 stars if it had not been for the conflicting information.

I think the equipment does what it is supposed to do. The instructions were not very thorough or user friendly. If they were I would probably rate a 5 star. I was able to install it myself but there were leaks in the fittings. I had to take apart and really put on an extra amount of teflon tape to keep from leaking. I probably would not buy this unit again but it is great having soft water vs the hard we had.

Bon produit fait bien sont taff. Un rapport qualit prix trs intressant. Vit install .Le paramtrage pas vraiment clair mais reste assez facile. Par contre par contre j’ai toujours pas trouv de wiffi sur l’appareil pour sois disant le suivre avec l’application sur smartphone
A una settimana dall’installazione devo dire che funziona benissimo. Ho chiamato l’idraulico per fare un bypass esterno ( anche se il prodotto ce l’ha ma di plastica). Per la configurazione ho dovuto cercare un po qua e l ma alla fine si fa; se si segue il video su youtubeci vogliono 5 minuti e poi con l’app si calcola l’impostazione dei metri cubi prima della rigenerazione. Ho verificato con le strisce in dotazione e con quelle della piscina e il calcare effettivamente non viene rilevato… anche i rubinetti lo dicono.

Cet appareil est performant il ralise la tche demande c’est–dire adoucir l’eau. Et il le fait trs bien.
Certes il faut un peu bricoler pour modifier l’installation, ou faire appel un plombier. Honntement pour quelqu’un qui bricole un peu sur une installation sans soudure c’est la porte de tous.
la livraison est ralise par transporteur, l’emballage est trs bon car il protge galement l’intrieur de l’appareil. La modification de l’installation doit intgrer un prfiltre pour tre tranquille et limiter les impurets dans l’appareil, bien prvoir un rducteur de pression galement et ne pas oublier d’installer un BY-PASS pour faciliter la maintenance plus tard mme si l’appareil est dot d’un BY-PASS en tte il servira viter de consommer de l’eau adoucie pour rien si vous remplissez une petite piscine par exemple.
L’appareil est bien VOLUMETRIQUE contrairement certains commentaires!!! mais il a aussi une autre chance si le volume n’est pas atteint il lance une rgnration. Ainsi nous avons la possibilit de rgler les deux paramtre notre convenance et en fonction de la consommation d’eau hebdomadaire.
le test de la duret de l’eau est essentielle pour appliquer les bons rglages sur l’appareil via l’application et le QR code flasher sur l’appareil. Tout est bien expliqu et en franais.

Ho sostituito quello vecchio di una marca molto nota con questo risparmiando un botto di soldi. L’installazione stata relativamente semplice. Ho dovuto solo acquistare extra i tubi col giusto passo, ma lo avevo gi messo in conto. Una volta installato ho solo dovuto testare l’acqua prima dell’attivazione e seguire la guida sull’app che in base al risultato mi ha dato i parametri per poterlo configurare correttamente in tutti i suoi parametri. Ho aspettato che facesse il primo lavaggio resina per rifare il test acqua e vedere che effettivamente ora l’acqua risulta decisamente meno calcarea. Lo si nota anche sui vetri della doccia dove i srgbi lasciati dall’acqua sono ora impercettibili. Anche se dovesse consumarsi in pochi anni, visto il costo lo ricomprerei.

Super adoucisseur, facile d’utilisation et rgler si besoin. Consomme peu de sel l’utilisation, trs silencieux. Juste dommage les raccords rapide en plastique a fait cheap et a parat peu costaud l’installation.
J ai eu un pti soucis au debut de raccordement, pas les memes diametres que mon ancien, mais le vendeur a su etre reactif et me proposer des solutions, je ne suis pas plombier et grace a ses conseils l adoucisseur est en place, Sincerement on ne trouve pas cette prise sav partout et de cette qualit, Bravo M. Wir hatten sehr kalkhaltiges Wasser im neuen Haus, zum Glck konnten wir dieses Problem mit dem Water2buy schnell und gnstig lsen. Das Gert arbeitet leise und verlsslich, war auch ziemlich unkompliziert in Betrieb zu nehmen und versorgt uns nun mit Wasserhrte 8. berall, wo Wasser fliet, sind die Kalkflecken sichtbar weniger geworden! Der Kundenkontakt war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Plastikabdeckung wurde beim Transport leider beschdigt – ohne Problem hat man uns eine neue zugeschickt.

Montata in poco tempo effettuato il test dell’acqua ha eleiminato completamente la durezza Dell acqua. Consigliato
Von der Vorgngeranlage hatte ich schon das Verschnittventil in der Rohrleitung, so dass ich nur die Wasserzuleitung und Rckleitungen besorgen musste. Habe ausziehbares Edelstahlwellrohr mit beidseitigen 1 Zoll berwurfmuttern gekauft, 50cm-100cm. Am Verschnittventil mit 1 Zoll Auengewinde (AG) musste ich mit einem Messing Reduzierstck 1 zoll IG auf 1 1/4 AG arbeiten. Das Dichten wird dann nur von Gummidichtungen bernommen.
Beachten sollte man allerdings, dass auch kein Soleablaufschlauch und auch kein berlaufschlauch mitgeliefert werden. Hier habe ich kurzfristig aus dem Baumarkt Gewebeschlauch 13mm (Innendurchmesser) gekauft, muss man mit Schlauchschellen befestigen, passt an beiden Anschlssen.
Die Soleleitung kann man etwas nach oben fhren, hier wird hochgepumpt. Der Notberlauf in rund 70 cm Hhe der Enthrtungsanlage muss allerdings fallend verlegt werden.
Zum Einstellen der Wasserhrte sollte man ein Prfset haben, das mit 2 Flssigkeiten arbeitet, damit man das genau auf Hrte 7-8 einstellen kann.
Wir haben eine Wasserhrte im Netz von 23 dH.
Anfangs ging die Wasserhrte nicht ausreichend tief, da das Verschnittventil in der Rohrleitung noch eine Umdrehung geffnet war und dann zu viel hartes Wasser vor der Enthrtungsanlage durchgeschleust hat. Habe das Verschnittventil dann ganz geschlossen und die Hrte nur ber die Einstellschraube am Gert eingestellt. Die Einstellschraube am Gert: ganz nach links drehen bis Anschlag, dann ist Hrte Null. Nun wieder in Uhrzeigersinn schrittweise ffnen und messen. Natrlich gengend Wasser aus der Rohrleitung lassen vor dem Messen.
Die Parameter fr die Anlage kann man auf der homepage berechnen. Programmierung geht gem Anleitung von dem Mitbewerber Aqmos R2D2-72 einfacher, Paramter aber von Water2buy homepage nehmen. Solesplung bei mir nach knapp 1950 Liter (1.95 T) oder 7 Tage.
Weitere Parameter bei mir: meter override” (damit entweder nach den 1950 Litern oder spt. nach 7 Tagen regeneriert wird), backwash (auflockern) 3 Min., Sole 38 Min, Splen (nach Sole) 3 Min, Nachfllung (des Salzbehlters) 3 Min.
Nach einer Produktregistrierung erhlt man 7 Jahre Garantie.
Zur Vorgeschichte, wen es interessiert:
Mein vom Vorgnger bernommenes Enthrtungsgert (BWT aqua life, 7 Jahre alt, kostet ber 2000) war defekt, eine Reparatur laut Installateur htte 500-800 gekostet und knnte nur der Werkskundendienst durchfhren. Da der Werkskundendienst aber schon vor dem Reparaturversuch durch den Installateur nicht in der Lage war, binnen 6 Wochen nach Wartungs-Registrierung berhaupt einen Termin zu vereinbaren, habe ich kurzerhand das Teil aus dem Keller befrdert und verschrottet. Was BWT hier bietet — das muss jeder mit sich selbst ausmachen.
I’m very pleased indeed with my new Water2Buy W2B200 water softener as it’s actually better than the much more expensive water softener it replaces. The fact it already has bypass valves fitted and doesn’t need an overflow makes the plumbing easier and neater. Loading salt is now much easier than my previous block salt softener. Although not shown in the product photo the Water2Buy 22mm ‘Easy Installation kit’ I purchased came with 90 degree elbows already fitted. This was a great help because, as other reviewers have noted, the pipework at the back means the W2B200 does need almost the full depth of a standard 600mm deep kitchen cabinet. The supplied detailed instructions made it very easy to install and set up. I live in a very hard water area and my W2B200 is now providing me with perfect soft water. As the W2B200 also looks to be very sturdily constructed for a long life (it comes with a seven year guarantee) and is such excellent value for money I very highly recommended it to anyone needing their water softened.

A distanza di due anni dall’acquisto posso dire che funziona bene, non ho mai avuto problemi. Si installa facilmente, ci sono dei parametri da configurare che non sono spiegati molto bene, io ho lasciato tutti i parametri standard intervenendo leggermente sulla valvola bypass per non avere acqua completamente dolce.

Ich habe den Wasserenthrter W2B800 von Water2Buy jetzt seit einem Jahr im Betrieb und bin bisher voll zufrieden mit dem Gert.
Seit der Installation luft sie strungsfrei und enthrtet unser Wasser zuverlssig.
Unser Wasser hat einen Wert von 17 grad dH den die Anlage konstant auf 7 grad dH runter enthrtet.
Wir sind ein 3 Personal Haushalt und haben die Anlage so eingestellt, dass sie sich alle 7 Tage oder nach ca. 4000 L regeneriert.
Der Salzverbrauch liegt bei uns in 1 Jahr bei ca. 6 Scken a 25kg.

Das Wasserenthrtungssystem auf Basis eines Ionentauschers von Water2Buy funktioniert sehr gut. Die Verarbeitung ist als gut zu bezeichnen, alle druckbeaufschlagten Teile sind sehr stabil ausgelegt, der mit Salz gefllte Auentank, in dem sich der Tauscherkrper als Druckflasche ausgebildet befindet, knnte etwas steifer ausgelegt werden, dieser beult sich durch die Wasser- und Salzladung leicht aus.
Die Verpackung war sehr stabil, die Installation gestaltete sich sehr einfach.
Die Regenerier-Automatik erleichtert die Bedienung. Die “App”, welche sich hinter dem QR-Code befindet, ist eine Website zur Berechnung der Parameter, welche manuell in die Steuerung der Anlage eingegeben werden mssen. An sich sehr einfach aufgebaut, jedoch lie die Werbung eine Parametrierung und berwachung per Smartphone erwarten.
Zur Zeit leben wir in einem 3 Personenhaushalt, die Anlage wrde jedoch schon fr eine weitere Mietpartei in unserem Haus ausgelegt.
Wir haben in einen Jahr, seit dem wir die Anlage nutzen, etwa 100kg Salz verbraucht. Unsere Wasserhrte betrgt ~34D (Oschatz-Mgeln). Ein leichter Weier Schleier (NaCO3) setzt sich zwar dennoch berall ab, jedoch lsst sich dieser sehr leicht entfernen, gg. dem sonst enstehenden CaCO2.
L’eau distribue par notre ville est trs dure donc trs calcaire. Aprs avoir install notre WATER2BUY , nous avons immdiatement senti une diffrence importante sous la douche et dans le moelleux du linge sorti de la machine laver. J’ai recommand ce produit des amis qui en sont aussi extrmement satisfaits.

Aprs une installation par mes soins assez facile et rapide, j’ais suivi les instructions pour la mise en route.
Et tout fonctionne parfaitement.
Aprs 2 ans d’utilisation, je suis totalement satisfait du produit, il est trs performant et plus de calcaire pour ma part, alors qu’on habite une rgion o l’eau est trs dur en calcaire.
Je recommande sans hsiter pour le prix et les performances de l’appareil.
Ho acquistato l’addolcitore W2B800 da oltre un anno e non ho mai avuto problemi.
Il rapporto qualit prezzo super concorrenziale. Temevo d avere qualche problema con il montaggio, ma per fortuna ho seguito il tutorial con il mio smartphone e ci sono riuscito nell’intento; bisogna solo smanettare un po’ per capire il giusto dosaggio del sale.
La prima volta mi arriv con il coperchio in plastica lesionato, ma bastato contattare l’assistenza per una rapida sostituzione.
Mi sento d consigliare questo prodotto. Peccato solo non averlo scoperto prima.
Great product, we had bad limescale for years,and had to change 2 shower mixers due to limescale buildup but this water softener was recommended and now no more limescale, would strongly recommend.
My old watersoftener broke down after being patchy to start with. I needed a large flow rate softener and the W2B800 does just that. It arrived early, was super easy to install and works like a charm. Much slimer than my previous softener, it is also quieter. I have had it working now for almost a year and no problems at all, the water is precisely soft and I think I might be consuming a bit less slat then before.

Ya tenia un descalcificador de otra marca con algunos aos, la necesidad de cambiar la resina condiciono su sustitucin por el Water2buy me decid por el precio, la instalacin la pude hacer yo mismo solamente era sustituir uno por el otro, estoy muy contento con su funcionamiento.

Facile da installare, con un po’ di attenzione facile da settare e poi lo dimentichi li, solo il sale una volta al mese. Installato da me pi di un anno fa il calcio dall’acqua quasi scomparso. Docce, rubinetti, lavandini non pi con quel fastidioso bianco
Scrivo dopo pi di un anno per fornire la mia esperienza su questo addolcitore. FUNZIONA A MERAVIGLIA! Dopo aver valutato varie opzioni ho scelto questo perch sulla carta era perfetto per le mie esigenze. Sono un hobbista ed stato facile montarlo. La guida per la taratura stata di grande aiuto. Sono riuscito ad addolcire l’acqua di tutta la casa, nonostante avessi 80 gradi francesi di partenza. L’ho tarato a 10 gradi come a norma. Ad oggi, dopo pi di una anno la taratura non ha necessit di correzione. Sono soddisfatto.
Wir nutzen den Wasserenthrter nun ber ein ganzes Jahr fr unser Zweifamilienhaus. Insgesamt leben hier 5 Personen. Die Wasserhrte lag ursprnglich bei 21 GDH. Nun liegt sie bei ca. 7-8 GDH. Das wirkt sich natrlich positiv auf Dusche, Badewanne Armaturen und Oberflchen aus. Keine Kalkrckstnde oder Schlieren. Die Frauen des Hauses sind sehr glcklich damit und ich kann dazu sagen “Happy wife, happy life’ 😉
Es handelt sich um einen Ionenaustauscher mit einer Kartusche. Je nach Wasseverbrauch muss in dieser Anlage Salz nachgefllt werden. Das Produkt ist auf aktuellem Stand und steuert den Salzverbrauch entsprechend des verbrauchten Wassers. D.h. Das System ist relativ sparsam mit dem Salzverbrauch. Ich hatte zuvor eine komplexere Pendelanlage die ersetzt werden musste. Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut. Habe das Gert seit einem guten Jahr in Betrieb ohne Strung. Entkalke mein Wasser fr den Heisswasserkessel auf 0dh und kann im Sommer mit Solar das Wasser auf Maximum Temperatur hochfahren ohne dass Kalkablagerungen erfolgen.
