Brilliant bottle to make sure you drink the right amount a day
I fill it up at the beginning of the day and leave it out on a worktop. It definitely helps. Even if I don’t manage to drink the whole bottle each day. Just don’t do what I did first time, which was to think that the bottle had to be tipped up in order to drink. Just leave it upright and use the spout like a big drinking straw.
Good sturdy bottle with a handle so it’s easy to carry around.
