Love this bottle but I carnt make out what the number is in the triangle to find bpa level not sure if 1 or 7
I knew I wasn’t drinking as much water as I should, so I bought this bottle as a little memory jog.
I fill it up at the beginning of the day and leave it out on a worktop. It definitely helps. Even if I don’t manage to drink the whole bottle each day. Just don’t do what I did first time, which was to think that the bottle had to be tipped up in order to drink. Just leave it upright and use the spout like a big drinking straw.
