These work really well on my walking stick easy to get on & off but snug and stable for walking.
    I will use these again!

My OH makes walking sticks and these fitted to the base, it enables the user to use the stick with a degree of certainty that it won’t slip on the floo

They fitted perfectly and have a metal insert that should stop the ferule being damaged by the metal tip on the walking pole.

If you take the ferrule off your walking pole to use it as a spike, it doesn’t tend to stay put so happily in mud after that. I have lost a couple and my current one is wearing away at the edge, so I’m happy to have a packet of spares. These fit my hiking style trekking poles. These work out to around a quid each.

Great ferrules. Fit on stick tip wel, and stay on. Do a great job, 5 stars.

Wanted an extra set of feet for my poles as the old ones were starting to wear and this pack with several would be good value for money. Fit my piles perfectly, I’ve walked with them for about 30 miles so far with no issues at all. Perfect replacement for the old worn ones.

These are what they say they are…little rubber feet to attach to the bottom of walking poles. In my case, I’ve ordered them to attach to the bottom of table legs on a garden table we’ve been given. It has poles the same width as walking poles and, I’m pleased to say, these fit perfectly.

Definitely recommended, whatever you put them on. They’re a good rubber compound and should last well.

These are spot on, good quality TPU rubber with re enforcing metal washers that help stop the metal point of the poles poking through them. They fit both mine and my partners hiking poles and they have a good grip. We have used two each on our poles and both have a spare in our day packs. Spring is here now so they will be getting a lot of use. Perfect replacements at a great price.

    Perfect replacements, fits perfectly.

I walk over 1500 miles a year, all with my trusty Leki walking pole. Depending on terrain, I add a tip ferrule.
These seem good quality types. They are made of rubber, rather than plastic so they have a good grip; you can also pull them off — plastic ferrules have to be cut off. The rubber is relatively hard so should last a little longer.
Close examination show a metal washer which helps prolong life. I generally pop a nut over the poles metal tip — this spreads the load.

I think 6 for 3.99 is excellent value.

Good value walking pole end protectors

Despite being careful I am always losing rubber tips in peaty muddy trails. This set is a boon to me as I can go trekking without worrying about the cost of original manufacturers replacement tips. They were a great fit for my walking poles and needed a bit of effort to remove them. Good value for reasonable quality.

These are a pack of six ferries to cover the end of a walking pole. They are sturdy and well made. Sadly, they don’t fit my regular pole, so I will have to donate these. But they are good value for money. I just need wider ones.

I received these rubber ferrules through the Amazon vine program
These ferrules are just what I have been looking for as we both have a hiking pole and have both lost rubber ferrules off the ends
I find that you do actually need a rubber ferrule on the end of your walking pole as it act’s as a shock absorber and just feel that little bit more comfortable
I am very pleased with them they look to be of good hard wearing rubber and being 6 in the pack should last us for quite awhile

Just what I was looking fo

Anyone who uses an alpine style walking pole will eventually lose the rubber ferrel tip from their pole. They are basically just push on and keep attached through the regular impact they receive which keeps them tight. However, occasionally the tip might go between rocks for example and pull off as you lift the pole. Result, no tip! These are cheap and handy to keep as spares as if you do a lot of walking-especially rugged hillwalking- you will need to replace your ferrels eventually. Quality seems OK and they fit all poles.

I occasionally lose ferrules, ie the rubber shock-absorbing end cups from the foot of my walking poles. Walking on tarmac or other similar hard pathways without ferrules becomes unnecessarily wearing together with making a tinny-thud every time the pole tip contacts the ground. The ferrules soften this and add shock absorbency ensuring a more comfortable walk.

These 11mm ferrules fit all of my poles including well-known brands such as Lichfield and lesser-known Chinese brands such as Jesbad, Outad, AGPTEK and are almost identical to the originals. The likeness is so close that I wouldn’t be surprised if they all originated in the same factory.

At just over 1 each, ie 6 for 6.99, they represent excellent value and I won’t hesitate to order a further pack of spares. I wish I’d seen them sooner.
